We recognized Preston as Uncle Rico from the Radiant commercials and he was the first plumber that really understood or tankless water heater and gave us great advice. Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

Chris was very professional and is working to resolve a warranty issues for us. Awaiting warranty resolution. In response to question - I definitely would recommend Chris should be treated to lunch by his company for his work and attitude!

We couldn’t figure out how the toilet was leaking and A&T plumbing came out and resolved the issue very quickly. They explained and showed the situation and did a phenomenal job. We will definitely be using them in the future

Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend or trust. They did arrive on time but we received no calls that they were at our business. They left before we arrived and determined “nothing was wrong”. Within minutes of arrival our plumbing backed up into the bathroom. WARNING they refused to come back out to assess the situation and deemed it not an emergency! Highly recommend shopping around before using this company.

Logan came out to check out a problem we were having in our guest bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing thoroughly. He couldn't replicate the issue we were having earlier that day so didn't do any work for us but we really appreciated his willingness to understand our concerns and help us work through what we thought might have been the issue.

They came over to the house to check out the issue and the issue had resolved itself. They were super nice, didn't charge me for the visit. Will definitely call them if I have any problems in the future.

Steve did a great job with fixing my bathtub leak and replacing the PRV. Good quality, very professional, and very reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again and I'd recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Mark came out today to replace a toilet for us. He arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We needed a new flange and some adjustments to make the new toilet (we provided the toilet) fit. He also loosened a bolt for us that we have been unable to loosen that wasn't part of the toilet install. He went above and beyond! We're completely satisfied and will use Plumb Masters again when we need a plumber.

Daniel was excellent. Gave us super good advice and tried to save us money where ever possible. It is always nice to find capable tradesmen ESPECIALLY plumbers!

And when addressing my complicated job, instead of complaining, DAVID was happy for the creative challenge and gave me an intelligent work-around that saved money, time, materials and head ache. Their prices are competitive and he offered to bid another project in phase and parts, which gave me options to save money.I’ll definitely use and recommend them in the future!

Polite service technician, problem fixed

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

THE .. and I mean The most incredible experience good :) with a plumber EVER! and I do home remodeling for my own clients. This was a situation at my mother's house that we suddenly had a toilet leaking and then when flushing another toilet, ..... backup. They are MORE than 24/7! They came out last night in the middle of a storm but were not able to auger because of the outside cleanout and lighting ... and you know the auger is metal - so we didn't want to go that route :) They came back first thing this morning and in the midst of all of our plumbing issues, we also had phone issues ...(with Spectrum ...ugggg) and whenever we called, it sounded like a shrill fax line ETC. So, as I was working to get the phone fixed - and thinking that it was 'reset' by Spectrum, I tried to call AAA again, and the phone was still a mess but AAA Auger recognized it was us, and their guy was not too far away so he made a special trip to make sure we were OK! ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY :) First of all, it's great to actually get a hold of person in the middle of the night instead of a machine - and then to have this Above-And-Beyond Service AS WELL as their excellence in taking care of our plumbing issues .... Highly recommended!
