Owens plumbing disconnected and removed my sinks and installed new ones. It was a great experience, well done and very professional. I highly recommend Owens plumbing.

We had a non-emergency problem that I was just not comfortable doing myself. Ashley was on time, quoted a reasonable price on the phone that was the same at the conclusion of the job, and he was super nice and friendly. Will definitely call these guys again.

Ashley arrived right on schedule to repair outside water faucet which was dripping. Fixed the problem quickly and moved on to his next call. Always does a great job!!!

Mitch and Oscar were great. Fixed the issue fast and pricing was well worth the service. It’s always better to use a locally owned family business in lieu of nationally advertised companies that have zero customer service. Our water heater went out on Memorial day, of course. I placed a call in to Owen Plumbing first thing Tuesday morning and within 35 minutes Aaron came out to replace our damaged water heater under our house. It was full of sludge and contaminants. It took a while to get the heater drained due to sludge buildup, but Aaron was a pro! Ashley also came out to assist. Both were courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable and efficient. I have used them before in the past and the results are still the same today, exceptional service and quality! I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Thank you so much, Debbie Cooper

We thought our water heater was going out 2 years ago. Wayne himself came and said he had a tank on the truck and could replace, but if it was him, he would flush it and see how much longer it would last. Said it might be a month, might be a year. A few hundred bucks bought us 2 additional years, as it finally started leaking. Called and it was replaced within 24hrs. Highly professional company that I would recommend to anyone.

We’ve used Wayne Owens twice the first time it was great but this last time was not. The plumbers were not professional nor friendly. They did not take our safety into consideration. We requested that they wear masks before entering and that was an issue. They were not accommodating and said they’d have to reschedule because they did not have mask.. in the middle of a pandemic with no masks. Lucky, we had a couple to spare at the house. Also, they smelled like cigarettes and trash. It made our entire house smell even hours afterwards. We were charged $120 for a 10 min service to tighten up a loose pipe in our bathroom. We will not be returning again.

Great work went out of his way to get to a job first thing in the morning no need to look elsewhere. This is the best plumber in Hendersonville.

I seriously couldn’t recommend a better company! Our hot water heater began leaking everywhere at 5:30 on a Friday night and by 8 pm that same night, there after hours technician, Aaron was out at our house with a new water heater. This is the same night of severe wind storms causing multiple road blocks and power outages. Aaron went above and beyond to help us and get us back up and running. He was so friendly and professional! Would 1000% recommend!!

Owen’s plumbing is the best! During the 2022 Christmas freeze, our pipes burst which left us with no water on Christmas. We are so pleased they managed to fix our piles quickly.

Paid to have out old solar hot water heater replaced.. They left the old one sitting in the garage for weeks despite A.) that we paid 100$ extra to have them haul it since it was massive and B.) After finally calling enough over and over they came and took only the tank part. We still have a huge box part with plumbing we can't trash that they decided wasn't part of what we paid them for?? Absolutely ridiculous.. Call someone else for your needs unless you want weeks of issues.

We have used Wayne Owens plumbing twice and was extremely please. The service was good and efficient. We had the son of Mr. Owens. However ...after dealing with the secretary/ wife of Mr. Owens ,we will be looking elsewhere. We were asking a question about a possible problem after a service call and asking to see if this could have happened because of the proximity to our heater. I was more than willing to have another service call and pay for it , if needed. But i also didnt want to waste their time ,if it just was just pooled water that i didn't notice from the night before. She went off on a rant. She was rude, dismissive, and would not even listen to us explain our problem. I could not believe how unprofessional she was. When talking to my husband she hung up. They have the wrong person working the phone. Time for her to hang it up.

Mitch was outstanding

The repair person arrived early and went immediately to work immediately to repair the leaking frost free hydrant. The job was not a simple as hoped for. Had to replace the entire hydrant instead of just the washer. Had to come inside the house to gain access to the pipes. Completed the job in less than 2 hours, clean up and all. Worker was very courteous.

Unfortunately, I would not hire this company again. Prices are very high. They are not friendly. My product broke within the first year and they would not work with me at all to fix it and were rude about my even asking if the $800 product was warranted for a year. I give them two stars because they did come out within a reasonable period of time and they did call me back or answer the phone when I first called & bought the product -- which was positive. I was highly disappointed with this company -- particularly because they came recommended by someone I trust. I don't leave a very many reviews (positive or negative); however, I just had to in this case.

Discovered a break in my water main on Tuesday. My regular plumber was busy and couldn't make a service call until the following week. After 3 days of no water, he gave me the number for Wayne Owens Plumbing and suggested I call them to see if they could do the repair.

Ashley at Wayne Owens was amazing and so professional. He was able to squeeze me in during the lunch hour and repaired the break in about 45 minutes. It was so nice to have running water again!

We had a plumbing emergency and called out another plumber, but got the feeling that this guy had no idea what he was doing and wanted to quote us an outrageous price before knowing if he could even repair it.

After a leak detection agency found the leak in our front yard, Wayne Owens Plumbing gave us a reasonable quote over the phone. Ashley Owens came out the very next business day, got there early, located the leak within 30 minutes (5 feet underground!), and repaired it within a matter of an hour or so. He saved us a ton of money, spoke to us frankly and honestly about the work, and made us feel like valued customers. We will definitely be using this company for all our plumbing needs from now on.

I had them come out today and install a back-flow valve and was very upset with the bill. I provided the valve and they needed additional parts and went and got them while they were working. They complained that Walmart would not pay their invoice of $13k… They charged me $275.00 labor for an hour and fifteen minutes. Ridiculous…

We had scheduled them for an appointment but they were unable to make the scheduled appointment due to an overun on a previous job, which we completely understand. The following day they did not show up at the scheduled time, and my wife, who was waiting for them, called me at work to see if I had heard from them. I called to find out if they were delayed and was treated in an agressive and dismissive manner for even questioning them about where they were.
She hung up on me and then called my wife and yelled at her. It’s simply beyond belief. I’m not sure what is going on here but obviously we wont ever try and engage their services again.

I am giving 3 starts not for the work they performed but for the attitude with their secretary which I believe is the wife of Wayne Owens. This company came to our rescue in Sept for a leak at our meter on our side of course. The son came out and he was great, and quick! Yesterday we awoke to no water in our house, in the 6years we have been in our home we have never had frozen pipes. Not knowing a thing about plumbing I thought maybe it was because the pipe that was replaced was metal and what he put in was PVC, so I called and left a message asking if that could be it. I found out about 20mins later that there was a large water leak up the street from my house effecting my water, so I quickly called back and left another message to explain. A day later I received a call from the secretary accusing me of saying they used substandard parts which is not what I said at all I was merely asking a question regarding if that could be why my pipes froze since that is the only thing that was different. Her snarky tone and the fact that she called me just to tell me about how they don't use substandard materials was just really uncalled for. If anything was needed at all it should have been is everything ok with your water now and hey just FYI the difference in material wouldn't make your pipes freeze anymore than the other. But instead I got rude and snarky. They have lost my business completely, again love the work the guys perform but really she needs better customer service.
