Master bath toilet was not flushing properly. They came out and did some diagnostics and adjustments but it still wasn't flushing to my satisfaction. Called back to get a redispatch. There was no argument and the plumber showed up the next day on time. Jacob was very professional and even though the problem was not able to be diagnosed (it flushed every time for him even with him spending a good deal of time trying to make it misbehave- stupid toilet.) I was not charged for the second visit at all.

Very happy with service and I'll say in about 10 years I have not had a bad interaction with Goettl.

We received a call around the end of April 2020 to schedule a summer maintenance call for our AC. The appointment was scheduled for the 3rd week in May, didn't mind waiting. But the day of the appointment they called to reschedule for the next month, June 22nd. Not happy, but we agreed with the promise they would HONOR this appointment, and not cancel again.The day before I called to confirm tomorrow's appointment and after several hours of telephone tag, our fears were confirmed;.not coming again. I was told they could try to fit me in Sometime, but I feel they should treat their customers better. I understand my appointment was routine, but I was once a paying customer too shouldn't I matter?

We had the nicest folks come to the house. Work performed perfect. Timeliness great. Honesty....well folks here's the downfall. We bought a warranty for our two air conditions, annual check-ups. Both were to be covered. Today got a call to set this up and were told only one AC covered. They would do both for extra 100 AC each time. Lie one. Two since we cancelled the warranty for misrepresentation they went back and recalculated our prior sevice bill for a toilet we thought had clogged and by the time they arrived had self-corrected. He did nothing and said he wouldn't charge for this .We had two other problems which they charged appropriately for. Workmanship great. Honesty and integrity poor.

This must be a recurring problem as when I asked to speak a manager he said they would say the same thing. Hum...experienced at handling this complaint should say something. Customer service not so good.

Our tech was Josh, and he was upbeat, thorough, and so willing to help. he really made sure we got the best price, letting us know about promotions we had no idea existed. He did a fantastic job installing a brand new water heater, and a new reverse osmosis system the day after our inspection. There was no pressure to get anything we didn't need, and we were given lots of options in what we could do. They didn't try to pressure us into a sale with false fear of outcomes if we didn't do it either. He was very respectful of our time, and our space while in our home. The company, and the sister company Goettle that we dealt with in the past, were both above and beyond. We now have an ongoing membership with them and will use them for our yearly inspections and servicing for our home. Overall, as you can tell, we are pleased with all the services we have had this year. Highly recommend them.

OH MY GOODNESS WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

I never thought I’d say that about a plumbing repair. However, we were blessed to be the first customers of the day for repairmen Landon and Robert from Sunny Plumber. They were professional, technically proficient, and VERRRRRY kind and personable.

I’m a retired senior executive and I came to Arizona to visit my elderly aunt. While here, she had a leak under her kitchen sink so we called Sunny Plumber.

Now, when I was employed I worked for the federal government for almost 40 years. During my tenure I managed thousands of customer service representatives. In all my time in federal service I never encountered folks kinder, or more considerate and pleasant than Robert and Landon. These guys were REALLY nice!!!

And they weren’t just nice, they also knew what they were doing! They took their time to explain all the repairs to my elderly aunt and even made recommendations for additional work to prevent a mold problem from developing.

I simply can’t find enough nice things to say about Landon and Robert from Sunny Plumbers! They were the personification of outstanding customer service professionals! YOU HAVE REALLY GOT TWO KEEPERS SUNNY PLUMBERS! WAY TO GO!

My overall experience was excellent. Josh was very professional and ontime. He explained the problem to me and was very detailed oriented with his work. I thought the prices were fair for the high quality service I received and I will be calling The Sunny Plumber for all of my future plumbing needs.

After having three other plumbing companies come to diagnose our problem-all incorrectly, The Sunny Plumber came, correctly diagnosed our plumbing problem, helped us work through our options, and offered fantastic financing options (it was a big job). The job technician came the same day to start the work. At the beginning of each day, we were told what work would be done that day. At the end of each day, we were given a status of the work completed and the start time for the next day. A Quality Assurance employee came to the job site several times to inspect the work and make sure we were happy. Everyone we dealt with and everyone on the job site was competent, on-time, respectful, polite, and very conscious of the inconvenience of our situation. They did everything they said they would do and made sure we were happy with everything they did before we authorized payment to them. The work is warranted for 10 years so I don't think we'll need any plumbing work done for a very long time, but if we do, I will hire them again without any hesitation.

I paid a trip charge of $79.00.
I had a fauset handle that was loose and it needed to be tightened. Their charge was $325.00. Then I asked them to unscrew the cold water line and switch it with the hot water line under my sink. Their charge was another $325.00. I turned off the water under the sink and made the switch. It took 1 minute. I sent them packing and when they went down the road and looked back I was really smiling!!!!!
Take my word and money for it that it was the best $79.00 I ever spent to find out how bad this company is. If I asked them to unscrew a light bulb for me it was going to be $325.00.

Vicente was fantastic! I got a call when he was on his way, he was very quick to assess the problem and fixed it right away. He was also able to take care of another problem at the same time. The only reason for 4 stars is that I requested two separate receipts for the jobs and after a week I still have not received those receipts.

The guys were super friendly and absolutely helpful. We had just a hot mess of a situation and they helped us put back the pieces. My daughter was so excited that the “sunny plumber” guys were at our house. They gave her sunglasses and the Goettl flash light she hears their commercials on the radio and even sang the jingle. Plumbers are always pricey they are no different it was the quality of service that makes it worth it.

It is with great trepidation that I involve myself with my old adversary, the computer, but I feel compelled to share my Sunny Plumber experience. Unfortunately we had a plumbing problem but fortunately it was Sunny Plumber to the rescue. Our technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable & did a fabulous job for us. He was able to take care of our problem quickly & efficiently. I am retired & my wife disabled for the past 26 years. Mike & his Supervisor, also named Mike, worked with us & helped us tremendously. We think Mike & Sunny Plumber deserve the highest accolades & we highly recommend them without any reservations. They are great. Steve & Kathy O.

I had a new kitchen faucet, disposal, hot water heater and water softener installed and had a great experience with The Sunny Plumber. Daniel was a true professional and made sure I was satisfied with every step of the job. I recommend them highly Also, the exterior stucco had to be repaired and he scheduled it with Rodriguez Remodeling. They too did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Victor was my plumber and he noticed that I needed a new gas water heater right away. The old one was about ten years old and after looking at it, Victor showed me how dangerous it was and that it was ready to fall apart. He came back today to do the installation and he did a great job. He notified me when he arrived and he kept his work area neat and clean when he was done. Thank you Victor for everything.

I've used Goettel and the Sunny Plumber for many years and they always do a great job. I had my plumbing check up today and Landon and his partner were professional and completed the work quickly. AAA++++

We called Sunny Plumber to replace the valve in our bathtub. The technician showed up on time, the same day we made the appointment and he was very well mannered and answered all our questions. Also the price was competitive. Overall a great experience.

Update: I wanted to give them another try since I had already paid for membership. I needed a 1-1/4 inch water pressure regulator installed on the main. They quoted me over $1000!! I called the people that did my water softener and said they’d do it for $450. Hyper expensive and not worth it. Membership gets you nothing.

Not happy. Plumber showed up without the tools to do the job and asked to borrow mine, then he still couldn’t do the job because he forgot his saw so he called a second plumber to come do the work. The “free home inspection” was a joke. Just turned on a few faucets, asked if things drained well, that was it. Extremely overpriced as well.

The technician performed maintenance on my water heater. He inspected all valves in my home and replaced a broken shutoff valve from outside the house. He used good quality parts, the service was fast, and expertly done.

Good service and on time. Just wish the correct information was relayed to the Technician. He didn't know we had a tankless water heater. KYLE was very honest and professional and we appreciate that. We look forward to having KYLE return to install our new water heater. He saved us alot of money with his advice.

Kyle was awesome! He went through all the checks he was doing and why they had to be checked. Glad he pointed out the stuff he did as now I know what to keep an eye out for. The group that worked with me was very friendly and knowledgeable and very responsive. They followed through and returned calls promptly and the work was completed according to schedule. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

My experience was great! Ron has serviced my home twice and has always been professional and knowledgeable. And a big plus he's nice and friendly. As far as the work it was diagnosed quickly and repaired quickly.

Matthew was knowledgeable, honest, and up front with what his inspection would entail, and with what potential issues he found with my home's 14-year-old plumbing. I decided to have him replace my hot water heater. Matthew was courteous, efficient, and helpful with suggestions regarding the next steps I can take with keeping my home high and dry. I will ask for him again with any future plumbing needs.

These guys are professionals ! My technician Gabe was fantastic, friendly and happy. Great communication, my Tech showed on time in a clean professional Van. They came out to inspect our plumbing as part of a maintenance we got with our AC. They were a little late, but polite and didn't take a lot of time. They let us know the water softener wasn't doing anything and needed to be replaced. That's fine, I suspected that was the case, but the price quoted for replacement was outrageously high, more than double the next most expensive price I was quoted.

Company extremely professional and not pushy, but insistant on doing what is needed to solve the problems. Thus protecting the home for the future. Installer, Eric, was absolutely top notch in ability to diagnose and creatively solve the problem. Total cost was a lot more than I planned, but quality of work the best. By the way, the free sunglasses were top quality l, too.

Dispatch was friendly and communicative enough and the technicians were friendly, as well. Unfortunately, the service tech and his manager employed alarmist, high pressure sales tactics with my spouse, creating a great deal of panic where there was no need.

Was hours late on two out of two time frames quoted, which happens, but makes me suspicious that they are over-booked or under-staffed.

$500?! to snake a main line is over priced especially since the tech quoted him lower then after a phone call came back with $500. 4 stars are for the tech at least treating my elderly grandfather nicely and they were pretty quick about getting there..

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was given a four hour window for the tech's arrival but was given no updates on the time of arrival after that window passed. It was only after I called that I was given a new estimated time of arrival, which was another hour which put the total time I had waited at six hours. I had to ask for a discount rather than simply receive one, and the first thing they offered me was a discount on any future repairs. I declined since at this point my home is under warranty and honestly, I had no plans on calling them for any future business. They did offer me $30 off a diagnostic fee, and given the fact that this day and appointment were already a sunk cost, I agreed. I should not have, because in the end the diagnostic fee is waived if they do any work, so basically they didn't give me any discount whatsoever. Once the tech arrived, he did not have the right equipment for the job so had to return to the warehouse to get a part. Not only that, but the job to simply connect a water line from my fridge to the water supply under the sink was quoted at $365.

Kyle from the Sunny Plumber is a senior tech and his expertise shows. He was well versed in plumbing and knows how to have a conversation. He replaced my hot water heater, got me hooked up with a finance company that offers same-as-cash financing and took the time to explain why certain things have to be done moving forward before we can truly turn on the water to our house. I couldn't be happier with Kyle and his 20+ years of knowledge and experience!

Stay far far away from this company. They use bad sales tactics and lies to sell you a way overpriced service. Quoted me a price of over 4K to fix a pipe and made up some other BS about service I needed and the pipe I had. Well another company did the same job for $800. I have no issue with people charging more for a service or product, but when you bold face lie to some and up charge them then you are a shady company. Read other reviews online, don’t let the shady plumber scam you. They are the used car salesmen of plumbing.

SCAM!!!!! The alarm on my sump pump went off and I called the sunny plumber they came out and told me without even looking at the toilet or flushing it that he heard it running and it was fine and it was probably a faulty alarm.
The next day it overflowed and flooded my entire basement. I called them back out and they said it would be $800 just to look to see if I needed a new pump and if I need a new pump it would be over $5,000 just for a new pump!! I called and got a second opinion and an honest plumber came out and did the entire job for $800 out the door!!! The sunny plumber salesman was like a nasty car salesman totally tried to rip me off... I don't trust goettl either because they said my air conditioning is broken and they turned it off outside and told me I needed to pay thousands to get it fixed and we turned it back on and it's worked ever since perfectly fine complete scam artists!!!

Pushy employees. Repeatedly tried to sell us a water softener when called out for a bad shut off valve. Ridiculous pricing. Terrible experience. Will never consider doing business in the future. Would sooner let my house flood than call them again.

This was my first time with Sunny Plumber and I am so happy that I can't stop singing the Sunny Plumber Jingle. Gabe explained everything in great detail to me about the installation of the new hot water heater and all about the warranty. Gabe is an asset to Sunny Plumber and his expertise wants me to do business with Sunny Plumber over and over again.

The work itself was fine if a little overpriced. But communication and timelyness was a huge problem. I called at 8:30 in the morning for a leaking pipe. Was told they would be out between 12 and 4 in the afternoon. At 2 pm I got a call saying they would be late. Received a $50 giftcard or the lateness. Got home at 7:30 that night and no-one had yet come out. Called again and around 8:20 plumber showed up. Just before 9 he informs me that he needs to go to Home Depot for a reducer, even though I was told that morning that their trucks contain almost everything needed for simple repairs. This was a repair of a 8 inch leaking pipe that was already accessible. 9:30 I get informed the part will not be available until the next day.
Next day I had to go work so told family someone should be by soon to finish the job. At12:30 I get a call from home saying nobody had showen up or called. Call again and get told plumber is on hour long lunch break and will come out after. Job finally gets done at about 2:30 pm. Approx 30 hours later. With 2 follow up calls needed to remind then I had called for a repair. Totally not worth all the aggravation. Finished job was great and plumber was great. This isn't on him, but on the company.

Awesome experience!! The service man was very knowledgeable and also pointed out an unknown issue that was done by another company on my water heater. Because of him, I contacted the other company and they apologized and corrected it up to standard. Thank you so much!! I will use you again.

Just had The Sunny Plumber out to take a look at our water heater. They were very courteous! Victor K. took a look at our water heater, went in the attic to check out some odd plumbing we had. Made a few calls and set everything up right away!

They charged my 85 year old mom $395 to replace a cold water shut off valve under her bathroom sink that took a total of 20 minutes. My mom called me upset so I called Sunny Plumber and talked with a manager that asked in a rude tone if I had noticed the price of gas these days. The high end labor cost for this kind of job is $150 with $10 in materials.... Sunny Plumber is not only outrageous in their pricing but I feel took advantage of my elderly mother.

We had a back up in our main line. All the drains were backed up. We called them because it was top of Google search. First they told my wife. $348 she said that's too much. They said ok we'll call the boss. They came back and said ok $98. It was a lot of work and something was wrong but by the time they left it was $650, $350 it for the boss to come out and use his camera that goes through the pipe, and if we wanted it fixed right $8000. Then they wanted to negotiate - the guys that came in the truck were nice and hard working, but I felt like it was like walking into and old style car dealership at the end. We paid them the $650 to leave.

They were very nice and professional. I use Goettl for my A/C needs and sunny plumber is their plumbing affiliate. I don't understand how they come up with cost repairs. I thought they overcharged.$300 dollars to cut out and replace copper tubing that was around 14in.

02-13-18 - There latest commercial suggests that what goes down your drain will somehow get back into the drinking water you get from the tap. Another scare tactic? Honestly I wouldn't do business with this company if it were the only plumber in the valley.

Why would I ever join a club (Sunshine Club) and spend money unnecessarily? Peace of mind? Why not just purchase a home warranty if that's the case? The assertion in their commercial is that you're going to get something for free. If you pay to be member of their club you're not getting anything for free. It's a ridiculous premise, just like their jingle. Every time I hear it I shut off the radio. Based on the reviews I’d certainly consider using them but if hear that jingle one more time I'll go crazy. It's just plain stupid and obnoxious IMHO.

The team that came to my house was on time, gave a heads up call. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very respectful and honest. Would definitely use Sunny Plumber again and would request Justin each time.

The absolute worst decision of my life was trusting The Sunny Plumber. Hands down the LEAST ethical company I have ever dealt with. They lied about what was needed, lied about what insurance would cover, they robbed us blind, then completely disappeared when we needed the help they promised dealing with our insurance company. It was weeks of hounding them just to get documentation. We ended up having to sell our home to get out of the massive debt they left us in. Then, to top it off, the inspection revealed they had CRACKED our FOUNDATION which reduced our home’s value.
STAY AWAY FROM THE SUNNY PLUMBER! They’re pure evil.

Worst ever. First the technician tried to sell me a yearly Membership. Then quoted a price of $350 to run a snake down the drain. I paid the service-call fee just to get him the hell out of here. Total waste of time and money.

I came home at 12:40 am after an evening shift at work and found 2 of water throughout my house. I got online and tried a 24/7 plumber who never called me back. After an hour of waiting for the callback, I clicked on the Sunny Plumber website and a chat window popped up. I explained the situation and within minutes a customer person called me on the phone and said she could have a technician at my place within an hour. Mathew from Sunny Plumber showed up within the hour and figured the problem out pretty quickly, a plastic emergency shut off valve on my guest bath toilet. He explained and showed me that all my shut off valves were the same plastic type push on/off valves. He gave me a what seemed like a reasonable price to resolve the broken one that had filled my house with water and gave me a quote to change them all out at a lower rate if I wanted to but didn't have to. Since I had the resources I agreed. Mathew did a great job, he was friendly, professional, and really put me at ease about the situation. While this is all going on I was waiting for an emergency restoration call back from both Service-master and Serv-pro. Serv-pro called and couldn't respond with assistance until later in the morning, Service-master didn't call back until later that day. Mathew told me they worked with a company called Eco-dry and they could be here within an hour, so I had him contact them and they arrived within an hour to assess the situation and develop a plan of mitigation for the mess created by the flood of water, from a small plastic shut off valve, on a guest bathroom toilet... Check your valves people, and if they're plastic replace them with a chrome valve and stainless steel hoses!

Tony was very friendly and professional. Spotted a problem with water heater, explained why it should be replaced, and we spent the $1,400.00 based on his recommendation. He is welcome back to service our plumbing needs.

I was in a bind to get my kitchen sink unclogged. I called Sunny Plumbing on the advice of a co-worker. They customer service agent told me I was next in the queue and a tech would be at my house between 3:00 and 6:00. Not sure why there was 3 hour timeframe if I was next in the queue, but I left work I a hurry to get home. At 6:00, the plumber had not showed or called. I called the customer service line and was told the plumber was finishing up his previous job and would be at house by 6:30. He finally showed 7:30 then started talking an inspection. I said I called because of a stopped up sink. He then quoted me a price of $335 to clear the drain.

That seems rather expensive for a simple clean out but what do I know? I’m not happy about the long wait or the confusion of the service call or the price.

That all happened on October 22nd. I called back today (November 14th) because the kitchen sink was once again backing up. I was told on the phone that there would be no charge for today’s service. When the tech showed up, he told me there was another charge of $335 or I could sign up for their “membership” for $285 and today’s call would be “free”. The tech said I was misinformed about not being charged. Well, they had me over a barrel. What was I supposed to do with a backed up sink but to pay again to get it unclogged.

Bottom line: do your research before using these guys. Very shady & unethical.

We decided to call The Sunny Plumber because of the great experience we had with Goettl A/C. Our emergency plumbing problem required a quick decision which ended up being a horrible decision. We trusted them and in turn we horribly overcharged with a total bill of over $10,000. They have been unwilling to provide our insurance company with required invoicing. Over $7000 do dig a hole!! Beware of The Sunny Plumber and always get a second opinion.

Jason was a breath of fresh air who was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally professional. He left my wife and I at ease and with confidence that we had chosen a company that isn't pushy, and doesn't pressure customers for unnecessary repairs or maintenance. Thanks, Jason!

PLEASE PLEASE, stay far away from the Shady Plumber. We had a small leak in a shower that we tried fixing ourselves, and had trouble getting everything to fit back together perfectly. Sunny came and told us that our hard water had rotted a hole through the valve which he showed me, and quoted $1,400 to replace the entire valve, plus the cost of a subcontractor to come and rip the tile out of our shower. The tech was on the phone with his boss discussing the project, and I heard him say, 'no I can talk, the homeowner is in his office and can't hear me.' Obviously they were scheming about how to come up with a more expensive project. His boss came and also said we immediately need a new hot water heater ($1,733). They also ran a cam through the sewer and quoted $15,000 needed to replace our entire sewer line.

I got a 2nd opinion, and the other plumber said that there is nothing wrong with the shower valve, just an old piece of spring stuck back there which is why it wouldn't fit. He fixed it in a half hour for a small service charge and DIDN'T have to rip apart our bathroom. The 2nd opinion stated we could probably use a new hot water heater but it's certainly not as dire as Sunny described (Quote $1,000 to replace, compared to $1,733 by Sunny for the exact same replacement). I will be having the other plumbers check out the sewer as well, as I'm sure Sunny was gouging and exaggerating there as well.

After Sunny left, the rep began calling me every 20 minutes trying to get me to commit to the work they quoted to begin - they wanted to start digging up the sewer that same afternoon! Very high pressure, clearly working on commission, and legitimately making up repairs that don't need to be done. They had my wife scared to death about our plumbing situation, and she had been there alone certainly would have been duped into just signing away on all their ridiculous work and quotes.

They run on a script and do NOT stop. They were talking about water softeners, which I agree may be necessary for our home and I was interested in hearing. He started with details on the lowest level and worked his way up. After getting halfway through his description of the 2nd level unit, my wife tried to stop him, saying I think that's enough, we would only want the cheaper version. He said, Ok, but I'll just continue and tell you all the others. They are like programmed robots trying to suck you dry. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS, SHOP LOCAL, and ALWAYS GET A 2ND QUOTE!

#Kyle is the best. He helped us pick out a great Water Softener and let us know every step of the way everything that was happening. We saw an immediate improvement in our water quality.

Sunny Plumber exceeded my expectations in helping an elderly friend stay in her home by fixing her plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom. The work conditions were not the best but employees at Sunny Plumber went above and beyond in completing the work efficiently and expertly while treating the customer with the upmost respect and dignity. Thank you Sunny Plumber for your professionalism, compassion, dedication, and generosity.

Even though they were not able to unclog my toilet, they only charged the service fee The Plumber called his boss and got the fee waived for the auger as it didn't work. Said he didn't feel right charging for the auger and leaving the toilet clogged! I love that this company cared about me, and i was not just money in their pocket!

My plumbing technician Mathew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also a courteous man. He cleaned up when he was finished with the job. When I need a plumber I want Sunny to send him.

Sunny Plumber was very professional. Our leak under the sink was due to the garbage disposal. Our plumber had all parts on his truck and it was taken care of quickly.
We plan to use them for all our future plumbing needs.

Even though their commercials drive me insane and make my ears bleed, their plumbers are top notch. Being associated with Goettl is a plus. I signed up with their service plan, and it is already paying off! Peace of mind for my family and rock solid service. Thanks to Mitch, my Sunny Plumber!

Well first of all knowing that we had to get a plumber we certainly didn’t want a Melvin job...The ☀️? Sunny ?Plumber jingle begin to ring in my ears... We called them & got Jason H. who explained everything that was going to get completed. We even got our ☀️Sunny ? Plumber ?...thank you as it seems we are always needing a flashlight for one thing or another... Thank you ? again & Jason a big?? for a job well done... They should be called The Shady Plumber with shady business practices. High pressure sales tactics that reminded me of trying to buy a car at a dealership. They refused to give me a written estimate, but their verbal estimate ended up being 3 times as expensive as all of the other written estimates I got, and they wanted to charge me for the estimate. Do yourself a favor and get at least two written estimates before you decide to hire someone. And NEVER pay anyone for an estimate. That's ridiculous! It saved me a lot of money by NOT using the Shady Plumber. The way to look at it is this-- who is paying for all those annoying ads and cheap sunglasses and crappy flashlights? You are, if you hire these people.

Extreamly high prices, high pressure upselling, pretty sure their plummers are on commission. They GOUGE people who don't know any better. $320 to remove a toilet and put a wax seal on. I did this in 30min myself with no professional experiance. $250 to run a snake down a drain and unclog it. VERY rediculous. DO NOT use these guys. Many other plummers in the valley that are great and will do the work for 1/4th the price.

Customer service is good, the people they deploy to houses are very nice, clean, and they do perform thier jobs well. If you like to overpay for work then use these guys.

Plumber came out same day as my phone call. Was very friendly and professional. Replaced some old leaky pipes under my kitchen sink. Will definitely use them again.

I recently had a minor issue concerning my Reverse Osmosis (RO) system in the kitchen under the sink. Kyle, the technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He had to change the filters in my 5-stage RO system. He was requested due to the different type connection fittings used. He explained what was being done and also provided information for any upgrades to an RO system if wanted. I was pleased with the work and have not had any problems.

Great knowable crew came in and did a very detailed inspection and pointed out all the issues that are of concern, very happy they showed up. They always wore their foot protection when inside the house over their shoes to keep the floors clean and were very friendly , thanks again!

I was very happy with the service I received from the Sunny Plumber. The staff was very respectful, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before leaving. I will absolutely call The Sunny Plumber in the future.

They are awesome, they went above and beyond so we could have hot water in Christmas Day after being without hot water since Friday. They stepped in when our home warranty company failed us.

We have used this company for approximately 3+ years which on the most part has been good...

Two weeks ago I scheduled appt for ac/heater unit and a plumbing issue...appt for ac/heating unit with technician Eddie went great - shout out to Eddie thank you...

Appt for Sunny Plumber was canceled due to emergency and sick employee...appt rescheduled for the following Tuesday...we were told the issue and agree to financing $$$$$...appt was made for Thursday...we had to call to find out when they would show...we were then told an emergency came up and approximately would come at 11:30am...
We were clear that we need first morning appt ( we always do)

So that appt was canceled and scheduled for Friday (today)...after us having to call them...we were told only half the job could be done- the equipment was broken / or needed to be fixed...note: we already signed on the financing...

Technicians Adam and Jacob came...when they were done we spoke...it was clear that they were leaving- nothing said about coming back in...I went into the laundry room- Adam & Jacob made a huge mess in my laundry room, water all over the floor, dirty footprints tracked throughout my kitchen into hallway and entry way...not only did they make a mess- they broke my laundry thing (were I hang clothes to dry...to be fair it is flimsy but they didn't even acknowledge that they did this ...most certainly they did not apologize)...my husband went out front to call them-Adam & Jacob were leaving - they were SITTING IN THE VAN Mark - not getting cleaning supplies...

I called immediately...told a very polite sweet Melony what happened...that they - Adam & Jacob - were absolutely not welcomed back in due to how they were disrespectful to my home /property including braking a piece of my property....also they didn't even put my washer all the way back - I had to do that and it took a good 30 minutes to clean up...

After speaking to supervisor Mark, I could see it wasn't going anywhere...Adam & Jacob were claiming that they were going to clean up...please note we had already said good day and goodbye...they DID NOT say they were coming back to clean and at no time acknowledged or apologize for what they broke...instead I get told that I must be mistaken...

To be fair a manager and the very polite sweet Melony did call back...I am so very upset right now...they are suppose to come back next week to complete the job...we shall see

If things get resolved I will revise my review...as for now this is how it stands...disappointed, dissatisfied, and upset

Update...they finally finished the plumbing issue...the technicians Paul, William, and Matt were nice and courteous ...although, wish I would have been warned about toilet water being pushed out...had to clean that...

Still no acknowledgement nor apology for the previous mess and broken property

Plumber visited between 1 and 5, diagnosed leaky pipe, repaired and didn't try to upsell anything else. Thanks for being honest that the water heater was 3 years old and didn't need to be replaced.

We hired The Sunny Plumbers to install.5 Star whole house RO system Nd Tankless water heater in August 2018. Love them both. Water in STV is bad. The RO system has made our clothes, shower, toilets and sinks cleaner and the tankless water heater has reduced our gas usage and having constant hot water is the best. The staff at Sunny Plumbers are professional and very easy to work with. We have hired GOETTL to install 5 Star AC/RO and TWH in 2018. Best improvements we’ve made.

Matt saves the day once again. I smelled a faint odor of gas in the closet where the water heater is off the back patio. Matt was there with in probably an hour. Fairly easy fix and done!

Cruz was very good. Saw the problem. Solved it. I was surprised to call and someone came the same day and came back the next morning and replaced the water heater. It was a good experience.

They charge $79 for a quote; if you decide not to use them. If you do, then theyll waive this, so if they over quote i am responsible for paying $79.00 for no work done- no thanks

He came in, asked what was wrong and went right to work. Afterwards I sang the Sunny song and asked for some sunglasses in which he promptly ran out to his vehicle and got them. Great first experience.

Once again Kyle id a terrific job removing our 4-year old hot water heater and water=softening system and installing a new hot water heater and water filtration system. It is always a please dealing with Kyle.

Ungodly expensive, super high pressure sales tactics. Sky high quote and charged me through the nose for the diagnostics they supposedly completed (video scoping the line, but I didn’t actually see any scoping equipment).
