Excellent service! Sean is a master plumber and was able to solve my long term water pressure problem with a systematic approach. He and his fellow plumber, Michael, were able to diagnose and fix the problem where 4 other plumbers could not!

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future.

We had a great experience with Good Flow, and we had major work done. Our 50-year-old iron sewer lines had rusted away in part, and we were having serious problems.Another company came out to manage an emergency and took photos in the line, so we were convinced. But Good Flow seemed to know more about what they were doing, how long it would take and included repairs the other company did not.Having the home drain system replaced is an arduous and sometimes loud process taking 3 weeks or so. They actually tunnel in under the house and replace the entire system with plastic pipe, Most days we had at least one bathroom available, but a couple of days we did not.Good Flow crews were respectful, did a professional job, including covering the mounds of dirt to protect them from rain. They put concrete back at the washer and driveway, and cleaned up after themselves.Good Job! Good Flow!

Asked this company to come fix our toilet and drain ended up being a huge waste of money. Two younger guys came out and said that due to the cast iron plumbing, they would have to charge me $1200 each to fix the toilet, shower and 2 sink. This would total to almost $5000. They also charged me $185 just to come out to look at it and never even sent me the quote afterwards to do the work. Basically just a blatant money grab on their end.AWS came out the next week and fixed the kitchen sink for $300 total, and are in the process of fixing the toilet. So I basically paid Good Flow Plumbing $185 to give me a false diagnostic with no intentions of actually completing the work.

We have used Good Flow Plumbing numerous times (including faucet and toilet repairs as well as garbage disposal and faucet installs). The service is excellent - timely response from website or phone, followed by an on-time visit with high quality service and excellent communication throughout. Jay and the entire on-site team are fantastic - cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I am a residential contractor in Austin for 20+ years, and have been using Good Flow for the last 6 years for all of my plumbing needs. Full kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, new sewer lines, leak locating - you name it and they handle it beautifully. Their techs show up on time every time. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they sand behind their work. Highly recommend!

i first learned about Good Flow Plumbing on our Barton Hills neighborhood website and we want to thank those who took the time to report about this great company. We had the pleasure of having William & Ross take care of our plumbing issues. They were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. We are seniors who have lived in our home for 47 years. We have had a lot of experience over the years and these guys were the best! They have our business from now on and their price was reasonable as well.

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time. If you want the job done right the first time then Joel and his team will do that for you.

We recently used Good Flow Plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They set us up with new sinks, a line for a new tub, and a new shower. GF worked with our schedule to help us at each stage of the the remodel, and I trusted their experience in replacing our garden tub with a free standing tub. They showed up on time and were knowledgeable and kind to me as I undertook the remodel. My husband and I highly recommend the good boys at Good Flow.

Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Hired Good Flow Plumbing to do a camera inspection of a sewer line when buying a home. Once on site, I found out that their snake with recording capability was broken, so they didn't provide me with a video of the snaking. In an email reply after the fact, they told me recordings are only done if requested ahead of time but I was never offered that option even though it is normal to provide evidence of the sewer line inspection...Luckily my realtor was there and recorded a video of the screen with her phone. We also didn't receive a report for the inspection either. Just an invoice with 3 sentences describing what they saw on the camera.Would not hire again.

Quality work. Would recommend them to anyone. Joel and his team are Honest, straightforward, and polite when dealing with customers. They helped replace all the supply lines in a customers house after one broke and flooded the downstairs. They did it swiftly and at a great price.I deal with lots of plumbers in my industry and Its not often to find a good company you can trust.

Consumer beware. We hired Good Flow for an inspection and they lied to us about our plumbing and over quoted us. We had to get a second opinion and sent out a second company. The second company confirmed we didn't have any issues with photos. Anyways, long story short, I highly do not recommend Good Flow. I don't want anyone to go through the horrible experience we went through. This is a shady company and trying to make money using scared tactics. Also, read other people's reviews as their stories are very similar to mine. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!

PLEASE CALL ME. Guys worked on water/drain lines/valves behind my washer earlier today. They said they tested it but now water is pouring out. I've left 3 voicemails on your office phone. Guys did not call or text prior to their arrival so I can't contact them. I also sent email.

Darrel was knowledgeable, patient and professional. He had a wealth of knowledge about plumbing, code, gas and even advice on structural non plumbing issues. I wish more plumbers could be like him!

My 30 min project was scheduled 2 days in advance and they cancelled 2 hrs before they were supposed to arrive. Then want to reschedule for the following Monday.

The team is always easy to get a hold of and on their schedule. I have referred to friends and clients and they always do a great job at a great price.
