Steven was extremely thorough, professional, and willing to look at every option with us. Unfortunately, this job was WAY more expensive than expected, so we won’t be doing it right now.

Currently signed on with this company for a preventative maintenance program. Been using Airco for years but decided to give another company a try for a year to test the waters. We had a few hiccups in the beginning between getting service set up and doing the initial PM service call However, I am updating my previous review from 2 stars to 5. The reason being is as follows: Ernest Rodriguez reached out to me and we both realized once speaking over the phone that there was a few places of miscommunication from the staff I was dealing with to home and he promptly fixed those issues. I even received a follow up after our last service to ensure our satisfaction. Coming previously from Airco as a customer, I always felt like another number. HOWEVER, Ernest reaching out alone and listening has proven that customer service is still a quality people care about! Thank you Ernest!

Pucek Power installed some additional circuits and switches for exterior lighting. The quality of work, price and responsiveness was outstanding. Josh will be my contact for future electrical needs! Thanks

1st Home & Commercial Services did an excellent job of helping me after the big ice storm. They scheduled me quickly, came as scheduled, followed Covid protocols, and repaired hard to reach leaks and damaged faucets. Crystal and Jennifer were so kind to me on the phone and Dominic and Zach were very easy work with. Dominic was very knowledgeable and that made a lot of difference. I am already scheduling more work.

Sam was a fantastic tech! There’s not a lot of details to say: my air conditioning wasn’t working, he came by, did his job, and now it’s working properly! Not much more you can ask for from a repair service. Will absolutely be using this service again in the future if I have any other problems.

Totally recommended. First, my air conditioner was not cooling. It did not have the liquid (freon) to cool. I called this company and they came at the exact time. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils. They then fixed my air conditioner and it was working perfectly.

What could have been a very costly repair turned out to be a minor fix-it. Miguel and Jose arrived, diagnosed the issue, gave possible solutions and offered the least invasive course of action. These individuals and their company showed integrity with their service. I highly recommend ARS and give praise to Miguel and Jose.
