They don’t make plumbers like this anymore. My wife and I had a pretty serious issue with our renovation that required some real work. this guy did all of it, by himself, in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and he was the cheapest guy out there, which meant I didn’t have to wait a year to save up for it to be done. I have nothing but praise for this company.

We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.
