UPDATE: After the issue below was brought to their attention, I received a brand new toilet to replace the one that couldn't be fixed at no additional charge. I'm satisfied with the service I ultimately received.

I paid Michael's Plumbing $367.46 to fix a toilet that's constantly running. After they performed the work (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem still isn't fixed. My tenant and I have called them at least 5 times and no one has called us back.

Very pleased with the service I received from Michaels Plumbing. We installed a Halo water conditioner to filter the water coming into our home. Andrew was a pleasant personality to have here for the installation. His knowledge of the product and its features were an added bonus.

I called on a Monday or Tuesday & scheduled an appointment for Thursday. They gave me a time-frame of 5pm to 7pm. I called at about 5:15pm to find out what time they would be there. They said that they were running a couple of hours behind, & he would call me back within the hour to give me an estimated time of arrival. I never heard back from them. Poor customer service to No Show & just leave somebody hanging around waiting for them...& not even call to say that they couldn't get to me that day (or let me know when they could get to me).

Micheal's was great!! Fair, friendly, and fast!! Will be calling again if i ever need a plumber.

Needed replacement water heater in older home. Josh showed up on time for appointment, gave me options, and was able to replace the unit the next morning. I had a bunch of questions about different options and he worked with me to get answers. There were issues with the old copper lines which they replaced as part of the install. Larger companies that bill enough to be owned by the Governor nickel and dime for that sort of thing. Communication was great from start to finish and most importantly they got it done in the time promised at the agreed price.

I needed some plumbing work done, and Michael with Michael's Plumbing came out and took care of the issue. Price was fair for the work done, and he was very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I would use Michael's Plumbing again when needed!

Servando and Tyler did an exceedingly fantastic job replacing our water heater. Josh was also provided a fantastic customer service experience. Would recommend Michael’s solely based on my experience with these technicians.

Free estimate, fast scheduling, and professional folks. Competitive quote, but we did go with someone else (who did a fantastic job) because they were recommended by a friend. If I were recommending a Nashville area plumber, I'd definitely recommend getting an estimate from Michael's Plumbing. We have a late 60's ranch that needed to have all of the old cast iron plumbing replaced. We had used Michael's previously for some smaller jobs and asked them to come out give us a bid for this work. Their bid was competitive and Jayson clearly explained the scope as well as some potential issues that could arise from the work, which we appreciated. The two plumbers that actually did the work (Dakota and Richie) were both very professional and considerate of our space. They went above and beyond installing a vanity for us and generally did a great job. It's been about 1.5 months so far and we haven't had any issues, and honestly we know if we do we can just call and have them resolved. Overall we were very pleased with the service and will use them in the future for sure.

I had to get a new water heater installed, in addition I discovered the water pressure in my home was way too high. Michael’s plumbing was able to fix both things for me! Dalton and Jeff were very professional and did an amazing job!

I called and made an appointment for Tuesday from 3-5. I waited at my home for 2 hours and no one called or came to my home. When I called one week later they had an apology for me. I was waiting for someone to call and tell me they had an emergency or some reason for the mistake but that never happened. I wouldn't take the chance on this company who may or may Not show up to the appointment.

Mike came out the same day I called, replaced my mom's broken toilet in under an hour. Also, they were able to do the whole job without waking her up. Would strongly recommend and certainly reuse for more work! Bonus: Mike is super cute.

I discovered i had a water leak in my yard due to high water bill, I called michael's plumbing for and estimate and the came right out their pricing was the best out of the 3 other companies I contacted they took care of me and i would definitely recommend them. They also offer a great warranty..

I called these guys for a second opinion when the first plumber couldnt find a water leak we had. These guys came out and found it in 20 min. They took care of the problem and were very professional. They will be first on my list next time I need a plumber.

Expensive. The plumber that came out was more of a salesman than a tradesman. Quoted $1,200 to move a sink line. Had someone else do it and they were done in less than an hour.

We had a tankless water heater installed December 2016. We were informed that there was a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Fast forward 5 years, and we have an issue with the water heater leaking on the outside of our house. We called April 13th and they had no record of even doing the job but we still had the invoice. Someone came out April 19th and said they needed to order a part since it was a warranty claim... so we have been getting the runaround since then. We have made repeated calls and attempts to get this addressed and all we keep getting is a receptionist who “just answers the phone” and tells us repeatedly that she herself is not a plumber...

It is 6/6/2021 and we still have no resolution to our problem and a VERY consistent stream of water pouring from our water heater. The “owner” stated that we could call for an update but that would require someone to answer the phone. I have no problem reaching out to Navien but that would also require someone answering the phone so we can get details about the repair that is needed.

The entire staff at Michael's was fantastic, polite and extremly patient with us , during a difficult business trip & got the job done correctly & quickly for our renters!!! Tyler was espically helpful, and ran interference between myself and the renter!! Thank you so much, we will definitely call Michael's first next time we have a plumbing issue.

Refused to give me any price for a service call until they came out, and then tried to charge me over $200 just to reconnect my gas stove. When I declined to pay that for 5 minutes of work, or the $185 that was the second offer, he finally came down to a more reasonable $119. Didn't even push the stove back in or check to see if it worked until I asked him too. Do NOT recommend these people.

I called Michael this morning and explained I had a leak somewhere and needed it fixed as soon as possible. Although my address is out of the area he usually serves, he agreed to send his technicians out. I called him at 10 o’clock this morning and Jeff and Gage were here by noon. They found the leak, repaired it and my yard doesn’t even look like they dug it up. They were done by 2. These 2 technicians were friendly, polite and knew what they were doing! I was truly impressed by both the owner and the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

Michael’s plumbing provides excellent service. They were extremely professional and fast while providing top quality work. The repair men were super friendly and explained exactly what they would be doing, which I appreciated. Definitely trust this company with your plumbing needs!

I had a major water leak from an old pipe underneath my front yard. Michael's Plumbing Service was terrific. They came to my home quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a good estimate to get it fixed. I was in the process of selling my home, so they were able to guarantee that the warranty was transferable which was very important to my buyer. The crew was nice, polite and professional. After my yard was dug up to replace the piping, they came back, raked out rocks, and put down grass seed and straw. I would highly recommend this company.

In thirty plus years of being a home owner, we have never had a more positive experience as we had with Michaels Plumbing. Jeff and Shane were here when they said, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. No hidden costs. We will never use another plumbing service again. Michael's replaced our entire drainage system in our 1959 home all the way from basins and toilets down to the sewer line. The original pipes had deteriorated in several places and were flagged as a high priority issue during the purchase inspection.

I got four quotes and I decided to go with Michael's because they were reasonably priced, offered a great warranty, used modern communication methods, and impressed me with their professionalism and forthcoming approach to our estimate.

The guys who did the actual work did a fantastic job, left the site clean, and were great at explaining everything that had been done. Exactly what I hope for in a contractor.

When the time comes to replace our incoming water lines we won't need to fish for quotes; We will just call Michael's.

Jeff was awesome! He was on time, communicated clearly when he was coming, explained patiently what the issue was with my plumbing, cleaned up after, and was very fast, focused, and professional. I have already recommended him to others. Someone always answers the phone (not a robot) and it’s easy to communicate and coordinate with this fast and responsive company.

Tyler and Cameron were great. Both of them went above and beyond. I can't say enough how wonderful they were and the great experience I had. I will definitely be using them and their services again. The water main line feeding my home failed underground in the front yard. Approx. 50 feet of digging trenches + installing new pipe was the job.

I’ll attempt most DIY tasks, but given the cold weather, and lack of man power/machinery I didn’t this time.

A two man team lead by Jeff arrived on time, and executed installing a new water line into my home in about 4 hours.

The GM, Jason was helpful, and super knowledgeable in his profession. Would hire these folks again if a major plumbing job was needed.

Fast, efficient, and great service! Dalton was my technician, and did a fantastic job!

I’m filing my formal complaint with the State of TN. I used them for a sewer line replacement in the beginning of the year. Sewer line backed up again in within 6 months. Spent the past two months trying to resolve it with the “warranty”. In some short words Michael’s Plumbing Service’s customer service and warranty are trash. They do not communicate internally or with the customer, you’ll spend your time and energy away from your job as the project manager of the issue you paid them to fix. You can tell the Scheduler what the issue is and they’re not going to communicate it to the tech they send out so it’s all a waste of time when the tech comes out unprepared. The Service Manager is never there to answer the phone so you get the Scheduler who doesn’t know plumbing. The Service Manager, when he answers the phone, may say that something will get done, but then no one shows up, called the Scheduler and it wasn’t even on the schedule to happen. They do not show up or call to say they’re not showing up. The sewer line warranty is trash. Anyway, more words than I care of use here. Also, I now have to find a company to fix what they refuse to fix under their warranty.

11/21 update: I’ve left messages with your service manager and he never returned them. Neither I nor the tenant have any knowledge of you meeting the city out there and he works from home. As I said, the city informed me the line was my responsibility even under the sidewalk. Anything they told me I told you, to bad that didn’t go both ways. I don’t even know who you talked to that day (whenever that occurred). I have since moved on to another company with more knowledge and willing to help me get a clear sewer line. Also they replaced your out of code 4” clean out near the street with a 6” clean out (gives access to the city to use their equipment without digging up the yard). And multiple plumbers said the 4” near the street wasn’t code. Also, they met with the city and I and the tenant saw that. They provided the city with the access to the sewer line I requested you provide, per the city. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Within the last couple of years, I have had them replace my main water line from the street to the house, as well as my water heater. Both times, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They got the work done at a reasonable price, when they said they would, and everything works great now.

Today, Jeff came out to my house to help me with a mysterious sound that I thought was coming from my pipes. After very little investigation, he found the source of the sound. It wasn't my plumbing at all, and I fixed it myself in two seconds. He waived their normal fee because it was such a short visit with no work to be done and because I am a repeat customer. He was so helpful!

I will always call Michael's when I have a plumbing need...and when I think I do...but it turns out to be something else. They are the best!

Michael’s plumbing was quick to respond and resolve the problem when another large company in town had not done so. They were kind and courteous and efficient. The next day when I had another problem that came out quickly and resolved it. I would recommend Michael’s Plumbing to all of my friends!!

After dealing with 5 different plumbers and project managers from different companies, I chose to go with Michael’s plumbing based on a fantastic experience with Jason, the project manager. He was extremely thorough and patient, and took the time to troubleshoot the issue with me, and discuss all the possible solutions. Then Andrew came out and did the work, and continued to raise the bar. He took the time to do things the right way, talked through everything with me, did great work, and I believe he treated my house as he would his own. Honestly if you are reading this review, just save yourself some headache and call Michael’s, the other guys (especially the big ones) can’t compete.

Jeff was awesome. He came to our house for an upstairs leak going into the downstairs. Pulled out some wet drywall, stayed about thirty minutes, and didn't charge a thing! No service fee, no diagnostic fee, and found the leak. Will come back and do the work when all of the wet materials are removed. He, again, was an awesome plumber. They are the only company who doesn't charge a fee to come out. Pretty impressive! Teresa Shaver

Tyler came to install a whole house water filtration system. Not only was he courteous and professional, but he discovered a very significant leak that could have caused major damage to the house. He also added some extra bells and whistle to the install to make sure it the pipes would last. We have used other good plumbers in the past here in Franklin but will be reaching out to Michael's from here on out.

I contacted Michael's Plumbing after the initial installation of my new gas oven created a gas leak in my home. Needing a professional I contacted Michael's Plumbing. Repeat Customer!! That probably says it all, right? After all, we have our choice of plumbers in Nashville. But I'll say a little more. I called Michael's in December to fix a toilet. Sandra was excellent on the phone when I called to make the appointment. She was very kind, efficient, answered all of my questions, and said they would try to get someone out there as soon as possible. She scheduled me for a time and then called me later to let me know someone could come even sooner. Excellent! The guy who did the work was terrific. A skilled professional. He was in and out, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. It was a little costly - $200 after a discount - but I appreciated the quality of the work and the long warranty. It was such a good experience that when my sink clogged this week I called them again. Once again I got Sandra, who is such an asset to the company and such a pleasure to work with! She scheduled me for Monday and then again called me with great news a couple hours later and let me know someone could be there sooner. John came this morning and it could not have been a better experience! Not only did he completely resolve the issue quickly and with great care and skill, but he explained what went wrong and how I could try to prevent the issue in the future, walking me through how the pipes were installed. He did it in such a respectful and thoughtful way, I really felt like I learned something new today. And best of all, it was very affordable, much less than the previous visit (for the toilet). I would recommend Michael's without hesitation.

They are honest and DO NOT try to upsell you like so many other plumbing companies do. They are there to repair the problem you have and not try to tell you that you have other things wrong. I’ve hired Michael’s Plumbing for a few jobs and I’ve been satisfied, but based on my most recent experience, I will not patron them in the future!

On 6/5/2020, I had an appointment to replace a shower valve. The guys that came out cut a hole in my wall and afterwards determined they couldn’t access what they needed to from that opening. I was told they’d only be able to finish repairs by going through my attached neighbor’s unit. After lots of effort to coordinate a time that worked for my neighbor, Michael’s came back out to finish the job on 7/7/2020.

The plumber that came out this time took a further look and determined he could complete the job without entering my neighbor’s unit, but would have to cut around the shower. When he finished the job, I asked if someone would be in contact to fix both holes in my walls. He said he’d have another guy on the team reach out, but I never heard back!

I hired a handyman on 7/26 to fix the holes in my walls. I called Michael’s on 8/11 to ask about reimbursement for the wall repairs and was told to send an email and that someone would get back to me. I followed up again a couple times, but still no resolve. I followed up again on 8/24 and was told to send another email. Another week has no passed and I’ve still got no response!

This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a company in a while. To erroneously cut into a wall, get a neighbor involved, find out the neighbor never needed to be involved, and then not fix the holes that were created is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I don’t feel valued as a customer and Michael’s doesn’t seem concerned with retaining good customers! Michael’s, do better!

Shane King came out on a Saturday and fixed our water leak. He came when he said he was coming and said he could fix it that day. Didn't take him long and did a great job. He was very courteous in a professional manner. Would recommend Shane for any plumbing need.

Filed a complaint with the BBB which was never resolved even though Michael's offered to send a refund (check never arrived). Paid them to install a moisture barrier under the house. They only installed the barrier only as far as I could see from the crawl space door (I'm a senior and I guess they figured I'd never crawl under the house to see if they'd done the whole job). I had someone else crawl under and take pictures and the moisture barrier was not installed under about 1/3 of the house. The pictures were submitted to the BBB with my complaint. If I could give no stars, I would.

I used Michael's Plumbing for a sewer line replacement, and then a water heater replacement. I worked quite a bit with Jason to estimate and plan the project and then with Andrew while the work was underway. Throughout the process I felt like both of them communicated well and took the time to consider and explain my options. During the project, they took great care to ensure all my concerns were addressed and that all aspects of the work were completed to a high standard. All said and done I'm a happy customer. and plan to use them for future plumbing projects.

After the passing of my father I called Michael's plumbing to repair a leak. While there I asked them about replacing my outdated shower system. They qouted 300.00 I paid him 268.00 upfront to start the job they never returned!!!!! Now the company has amnesia and can't remember making repairs or prepayment.

Michael's Plumbing was a second opinion for me. First plumbing service I used was here 3 hours and could not tell me why my downstairs floors flooded. Dalton with Michael's Plumbing was able to find the problem and fix it in 20 minutes. He is fantastic and so is this company!

Experiences such as this makes one wonder how companies stay in business. For starters Jason from Michael's Plumbing did not knock or ring the doorbell. His existence was known merely because he was heard in the driveway getting out of his vehicle. When prompted to come in, he showed no customer service skills whatsoever. No hello or what problems are you having? Nothing. When the problem was explained, he acted as if he did not want to investigate. Jason did not spring into action until he heard key words of it drains slowly when it rains ... at which point he wanted to see the basement. Once downstairs, still without any investigation he immediately went on a rant speaking on the age of the pipes in the garage and so on, none of which had to do with our problem. He stated we need to replace all of our old pipes and said he would email an estimate, which we still haven't received (5 hours later) and never even made a guess as to the original problem he was called to investigate.
UPDATE:
We ended up solving the issue ourselves without any drywall damage or replacement with a borrowed pressure washer and a $130 water snake. That is at least $1,000 less than was quoted; possibly more, I had no reason to remember the ridiculous amount of the quote.

On the morning of Thursday, December 17, 2020 the relief valve on my water heater started to drip while I was out of town This set off the leak detector. My Mother, an elderly female, called Michaels plumbing. Technician John arrived at house at 5:20 PM. 5:28 PM John told my mother that he has to put em in where the water comes into the house. Audio on ring doorbell camera is excellent. 5:47 PM last time tech seen on camera. First he claimed it was a defect with the water heater. Then he claimed the incoming water pressure was too high, 180 psi and it should have been 80. He gave her a quote of $550 to install a Whole House Pressure Reducing Valve and said they would be back the next day to install.

Friday, December 18, 2020 at approximately 5:30 PM they called to say they would not be there that day and would come out on Saturday.

Saturday, December 19, 2020 Technician arrived at 10:45 AM. 10:51 AM looking for water meter. 10:56 AM looking for water meter. 10:58 AM found water meter. 11:00 water turned off at meter. Made comment that he would up under the house to get stuff done. 11:08 went into house with pressure valve. 11:11 back door opened as John took valve toward crawl space. 11:24 back looking through his van. 11:31 back inside house. Made comment about partial repipe. I'm told at this point he made the comment that he couldn't find the incoming water pipe. 11:33 he is seen taking the pressure reducing valve back into house as he is going to install just on the cold water line at the water heater. 11:40 turning water back on at meter. 12:12 van was gone from driveway and camera view at this time.

Monday, December 28, 2020 at 9:14 am called Michaels plumbing and asked to speak with a service Manager. After some hesitation, the person that answered the phone said he was a service manager. I had to ask for his name and he said Josh. He was unable to answer any questions about the job or why the whole house pressure reducing valve was installed on just the hot water and not the whole house. He said he did not have any pictures of the job. He told me he would have to get the tech to call me back because he is just customer service. This means he lied to me earlier and said he was a service manager. He claimed the tech would call me back later today because he was on another job.

Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 1:07 pm. No call back and no one answers their phone at their office. Reviews posted online.
1:25 PM call from Sandra. Said someone would be here at 7 am tomorrow to move the pressure reducing valve to the main incoming water line at no additional charge.
1:50 PM call from Josh Service Manager/customer service Dakota will be out here tomorrow. He said they do not install pressure reducing valves on just the hot water side. Pictures were emailed to show that is indeed what they did.

7: 20 am Dakota arrived. Extremely pleasant and professional. Dakota relocated the pressure reducing valve from the water heater intake to the main water line. 10:00 am. Dakota's work completed and tested and departed site.

It's sad that the initial technician wanted the easy way out and didn't want to get under the house and do what was on the invoice and they had to send someone else out to fix his work.

I had another plumbing company come out and put holes in my wall, charge me a ridiculous amount for it, and not find anything. Michael's people came out and found the issue easily and at a FRACTION of the cost. He even told me how I could do part of it on my own for cheap. It's tough to find honest good work, but you'll find it here.

The toilet repair that was done for me was good and the tech was on time and professional. I am pleased with the job done, but I would be sure to get an up front quote before work is done. My only problem was with the cost which was made right by the company. I am very impressed with the integrity of these people for the willingness to work with me.

Bought a new house and the pipes in the crawlspace started leaking almost immediately. Problems left unreported by the previous owner. We called Michael's and his team had the problem diagnosed in half a day (including an emergency Metro Water survey!!!) and came back out two days later and fixed the problem. I had Michael's come out to install a tankless water heater after my old water heater had stopped working. They were very polite and clean and much cheaper and less pushy than the other company I originally had quote the project. I was very satisfied with the end result and the water heater has been working great.

However, once they left I realized that they tied the new water heater onto an existing circuit in my living room. This means that my living room light must always be on in order for the water heater to work. If I turn off my living room light, the water heater also turns off. I called Michael's for a resolution and they sent a team member to take a look at the problem. While they were on time and polite, the end result was that I would need to hire an electrician to fix the issue. One issue has just turned into another.

Called them at 1:30 for a clogged toilet, only one in the house although I did NOT tell them that. A very nice young man was here by 3:40 and gone before 4, stopping on the way out to make friends with my cat, who is totally gaga for any man that comes in the house and got in his path to get attention, lol. Reasonably priced too for a semi-emergency call. Will definitely use them again if/when I have any plumbing problems in the future!

They are reliable and thorough, but it's only fair to say they are VERY expensive compared to other established plumbers. I had a septic job for them and their bid was 10x the other bid. But usually they are 2 - 3x more than a normal going rate. If you want to make one call for it to be done right regardless of price, call them.

I bought a renovated home almost 2 years ago, and have been having plumbing issues. Jason came out to evaluate my home, and Joseph took care of fixing my plumbing. They did a good job of answering all my questions, I didn't feel rushed or pressured, or that I was getting myself into something I shouldn't. I also felt that the price was fair, but much more customer friendly than if I had gone with one of the more commercialized companies.

This company installed a double sump pump system in my house 2 years ago and both pumps stopped working after a huge rainstorm. I called for emergency service on Saturday morning as my crawl space was flooding and got a return call on Monday. The other company I ended up calling on Saturday came out within two hours.

Jeff arrived exactly when he said he would. He listened to my problem and showed me how to fix it. He didn't try to up charge or sell me something I did not need. I was very happy with his company and will use them again should I ever have another problem. Thank you!

Yesterday morning we discovered water gushing into the crawlspace, Michael’s plumbing company sent someone to us within the hour. I have called on these guys twice, and was impressed with their professional service and knowledge each time. This last time, the two fellows who came out (sorry, don't recall names; service call to 707 23rd street, 3:20 PM 12-8-2021) were able to give me comprehensive estimates and let me choose exactly what amount of work was necessary and make it fit my budget. We had used you before the service was great and reasonable! So we call again just wanting them to put a new facet on my kitchen sink Call on the Oct 23 said they would send someone Oct 25 between 8am - 12pm. We had already purchase facet They sent two guys to give me a quote to just mount the facet and if I accepted their quote they would then send a plumber. The two guys gave a quote that was over $400. 00 !! I told them NO THANKS ! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL !!

Jason provided a thorough and very reasonable estimate. Dakota and his crew replaced our cast iron waste line from outside the house to the street. They took care with our landscaping and put it everything back in place. They also replaced cast iron plumbing under the house. Can't praise Michael's Plumbing enough. The water heater on the 2nd floor of our house died and flooded the guest bedroom on the first floor. This was the 2nd water heater in 13 years to flood that room, in spite of our best precautions to set up safeguards. Jason assessed our water system and suggested we install the tankless water heater in the basement and eliminate the water heater on the 2nd floor. We had never thought of that! We are so pleased with the installation by Andrew and Shawn. Including the woman who answered the phone, every employee of Michael's Plumbing was respectful of me AND my property.

Called 01/21/2021 at around 9:30 AM to get someone to come out and look at a leaky faucet. We were told they would arrive later that day and we would get a call 30 minutes before their arrival. They arrived after 5pm (we were pleasantly surprised we were not pushed to the next day) and fixed our sink with no charge since they had installed the supply line that had failed. I have recommended this company to several friends as they are honest and back up their work.

He assessed the situation, communicated the cause of the symptoms, recommended 2 viable solutions and we agreed on a remedy. I have never been treated with such disrespect. They were easy on start to work with, completely gutted my master bathroom left hugh hole covering must bathroom floor for almost 3 weeks. They had there money from loan we had to get but we after 3 months without bathroom still.And still waiting on statement on break down of cost. We had buy new shower which they ripped out and said would be covered by loan. Same for vanity. It took me saying i was calling better business bureau and lawyer to get them out here.Finally 3 months to the day they gutted bathroon they said it was done. New Vanity is in. New shower is in, but very poor work. Walls dont meet to other walls, or to floor of shower. Very unprofessional job. I still plan on calling better business bureau. Even our insurance agent cant get them to give breakdown of cost. We never received a bill. But we are paying on a loan they sent total cost to loan.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Call for quote and they use some fancy system to schedule you. My day and time came but I never recieved a quote. I called and was told the tech hasn't turned it in yet. Almost a week later I called again only to be told they couldn't do the work anytime soon. Well I still wanted my quote but was then asked my I wanted them to do the work when they couldnt do it anytime soon. I stated that the time may work but I couldnt understand why I never got a quote. Basically they never looked to quote nor was the office staff going to have anybody look. I asked for an owner or manager to call. Let's say a month later I am still waiting! Dont waste your time on their lack of professionalism!

Last week, I came home to a large amount of water in my room during Nashville's flood, but was unable to find a specific source of entry. This company is awesome because Mrs. Sandra saw my phone number on their call log and called me back. Had a consultation scheduled for the same day in just a few mintes. By midday, Jeff came out to our house and completed an extremely thorough plumbing assesment. He examined the ceiling, roof, and neighboring bathrooms. As we work towards finishing our degrees, the last thing that my roommates and I want to think about is plumbing issues. Thank you Jeff for your dedication to your craft.

I paid Michaels more than $11,000 to repair a water line in my front yard, which was not the best quote that I received. That was nearly a year ago. As a part of this fee, they were supposed to patch the hole they needed to create in my driveway (which they charged me $1,000 to do). Well, they put some soft patching material that immediately sunk down, leaving a 1 foot deep ditch running through my driveway. Since that time, I have called their office no less than 20 times to have someone come fix the issue. Each time, I have been told that it would be taken care of immediately. Several times, people have come out and promised that they would come back, when they had the right equipment. It has been nearly a year and I have reached my limit. I called them again last week and was told that someone would call me right back. Next stop is the BBB. I have been waiting for more than a year for this company to simply do what it said it would do. There is no way I can recommend this company for anything.

Just a note. THEY NEVER RESPONDED AND NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE!!!!!.

A few months ago I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Michaels Plumbing Service to install a new water softener and whole house filter in my home, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. Not only did they incorrectly install the water softener and filter, but their lack of response and accountability afterward was truly frustrating. To begin with, the installation itself was a nightmare. The technician seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. It took several weeks of repeated contact before they were finally able to fix the issue but the damage had already been done. Resin beads from the softener had flooded my plumbing and caused multiple issues with appliances and faucets. Rather than take accountability after the fact, they ignored my communication. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company showed up a day after, after we had another company cancel last minute. (We weren’t able to use our water for 3 days, before calling) Michael’s answered promptly, showed up the next morning, and had the whole (large) job done the next day before lunch time. We woke up to a leak coming from our second floor to our first floor. It was quite a worry. We called and spoke with Sandra first thing in the morning who was more then willing to answer all the questions we had. Everyone else confirmed the diagnosis and no one else could beat their price nor get us on the schedule as quickly as they could.

They showed up when they said they would, worked hard for multiple days, and worked in difficult conditions in our crawlspace without complaining. We couldn't be happier with the service and quality outcome. They took their time and did it right.
