Alexander quickly fixed our problem. There was no push to upsell other services. He seemed very kind and courteous. We plan to use him for all of our plumbing needs.

I’m new to the Nashville arena, and my mom called Alexander. Our water heater was leaking, and i anticipated we would have to replace it. He arrived on time; diagnosed the issue and help me understand the problems that arise with high water pressure. I’m very satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

Our pressure regulating valve was faulty causing the water pressure to be extremely high, risking damage to pipes and appliances. Alexander was able to come on a Saturday when other companies could not come for several days. He was professional, prompt and his pricing was very fair. He really helped us out in a pinch. Highly recommend!

Put of fixing my garbage disposal until we had a major kitchen leak during 4th of July Weekend. To my surprise owner came over same day and gave me an estimate free of charge. Great communication and even better work.

After returning home from a business trip recently, I was greeted by a leaking water heater. I had been gone all week so there was no way for me to tell when this started but the garage was becoming a bit of a pond. I promptly turned off the water heater and submitted a request to Jack Ward & Sons Plumbing noting 24 hour service was listed. I didn’t expect a phone call that evening so I called in the morning to be told the office wasn’t open yet. I explained my situation and was told the office staff would arrive after eight so clearly they didn’t think my situation was an emergency. Cool. (Note: The office staff never even bothered to respond to my written request.) I researched some more and found Brentwood 1st. Not only did Alexander answer my call, he honestly communicated that he would be able to fit me in that day and gave an ETA. He got ahead of schedule and called to ask if it would be okay if he could head my way in 30-45 minutes. He arrived promptly with someone to assist him and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the things he was going to check and fix. The work was completed efficiently, promptly and professionally. Alexander verbally and confidently guaranteed his work and a one year warranty was given. An inconvenience after an exhausting week (and being treated like one by another company) became a problem solved simply because
a business did exactly what it said it would do which also helped my peace of mind. I’m appreciative of the exemplary customer service, grateful for the hot showers & will know exactly who to call (and who not to call) next time I have any plumbing related issues.

Alexander bent over backwards to come out to the house late on a Saturday night to diagnose and fix the problem. Attempted a toilet repair myself. Unfortunately broke the entire tank, brentwood 1st plumbing provided me with same day service, professionalism of exceptional quailty. Alexander owns this company, does all the work, AND answers the phone. He's very responsive so this is the guy to call if you have an emergency. I called him today with an urgent issue and he was able to fit me in this afternoon.

We have found a new plumber! We called Alexander when our basement began to flood and he was swift to come out to our home after hours. When he realized the severity of the leak he sprinted to the street to turn off the water main. I have never seen a plumber run. Alexander had all of the materials he needed on hand and was able to repair the pipe quickly and get us back in action. Keep Alexander on speed dial - totally worth it!

This guy has super powers. Alexander was able to come over early and fix the messed up valve on our sink. Not only that, but I mentioned the garbage disposal was broke and I kid you not he was able to fix the jam in 45seconds. I then mentioned the sink faucet had a brutal spray and he fixed that in no time as well. When you move into a new home and don't know anything about plumbing, it can be a scary and intimidating time. I'm so glad we called him and have him saved in my contacts for all future needs. Called Alexander to help me out with a water heater install. It was a Saturday evening and my other plumber had an injury trying to lift the heater by himself (bad idea) and couldn’t finish the job. Alexander responded immediately and agreed to help me out after he finished another job he was working on. Communication was great as he notified me when he was on the way. Got to my house after 10pm and worked until he finished the job. Very professional across the board. 100% would recommend and call again for any plumbing need I may have.

Wow!!! Alexander and his crew are AMAZING!!!! What started off as a clogged toilet became so much more. Alexander went to work and didn't stop until the problem was identified and fixed! Even went so far as to fix other miscellaneous links in a very old house! I cannot say enough about Brentwood 1st Plumbing....so sincere and honest and beyond reasonably priced!!!!

After dealing with a faucet that wouldn't turn off due to the handle breaking, I finally decided to call a plumber. Alexander answered on the first call, was very willing to listen to the situation, and took my call seriously, even though it was 8pm. We had to replace our water heater unexpectedly New Year’s Day and Alexander was over within a few hours and had the tank switched within 40 minutes. He was extremely professional and polite as well as efficient in getting the job done! Will definitely use again in the future!
