Sean answered all my questions and was very professional with everything.

Attempted to use Plumbing Solutions for two different jobs and they installed the hardware upside down in the shower, and backwards on the bathtub wand. Scratched the materials when installing them and left piles of trash after they finished the job. Unfortunately, there is no attention to detail in their work.

I would highly recommend this company. I had what I thought was a small issue with my toilet. I called plumbing solutions and Ben and Beck were sent out to my house. After inspection Ben discovered the clean pipe was installed incorrectly by our builder and mind you our house is only 2 years old so we definitely should not have an issue so soon. Ben showed me what the issue was, explained how it was installed and how it should be installed he even showed it to me in the camera he put down the clean pipe. Price was good Ben made sure I was aware of the cost and what it covers. I would Definitely use this company any time I have issues. Number is already saved in my phone. Ben is greatly huge asset to the company!!!

I feel so lucky to have met Jeremy! We first had him out because of a clogged toilet that let to needing our sewer line replaced. We have since had him out again to put an expansion tank on our water heater and again to replace our sink/garbage disposal in our kitchen. He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He will always be my first choice plumber!!

We heard bubbling in one of our toilets'. Next thing we know, two of our downstairs toilets and bathtub start filling up with sewer. I called Happy Hiller and told them I had and emergency the said It will be Monday or Tuesday before we can send anyone out. It is Saturday, with five people in the house and 4 of them being female. I called Plumbing Solutions and they said they would be there within the next 2 hours. THANK GOODNESS! They showed up on time as promised, very friendly and knowledgeable of the situations. They had it fixed in no time. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND this company.

I needed a new garbage disposal and I called this company up and they sent Anthony to my house. Once he got here, he quickly identified the problem and told me exactly what I need to get fixed and what options I had. I took his opinion on what I should do and he started working on fixing the issues I had. He was very friendly and his 10 years of knowledge told me that I could trust his advice. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone who is interested in any plumbing problems they may have.

My warranty company failed in finding a plumber, so took a chance with TN Plumbing Soutions. I was able to receive same day service and Jeremy Phelps was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and presented me with 3 options.

Don't waste your time. The lady on the phone was exceptionally rude and very unhelpful. We called on a Saturday night when we had a plumbing emergency. She said she'd call me right back but after over an hour of waiting we called another plumber. The other plumber got here within 20 minutes, did the job within an hour, and gave us helpful tips for the future. We called All-star Plumbing. I finally got a call from this company letting me know that there was a technician on the way but I told her just to cancel them. We won't be using this company or recommending them to anyone.

I've been dealing with plumbing solutions for the past 2 years for different rental properties I'm involved in. I found them to be professional courteous, on time and fair on price.
They always call me two hours before arriving and share with me any issues that may arise if there's an extra cost involved. I highly recommend them they'll be doing my work for a long time

Called ahead & arrived quickly. I only needed a gas stove disconnected so it was a quick & uncomplicated.

Since moving to our Nashville house we've had a few bad experiences with plumbers not doing jobs correctly. Plumbing Solutions came in and corrected all of them. I like that it's a family run business. Whenever I call, they are able to come that day. They show up on time, get straight to it and have our issue resolved quickly. They are by no means the cheapest, but if you want it done right, give them a call.

I worked with Sean, Kevin, Beck, and Tyler. All solid gentlemen to work with. Very professional. They did a much needed repair on our showers, water system, pipes, and our toilet. I loved how they explain everything and how things are connected in regards on what they are working on. They had also gave me three different options for pricing and that was extremely helpful in assessing what could be budgeted. I highly recommend using them.

These Technicians came to our House, and TRIED to charge 5x what the others charged. They messed up our Water in the Kitchen( this was told to us by the Plumbers, SABOTAGE!) Was told we had to replace all of our Pipes, which was NOT TRUE! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! GET A SECOND OPINION!

I had a water pipe bust on Christmas Eve. Plumbing Solutions not only answered my call but they were able to come out the day after Christmas and fix my leak. I highly recommend their services!

I just feel swindled. So my husband and I had rust coming out of our second bathroom tub, it wasn't an issue as we didn't use it. Our home inspector said it came from the older pipes that hadn't yet been replaced. The faucet started leaking, so I contacted this company to replace the faucet as well as all of the older piping. Charles came out and we even established that the older pipes ran out into the garage. We gave me a quote of $785, which I thought was high- but it was a lot of piping and probably a decent amount of work, he said he could do it the next day so I was excited at the swiftness. He told me he would go to fuergeson plumbing and shoot me pics of replacement faucets. The next day, I got pics of two faucets - one was project source, which is a lowes, very low end, brand and a moen. He said those were my only two options, and my total price wouldn't change, and knowing the quality difference between the two off hand, I went with the moen. Then he same to do it all, and when he was done he said 'actually I think the rust was coming from the old faucet, so we didn't replace any other lines.' and yet my price didn't change. So I paid 785 for a simple and very straight forward faucet instillation. It was not the job I had agreed to, or there was a serious miscommunication about my expectations. He also informed me your enot supposed caulk around them, so he didnt- which just seems odd. So it looked poorly done and loose and just asking for water to get back there and mold, or worse, nor was any plumbers tape used on the parts that screwed together. So I just feel swindled. Buyer beware, make sure you know what you're paying for!!

This is our first time dealing with this company,but it will not be our last. We called because of am issue with the garbage disposal. They give us time frame when the plumbers will be there. When they were running a little behind, the called immediately and notified us. The quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. I explained to them them in passing about my future plans for our house. The technician quickly came up with a solution with the price range and time frame. They came back and efficiently I talked and removed all the previous toilets in the house.

I had to have a plumber for a Saturday afternoon call out because of a gas leak. You sent Jeremy out and he was very helpful. Then only two days later we had an unrelated plumbing problem with a toilet, so we had to call again. Jeremy was professional and very efficient. His explanations on both visits were clear and to the point. He gave us an estimate, which we agreed to and he immediately went to work. I hope I don't have to call you again anytime soon, but I have your number in my phone and you will be who I call if we have a plumbing issue in the future.

Robert and Beck have helped me out twice, and I'm definitely calling them again when I'm ready to update my shower. Why? Because:

1) the jobs got done correctly.

2) they were on-time.

3) they quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained all our options and associated costs, and they seem concerned with proceeding with what was best for us -- not necessarily the most expensive choice

4) they are friendly and respectful. we are an LGBT household, and that always brings concern that strangers in the house may behave in a discriminatory manner. we were treated as well as any other customer would be.

5) they left the work area cleaner than they found it, and they did not track dirt across the paths to/from the bathrooms

6) no job is too simple or too complex. their first visit was to unclog a drain. the second was to install a luxury intelligent toilet.

7) they were fast and efficient. they had multiple people working on things in parallel, minimizing my inconvenience

8) the price they estimated was the price we paid. no nickel and diming and inflating the invoice with unexpected complications

Finally, I was extremely impressed with how hard they worked unclogging a drain on their first visit. It was nearly 100 degrees that day, yet they hand-dug the holes to get access to the drain line. They did not let the heat prevent them from filling the holes and minimizing the impact on the yard and landscaping.

I'm confident new customers will be equally impressed.

Jeremy was extremely professional and also just very informative and helpful. As a new homeowner I found it very helpful some of the information that he provided me about the installation as well as some of the appliances that I have in my home. In addition to evaluating the problems with my garbage disposal he was also able to give multiple suggestions as to how to proceed. They were very timely in obtaining the parts needed to install a new garbage disposal and they were able to install it very quickly. At the end of the installation they also asked if I had any other plumbing issues that I needed to have investigated while they were present. Going the extra mile in every sense. I would recommend the service and I will certainly be calling them again should I have any plumbing issues.

This company is great. I called 9 00 with a water heater problem, they were here by 2:00. Thomas did a great job fixing my problem and the price was right. This is my first google review, that's how impressed I was.

I did not realize the extent of my problem until Robert pointed it out to me. At first, I couldn’t believe how serious my issue was until they fixed it and showed me what a mess there had been. My experience with them really made me respect the plumbing profession even more. I cannot recommend Robert enough. I have used R&M twice now for my home and both Ben and Thomas have done a great job. Once was for a gas line and the other for a whole house filtration system. They are very personable and strive to make sure I was happy with everything they did. They clean up after the job and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended.

Second time using TN Plumbing Solutions and I'll never use anyone else. Called on Friday 8/5 at 1pm and my leak was fixed by 5pm same day. Kyle and Beck were amazing and went above and beyond! Very reasonable price as well!

Spent over 3k with this company and the plumbing I did my self turned out better. Bought a 1200 new tub for them to install and scratched it before they even installed it. All of the hard ware I wanted installed they stripped paint off of them. Be careful when using them for big projects.

From the first phone call to complete (only about 2 hrs later including call) was great. Was expecting to set up appt for next week, as it wasn't an emergency, but they actually beat me to the house, diagnosed and repaired very quickly. These are the best plumbers I've ever encountered in my life and I'm 70 years old. My wife called them at 10am, they arrived at 4:15pm, and my sink drain was fixed at 5pm for a very reasonable price. Adam and Beck did a great job. I have found a plumber for life.

Robert, the owner is very unprofessional. I contacted this company to complete a commercial plumbing project. They assured me timely response and work. The first two representatives came out, one by the name of Devon and were extremely nice and provided me with a quote the same day. Estimate #5542

I contacted them back to add some additional work to the estimate and with questions. They decided to have Robert come out and give me an updated quote. Great, right?!

Well, Robert came out on a Saturday. I explained we are accepting bids and would like to start the work within the week. He assured me that I would have a quote by Monday. Monday came no quote, no problem. Hey Mondays can be tough. Giving the benefit of the doubt I waited until Tuesday. Contacted them Tuesday afternoon and spoke with Debra, she said it will be Wednesday morning. Waited until Wednesday morning, no quote. Called Wednesday afternoon, spoke to Debra again and was told Thursday morning at the latest Thursday afternoon. She was apologetic and told me she would make sure I get Thursday.

Thursday afternoon at 4:16 pm I contact the office again and get Debra. She tells me Friday morning at the very latest.

Friday morning at 12:26 pm I decide to contact Robert (he gave me his card and said “call if you have any questions”). I call because I have a question on the status of the estimate.

I called Robert, told him my name and my business name. His response was “yeah?” I went on to explain the conversation I had with Debra and was hoping to get an estimate today.

Robert was extremely short with me and rude. He told me that the tech had been sick (understandably) yet upon our meeting he assured me he himself would be the one providing me with an updated estimate.

I begin to explain I was considering his company for the work but needed the quote. His response was “considering” and he hung up on me. Weird! I was completly confused by his behavior but grateful for dodging a bullet.

Tip: Don’t give your customers unrealistic expectations you can not fulfill. The truth works fine. If you need a week to provide an estimate just say so.

We have used Plumbing Solutions for several of our construction projects. Robert has been great to work with, and great on communications. Anytime there have been any questions or potential issues Robert has been good to ensure all is perfected and will not leave unless there is 100% full satisfaction. Additionally, anytime we need him on the spot Robert makes every effort to get someone on the project ASAP, reliability is key! Also, Robert goes a step above to ensure our clients aren't spending more money than necessary by recommending budget friendly products for our clients that can save over time. We definitely recommend Plumbing Solutions for your large or small projects.

Sean O. came out to bid a project of blowing out and scoping our downspouts for our gutters. Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. After evaluating what needed to be done, he gave me a bid right there with options and suggestions to get the project done and I scheduled at the same time. They were back in two days to get the job going.

His team evaluated, bid and COMPLETED the job before I got one of the other bids from a company in town.

Sean showed me progress pictures and videos along the way. If I had a question or thought on what was going on he took the time out to review it and made sure I completely understood. I would highly recommend Sean and Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing or water related problem.

These guys were great, I bought a garbage disposal and didn't have to use it. Now I can return it. Most honest contractor I've had in 25 year. Before that I did the work my self, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Drain was clogged up and I was unable to shower or use the bathroom. They came out quick and had me up and running that day.

I'll let you know after they do the work. So far I am impressed with the guys who came out for the estimate.

Very quick response to my request. Of the other companies I reached out to Plumbing Solutions was the only one to call me back and schedule an on site appointment. They arrived when they said they would, evaluated and discussed options with me, and once settled the new water heater was installed and they were off to the next call in just a couple of hours. Jeremy came out and he cleaned out our drain that was causing us not to be able to take a shower. He gave us a few different options to choose from. We have used this company twice now. The time before they helped replace a pipe that had been damaged by tree roots after a different company had left us hanging (literally since they left their metal snake that had gotten stuck). Both times they have been able to come out fast and have been able to fix the problem.

Guy was very knowledgeable and got it done fast but what he did I could have done but just didn’t want to break my toilet. Work was completed in 45 mins then charged 235.00!! That’s way too much for what he did. Very over priced

Kyle did great. I highly recommend him. He didn’t stop until the problem was solved even though we had some road blocks. Also, it was his last stop of the day but he made sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Kyle without reservation. He knows what customer service is without a doubt.

I had a leaking shower faucet and I also wanted two sink faucets installed. I had gotten an estimate that seemed really high from another plumber, so I called plumbing solutions. The scheduler was able to send Kyle and Brandon out the day I called.
They were on time and gave me a very competitive estimate and saved me close to $300. Not only that, they were able to complete the work that very day.

Anthony (and company) went above and beyond when he did work for us this past week! We had some major sewage backup issues, and he jumped right in to figure out what was going on. It turned out that we needed a pipe replaced outside, and he contacted his team so that we could get back to being able to use our bathroom the same afternoon. We have a six month old, so we were concerned about having to go elsewhere for the weekend. Turns out, the company worked together, very quickly, to solve our problem. Anthony is a true advocate for his customers and did everything possible to ensure our issues were resolved the same day. And it was! The owner and the manager even stepped in to help. I’d highly recommend this company!

Amazingly Helpful!!!!! New Year's Eve and they showed up within 1-2 hours! Half of the house was flooding from the bathrooms and they worked with me on price and financing. No other plumber has offered such consistent and INCREDIBLE service as they have! Spent 2500.00 on toilet install, toilet kept backing up. Called them back 4 weeks in a row. Then they wanted more money, I did not pay them anymore. New plumber stated that they didn't see that they did any work under the house. They found a large blockage by washer. Something Plumbing Solutions couldn't or didn't even try to find. DO NOT USE PLUMBING SOLUTIONS

I called Plumbing Solutions, and Anthony was at my front door in 30 minutes! I'm old, so seeing a young man with dreadlocks and a tattoo sleeve made me a little nervous. But he looked me straight in the eye and was quite charming, not to mention a good salesmen. He diagnosed my running toilet problem and gave me 3 options. It's hard to know what is expensive with this runaway inflation, but I opted for the toilet replacement and am delighted with the results. If you have a toilet that tends to back up with solid waste, I advise getting a new one! This new toilet is smaller, uses half the water, but has one powerful SWISH! Anthony completed the job in a couple of hours. Thank you!

For the price, I would've thought the techs would've put my toilet back together tank top was in the work site area. However, they did fix it properly. Please inform callers it they are not the homeowner all renters will b charge an $85 cancellation fee for coming out if they decide the price is out of ur budget. I’m a Dispatch manager myself in a different state. Their customer service got me an appointment the same day with short notice since I don’t live there. I called about a major plumbing issue and Cody arrived the next morning. He was very personable and answered all of my questions and gave me an excellent quot for Major repair work. My home is old and had galvanized sewer pipes and water pipes. The next day a crew of master plumbers arrived and replaced my sewer line and water line in under 4 hours in 90+ degree weather. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone with plumbing needs. Plumbing is dirty work and believe me they had to dig and boy did they get dirty. However I am overjoyed and please with the work that was performed. A great bunch of young gentleman. For your plumbing needs call them! You won't regret it.

Possibly just a personal experience, but it's important to share. This company sold me a dented water heater as new, and refused to even send someone out to look at it. Was told if it wasn't actively leaking, they couldn't do anything about it. It also wasn't reported for almost a month. Fair, but I explained it was against the wall, in the laundry room, and I only saw it after climbing on the washer to look for a ticking sound. Even after explaining this, I got nothing but an oddly snarky, and dismissive attitude- I was accused of possible damaging it! Just simply ridiculous. Found them in an emergency, and was severely disappointed in their avoidance to stand behind their own work. It was suggested I look up the warranty. The claimed to be looking at the receipt from Home Depot, then later admitted under questioning that it had actually come from a wholesaler. Just odd. People who work for them are fine people, I'm sure, but just not worth the hastle if something goes wrong. Also, take pictures and inspect everything before they leave, or you'll be at a loss.

Jeremy Phelps with Plumbing Soloutions went above and beyond. Had issues with drainage from house sewer mainline. Tried multiple different avenues and angles after one after another seemed to fail. Jeremy never gave up even offered different avenues of payment once things seemed to escalate in cost due to the severity of the problem. Stayed with us for close to 7 hours to resolve our issues. Quoted $ 3600 to replumb my house. They were going to try and run the new line inside the old line and lower the price $1200 to $1400 but could not do that. Then they wanted to run it around the house so as to not cut the driveway. Then the discovered the leak was under my driveway so they could run a new line from house to meter but the price was written for $3800. When I questioned him he lowered it to the quoted price.. They didn't clean up mess made in a bedroom and left a hole in my yard. Left my driveway with dirt all over it. I called and while they apologized and came out and washed my driveway, they would not come off the price. I paid $3600 for a pex line from my house to the meter about 150 feet. I would not recommend or use again.
