AJ was fantastic! He was quickly responsive to my message on Yelp, and we exchanged texts about a few additional details and his availability. He gave me a quote and came out within a few days to clean our windows, which was no easy job. We have a two story house and windows that extend up to 20 feet. He showed up on time, came prepared and has a really great attitude. The windows weren't this clean when we moved in a couple of years ago.

We will definitely have him back in the spring for another cleaning and, if you are on the fence about hiring someone else to clean your windows, you should give Streak Patrol a shot. The price was reasonable and the windows got clean.

Highly disappointed in the cleaning and customer service. They cleaners missed multiple items despite my communication with the company. Problems happened repeatedly and company did not take ownership of the problems no offer any kind of resolution. I would not recommend them.

Rockman Pools gets my business!! Before contacting Rockman Pools, I had a TERRIBLE time getting any local pool company in Anthem, AZ to even acknowledge, let alone respond to my service requests made via phone and email. I just needed someone to come out and take a look at my faltering filter system. Then, I called Rockman Pools and not only did a live person (Matt) actually answer the phone, he promised to come out the next day and see what needed to be done to get my filter working properly.

Matt arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and laid out a path to get everything fixed. He returned with all the needed parts and despite 100+ temps, he got my pool back in commission within a few hours.

And if something else happens to ur vehicle they will come out to u and get the problem solve or get u to wherever close by shop to. These people went out of there way to solve my problems after they did my DPF im very satisfied with there service and there loyalness to me. U dont ever come across good people that go out of there way to fix ur other problems and not charge u for all the extra stuff like some other companies will. My heart and my friendship goes out to these people and there company . I will recommend my friends and family to there service that 100% garantee.

First pool company I hired, awful experience. Called in to have my pool drained and filled. Talking with a rep she mentioned 1.5 days to drain, next day 1.5 to fill and than balance the water the next. Which will be a 4-5 day process.. They had a tech come out and just dropped a pump off and left, said he will be back in twos days. 4 days later, no tech. So I decided to acid washed and filled up my pool and balance the chemicals myself. 5th day the tech came and picked up the pump and just left. Few days later they sent a supervisor to come and balance my chemicals, which I already done. I mentioned to him about what happen and how I was not satisfied with the service and promise of 4 days, that turned to almost 2 weeks and I am not paying for a service that you didn't really do, he just said ok, your water is good and left. Than few months later I get a bill saying I have a past due amount. Past due, for what service? The one I had to do myself. I'm not paying them, if they decide to send my bill to collection I rather settle with them than give any money to poolman.
