I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

This company came out and repaired our roof for an affordable price and they did it in record time! They also have a warranty that ensures quality of their work. I will never go with another company again its them for us for life!

Had a pipe break on an outdoor faucet in a very difficult place. Our handyman worked very diligently and patiently to get it done right. While there he spotted that our side gate was balky---he fixed it in a couple of minutes w/o a charge. Very friendly, fair pricing and great work. Exactly what I was looking for.

Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! First of all Daniel and Aaron were awesome and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.
However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
