1st Home installed a new AC window unit in my home. They were wonderful even though I had a ton of questions and had trouble deciding the best way to proceed. The tech answered my questions and was very nice and patient. 1st Home was prompt and they made the installation painless for me. I would definitely recommend them.

My equipment was not heating up, so I decided to contact Turbo Plumbing, they scheduled an appointment for me and arrived at my house on time, they explained the procedure they would do and in a short time they managed to fix it. Now my air conditioner works perfectly. I am very grateful and I definitely recommend them!!

I was really disappointed in the level of service that they provided. First they charge a $85 service call fee just for coming to your location which I understand in fairly common, but then they wanted to charge me over $500 to replace a capacitor that costs less than $50 and only takes around five minutes to replace. I ended up doing it myself and cost me $35 for the capacitor and around 30 minutes of my time. I own five houses and will never do business with them again.
