Best Main Line Water Replacement in Nashville TN

Brenton and Brad were fast and very efficient. We had an answer to our issues and they were able to fix it. We have had our share of plumbing issues in former homes and have dealt with national chains and mom and pop services. This by far has been the best we have experienced. We highly recommend their services!

I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks — and my AC still wouldn’t have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks. One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge).

My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately. He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn’t follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, “There’s nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it’s your supply line.” All of this should have been done by the installer (who was also one of the two people who came out before Copeland & Son).

I had a king size headboard, footboard, frame and slats in front of my crawlspace door and a ton of things stored in my crawlspace. I’m sure they must have had to move everything to do the repair. Copeland & Son must have had to move everything in front of the door to get in my crawlspace as well, in order to do their work. They never complained or said anything about it. I couldn’t even tell they moved anything, until I recently went in my crawlspace and saw that they actually left my crawlspace more organized and straightened out than it was. I couldn’t tell anyone had been in my house and my AC was fixed.

Thank you Copeland & Son, for being so honest and kind. I won’t call anyone else.

Two knowledgeable gentlemen came out to take a gander at the water heater and fixed the issue promptly. They were even kind enough to look at the most talkative toilet I've ever encountered and stopped the squealing noise. We had a great experience with Mitch at Exclusive Plumbing Service. We have a new build where it seems some corners were cut with the pipework by the water heater, and Mitch was able to fix all of that with ease. His pipework looked super clean and like a quality job. We had a circulator pump, and expansion tank replaced as well. During his process, Mitch explained why certain components needed replacement based on his findings, and what could wait to be repaired. He wasn't pushy at all. His communication was top notch. He wore a mask to keep us safe and shoe covers when he came inside the house. He answered ALL of my questions. He's a really professional, honest, quality plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the Nashville area.

Had their service plan for 1 yr. From the day they touched our unit last spring until 2 months ago we had nothing but problems and had to call for service pretty much monthly. After hundreds of dollars spent on parts and labor the unit still did not work properly. Finally contacted another company for a 2nd opinion and we had to replace our 5 yr old unit. We contacted the company to cancel our service plan. That was done but they are still taking out the monthly payment for the plan. Have tried multiple times over the last 2 months to have it stopped but always told there is not a direct line to billing and an email will be sent. Very displeased with service and billing. I would not even give a 1 star rating but it will not let me post without it.

Mathew Thompson, Randy Harbo, and randy harbors son saved my family from a terribly hot summer! My ac was almost 10 years old and stopped working completely.
