The is about the third time I have used this plumbing company. It was a different plumber on each visit and both provided good quality work which tells me they hire good people to work for them. I feel I got a good value for how much they bill me.Also, I was impressed with the professionalism of their work control and financial specialists over the phone.

Juan Martinez did an excellent job on my water leak repair. He was timely and professional. I've already booked him for a shower head cosmetic job and will be using Clarke Kent for any future plumbing needs.

Gilbert is as good as it gets for a plumber. He takes his work very seriously and does the job right- with a sense of humor. He goes out of his way to get you the best price too. We have been working with him since 2014. He has installed 2 water heaters- the second one he had to make slight modifications with the new regulations on water heaters (no prob). We had a gas leak scare last week - he came and made the repair the same day (on the weekend)!! and didn't mention cost. We highly recommend Blue Dragon- he will do it right and treat you like family.

We had some issues with our plumbing because our children were apparently throwing toys down the toilet and trying to flush them down! Roto-Rooter responded immediately and sent out a plumber right away. The first time was with Oscar who was great, and when more work had to be done, Omid Mandave came out right away, very late in the evening and worked until the problem was resolved. We appreciate the hard effort and late hours worked. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

I was trying to find a plumber to do a same day washer valve replacement. While everywhere else says Monday, Plumb Master's dispatcher, Jenifer not only get me on the same day also tried to make sure I don't have to pay for after hour surcharge. Jaime came and helped us replacing valves promptly and even gave us a discount!

Fair price, fast service, and a job well done. I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

Had them move a washing machine hookup for me. They came out, gave me a quote, and did the work as promised. They were quick, clean, and courteous. They aren't cheap, but their prices are fair and they did good work.

i first learned about Good Flow Plumbing on our Barton Hills neighborhood website and we want to thank those who took the time to report about this great company. We had the pleasure of having William & Ross take care of our plumbing issues. They were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. We are seniors who have lived in our home for 47 years. We have had a lot of experience over the years and these guys were the best! They have our business from now on and their price was reasonable as well.

I am having some issues with my foundation so, I wanted to get my plumbing checked to make sure that nothing was leaking. I called and got scheduled for an appointment quickly. The Technician (Lenny Rivera) showed up on time, was professional, and knowledgeable about his work. He performed the service and (thankfully) NO leaking detected! The process was easy and seamless and he even gifted me a cute stuffed dog and a flashlight! Will definitely call if I need service in the future! Highly recommended!

I've had 2 techs from Stan's in my home for warranty issues on our HVAC unit. The first tech was friendly, empathetic and overall an excellent human. He took the time to listen to the issue, checked multiple spots, gave me some heating/cooling advice and stayed positive the entire time. Our second tech (Steve) was just as great if not more so. A true perfectionist, he walked me through the entire process and gave me the play by play on what was going on and how everything worked. I had a bad experience with Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. We had a shower that needed a new shower cartridge. Their representative (Allan) came over took it out ( which entailed taking the handle off, unscrewing two screws to get the cover plate off, unscrewed the cover to the cartridge, removed cartridge, ten minute job). Of coarse he didn't have the right cartridge, so he charged me $185 plus $250 deposit for that day. He returned the next day with the wrong cartridge. Came back the next day with the right cartridge installed it and it works. He charges us a total of $684.00 to do this job. That's way to much. They will not do anymore work on this property.

This Reliant Plumbing is horrible and will take advantage of you.I never write reviews, but this company has so fired up. We had a shower that wouldn’t turn off because the cartridge needed to be replaced. They charged $450 to replace it and it took 10 minutes for the plumber to complete the job. The part costs $50 at Lowes and when I asked for a price break down on what the other $400 was for, they couldn’t provide it too me.When quoted a $450 job, you assume that it would be labor intensive than a 10 minute task. We called a complain to the manager and it sounded like he received these phone calls all the time. He didn’t care. They have no problem ripping off consumers.After this ordeal we did call around and asked for estimates from other companies. The price ranged from $150 to $250.Avoid this company.
