They were responsive and offered to come out within the day to diagnose the issues. They came out, gave us a quote, and fixed it within a couple hours! Price was responsible in my minimal experience with plumbers. It’s been a couple weeks now and everything is working great so far!

My basement was flooding one night and they came out late at night within 20 minutes and helped me remedy the problem by turning the water off for me and finding the issue. It ended up being a water heater issue from the cold storm that is under warranty with another plumbing company.. so he stopped the leak for me and directed me with what to do next and helped me look up my warranty and everything. He was super nice, accommodating and helpful! Also didn’t charge me anything for coming out at all which is unheard of and so so nice! So very professional and kind. 10/10

David was AWESOME. I called him on a Wednesday and he was out replace my water heater 2 days later. Hoffman Bros tried to charge me $2600 to do that same thing while David charged me less than half of that and didn't beat around the bush. Only took him 1hr and was very nice! I'll only recommend Champion Plumbing from here on out.

This Man omg where do I start?! After dealing with Michaels Plumbing which by the way is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! He was able to come out within a day and find the issue and fix the issue at a very reasonable price. I cannot express how truly grateful I am for you David!

David did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing the issue with my toilet.

Marcus arrived on time and immediately started to diagnose why my draining sink would leak onto my kitchen floor while showing no water leaking from any pipelines. He told me up front what he needed to fix and gave me their discounted cost to fix my problem. My leak was in the wall behind my inside cabinet where he found a 1/4 wide crack in the 30 year old galvanized pipe that he had to cut out and replaced with PVC pipe. One hour later my drains were fixed with no leaks and a 1 year quarantee on this repair.

I reached out via Google and he was able to come out the next day. Installed the faucets in under an hour and now I have peace of mind that they are done correctly and won’t leak!

David was great to fit us in so quickly when kitchen drain clogged beneath the house in the crawl space. He identified location of clog right away and repaired the line as well as improved the directional flow of the line to prevent a future clog. Will definitely call him for future plumbing issues. I've used Champion Plumbing twice and David does a great job!! They have installed a water filtration system, new faucet, garbage disposal and fixed the seal on a toilet. Scheduling is easy, pricing is fair and we will definitely use them in the future for all our Plumbing needs.

I waited about a month to post this review to be sure that there weren't any issues with their work. Champion upgraded my natural gas lines, replaced some iron drain pipe and installed a water filter system. David and his team were efficient and professional. I quoted this out to 5 companies and asked for recommended solutions. A couple of the big names proposed solutions were overkill and unbelievably expensive, I think I paid a fair price for all the work Champion did. Definitely will call them in the future if needed.

We had an obstruction in our sewer line leading to our step system tank. They came out and cleared the blockage. They arrived within 2 hours of calling, which was probably just good timing, but they solved the problem and did it at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.

Found Champion plumbing on home advisor for a water heater replacement. He quoted ne over the phone and the price didn't change after the work was done. Very quick and answered all my questions. I called David again and asked to replace some parts and he was very prompt. The repairs were quick and fixed my problems

They did a house re-pipe for us and everything went great. David and crew did a wonderful job and completed the job in a single day (actually 8 - 3:30). Our water volume is much better from all of our taps now. The price was much better than the other bids we received. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing.

Champion has ALWAYS been great to work with. If urgent, they've found a way to work us in. They have installed an RO water filtration for us, fixed a couple leaks, and installed a dishwasher. I found Champion Plumbing through the Madison Facebook group. They have good reviews so I called them. They were prompt and provided a free estimate. They then came out and replaced the line from the water main to my house. That appears to have been done well. The next day, I noticed that the trench that was dug was only partially filled in. I texted David and he assured me that it would be taken care of. There were delays due to weather. Understandable. Then an employee came out and said it was taken care of. It wasn't. I contacted David again. He assured me that he would personally come out and correct the situation himself. He has yet to show. I am left with an unsafe pile of dirt and rocks and an area of partially filled in trench that the guy who mows my grass has to go around. I am very disappointed in the way this was not handled.

I needed a plumber to replace my inside water main valve within two days, and everyone else I called wasn't able to make that timeframe. Champion got someone out within the timeframe I needed, the plumber was friendly and professional, and although the job ended up being more involved than initially expected the cost was fair and the work was done quickly and well. Would absolutely use them for my future plumbing needs!

This guy saved me after two weeks without hot water. My home warranty company drug my claim out as long as they could so I complained and they agreed to reimburse a tech of my choice. So glad I chose Champion. My call was answered at 8:30 PM on a Sunday night, and David immediately sent over paperwork my warranty company needed from him. He stayed diligent until my work order was approved, came after hours for my install, and did this all in the rain. I lucked out here! David is also really funny and down to earth and walked me through what he was doing because I like to learn. THANK YOU CHAMPION!!

Stephen and Jeremy, respectively, both did great work on my needy plumbing, from descaling the tankless water heater and replacing the failed water filtration system to installing the new sink and new plumbing under it, including the new disposal. As well, Jeremy alerted me to the fact that the previous owner did a great job at cannibalizing all of the plumbing under the house so poorly that it, too, needs to be replaced! If it weren't for all of their hard work on my place, I'd still be scratching me head about what keeps failing from the poor workmanship of the previous owner! All Hail, Champion Plumbing!

I ordered a new toilet to repair a slow running leak that was previously repaired. Rather than use an expensive replacement toilet, they detected the problem and fixed the leak. They were great to work with and communicated over text and phone. I will use them again for all my properties.

I've used Champion Plumbing a few times now, both in Nashville and Hendersonville. I called a couple of places when i needed some help a while ago. The first company (a happy one) wanted to redo everything in my older house, and couldn't start right away. The second one was a no-show. The third one popped in like he was having the best day of his life. Gave me a great price. In all fairness to the happy gut, Champion did warn me that in the future there could be some issues with my 70 year old pipes. I asked them to do the work and it was done by end-of-day. I've used them a couple of times since and they are always there on time, have a great attitude and do great work.

David and Champion has done large and small projects for us over the last couple of years as well as some others that I referred to him. We all agree that he is the most economical and also the most thorough and goes the extra mile kind of vendor. I had a problem with an exterior faucet that was my fault and he went ahead and threw it in with the price of what it was already working on. He also has an electrical division that I have used also for several projects, including very extensive plug and switch replacements and 6 New light installed. He bid the job and his bid was actually less than I had budgeted. He's also a great guy!

Our experience with Champion plumbing was great from start to finish. I reached out on a Thursday for someone to come look at a leak in our shower, and was scheduled on Monday morning. Marcus was on time and explained to me exactly what parts needed to be replaced to fix the leak. He even showed me where to find them and how much they cost. No upselling whatsoever. I was able to buy the parts and install myself with no issues. This could have turned into a big, expensive hassle with another company, so we will definitely call Champion the next time we need a plumber.

Marcus showed up on time and even on the early side of our time window for the appointment. He was friendly, professional, informative, thorough, and got the job done successfully. The pricing was fairly calculated in my opinion, and I will certainly use this company again. 5 stars.

David came to install a toilet (on sho
rt notice) and did a great job and did it quickly. He went above and beyond by taking care of a couple of additional smaller issues and didn't charge extra. We are very pleased!

David Gleaves of Champion Plumbing was awesome. After an arctic blast froze pipes across Nashville and an outdoor spigot of mine, I called around and got on waiting lists of about 10 other companies yesterday for call backs where I received only one, but they were unable to come out within a couple of days. I understand plumbing companies are inundated with the crisis, so I felt lucky when David personally answered the phone and went ahead and immediately set an appointment for the following day. Today, he was running ahead of schedule (yay!) and called to say that he’d be here soon — 12 hours before the scheduled appointment! The issue turned out to be a minor one that can be fixed in the spring time. I really appreciate David’s responsiveness, honesty, attention and personability. I will definitely call him back to do the repair and any other plumbing needs I have in the future.

I moved into a condo that needed a new kitchen and had a broken outdoor faucet, and shut off valves wherever there was water.There was so much. David took it all on and installed all the water related things in the new kitchen. I felt his charges were reasonble and I trust him to do do all my plumbing in the future, although, with his great work I might neve need him again. I can't say enought good things about him.
