Best Custom Home in Phoenix AZ

Desert King installed over 20 windows in our home. The sales and installation were both well done. The guys installing the windows were respectful of space (I was working from home) and did a great job installing and cleaning up.

No wonder this company has such a deal on the windows and doors they are just as they are priced horrible and do not seal or keep the sound out. You really pay for what you get. Don’t purchase anything from here. Although people are nice.

Highly recommend Valleywide Glass! My sliding glass door was getting stuck and became a huge pain to open and close. Valleywide Glass was efficient, quick, and very professional! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Chris Fout was very direct in answering my questions. He explained how Marvin's product is made out of fiberglass which will hold up to Arizona's heat index and direct sun light. The windows have an UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTYandNO WEEP holes!Lifetime will REMOVE all the old trim, which in my case, I NEED it to be removed! Chris was very well versed in knowing Marvin's product and their company's workman ship.Thank you Chris for ALL the information, looking forward to moving forward with LIFETIME Windows.

Did a great job replacing a regulator on an Audi. Some of the auto glass shops wouldn’t even touch an Audi because they’re “too difficult”. Excellent work and reasonable.

We needed to replace an irregular octogonal skylight. Freelite provided us with a custom solution that they installed without any problem. All that for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without any reticence.

Tom installs “state of the art” energy efficient windows that not only look good, but are saving us money each month on our electric bill. My south facing room is now usable even on the hottest and brightest days.

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

Christian measured all windows and the sliding door we are replacing in an efficient manner. In addition, he consulted with me regarding his results and then reviewed what we as homeowners need to do to be prepared for the installation. His positive personality and professional demeanor were appreciated.

I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct. There are other more reliable companies out there. We purchased 1 sliding patio door & regret purchasing from this company. Regret dealing with Cody at the Phoenix location. Filed a claim with their Las Vegas location & got nothing but a run around with them. Find another company who has a sales person who has experience.

I should have gone with Anderson Windows & Doors, they do their own manufacturing. Universal uses another company to manufacture their product so you now have to deal with someone elso.
