So happy that we chose Desert King Windows to replace our windows. Working them was a pleasure from beginning to the end. Our sale associate Koby was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If there was a question that he couldn't answer he would find out and get back to us immediately. There was no pressure EVER to buy windows from the company. When calling to talking to personnel at Desert King Windows everyone was very friendly and happy to answer questions. Kenny our installer was awesome! We had 6 windows replaced. He arrived at 8 a.m. and we're done around 2. Did a great job and left the area cleaner than it was before they came. Not a speck of dust was left. Highly recommend DKW!!!

Jake took advantage of my senior citizen mother in law. We spent a fortune on doors which Queen Creek will not approve with our swimming pool. Jake should have researched or asked us to research the code. I highly recommend you look elsewhere

Capstone Windows did a great job replacing 30 year old windows at our two bedroom casita in Scottsdale.

The sales and ordering process was clear and concise - with great recommendations to provide for the optimum value for the replacement windows, sliding doors and treatments.

The crew members were fantastic and took a great deal of time ensuring proper plastic sheeting and protections were in place, and their cleanups at the end of the day were admirable!

The crew’s planning of removal and replacement was excellent and was done such that there was never extensive time where the home was open to the outside (it was 114 degrees out). I was impressed with the safety considerations for the workers as well. Crew lead took great care of his folks.

Capstone went above and beyond on some little items that they didn’t have to do but wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the complete effort. These items were really appreciated.

The Lifetime team was a pleasure to work with. I met with all the usual suspects...Andersen, Pella and a couple of smaller outfits as I looked at replacing our 11 windows and 2 patio doors. Professional service from all, from phone calls to service everyone was and had a professional manner which isn’t seen as much these days in other places. Christie answered all my questions without hesitation. I was told the repair would be 45 minutes but they had it done in less than that. So glad I found this company for I’m sure I’ll be back. I chose Econ Windows after first calling a nearby glass company that offered zero help with my unique needs. THIS COMPANY (Econ) was immediately patient with me and receptive to my situation. I’m a mosaic artist who needs a glass connection; Econ Glass will now be my go-to company! But, why? Because Jason who I believe is the owner was amazing. He offered advice on what I am experimenting with and he is exactly what i was looking for. I choose companies based on their customer service and this place is where it’s at. I’m definitely loyal to this company for my art needs and other window needs. Thanks so much Jason!!!! So glad I called!!!

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.

I just had all of my windows replaced by LEI. Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and informative. The actual installation was efficient and seamless, the guys didn't leave any trace that they'd been here aside from my beautiful new windows.
We've had the windows for over a week now, and have noticed a huge difference in the heat surrounding the window area, there isn't any! I'm looking forward to enjoying these windows all summer, and for years to come.

Ron Kelley was the best Consultant. He came to the our home and made us feel relax and explained everything to us. Gave Pros and Cons on the windows that we wants and explained what else was available and left the the choice to us.. He is a great person and an asset to the company. The job was done in Tucson, AZ, and we notice a difference in the inside temperature already.
The installation went very smoothly, we had 21 windows installed in two days, the crew was great.
Mr. Kelley even stopped by during the installation process to made sure everything was alright.

I am local independent insurance agent. I have been using Universal Glass for the last 15 years. The reason we continue to use Universal is their great service. I never get any complaints from my clients. I use Universal on my own personal autos as well. One of the top glass companies in the Valley.

Referred by Milgard for a missing door track. Quick response and call back, easy pickup. Total out the door was $22 for the piece that another local Milgard affiliate quoted $118!

DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first.

I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don't believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.
