We had a busted hot water heater….These guys were awesome— very responsive (fixes the next day!), fair pricing, great quality work, and patient to explain everything and all options!! Could not ask for more!!

The Hot Water Heater Pros showed up on time and had the same exact same brand of water heater that I wanted. I called the evening before and they were there the next morning. It took around an hour to remove my old water heater and replace it with the new one. They even added an extension tank as well. Nice little bonus. After receiving these quotes that seemed extremely high, I went on a search and found The Hot Water Heater Pros. Their price for a new water heater and installation is about $600 less than what I was quoted from the other companies AND with excellent service and experience.

From start to finish, the service and installation could not have been easier. All reviews of their reviews have a 5 star rating and they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I give them a 5 star rating as well and I am very happy with the service.

I called out the Hot Water Heater Pros to replace my aging hot water heater. They looked at what I had and informed me that my water heater was still in very good working condition and did not need replacement in the near future. I appreciated their honesty. There are other companies out there that would have ripped it out and taken the $$ and run. I will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace it.
