Great service by friendly, professional folks! We've used Lee Company since the late 1990's for two houses and have never been disappointed. Through the years Lee Company has installed HVACs, tankless water heaters, home water filters, toilets, new ducts, and has done major home electrical upgrades to our great satisfaction. We recently discovered we had roots in a sewer line which decided to clog while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Lee Company quickly came and cleared the line.
I highly recommend them as a timely, one-stop shop for your home maintenance needs.

Nothing against the serviceman, but a toilet was stopped up. I had plunged it several times. Serviceman gave it a couple of plunges and it cleared up. He fixed one other problem with the handle and left in about 15 minutes. The bill was over $160 after my discount. For the first time in 20 years with Lee Co., I felt a bit cheated.

Jacob was fantastic. Could not fix problem on initial but got me a quote within 12 hours. Price was reasonable. Lee came the same day I called them.

We signed up for the annual maintenance program from Lee and have been thrilled. Jeffrey just completed our annual electrical check and he was very kind and very professional and knowledgeable. With the annual service plan you get four annual inspections … Electrical, plumbing, HVAC heating and HVAC air conditioning. 2 technicians have come to our home and I will request them again. They do thorough work and are not trying to upsell us on anything. We did not have an electrical problem but it was nice to have it inspected.

Lee Co is consistently the most professional service company I’ve ever dealt with.

Lee Co does good work, however they didn’t make the 2- hour window appointment (that took 3 weeks to get) and did not communicate that they were running late until after I called when no one showed. This is disrespectful customer service in my opinion. Be on time, and if you can’t, at least call your customer to tell them.

I have been using Lee Co. since 1999 and have been very satisfied with theor service and the promptness of response to my requests. I'm changing my five-star rating to a two star. I'm having trouble with the service now and I've been trying to email them several times and they just won't answer me. And trying to get them on the phone has been any easier.

Each time I use services of Lee Company, they respond quickly to my request. Then, they come in promised time frame. Staff are courteous, conscientious and professional. Shawn got the jobs done more quickly than I thought it would be. If I have to have a plumber, Lee Company is my go to choice.

Caleb did a professional and thorough job! He shared information and pictures with me as to what condition my heating unit was in. He also discovered our humidifier wasn’t working and disconnected it. Looks like we will need a new one!

Aaron, our electrician, was extremely helpful in navigating electrical issues in our 63 year old home. He took his time coming up with a plan of action and executed said plan with perfection. He had to leave to gather supplies at the nearest home supply store. He was professional in stating what he needed and returned within the hour. He had a positive attitude and spent the whole work day in my home. I would definitely recommend him for any of your electrical needs.

I called after hours because our ac was out. It turns out the issue was really difficult to diagnose but the after hours tech from lee was so kind(and from calling at 8:30pm he arrived at 8:45pm)and spent awhile trying to find our issue. In the end he couldn’t figure it out and said he’d contact a more experienced tech the next day(he did, but the original company I was using ended up coming back out) I just wanted to thank him for taking the time and being so cool when I’m sure my job was extremely frustrating. Lee company is the one to call if you want good honest quality service. Things can be expensive if left unchecked. So be sure to get regular checks on things in your home. Was raining and late in the day but Ernest showed up when he said he would. I’m certain I was his last call but he didn’t rush anything, explaining everything he was doing. Very professional and friendly. Well, almost 2.5hrs later, he got us up and running. He did such a thorough examination of our system trying to find a leak. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. Cannot recommend Lee Company, bit especially Ernest more. Man deserves and award!

Matt was on time and worked through several issues that arose. I needed a microwave removed and a new plug installed for a modern unit. He was FANTASTIC. I have used Lee Company several times and it has always been a great experience.

Service was for plumbing maintenance; The service man arrived late, was not wearing a mask and said he had a sinuous cold, so I really didn’t want him in the house. He needs to learn some people skills. He said he would send me an estimate for some items but I haven’t received it. Worst experience I’ve had with Lee by far.

Ventless fireplace logs installed

With the temperatures well below freezing we discovered that our HVAC system was drawing its last breath. The Lee Company was exceptional in the clear and concise options before us. We asked a lengthy list of questions and they were patient to thoroughly answer each and every one. In the end - we purchased a new HVAC system. The install went exactly as described - and the installers, too, were exceptional! Timely, polite, thoughtful and through. Our home is now toasty warm and we are extremely pleased!

We had 3 electrical tasks for the electrician to do and Ron did them professionally and efficiently. We also signed up for the Lee Company home maintenance program which saved us money on this job.

customers for a very long time and is very very pleased with the service and

I included details below, but to make this story short, we've been incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and organization from this company. We've paid $1,000 for a job that never fixed our problem (It wasn't even a short-term fix), and now we've invested this money, we've waited more than six months for Lee to come back and work on our shower. They've cancelled a handful of times, every time we call, we're put on hold for 20+ minutes, and they never seem to communicate within the company. They've taken our money for lackluster and incomplete work, and have been unhelpful in managing this project. I would avoid this company!

Full review:
I'll first say that we are members of Lee Company and have used Lee for a number of times in the past without issue. Generally, the work is timely and great - we've done electric work, HVAC maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, but we've had a on-going issue with our shower, and Lee has been paid over $1,000 and has been frustratingly difficult to communicate with and our shower has been out of order since October (they've been taking over six months to fix at this point).

After having a Lee employee examine our shower and seeing the grout between the tiles chipping out, they told us our shower needed to be regrouted - which would cost ~$1,000. They came and did the job, and the grout sank in when it settled and did not properly fill the gaps between the tiles - as it was probably was not mixed right and too watery. I snapped some pictures and had multiple project managers come to look at it, all agreeing that it needed to be topped with more grout. At this point, they realized they used the wrong grout and suggested having someone dig it out again and replace the original work. That was fine, except they cancelled each morning they were supposed to come out and do this, which went on for months. Each time we called to reschedule, we were put on hold for about 30 minutes, and had to explain our situation, as Lee seemed to never have a prior knowledge of what they agreed to do at our house.

We finally, after dozens of calls and a few months of waiting, had a different project manager come out and say they would top off the grout, they couldn't fix the problem of putting in the wrong grout from their first job. We just wanted a useable shower, so my wife and I agreed, and they came in did the job quickly. After about 2 days, the grout started chipping up again.

After calling 6 times, and needing to explain the situation each time, we had another project manager come and access. They said that they would deduct what we had already paid, but it would be an expensive project to fix and their rates had just gone up from $850/day to $1000. What was so frustrating hearing this, is that we'd been waiting months to get this problem fixed and because of Lee's own incomprehensibly slow responses, we would not only be dealing with a unusable shower for 6 months, but we would be paying more for it. On top of this, we were never sent a quote, and we've been continuing to call and ask for this, to which we have not received return calls.

We've now spend dozens of hours on the phone, either on hold or explaining the problem - even though they suggest they have case notes, it is like we are starting from scratch with each call. We've also been waiting over 6 months to have our shower done. Normally, we would just go with a different company, but we've already paid Lee $1000 for this job and have gotten nowhere with that. We feel like Lee knows we have to go with them, since we've already invested money into them, but we feel like Lee is just holding our $1,000 hostage and taking forever to do this work (and now charging more to do it). I would say if you need short, quick jobs done - especially electric, Lee has been fine. I would avoid bigger projects in Home Services!!!

We had a great experience with the technicians replacing our AC unit. They were very professional and thorough explaining the process and performing the work. I will not hesitate to recommend Lee company to my neighbors . It is hard to fine good HVAC technicians as those that came out and replaced our unit. We were very pleased with the whole job and I think you will be too!!

Danny was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He even gave me some steps to try while he was on his way, and spoke with the representative from my electrical provider (the problem was both the grid and my house). I am definitely using Lee again in the future.

Installed a whole house water filter and softener system

My appointment window was between 2-4, the office called and said they were running behind but someone would be there. The guy showed up just before 6:00, he was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. He was very friendly and apologetic for being late. I understood, but they have never made it in the slotted window. Overall I’m happy with the service.

Scotty did an amazing job installing POC small tank water heater in our garage. Works great and all of the plumbing lines look amazing. He was extremely personable and professional!! Thanks Scotty & Lee Company!!!
