Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. The valve to the refrigerator ice maker had a leak that needed immediate repair. I called Santana Plumbing Company after hours and I was quickly given an ETA for a diagnostic estimate and repairs. The ice maker box with quarter turn brass valve and the hammer arrester were replaced within minutes. Jaime had all of the required equipment and tools needed. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, quality and very reasonable fees. Santana Plumbing Company has been saved to my contacts for any future plumbing needs my family may have and I highly recommend it for yours.

I had a broken pipe in my ceiling and needed help urgently I called a few places that were either fully booked or could come only the next day. Then I called Santana(Jaime) picked up the phone , i explained the issue sent him a photo and he replied right away with an estimate and was ready to come to my house right away.I could tell that he is very knowledgeable ( a lot of plumbing experience). He went down to business right away and fixed my issue in few minutes. He made it look very easy but this was not.Thank you very much Jaime for your prompt help! By the way his price was way less compared to the other contractors that I had called.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in today and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local.

This is a late post from last month in December. Called him & he came within hrs to fix underground leak at my moms house he didn't leave until the job was completed. Very professional! Will definitely recommend and use him again. Thank you for your work!
