Called this company again after my husband used them several years ago. Needed to have the cartridge replaced in my Moen water faucet. A 15-minute job was drug out for 2 and 1/2 hours because the plumber did not have the parts on his truck. Was not told ahead of time that you get charged for an hour minimum whether the job takes 15 minutes or not. Also, was not informed that I was being charged for 30 minutes driving time until it was time to pay my bill. Very shady... When you choose a profession that requires you to drive around town and then charging people for doing what your job requires! Watch out for this company! Be sure and ask for a quote ahead of time and make sure that the plumber has the parts required when he gets there!

Robert K and the rest of the DP Crew are professionals and can be counted on the get the job done. Today two of my faucets had low pressure…. They took them both apart and dug out the calcium buildup that had reduced the hole to a pin size. Good as new!Its not often I spend nearly $5k in two separate plumbing events, but my older home needed some work and these guys delivered BIG. Super friendly and professional, and my latest tech Nick was great to work with. Love this company so much I signed up for a service agreement, which is something I NEVER do. A+++ service!

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

I'm a real estate agent and I just used Capital City Plumbing for my clients who were buying. I have used them in the past as well, but this transaction was more complicated with a foundation repair and a tight timeline. I needed to get repairs done before closing and Capital City Plumbing did a fantastic job communicating and getting the job done for me in order to close for my buyers on time. I also got another bid and they actually beat their price. Everything was super easy, great communication, and they understood my urgency of needing to get it done by a certain date and made it happen. The technicians were also super helpful and explained all of my questions and got back to me right away. I did not feel rushed or like I was bothering them. The entire staff including the techs and the office staff made me feel like they genuinely cared. I will definitely go to Capital City Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future for my clients. Fantastic service and I felt they were very honest. We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

Their drivers are dangerous on the roadways and care less about the rules of the road. One of their drivers on October 9th first attempted to run me off the road on Mopca during morning traffic. Then rode my bumper and on two separate occasions almost rear ended me with my child in the back seat!! I don’t know about their service but if their drivers drive like this I won’t be using them nor will my family.

I had 1st Plumbing to check some issues in my commercial building. They did an excellent job while Sean explained the entire procedure to me. I will call them in the future for any of my plumbing needs at my home or office building.

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.

From my experience, the staff doesn't communicate well with each other or the client. Dispatch communicated one thing to me and the plumber apparently got a different communication. Maybe they are just having an off week. Second time rescheduling. They say third time's a charm, I hope so
