Plumbing Solutions was a fantastic company to work with! I had a new sink put in with my counters and needed a hookup. Moved from a two drain to one drain sink, so the line had to be altered, plus install of garbage disposal and faucet. They were able to fit me in next day. The technician, Sean, showed up exactly when scheduled, and was very nice and knowledgeable about what was needed. Their price came in over $100 below the other quotes I had received. Plus, they didn't charge a service fee of $60+ like the other places do just to show up and look at the issue (even though I could describe exactly what was needed!!). Instead of that rip off, Plumbing Solutions gives a free quote. The job was done in under 45 minutes, and everything works perfectly! Couldn't be happier with Plumbing Solutions!!

I do not know what else I could expect in a plumber. I will call him again and would easily recommend him to friends.

These guys were amazing! I called at 8:30 with an issue, they got to my house a bit after 9. They were friendly and professional. They replaced my toilet, which had a crack and was leaking, in a little under an hour. I am so glad I called TN Plumbing Solutions. I would definitely do business with them again!

Great customer service from every aspect. I called looking for a quote on how much it would cost for someone to come out and clear a clog in my kitchen sink. The lady working in the office said they could not give me a quote because jobs differ depending on how much needs done and etc., but they gave free inspections to estimate the price. I told her that was fine and I would maybe call back. Then within 30 minutes I got a call from a man named Robert who gave me a general range on prices they charge. Although I wasn't expecting a call back, the woman working the office took it upon herself to have someone call me to give me a general quote. To me this was great customer service! Then I had a man named Steven Brown come to my home and look at my sink. He was awesome! Friendly, willing/wanting to help in whatever way he could, and the most important work ethic to me... honesty. He was honest on ways he could help and provided some home remedies to help upkeep my homes plumbing. This team and their customer service was outstanding. It is highly likely I will always use this company's and team's services.

I could not be happier with plumbing solutions and their work. I live in an older house and we have had issues with our pipes, especially the kitchen sink. Their prices (even for an emergency call) have always been fair and honestly lower than others. I have had them out 3 times (about to be a 4th) and each time they have been extremely quick, and have always made sure to clean up their mess. I even decided that because of the issue in my kitchen sink I would have the pipes jetted. They quoted me on the spot from my 2nd drain cleaning and even discounted the price from that cleaning. They came out to do the job exactly when they said they would and I have never seen my kitchen drain as well as it does! Next they are fixing one of my showers and the price I was quoted, even with having to cut into drywall, was extremely fair.

Be careful........ get other quotes if you have time. They had me over a barrel the day before Fourth of July weekend and took full advantage gouging me for $585. for a pressure reducing valve, thermal expansion tank, and fix a leaky pipe….took about 2.5 hours (including trip to Home Depot). After the holiday I received quotes for $300-$400. Requested Robert call me several times to discuss.....many weeks later and no return call. My bad for trusting someone to be fair when they know they have you. Gave them two stars because the job was done correctly.

Woke up a few days ago to find that my water heater had ruptured. After 3 days of companies not fulfilling their appointments, or even able to make an appointment I came upon Plumbing Solutions. After a 9 am call for service the serviceman showed up on time and in a little over an hour had a new water heater installed! They were punctual, professional, and offered their services at a fair price. I will certainly call them again and suggest them to any friend who might be having plumbing issues!

Always super fast to respond to any emergency. Robert and his crew have come to our rescue many a Time and are always very professional and discreet when it comes to these matches with a business full of customers. Thanks again guys... JSJ

Called in about a fix for a hose bib, and they had someone out same-day, fixed it and inspected the crawlspace for me; all for a reasonable fee! Cody knew his stuff and was extremely courteous and very helpful!! Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs :)

We called plumbing solutions for an emergency we had at the apartment community I work at. The customer service rep. that answered the phone was SO nice, helpful and patient. They arrived in about 30 minutes and the service tech. that arrived was so friendly to not only us but our resident. Their service was priced very fairly. We will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

Jeremy did a good job as far as replacing a shower faucet. I called in the morning and they were able to get there by the around 2:00 which was great. My only complaint is the cost to replace a faucet. He first quoted me over $700 which floored me and I told him I can allow him to do the work but his charge may keep me from calling them next time one of my rentals need work. He ended up giving me a senior discount so it costed me $661.50. I will have to compare pricing next time because I felt replacing a shower faucet should’ve costed no more than $400 max.

I was doing some home remodeling and had one usable bathroom when my main sewer line finally gave out. It was old original cast iron.

Inside of 72hours they had everything replaced and ready to go. I was very impressed. It would have been sooner but the gas company had to come out to mark the lines first.

They also installed new piping for my shower to bring it up to code for the remodel.

Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Called them on a Sunday for a badly clogged pipe. The plumber showed up within a hour and crawled under the house real quick and then told us we had a major problem because our drain pipe whick was pvc drained into a galvanized pipe and then a cast iron pipe and he couldn't power flush it because it would probably bust the pipe and then said we had to replace the entire pipe system for $1900. We told him we would check with the landlord to see what he thought. He told us that he would email me a copy of the repair quote and also the receipt for the $85 service call, which we received neither. We called the landlord and he had someone else come out and look at it and they said there was no galvanized pipes in the drain and he replaced a 20 foot section of pvc pipe and fixed the problem for $500. I feel this person the company sent out was only concerned about overcharging us for something we didn't need because we didn't know what we were dealing with. We will never reccomend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Robert and Thomas were both professional and followed up with me personally. Deb in the office was alway polite and cheerful. They always made me feel that helping me with my issue was really important to them. You can tell that Robert really knows what he is doing as a Master Plumber and that he cares about making sure things get done right. Treating his customers right is important to him both as a buisness owner and a person. My only regret is that leaving a review for Robert does not seem like thanks enough for all he did to help resolve my plumbing issues. He truly deserves the title Plumbing Solutions. All future buisness and referrals will be going to him.

What do my home warranty on a Sunday they called me on a Monday and came out that Monday paid for some extra things to be done everything seemed to go well prices were very reasonable

I can not recommend them enough! Our entire experience from start to finish was incredible. We had some other work done by another company and they told us we would have to have more work done no way around it and very expensive. Plumbing solutions came in and did find another solution for us that was even better and corrected other water tank issues we had, plus saved us money doing it all their way. We will never use another company again.

Best company we’ve ever dealt with! We had a pipe burst under our house and they had their guys at our house in 20 minutes! Ben came out with another young man (I wish I could remember his name). They were extremely professional and had us back up and running in 45 mins! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were amazing and we will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs!

This plumbing company is amazing! Our garbage disposal just stopped working all of a sudden and with a sink full of water and food from just having washed the dishes we needed someone here right away! We called and they had someone here within the hour! Shaun and Jamon did a great job fixing our garbage disposal, they were fast and efficient and super friendly as well! So thankful they were able to get here and get it done so quickly! I highly recommend them!

My wife called me at work and told me that the top of of the outside, in-ground pipe(sewer) was off and Stuff was all around. I immediately went home, fearing for the worst. I had no idea how much this would cost me - I was fearing a big problem that would cost me in the thousands of dollars. I found Plumbing Solurions on the Internet, called and they were able to schedule me just a few hours away. Great ! The Serviceman callled me back in 30 minutes later and told me he was on his way. More Great. He came, assessed the situation and told me the cost would be 49 dollars - yes thats right 49$. INCREDIBLE !!!!! I had him do some extra work (for extra money of course) while he was there - no problem for him. The young lady at the service desk was very nice.

I cant say enough about the professional way this was handled - If I could give them 6 stars I would - I know this sounds to good to be true and I am always leery when someone gives a great recommendation (thinking its someone from the company) - that is honestly not the case /never seen or known these folks before.

Cody and Ben were very professional and courteous. Came out within 60 minutes of my initial call, gave me a fair price, and were very flexible on working around the other projects that were being completed in the home. Work was done very well and I would strongly recommend their services to anyone that wants the best work done at a fair price!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our water heater was leaking on the floor and we needed it fixed promptly. We called this company because they had good reviews. I had to leave to leave the house to pick up my child so my boyfriend (who is not a homeowner) handled the situation for me. When the guy from the company quoted him $265 to fix an extremely small leak, he didn't know that was outrageous. I called two other companies to see what they charge for the same thing and one came back with $140 and the other came back with $150. The parts for the water heater are $10 at any hardware store. He fixed it in only 15 minutes. How do you get to $265 for that???

I called the company to discuss and the lady on the phone was beyond rude. She told me that if I didn't like the price I didn't have to use them. Uh...yeah. I told her about the other quotes that I received and she was like, oh they were lying to you. No, no they were not. She stated that she's used to people calling and complaining to try to get a lower price, so she didn't really care. Wow. There are too many other plumbing companies out there to get ripped off by this one. Find someone else.

Good service, came on time, did project. Simple project to replace freeze proof outdoor faucet, and install shut off valve. Very expensive for less than 1 hour of work.
