Benjamin and Emmerling have been nothing short of fantastic in helping me and everyone I've referred to recover from what has been a stressful couple of weeks since the great freeze of 2021. Emmerling has been outstanding in communicating with me and setting reasonable expectations in terms of timing of visits, billing, etc.Benjamin and his team have been really respectful and professional throughout, helping me to understand the issues/challenges and presenting multiple paths forward in consideration of budget, complexity, etc. Further, I feel like the pricing has been fair and that they've been really honest in terms of helping me to prioritize what needs to get done and what is less important. As to the specific work they've performed for me, they've replaced both an electric tank water heater and gas tankless water heater.I haven't hesitated to recommend them to several neighbors and family, all in just the last 3 weeks. I couldn't speak more highly in regards to the prompt attention and quality of the work.

Preston Nichols was my technician this time. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain things. I have been using Radiant Plumbing and AC for > 10 years now. Their technicians are so professional and their customer service is what keeps me coming back.

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

Bryan Cheaney was very polite and informative about the element on my water heater replacement. He walked me through the process from beginning to end leaving me with a better understanding on how water heaters work and how to take care of them for the long haul.

I have to admit, I’m not the best at taking care of household items. I’m not rough with them but I’m not great at proper care either. We had a badly clogged drain that we had let sit for a while. None of my attempts to fix it myself had worked. I called fast plumbing and they provided friendly service and they quick too.

Jeff at Moore & More was an excellent problem solver, taking all the best steps to isolate and find the leak in our home. He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. If you want a job done right the first time, this is who I would call.

Worst plumbing experience in 15 years living in Austin. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was booked via HomeAdvisor to come to my house between 15:00-18:00 on 07/06/19 to fix a small bathroom facet leak. At that time on 07/06/19 Fred called and let me know that they were stuck on a job with another customer with no water. I agreed to postpone their visit for a week since the existing customer’s need was greater than mine. Fred stated that in appreciation of my understanding he would reduce the callout fee to $59. This meant the costs of the job would be $59 plus parts which were a replacement putty plate for a Delta faucet (a standard item that costs a few bucks). The new appointment was set for 08:00 on 07/13/19. At 08:20 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me to check that I was home. I pointed out that their plumber was 20 minutes late and was told that they do not even dispatch a plumber (despite an appointment having been made) until they confirm the home owner is at home. After 09:00 the plumber arrived (with no parts), sat on the edge of our bathtub for 20 minutes complaining about getting his computer to work, not even looking at the job itself, then stated that the cost of the job would be $646 to rebuild the faucet. This price included $152 to go collect the part that he hadn’t brought with him. Needless to say I was absolutely disgusted by this behavior. Not only did the plumber not inspect the required work in any meaningful way but trying to charge us $646 for a job that should have taken 20 minutes and which Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had already stated should have costed less than $65 was totally and utterly unacceptable. I therefore asked him to leave, logged on to YouTube, figured out how to perform this simple operation myself, collected the part from a local store, and completed the work. What trade organizations need to realize is that in an age of easy access to information on how to do their jobs, their only differentiators are their integrity and their customer service. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing possess neither. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs.

Today JORDAN was an answered prayer! He was polite professional knowledgeable kind understanding eloquent and EFFICIENT. What I orgimally thought was a one toilet line repair. Turned into both bathrooms being stopped up. Fortunately JORDAN was just finishing up the front when I begin to clean the other. I literally cried when I came out. My big brother is a disabled vetetan I flew down on an emergency flight bevause he was hospitalized. Then coming from a day of being rerouted from IN through Orlando to arrive at Austin 14hrs. A quick visit with my brother then I saw the MESS. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and most especially Jordan. He worked very hard but still politely calmed and reassured with his detailed explanations of the bows and whys of modern houses built on slabs. It was a Blessing. Being raised on a farm in Southern Indiana I had grown up with an outhouse. Jorxan worked effectionately with careful skill and attention to detail. He was so clean about his work and took care to keep any extra mess from occurring. He was not phased at all when I discovered my brother had clogged his bathroom too. His boss came by and I wished I had a chance to tell him personally how much this youmg man's excellent manners, respectfullness, and genuine kindness, while following his obvious inmer moral compass to do a good job right everytime and make it value added. He allowed me a significant discoumt for veteran and disabled in honor of my beloved big brother. I will ALWAYS call AAA Auger in the future and ask for Jordan. I highly recommend this company for its upfront honesty, precise pricing, honesty and excellent guaranteed work. God Bless you Always Jordan. You eased this old widow's burden today when I thought I could take no more. God's Grace sent you to the rescue. Thank you & give this young man a raise or at least a bonus.

My wife and I went with Redbud Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to resolve a tree root problem with our sewer pipe. Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. Owner Chris S. is a super guy. You’ll be pleased with the service his company provides.
