Excellent response time to our electrical issue and a very economical repair!

I have been using Copeland and Son for several years, as have my parents. They are are honest, kind, and competent. I have never had an issue. We had an issue on the fourth of July last summer with a broken thermostat and I was able to talk to Nathan, who called me back while he was at a fireworks show. I would highly recommend them.

I called this company for service last Friday right after lunch when my HVAC stopped working because their stickers are all over the HVAC units at my new home. The lady I spoke to said she had to pull my warranty information from the back because it wasn't in the computer and they would call me back. Since I knew if I waited too long I wouldn't be able to get help until Monday I called them back after waiting ~45 minutes. She picked up and said they were still looking over my contract and would call back in a few minutes. Another hour and a half goes by and no call. I called at 5:05 and was sent to an after-hours support/dispatch line that has no idea what warranty I have or if anything is covered and says the main office closed at 4 p.m. I received a phone call at 5:10 from the lady at the main office but it went directly to voicemail because I was on the phone with the after-hours person. The main office person's voicemail said that they could help with my problem and to call back during regular business hours on Monday! Hello entire weekend with no heat. Thanks for the help!

Edit: I almost forgot the best part, in order to keep from freezing to death this weekend I had to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on propane and space heaters instead of spending that money actually getting the problem fixed.

Copeland & son is top notch when it comes to service and maintenance. My heating and cooling bills seem to be a lot less because of the 2 scheduled maintenance trips they make each year. They are always there in a emergency and you can feel confident in their work. There is always a friendly voice when you call when service is needed.

I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks — and my AC still wouldn’t have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks. One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge).

My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately. He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn’t follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, “There’s nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it’s your supply line.” All of this should have been done by the installer (who was also one of the two people who came out before Copeland & Son).

I had a king size headboard, footboard, frame and slats in front of my crawlspace door and a ton of things stored in my crawlspace. I’m sure they must have had to move everything to do the repair. Copeland & Son must have had to move everything in front of the door to get in my crawlspace as well, in order to do their work. They never complained or said anything about it. I couldn’t even tell they moved anything, until I recently went in my crawlspace and saw that they actually left my crawlspace more organized and straightened out than it was. I couldn’t tell anyone had been in my house and my AC was fixed.

Thank you Copeland & Son, for being so honest and kind. I won’t call anyone else.

Have never had an issue with this company before and have been using them for over 5 years, but this year they were pushing more expensive services and when asked if this price included our annual agreement of $180, they said that it did, but unfortunately I took them at their verbal word and did not read the fine print. The almost $500 did not include the $180. Just a warning to always read before you sign. Sometimes we learn the hard way.

Copeland & Son are the best. I have used other services in the past, but these people are a cut above. They go above and beyond what others would do in order to provide the best service and helped us with an additional in our home that just bothered them because the other provider didn't do work that were up to Copeland's standards. They are great!

My husband and I recently purchased a home. Copeland and Son provided the home inspection as well as an estimate to replace the ductwork and clean both systems. The technicians that come out were very polite and made sure we knew how to operate both systems in the home. We highly recommend C&S!!

Company diagnosed and fixed our gas fireplace where we had been quoted high price to have it replaced by someone else. Saved us big bucks and they had to search hard to find the replacement part but we appreciate their hard work for us. Highly recommend Copeland & Son.

Praise God that our unexpected AC repair happened when it did. Yeah, a four-digit repair is never fun, but we can absorb it, and with the help of Copeland & Son, we weren't without cool air for long at all.

Coldest Nashville night in 25 years and no heat! Thank goodness for Nathan Copeland! He was at our home in an hour…provided a temporary fix and came back to finish the job while we vacationed with extended out of state family! Updates from Nathan’s sister Erica - so persistent while we dealt with spotty cell service. So grateful for proud family owned businesses.

Copeland and Sons had someone at my house the next day after my AC unit quit working late afternoon. The service was great and super fast! 10/10

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

If you want it done right the first time I would use Copeland and Son

Every time our heater would come on we would get a lot of clacking noises. I had three different people come out to fix it and they could not. I called Copeland and Son and spoke to Frank Copeland. He was the first person that actually understood the problem. As a result, he came out to our house, took a look at the problem and gave us an estimate of what would have to be done to fix it. We gave him the job and they did exactly as they said they would do. The work started on time, ended on time, stayed on budget and, most importantly, the problem is finally fixed. We could not be more happy with the service and would highly recommend you call Frank Copeland.
