Copeland & Son are the best. I have used other services in the past, but these people are a cut above. They go above and beyond what others would do in order to provide the best service and helped us with an additional in our home that just bothered them because the other provider didn't do work that were up to Copeland's standards. We had used you before the service was great and reasonable! So we call again just wanting them to put a new facet on my kitchen sink Call on the Oct 23 said they would send someone Oct 25 between 8am - 12pm. We had already purchase facet They sent two guys to give me a quote to just mount the facet and if I accepted their quote they would then send a plumber. The two guys gave a quote that was over $400. 00 !! I told them NO THANKS ! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL !!

Mitch did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. This was the first time I had had a water heater fail so the flooding was not what I expected. I called Mitch and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. His price was fair and he offered to shift his schedule around and install it the same day! I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

I cannot express how grateful I am for your Technician expertise, professionalism, and dedication to solving my basement flooding issue. We called Mid 10 Plumbing because we needed a faucet valve removed. It was a Sunday afternoon and decided on an independent as the two previous companies we called had no techs available. Juan was very nice and accommodating and had Jeremy come out as soon as he finished the job he was at. Within an hour the valve was removed and the new one put in. I would definitely recommend Mid 10 Plumbing and would use them again!
