Can't say enough great things about Mitch! He's done some minor repairs at our older home over the years and we thought his work was great. Recently, we decided to re-do all of the plumbing and sewer and put new fixtures in all of the baths in addition to a kitchen remodel. Mitch's price was reasonable, he was responsive and he did great work! He shows up when he says he will and does what he says he'll do - great guy!!

Professional. On time. Explained the issues that I was having and what caused them to avoid future problems. Also, went the extra mile to repair an unexpected service!

Mitch did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. This was the first time I had had a water heater fail so the flooding was not what I expected. I called Mitch and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. His price was fair and he offered to shift his schedule around and install it the same day! Within 4 hours of me calling him I had a beautifully installed new water heater and my house was back to functioning as normal! You really saved the day Mitch!

We’ve used Mitch for several services (including unclogging drains and installing a water line in our fridge). He’s always professional and gets the work done quickly. Our water pressure valve went out the same time our faucet did, and despite the strange puzzle piece custom work of our condo, Mitch came prepared with the correct tools and parts to do the work quickly and professionally. He was even kind enough to let us know the installation of our hot water heater was incorrect, saving us from massive damage down the line. He took care to respect our home, offering to wear a mask and had covers for his work shoes. I highly recommend his work!

We had a great experience with Mitch at Exclusive Plumbing Service. We have a new build where it seems some corners were cut with the pipework by the water heater, and Mitch was able to fix all of that with ease. His pipework looked super clean and like a quality job. We had a circulator pump, and expansion tank replaced as well. During his process, Mitch explained why certain components needed replacement based on his findings, and what could wait to be repaired. He wasn't pushy at all. His communication was top notch. He wore a mask to keep us safe and shoe covers when he came inside the house. He answered ALL of my questions. He's a really professional, honest, quality plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the Nashville area.
