So I'm one particular person and this company exceeded my expectations, I was looking to have a new toilet installed. I called and spoke with Juan who was so friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Joey arrived who was equally friendly and professional. He completed my job in a short period of time, if your looking for reasonable, professional, dependable plumbing please call this company you won't be disappointed.

I reached out to Mid 10 Plumbing and they were on site the very next day. I cannot say enough about Juan and his team. They are all so pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did Juan quote me an incredibly reasonable price (lower than industry standard) but he only ended up charging me a fraction of that. I was so reluctant to call a plumber due to prices I had been quoted in the past but to my surprise, Mid 10 Plumbing came to the rescue. They will be my first call for any future needs, and they should be yours too!

We came home on Tuesday to a flooded garage and a broken hot water heater. I called them at 4pm and they were at my house by 5pm. They took out the old hot water heater and installed a new one and were done with everything by 8pm. There was no extra charge for the emergency. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!

10/10 on all marks. New build that did not work properly when I moved in . They came out on the weekend and had a full game plan by Monday to tackle the whole house. Big install and did great. Checked out other stuff while there, made me feel so much better about the house. Freddy and Juan were so nice and respectful and I am a new customer for any needs I may have moving forward. You will not regret calling them !

Sent a message with my issue, received a callback instantly and scheduled the repair the following day. Super nice guy who made sure my two bathroom sinks work perfectly again! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

Mid10 is very responsive and will set up same day appointments to come out and service your home. I had 2 outside faucets bust from the last winter freeze and they asked a few simple questions and came out and fixed everything. I keep their card handy and will call for any plumbing needs.

Quality service at an affordable price.

We called Mid 10 Plumbing because we needed a faucet valve removed. It was a Sunday afternoon and decided on an independent as the two previous companies we called had no techs available. Juan was very nice and accommodating and had Jeremy come out as soon as he finished the job he was at. Within an hour the valve was removed and the new one put in. I would definitely recommend Mid 10 Plumbing and would use them again!

I had an emergency at a rental house and these guys changed some appointments around to get my emergency handled quickly. Also there was a secondary problem two days later and again they rearranged their schedule to get out there to make it right. I highly recommend. Excellent customer service.

Mid 10 is a fantastic local business. This summer the team installed a gas line for our new pool heater. They were very professional and saw the project through to the end. Yesterday, they repaired our water heater with the same professionalism.

Justin did an exceptional job coming in and diagnosing the problem. Justin went out to the van and grabbed what he needed. Justin was able to help us out and fix our problem with out any mess or clean up on our part. I would definitely call for him again if I ever have another problem. This has been my best experience with a plumbing company and I will use them the next time I have to have a plumber.

During the coldest and iciest spell this part of Tennessee has seen in ages, when I called at 9o’clock am he answered which was surprising in and of itself. He promised to have service to me within 2 to 3 hours. AMAZING! You are now my go to plumbing service. Thanks.

Middle10 Plumbing has been the most responsive plumbing company. When other companies advised of a 1-2 week wait time, Middle10 Plumbing showed up same day and corrected our issues. They even offered advice for a future project! Very professional and ON TIME!

I was impressed they were able to get to our office and fix the problem the same day we called!

Juan is the guy you want working on your plumbing. I can do a lot, but when it comes to needing a true plumber he is your guy. Just finished up his second job for me and as always it great. I have another project coming up and there is no need for me to call anyone else. Trust all the 5 stars like I did. You won’t regret it.

I highly recommend Mid 10 Pluming! I called them this morning and they were here in the next hour to diagnosis and fix the issue. Extremely honest group and didn’t try to up sale me on something more than what was needed. I called other plumbers who told me we would have to cut through the wall in order to fix my shower mixer, Justin was able to actually take the time to look at it and determined that was not necessary. Very thankful for their work today!

Got quoted by other plumbers for $1,000+ to repair a leak in my shower, despite none of them physically diagnosing what was wrong with it. Mid 10 Plumbing sent out two plumbers that actually took apart my faucet and handle and found that there was actually a little gap between the outside of the valve and the wall that was causing the internal leak. All that was needed was a new seal to be put in, and the leak seems to be gone. Saved me about $1000-$1100 that the other companies were going to charge me to replace my shower system entirely. Would highly recommend.

Good company came as they said they would and did a quality job would use again and would reccomend to someone else.

It was Sunday Morning and no hot water. Called Mid10. Juan was very friendly and professional. In a matter of hours the installation of a new water heater was complete. He thoroughly briefed me on the new equipment, gave me some tips and pointers and was on his way. I will definitely seek his services again.

Best plumbers out there!! We called them with what we thought was an emergency leak in our ceiling on Monday late afternoon and they were the only plumbers to go out of their way to come out to our area first thing Tuesday morning. Justin was our technician and he was great! He was kind, courteous, knowledgable and understanding (when the problem ended up being our daughter leaving the shower liner on the outside and spilling water all over our 2nd floor bathroom. Even after he was fairly certain of the cause of the leak, he thoroughly measured and inspected the bathroom and first floor ceiling and offered to come back as soon as he could if the problem continued and it wasn't related to tub spillage. They are VERY reasonably priced (best quote we received and we called several plumbers before we found them) and they are beyond honest. Their team is top notch! Call them! You won't be disappointed!!

It's not often you can say this about a plumber and I have had dealings with almost every one in the area., But Mid 10 plumbing was AMAZING. Called at 8:01 on Tuesday morning with a flood in my bathroom and the whole house clogged up. He was here before 11.... Then proceeded too snake my entire house and replaced two seals on two toilets in 2 hours.... Just incredible..... I will never call anyone else for my plumbing problems.. thank you so much...

I called this morning to see if they could come out and find a leak that my water company shows that I have. Joey came out and checked everything including going under the house. The only thing I could think of was the spiket out front which dripped some but I didn't think that would be it. Low and behold after Joey fixed the spiket the meter was not moving anymore. I have been stressing over this in my head that it would have to be a major repair. Joey was glad he could tell me it was minor. He was very professional and told me exactly what was going on the entire time he was here. Will not hesitate to use them again, I have already given Mid 10 Plumbing information to my neighbor. One of the best decisions I have made contacting them and will be calling again.

I had my basement redone. Mid 10 plumbing did my entire bathroom, (sink, tub, shower, toilet, and floor drains) and my bar, (sink, wet bar, ice machine, and drain). He really did a fantastic job. I needed a pedestal sink raised after new flooring was installed. Mid 10 Plumbing came and completed the job in a timely manner. I received respectful and expert service.

We had two different plumbers come in and try to fix our shower, it wouldn’t stay hot and could only shower for about 3 minutes. The other plumbing companies came in and charged a service call and left but still no hot water. Finally Justin came in and explained why our water pressure was so low and would not stay hot. Fixed it in a matter of minutes!!! Completely honest and trust worthy. If you need a plumber give them a call and ask for Justin!!

Juan returned my call ON CHRISTMAS and walked me through fixing the error code on my hot water heater over the phone. After 24 hours of cold water on the coldest day of the year we now have HOT WATER!!!!! Thank you, Juan!!

I’ve worked with several other companies over the years, and Mid10 stands out. They roughed in a bathroom for me and trimmed it out without any delays. When one little detail wasn’t perfect, they were out to adjust it within hours. I was very impressed with their integrity and quality of work.

I called Mid 10 plumbing this morning because of water dripping in my crawlspace which of course had stopped once they were here. Just like when a car doesn’t make that sound when the mechanic looks at it. These guys are super professional and efficient. Justin came by a few hours later to investigate the issue. He spent probably close to an hour investigating with me. We turned all the water on in the house and no dripping occurred. There were no pipes in the area of the leak so it’s impossible to figure it out without opening up walls. He gave a bunch of things to look out for to see if I can reproduce the issue. It may be the rain from a couple days back that was causing a leak in the crawlspace also. He was super friendly, he always asked if he could open a door or if he could go look in this room or that room before actually going in there. He also seemed genuinely concerned about the issue and wants to figure it out, which we will. When I see the issue again, I’ll be calling these guys for sure and I’ll be recommending them to everyone. The best part is they didn’t charge me for the visit. Ridiculous! Thanks guys.

Juan is a stand up guy with many years of experience under his belt as well as a diversified portfolio. He comes from a background of expertise knowledge and experience having trained and worked under the Chicago plumbers union - known to produce the most knowledgeable and skilled plumbers in the country. Juan being one of them! He now brings his skills to the Nolensville area for the benefit of all. I worked alongside Juan for many years in Chicago and can say 100% you will be satisfied hiring him!

I wish there were more than 5 stars because Juan and Justin are the best. We called around 11am because the pilot light on our water heater went out and we couldn’t get it to stay lit. Juan came at 1 and we had a new water heater by 5! They were very reasonable, polite and spent the time explaining the features of the water heater, since our last one was 12+ years old. Highly recommend.

Mid 10 for the WIN! We have had a leaking pipe for a few months and no one could solve the riddle. Mid10 came out and it was identified and repaired in an hour. BRAVO!

This place is such a step above the rest. On time, clean and fast! I was worried when I saw them show up in the nice/new service van that it was going to be super expensive. Very fair price and seemingly good ethics. My Dad and Grandpa were plumbers and I know quality work. Im glad I found the company so I have them in my pocket!

These guys were a life saver when I bought a home and hit water knob was broken in the only bathtub. They were able to get here in a timely manner with little notice. They understood my issue and was able to fix it with in a few hours and address some other small issues I was having as well. I have found the plumber to keep on speed dial if ever needed for other issues. Justin was very professional and answered all my questions! It was nice not to feel like a number with these guys! We are new to the area. I called Mid 10 because of all the 5 star reviews and they certainly lived up to their reputation. We didn't have an urgent situation but Juan called one of his guys who was in our area and Justin arrived at our house within an hour! He was friendly, professional and did a great job!

Noticed a leak in basement copper piping on Saturday morning. Put an SOS on Nolensville 411 on FB. This business was recommended. Juan Alvarez showed up about 4:30 pm. IDed the problem & had it fixed in 30 minutes. Voilà! Had hot water again. And it was reasonably priced. Cannot say enough good things about Juan & Mid 10 Plumbing. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

We had to fire our last Plumber. Called these guys and they came out and finished the job. They mentioned to me several times they do not like going behind someone because it’s always a mess. However, I can not say enough good things about this company. We have two foster kids and we couldn’t move in our home without plumbing. They did what could to get us in faster. They are 5 star for a reason! We had them install 6 sinks, 2 showers, dish washer, and a bathtub.

We had a water spot show up in our bathroom wall, so called to have someone come out and look at it. Found out that our washing machine was leaking at the wall because of the cheap pipe that our builder, Ryan Homes, used to install it. My husband got a replacement pipe, installed it, and it fixed our problem, so our assessment with Mid Ten Plumbing helped us get the issue fixed. I was, however, very unhappy that the technician came to our door without a mask on and had to be asked to put one on before coming into our home. Not only is there a mask mandate in Rutherford County (where we live), I felt the company should provide this common courtesy without us having to ask for it.
