Best A/C Repair And Maintenance Services in Phoenix AZ

I live in an apartment complex & my building began experiencing plumbing problems on/around 4/26. Several units in my building were experiencing sewage backups that were causing terrible smells & overflows. The plumbing issues caused my toilet not to flush, & it also caused a terrible smell in my unit (which, up until A.P.E.S. came to “fix” the problem, were the ONLY problems in my unit). The leasing office called A.P.E.S. sometime during the morning of 4/27, & after claiming that they would arrive in an hour, A.P.E.S. didn’t arrive until HOURS later (& once they finally arrived, the problem remained unresolved by the time they left).

A.P.E.S. left the complex shortly before 4PM on 4/27. Thinking that the plumbing issue was now resolved, I went to check my toilet & found that it still was not flushing. The smell also remained, & as I pulled back my shower curtain to check my tub, I found that I now had RAW SEWAGE that had come up from the shower drain following the work the plumbers did outside of our building (see “RAW SEWAGE BEFORE” [attached]).

I decided to call A.P.E.S. directly, in order to advise them of the issues that remained. I spoke with CeCe, who advised that they weren’t finished & would be coming back. I asked if she could have them come to my unit with the necessary tools/chemicals to clean the raw sewage out from my tub (which is something that I obviously should NOT have to do), & she stated that she would put the request in.

After missing in action for nearly 3 hours, A.P.E.S. finally returned to “complete” the job shortly before 7PM, but the job actually was not FULLY completed. Shortly after A.P.E.S. returned to the same area they were at earlier, I heard a knock on my door; It was one of the plumbers who went by the name of Justin, & I let him in.

Justin walked into the bathroom & flushed the toilet, after which point he ran a couple drops of water in the tub (which, as stated, now contained RAW SEWAGE) & he then began to leave without cleaning it. I stopped him before he got to the door & I asked if he had the necessary tools to clean this mess out of my tub (as I had requested in PLAIN ENGLISH over the phone). At this point, he said he did not, he asked ME if I had any simple green or similar (to which I replied no [i'm not a plumber & i'm not paid NOR equipped to do the job of a plumber]), he said he had nothing to clean the tub with, & he left my apartment.

After leaving my apartment, Justin returned to the same area outside, continued working, & the problem in my tub suddenly got worse as I now had my tub filling up with even MORE raw sewage (see “RAW SEWAGE AFTER” [attached]). At this point, I went outside to share pictures of the worsening problem with the plumbers, & I ONCE AGAIN requested for them to clean it up. At this point, Justin started screaming like a 2-year-old, telling me everything he WASN'T going to do, & in the end, Justin & his partner left without making ANY effort to clean up the mess THEY caused.

This company needs to do a better job of A. taking OWNERSHIP & B. setting the right expectations for the customer. It is not the CUSTOMERS responsibility to clean up a mess that YOUR employees caused. If you can drive clear across town to pick up a $5,000 dollar piece of equipment (that you should’ve ALREADY had in your work van), then you can make the necessary accommodations to clean up any/all messes that YOU cause within someone’s home (as a result of YOUR work); A.P.E.S chose to dump that responsibility on ME, & to have Justin yelling & screaming like a 2-year-old when I went outside to request that they clean up the mess they created in my apartment only made a bad situation worse. In the end, his actions, along with the lack of empathy & eventually RETALIATION (coming by way of one or more A.P.E.S. staff members submitting a false complaint to our leasing office claiming that I was “harassing” them) makes the entire company look bad. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Justin came out and cleaned shower pipe, he was very professional and explained how to prevent build up in pipes. Would highly recommend Justin for any repair.

Efrain was scheduled for my job to do some drain cleanings. He was very professional, friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. He completed each task in a timely manner. I would recommend Quick Fix 24/7 to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and efficient.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

Our house was up to 87 degrees inside. Garret came quite early in our timeframe window and was totally friendly and professional.He got our house cooling in no time, and it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend him as a technician, and will definitely use them again in the future.Only downside is they are open here 8-5pm, but in this AZ heat, they’d probably be working all night long if not. They are very responsive when they get in at 8 am. So while we did wait until morning, it was a great experience with how efficient he got the job done. Super grateful. ?

Company is great. My tech, Keven went through the entire process with me. Explained the details of each component and the specs along with how each played in the overall running of the system. Our air conditioner went out yesterday. Called our home warranty and they sent 1st choice mechanical out. Mike said they would be available between 10-2 to arrive. 1120am was the ETA. Mike showed up on time, explained what system I have just by looking up at roof. Informed me he was going to start by checking the breaker box for loose wires and then check system. Mike found the issue with the AC and by 1215 I have air again. I will recommend to everyone I know to use this company

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.
