Woke up to a wet bathroom floor and a shower slowly draining. Checked the second bathroom and the floor was wet in there, too. That's when I really freaked out. I assumed I would be out thousands of dollars for this repair. Luckily, it was just a sewage blockage. Shout out to Larry! He was patient and kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. We have used Diamondback Plumbing for many years and have always had very good and reliable service. We have recommended this company to several friends and neighbors who were equally pleased with their services.One of my neighbors had a ridiculous estimate for a repair from another company and was told that every faucet in her home had to be replaced. Upon my recommendation she called Diamondback and found out that only one faucet had to be replaced. She was very grateful for my recommendation and pleased with the final outcome.

The plumber, Cole was very professional. Cole arrived and promptly got to work. He determined the problem and immediately tackled the problem. He had to repair a “brand new” water heater, installing new elements and a relay. He was a lifesaver. Another individual had installed the water heater, but we still had no hot water. When Cole left the problem was fixed. Happily, I took a nice hot shower this morning.

I have used Deer Valley for several jobs around the house. With a home nearly 30 years old, there are many water supply lines that were getting old. I work in the insurance claims industry and know that being a responsible home owner/insured requires replacement of old lines from time to time.

I highly recommend champion plumbing. I had many complicated issues. They were able to explain to me what needed to be done, showed me the pipes that were affected and how they were fixed. They were on time professional and polite. They are now in my phone for future plumbing issues.

First let me tell you about men like Carter, Carter shows up early for his job, Carter shows up prepared for his job, but above all Carter gets the job done kids! He was professional and kind both visits. Not only did he have to come out to our apartment twice to install a new chiller a/c unit but had a smile on his face the entire time. The world needs more men like Carter, A.P.E.S. Is extremely lucky to have such an attentive and hardworking employee.
