If it was possible to give them a 10, I would. A family business who treated me as a part of their family. They were able to respond within 24 hours to replace kitchen faucet and replumb from a remodeling project. They even helped me remove two shower heads. They worked quickly carefully and completed the job leaving absolutely no mess behind. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful company and will recommend them to everyone who might need a plumber in the future.

Wes and his teammate did a great job at my house today. They replaced my outdoor hydrant and they were nice and professional. He is who I will call for my future jobs.

I love Covert! I've used them twice now -- first, they helped me out with an item on a home sale repair list and the guys were on time and did a great resealing the toilet (no more rocking!). Second, I called them from our new house for a leaking faucet. Connie was amazing and got some guys out to help us quickly. Great work yet again! The repair men even helped us out with some other issues that we weren't aware of. I'm amazed by the prices they're charging, because the work is such high quality. I will never use anyone else!

Wes and his crew are on their game. Had all the old cast iron drain lines replaced with PVC and I could not ask for a better job. On time, professional and easy to work with. And the pricing was good also. Highly recommend.

Also you placed an illegal lien and your company admitted to that. I have tried making a payment for the work even though I have NO KNOWLWDGE of what you did or if you did anything at all since I never had an agreement with you and never hired you.
Still I have attempted to be nice about your admittedly illegal extortion and pay you. But your office doesn't get back to me for weeks at a time everyday cost $81 in interest on the property and I will be pursuing those damages.

wanted to replaced a bathtub with a jet tub, came did an estimate, did the service within a week. Tub had a leak not their fault I bought the tub , got the leak fixed, they came back finished the tub. Quality work the guys were awesome, could not ask for better service. Highly recommended! Had a leak fill my crawl space with ankle deep water. They fixed the leak to where the issue won’t happen again, pumped out the water to empty out my crawl space, and were very helpful all around. Reasonable price, super quick response, and great people.

This is the best plumber in town period. I called Wes when my wife called and told me we had sewage backed up in our tub. Wes was booked that day but when I explained my situation he was at my house within a couple hours. The pricing was beyond fair and my wife and mother-in law said they could not have been more impresed with Covert Plumbing's service and professionalism. Two knowledgeable gentlemen came out to take a gander at the water heater and fixed the issue promptly. They were even kind enough to look at the most talkative toilet I've ever encountered and stopped the squealing noise. Reasonably priced and will definitely be calling this company again for future plumbing needs. Thank you!

I am not easy to please, and even harder to get to part with my money. I got quotes from five different plumbers. Not only were they the least expensive, but they took the time to walk me through everything, so I truly understood the cost estimate. They arrived right on time and completed the work as promised. Now for the part that sounds like make-believe; the final cost was less than the original estimate. I kid you not!

We had a bathroom remodel, so we didn't hire them directly. They had to take out the tub and then reinstall. They left a huge hole underneath our house to access the tub and didn't repair it. I went underneath and could feel the air conditioning exiting our house in the crawl space. They had to come back out and fix. When the tub hardware was put back on one of the knobs leaked. It was not leaking before the remodel. They quoted us $325 to come back out and fix something that was working fine before they removed it.

Covert Plumbing was amazing with their professionalism and hospitality. My wedding ring fell down my shower drain and I was devastated. I knew that my best chance was that the p trap caught it under the house in the crawl space. To avoid pushing it further down the drain I immediately turned off the water. I called multiple plumbers desperate to help me and unfortunately everyone was too booked. When I called Covert Plumbing they were the only ones who could sense my urgency and prioritized my problem which I appreciated beyond words. Thank you so much Covert Plumbing for finding my ring and treating me like family. They are truly special people and did a wonderful job replacing my plumbing after they cut it.

I walked into my garage in the morning to find my hot water heater spewing water everywhere. I called Covert Plumbing and was directed over the phone how to turn the water off, and then was able to tell them Model #/Warrenty date of the heater. Wesley then arrived with my new water heater from under warranty, and quickly changed it out, all while i was at work. Wesley had the issue taken care of so quickly that we didn’t miss a beat from the loss of water, as all was normal when we got back home. Great guy, great company, and great service.

Wesley Covert and his son are delightful! After dealing with a handyman service for weeks I called them to fix a small leak in my bathroom sink. Wesley returned my call promptly and made an appointment for the next day. They found a couple other issues that I wasn't made aware of with the sink and fixed them as well.
