Stephen Lopez was awesome. He took the time to show me what the issue was with my water heater, how to prevent it in the future, and explained what repair he did and why. He answered all my other questions about the insulation and pipes running into my water heater, which was above and beyond the scope. He also told me about maintenance steps I should take to prolong the life of my heater. I really appreciated his diligence and professionalism. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone else with a plumbing issue!

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger. The plumbers from AAA AUGER were absolutely amazing.We were communicated with about a window of when they would arrive and messaged a picture of the Master Plumber that we would be expecting with his name and info about him.They called us on their way over and they took about 20 minutes to identify and solve the problem.They were kind and courteous about taking their shoes off so they didn't track mud in because it was raining.I would absolutely use them again!

I woke up this morning to water seeping out of a wall and running across my front porch! AAA Auger professionals were called and came out in less than an hour. They determined the leak was in/under the slab; they worked all morning bypassing the leak and by mid afternoon my leak was fixed and my water back on! They cleaned up everything before they left, too. I’m very pleased and would call them again if need arises.

The staff at AAA-Auger Plumbing Services want to get it right and want you to be happy and satisified. They did not dissapoint. After experiencing some challenges at first, ANDREA listened to my concerns and scheduled someone who would approopriately address those concerns. My water tank heater needed to be replaced and since this was my first experience with having to replace a 50-gallon water heater JORDAN demostrated extraordinary interpersonal skills by answering all of my detailed questions, educating me on brand and model differences, listening to my concerns and not making me feel rushed. JORDAN treated me like a client not a job. His answers were consistent and made sense. He did not give me different answers based on what he thought I wanted to hear. I felt as though JORDAN was a professional plumber not a high volume salesman. Not once did he indicate he had other jobs to get to. JORDAN explained pricing, outlined how the work would proceed, provided options and a detailed estimate and was very even toned and nice. The pricing AAA-Auger offered was very reasonable! JORDAN arrived for the job on time with his coworker ALEX. Those two guys executed the job flawlessly with excellent craftmanship! ALEX was also very kind, professional yet personable. I will use AAA-Auger again and I'm extremely happy with the job.

Got the job done, charged twice as much as a master plumber I know who works for himself and twice as experienced as employee they sent out. 3 stars as they charge about 2/3 of what other large plumbing companies do, they will bombard you for a review through text after completion of work which is strange as they do charge quite a lot for very simple tasks

The service was great! They kept in touch with me and handled my issue in a timely manor. The price was reasonable and Stephen was friendly.
DO NOT hire AAA Auguer. This company just had to install my waste disposal from the sink. I left it installed incorrectly and it leaked water, damaging the gaskets. so i had to fix it myself.
Hard working, professional, good communication, explained issues and repairs. They will be my go to for any plumbing issues.
Stephen helped us out today to cap some lines off from removed appliances. He was super professional with high quality service! I would definitely use him again!

After hearing from David Cross at this company I am hoping my disappointing experience detailed below is a one-off. I have adjusted my rating in hopes they will do better in the future.Had the misfortune of meeting Dwayne (sp?) Davis of this company today. First he parked head on against our mailman blocking his clients driveway parked the wrong way on the street he inched up closer onto my property after the mailman left. At that point he was parked diagonally with the back of his van over 18 inches from the curb but he still traipsed across my lawn several times to get to the driver's side door. After he had been there over an hour I'd asked if he'd be much longer? He replied no - I said good. Went to pick up my daughters...35 minutes later he's pulled directly in front of my house still parked facing the wrong way. My dogs were going nuts. If he had just parked the direction of traffic he wouldn't have been a nuisance but courtesy or professionalism is not this man's forte. He told me to call his office so I did - they have my name and number. Hope AAA Auger starts encouraging their employees to park in the correct direction and not against traffic as well as teaching customer service to their employees who need a refresher.

Very awesome and professional company that doesn't charge an arm and leg for plumbing work. I had a leak in my front yard and knew the general area of where it was. Trent (field manager) and another plumber (forgot his name) came out and performed the leak detection and repair on the same day. Both of them were very friendly and informational.I had called out two other bigger companies prior to AAA Auger to get quotes, and after receiving AAA's quote, I knew the others were trying to rip me off.Will make sure to hire this company whenever needed in the future! My hot water heater was leaking water... I called about 7 different places and AAA was the only one that could get someone out the next day. Paul Schultz and Juan were awesome! I will never call anyone other than AAA Auger again! Yesterday, we had a very stressful experience at my household with an unknown leak from the water heater. Water was spraying everywhere including the ceiling and walls and leaking all over the garage. It was a Sunday and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone who would come out on the same day. Many places said they would call us right back and never did. Many clearly did not care or treated the call as an inconvenience or gave us a run around. NOT AAA Auger. From the minute they received my call, they were professional, kind, inquisitive and truly interested in being helpful. I am not handy at all so they were very patient with my obvious lack of knowledge in this area and all my questions. The gentleman let me know that they were book for the day but that they would try to squeeze us in. He said he would let us know either way. Honestly, I had little hope that we would hear back from him, but sure enough - he called me an hour later and had a technician on the way. Aaron, the technician, showed up and he was wonderful from beginning to end. He was very thorough and conscientious. It was clear that he had great expertise and experience. He took the time to explain the issue and what would be needed for the repair. He did not charge us for the diagnostic assessment. We felt very safe and comfortable with him. He was friendly and very respectful. He was able to make the repair timely - and at a very fair price. After this experience, I plan to make AAA Auger our plumber every time! Yay for hot water.This company finally fixed an issue we have had since we finished a whole house renovation in Dec 2021. We got tired of dealing with the plumbers our contractor used and decided to find someone who had experience with tankless water heaters.Thankful to finally find a plumber that listened to our issue, researched the options and then when installing confirmed his work with both his office and Rinnai - the manufacturer of our tankless water heater.Great customer service and support.
We are in the process of getting several rooms repaired due to water damage and the demo crew had to halt work due to the lavatory shut off valves being so rusted they had to be replaced. I called AAA Auger and Paul the plumber came to the rescue! He showed up during the quoted time frame, assessed and discussed the repair before we agreed to the work, then completed the work in the time frame promised. We really appreciated his professionalism and can-do attitude. Great worker.
Today JORDAN was an answered prayer! He was polite professional knowledgeable kind understanding eloquent and EFFICIENT. What I orgimally thought was a one toilet line repair. Turned into both bathrooms being stopped up. Fortunately JORDAN was just finishing up the front when I begin to clean the other. I literally cried when I came out. My big brother is a disabled vetetan I flew down on an emergency flight bevause he was hospitalized. Then coming from a day of being rerouted from IN through Orlando to arrive at Austin 14hrs. A quick visit with my brother then I saw the MESS. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and most especially Jordan. He worked very hard but still politely calmed and reassured with his detailed explanations of the bows and whys of modern houses built on slabs. It was a Blessing. Being raised on a farm in Southern Indiana I had grown up with an outhouse. Jorxan worked effectionately with careful skill and attention to detail. He was so clean about his work and took care to keep any extra mess from occurring. He was not phased at all when I discovered my brother had clogged his bathroom too. His boss came by and I wished I had a chance to tell him personally how much this youmg man's excellent manners, respectfullness, and genuine kindness, while following his obvious inmer moral compass to do a good job right everytime and make it value added. He allowed me a significant discoumt for veteran and disabled in honor of my beloved big brother. I will ALWAYS call AAA Auger in the future and ask for Jordan. We called them on a Sunday morning and they had someone come out and look at our clogged kitchen sink drain within an hour. No trip charges, no extra weekend charges. Their price to run a drain snake was reasonable and very fair. They got to work with the drain snake and very quickly declogged the drain. Now, at this point they could have just called it a day after the water had cleared out but they took their time making sure to run a camera and inspect the drain followed by running the drain snake a couple more times to make sure they fixed the issue properly. I have definitely recommend them not only for their pricing but the quality of work.
I wanted to give a shout out to Paul Schultz of AAA Auger! I had a PRV (pressure reducing valve) recently replaced by AAA Auger in my front yard. Paul was very professional and explained the process to me completely. I explained that I wanted a commercial grade PRV valve for my home and he was able to find one and install it quickly. You could tell Paul knew what he was doing. He was friendly and a very hard worker. When I use AAA Auger again I will request Paul to fix my issues. Great job Paul.

When you're driving a company vehicle, you represent them. So when an employee driving a AAA auger truck with R-398 and attempts to cut me off multiple times on 290 and flips me off, I feel the need to let everyone know who they're hiring. I'll make sure to never recommend yall simply for the absolutely frightening display of wreckless driving.

This is a really decent plumbing company. Several years ago they showed up on a Saturday afternoon and fixed a slab leak that took two guys all of that day and a good part of Sunday to fix.A couple of years ago they replaced my hot water heater the day I discovered it was broken (which happened to be the day our new washer and dryer were delivered).This Sunday I came home to a clogged the sink by from too much down the garbage disposal with not enough water. I tried plunging and then poured in a good bit of Drano. Couldn't budge the plugged sinks.This excellent company doesn't charge extra for weekends. I called and they said they'd call me as soon as one of their people got done with the call they were on. A little while later I noticed (after I had my wife take all the stuff from under the sink) that the drain had cleared completely by itself (with the help of the Drano). After running enough water to make sure the drain was completely cleared, I called. As I started to explain that I didn't need them, the doorbell rang. It was their technician. I told him I thought they were going to call first and that I didn't need him. He smiled and said great. I said there's no charge is there?. He smiled again and said One hundred dollars but laughed and said no, have a nice day with a big smile.Great company that practices excellent customer service.

Our plumber Stephen did an incredible job. We had a leak and a non-functioning tub faucet that we needed repaired. Stephen came out on a Saturday only a few hours after our initial call to AAA Auger. He was knowledgeable and fair and did not charge us until he had established the problem and required repair. Even then he went above and beyond to fix poor work left behind by a previous repair. We would highly recommend AAA Auger based on our experience and especially Stephen.

Came out on a Sunday because our main drain was backing up and there was no extra charge for after-hours service. The gentleman they sent was knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue quickly. Thankfully we didn't have a major sewer backup! They figured out what the overall issue was, which we can't afford to fix right now but, they still kept in touch and offered other services to keep us up and running in the meantime. Very happy with this company.
We are a metal fabrication shop (Austin Iron) and was in need of immediate service. The shop was in jeopardy of having a major water supply issue. AAA Auger dispatch was very attentive to our situation and was able to send someone out within the hour. Wayne and Ty are the real hero's. Wayne was prompt and went above expectations. Our water was quickly back online. I would recommend AAA Auger to anyone.
When I first called AAA Auger Saturday night with water pouring out in our kitchen, I was told no one would be able to come until the next morning, but about 15 minutes later they called back to say they were sending someone right away if we still needed help. Wayne was able to locate the problem right away and take care of it. Since we needed to purchase a new faucet the next morning, Wayne said to let him know when we had it and he would come back and get it installed right away. He did this, and after double-checking one last time, discovered another small problem that he corrected. He was professional, capable. AAA Auger will always have our business in the future.

This is customer service done right! I was able to reach them right away and set an appointment for the following morning to service my tankless water heater that had stopped working. They called the following morning to confirm the schedule and then once again when the plumber (Paul Schultz) was on his way. Paul arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and got my water heater back working. He provided up-front pricing that was clear and reasonable.
Paul and his partner today got to work immediately. Told me exactly how long it would take and exactly how much it would cost. You expect that, right?! What made Paul stand out for me was pointing out a couple of things, made a couple of preventive suggestions. Like don’t use those blue bleach tabs in your toilet. While you may think it helps, the bleach will destroy the rubber bushings over time. Good to know and thanks. Hire these guys!

I saw the truck driver R-398 driving on 290 and they cut off multiple cars and were driving recklessly and almost hit a car. Maybe don’t have aggressive drivers on your staff? Be more careful. You almost cost a family their lives.

Paul Shultz was amazing! He fixed a very difficult problem, even calling Delta for me to get a free replacement for a bad part. He returned to finish the repairs -- a very good experience for not so pleasant plumbing problem.
Paul from AAA Auger gave us excellent service in diagnosing and fixing a clogged line. The job wasn't a simple one since the clog was in a rerouted pipe and took extra effort to find. He also spotted a broken pipe at the back of the house and fixed it while he was here. His service was efficient, friendly, and first rate.

Paul Schultz is nothing less than awesome. We were having water pressure problems on top of issues cutting off the water at the leaky owners cutoff valve. He took time explaining his recommendations so we were comfortable with the plan of action. Needless to say we have water pressure again and a working cutoff.
trouble shoot Rinnai tankless not installed by them. Rinnai recommended them a a certified Rinnai service professional, I called on a Saturday PM, They cam e within an hour diagnosed, then sent the certified specialist, They were on the phone with tech support for at least an hour found the problem , corrected it and we had our issue resolved. They were extremely professional, came when they said they were , and stuck to the playbook no surprises unlike a few other companies I have dealt with in Austin. I will use them again but hopefully I wont need to...
I am very pleased to write my appreciation for Kerry Tousand. Kerry came to our house on July 1st to remove and replace a defective water heater. He was friendly and dressed professionally, but what impressed me the most was his enthusiasm and sincerity. He took the time to explain the procedures he would employ to resolve the issues, and described the changes in codes and environmental concerns. He really knew his stuff! He was kind and answered all our questions thoroughly and with a kind and patient spirit. Called to get some items knocked off my to-do list - they came out almost immediately! Paul is super kind and SO helpful - did some adjustments underneath a bathroom sink, fixed a running toilet, and did some maintenance on my tankless water heater. I hate having the in-laws in and, sure enough, Karen managed the clog the toilet despite me consistently telling her we are on a septic system and she needs flush after EVERY defecation. My whole house reeked and I gave up trying to fix it on my own. I gave AAA Auger a call and they got here QUICK!About an hour and a half after my call two gentlemen came to my door. There was a short bald white man who went by the name “Rabbit” and a very sharp and handsome black man named Jordan. The older gentleman was very friendly with my dog and shared some treats with him.Jordan worked very quickly and was able to clear my toilet – it’s never better! Apparently my mother-in-law Karen was flushing used feminine hygiene products along WITH her defecation.Thanks AAA Auger! You make the in-laws more tolerable!
Facing a late Saturday clog that was impacting the kitchen and laundry room. Called them. They answered with a live person. He took my information and told me he would call me when they had found an available plumber. A while later they called and said a plumber was located and is on the way. I swear as soon as I hung up the phone Stephen Lopez was at my door. And this guy knew his stuff. Attacked the problem through the laundry connection so as not to have to make a mess in the kitchen. Not only was Stephen knowledgeble he was also very friendly. Can't recommend AAA-Auger high enough nor Stephen. And seriously, for an after hours call it was very reasonable. All prices are printed in a book that was shown to me. While I hope to have minimum need for a plumber it is nice to know I have found a good one here in ATX.
I had a water leak in a property that I manage and called several plumbers and all told me it would take at least a week or 2 until they could schedule me in. Then my husbabd told me to call AAA Auger Plumbing and I explained the situation. They told me don't worry they will find a way to schudule me in for the next day. AAA looked at our water heater and expressed high confidence in fixing it for $500. After several delays, the plumber installed some new parts (leaving bits hanging out) and the heater worked for about 10 minutes. (Since I had been able to light the pilot before, I'm not sure there was any improvement.) They did at least point out that the pilot light must be going out for a reason (I guess some people might try overriding the safety features somehow.), and (probably correctly) recommended a new water heater. Visual inspection by other plumbers showed the real problem, but they insisted that it could not have been predicted. The quality control manager eventually agreed to refund part of what we had paid, but then AAA simply didn't send the cheque.Edit: AAA eventually sent the cheque as promised. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3.

We have used AAA Auger since we moved to Texas twelve years ago, and they are amazing. Our most recent call was today. We had a leaking sink and couldn’t figure out what was going on. We called AAA Auger, and one of their plumber, Gerald came right on time. Gerald was knowledgeable, personable, professional and very pleasant. He was able to discover that we actually had TWO leaking problems and fixed both without a hitch. As always, we had an excellent experience with AAA Auger. Thanks for the great work, Gerald!
Paul Schultz did a great job. He fixed the problem by cutting the pipe to have a better access to the drain valve so the water heater can be flushed easily. He also taught me on how to flush the water heater. Thanks Paul.

Do not call AAA Auger for your plumbing issues.They came out to fix a clogged toilet on 11/3/09.On 11/4/09 (the very next day), I attempted to flush something solid for the first time and it did not go through.I called and they will not stand behind their work in any way, shape or form and will only return if I am willing to pay them again for the work they clearly didn't do right the first time.I wish I had read reviews on Yelp and on here first because no one appears to rate this company well.
I would recommend AAA Auger. They were to come and fix my water softener. When one of their employees showed up before I was home and wanted to reschedule, the owners came out instead and fixed the problem. The owners worked until 8:30 pm to fix my softener so that I did not have to take time off of work. I am thankful that they were so accommodating.

I was having some issues with the filtration system in my refrigerator and Paul S. came out to fix it up for me. He was very attentive and did such a great job so I know exactly who to request for in the future. Nothing short of excellent!
I've had to call on plumbers in the past and I've been burned. However I needed a professional and saw a commercial on tv and gave them a call. They were able to schedule me an appointment the next day, on a Saturday, and I was notified when the professionals were on their way. They were very nice and solved my problem within 20 minutes at a price that I was expecting to be so much more. If in the future I have a plumbing problem I'm very comfortable in their services and will give them a call.

Calling these guys was the worst experience I've had with any company. I'm not sure how my problem is worse than before I called them. Not happy with their service at all. My drains are still clogged and still unable to use my washing machine. At least before I called them I was getting hot water into the machine now I'm getting no water cold or hot... and to top it off I get charged $305 for nothing and the plumber suggesting I get a handyman to fix the problem(Wow)...I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!David,You missed the whole point of what I was saying I have no problem with being charged but not $304 and yes I was told this may or may not work true enough but what i have a problem with is when my situation is worse than before your guy came out! And for me to have to pay again for service that may or may not work i will NOT do! So with that being said I will not recommend anyone that I know to seek your services, I will tell them to beware. Free plumbing evaluation is BS when the guy started evaluating that's when the charges started.

5.0 star rating 7/21/2018Great customer service from Bryan Higgins at AAA Auger Plumbing. His professional humorous attitude makes it easy to trust his plumbing knowledge. For several years, I have been living with progressively low water pressure and wrongly assumed it was being caused by calcium deposits in water heater, clothes washer inlet valve and bathtub faucet...I also have had a slow drip on side of house from a copper pipe coming inches out of the foundation and had been wondering if it was normal. Bryan quickly figured out I had two ongoing issues to resolve, a water heater safety and a water pressure issue. Bryan took the time to explain my options. On the safety issue,Bryan explained that the water heater's temperature/pressure relief valve had failed and was the cause of the drip outside near foundation. Not only was it not normal for water to drip out of the mysterious outside copper pipe , but it was causing my water heater to run continuously, and the malfunctioning valve was a safety hazard. At first, I thought I could change it myself to save money. Being impressed by his honest concern for safety, I gave Bryan the go ahead to replace the water heater temp/pressure valve. I am glad I did. I would have replaced it incorrectly...I had read that low water pressure was also caused by a Pressure Relief Valve but I could not locate it. I thought I didn't have one since many YouTube posts showed these valves very close to the outside water hose faucet. Bryan showed me the PRV valve attached to the city's water meter line, explained its function, and advised replacing it. Again, my first thought was to save money and do the work myself. Seeing the ground depth of the PRV valve , I was realizing the hard work it would take for replacement. As soon as I heard Bryan explaining the PRV city code requirements, it was a no brainer to agree to let a professional do the repair work.In the 17 years I've owned my home, I repeatedly chose AAA Auger for my plumbing repairs and water heater replacement primarily for their fair pricing. Bryan however is the only plumber representing AAA Auger that was caring enough to recommend me asking for a repair discount. They came out first thing on a Saturday morning, after I noticed a leak (wet dirt; meter spinning), and Austin Water had came off to turn off the main line. They quoted me a price that was less than I expected, and got things taken care of on the spot. Ended up being resolved far quicker than I had expected, and I'm grateful someone answered the phone after 11pm on a Friday night!

I had a water heater that was located in an upstairs closet that could not be replaced without breaking city code. Paul and Trent's team helped me locate it to the outside of the the house. They were patient as they had to dig through rock to put in a new gas line and reroute the water line to through the side of the house. They were methodical, careful and polite.
Paul recently came out to replace a faucet. He was professional and insightful. We have used AAA Auger multiple times and have been very pleased.

Casandra who is the receptionist creating the appointments is the worst employee to have working there,. bad customer service, always answers with an attitude as if she hates her job. To schedule an appointment with AAA Auger is like pulling teeth and not to mention getting a plumber out takes a lifetime. Its been 2 weeks since anything has happen I continue to confirm that I need services and Casandra could care less. Terrible services with AAA Auger plumbing and horrible experience if I could give No Stars i would. Waste of time.
My grandmother felt servicemen Jayson, was very professional . He seemed to really be an expert at what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself which is very courteous as in these times people will just leave after their service. Jayson kept her up to date with his arrival.
THE .. and I mean The most incredible experience good :) with a plumber EVER! and I do home remodeling for my own clients. This was a situation at my mother's house that we suddenly had a toilet leaking and then when flushing another toilet, ..... backup. They are MORE than 24/7! They came out last night in the middle of a storm but were not able to auger because of the outside cleanout and lighting ... and you know the auger is metal - so we didn't want to go that route :) They came back first thing this morning and in the midst of all of our plumbing issues, we also had phone issues ...(with Spectrum ...ugggg) and whenever we called, it sounded like a shrill fax line ETC. So, as I was working to get the phone fixed - and thinking that it was 'reset' by Spectrum, I tried to call AAA again, and the phone was still a mess but AAA Auger recognized it was us, and their guy was not too far away so he made a special trip to make sure we were OK! ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY :) First of all, it's great to actually get a hold of person in the middle of the night instead of a machine - and then to have this Above-And-Beyond Service AS WELL as their excellence in taking care of our plumbing issues .... Highly recommended!

Called a plumber, not going to say the name but its initials were Radiant, they wanted $331 to do a very simple snake job on a kitchen sink, I said NO! Enter Joseph from AAA Auger to save the day, what a nice guy. I've used AAA Auger in the past and was always a happy customer, I have no idea why I called those other guys but that's a lesson learned. Save yourself the hassle and just call AAA Auger.

Excellent!! My girlfriend & I were working on her parents house to get it ready to sell & discovered the 'plunger' that closes the bathtub drain had broken off & been stuck in the pipe for the past several years. Van came out & looked at it (free!) & said he'd need a few days to think of a possible solution that didn't require removing a toilet & tile on the other side of wall to get to back of the bathtub (we'd already tried a coat hanger, steel rod, & a chain with a hook unsuccessfully before calling AAA Auger). He called us back with estimates for attempting to pull it out through the pipe, going through the wall if that didn't work, and explained there was a good chance removing it through the pipe wouldn't work since it was lodged solidly enough to unbend everything we'd already tried. We tried that option first anyway because going through the wall would have been much more expensive and taken longer to have wall & tile repairs done afterwards. Van was able to remove it through the pipe and was helpful, friendly, punctual, and professional throughout, as were other staff who called to let us know when he'd be arriving. We'll recommend AAA Auger to everyone we know!

Do not hire for backflow valve inspection if you live outside of San AntonioTLDR: They told me for a week that they could inspect my backflow valve, they even told me they were on the way to my house, only to then tell me after I got home and called that they only have one inspector and that he's in San Antonio so it would be a week or two before they could come by.The long versionPer the city I had to get my backflow valve inspected by a set date, ten days ahead of that date I called AAA Auger gave them my address in Round Rock and asked if they could come do the inspection. This was Thursday. I spoke with their inspector who told me he could squeeze me in on Monday, and if not certainly on Tuesday.I didn't hear from them until Wednesday, they called and wanted to know if they could come by on Thursday. I asked what happened to Monday or Tuesday and they said no one had documented it. OK some harm but a minimal foul I still had time to get the inspection done.I had kept my schedule clear on Monday and Tuesday. Thursday didn't work, I couldn't get away from work. I asked if it could be Friday. They said yes so everything was copacetic. Friday morning I called and asked if they had some idea when they might be coming by. Dispatch put me through to somebody who said they were on their way.I dropped everything and ran home to meet them. After sitting at home for 45 minutes I called to ask how much longer they would be...At this point I was told that they only had one backflow inspector and that he was based in San Antonio and would not be able to come up to Round Rock until he could put together 4 or 5 service calls. But hey, he could come see me in a week or two.I've been trying to think in my head how many different AAA Auger employees I told that I lived in Round Rock before they had me sitting at home waiting and only then told me that they couldn't come see me. Two people the first day, and one person at least twice the following Wednesday. I'm gob smacked at how badly they screwed this up not to mention completely irate.I'd say I have no words to describe how mad I am but clearly I had a lot. I just feel like they have only explained about 50% of how upset I am.

Paul came out first thing in the morning to help with a Toilet install. He was able to fix the issue that I had caused myself quickly and professionally. Great service.

Stephen with AAA Auger was great. He came out quickly on a Sunday to fix a disposal. Fast, courteous, thorough.
They are quick to respond and Jordan is so cool. He makes light of the citation. If you want someone who can joke around and work at the same time these are the people you want.
Paul was excellent and helped with my laundry stoppage. Very friendly and gave great advice for upkeep of other plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

Good Ole Harrold came over to unclog our sink. He was successful doing this but his 20 yr old snake machine managed to vibrate, rattle and scratche the HELL out of our white oak floors. When I asked him about it, he said “yea, I’ve got a mat I’m supposed to use, but I never do”. I’d call someone else....

We had a serious break in the sanitary sewer system below our slab. Jason with AAA Auger accurately diagnosed the problem and carried out a difficult repair with a high degree of professionalism.
