When you're used to taking hot showers in this 120 degree weather, a cold shower is not to my satisfaction. I called Anthony's Plumbing and they were able to replace my old water heater with a new one the same day. I HIGHLY recommend this company to all my family and friends. Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Absolutely worthless company. Have used them multiple times for both of my business locations. Never again! I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday of last week. They were able to get me scheduled for Friday. Then Friday they called me to say they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule me for Saturday. They typically have a weekend fee of $150 that they said they would waive since it was their fault they couldn't make it out. Seemed very reasonable and although I was frustrated that they changed the appointment, I was ok with the arrangement. Fast forward to Saturday morning and I get a text telling me they are going to need to charge me the $150 weekend fee and that's just the way it is. I explained that whoever I spoke with told me the fee would be waived and they said no, my supervisor is saying that was a miss communication. I'm like good business is a miscommunication?? It's time to move on and find a more reliable and reputable company. Don't waste your time and money playing these scheduling games. Option one just went to option never!!!!!!

I have a brand new house. I need a brand new water softener installed. Bumble Bee Plumbing tried to sell me a DIFFERENT water softener for over $3,000! If I didn't want that, they were willing to spend 30 minutes installing the one I already have for ONLY $1,100.00. That's a rate of over $2,000.00 per hour. What a dishonest scam organization that tries to exploit the uninitiated customer!

There's nothing like a plumbing mishap to send one into a state of panic! Things get chaotic when your only bathroom is out of order! Fortunately for me- the service guy arrived & quickly put my mind at ease. He was patient, answering all my questions & worked diligently, determined to find and fix the root cause. And he did so amidst the parade of animals determined to get in his way. I was pleased with the service & grateful for a problem solved! Thank You Efrain- you were our hero that day!
