Best Drain Services in Austin TX
Tech. Lorenzo was competent, knowledgeable and straightforward. Deduct one star for high price, but that’s probably not fair because plumbing is just a very expensive expedition from every company.

Called rooter man for regular maintenance on my tankless heaters. Curtis came next day on time and explained all the steps he was doing. Will definitively use them again.

The company is not honest on price. We asked them to repair a leaking pipe. After the examination on Friday, the plumber said that he needs to charge $3150 to get it fixed on Saturday, or come later next Monday for $2500.I accepted the coming next Monday for $2500. However, instead of coming next Monday, they came on next Wednesday. (Time is important, as further leaking could potentially damage foundation). And after the work is done. They charged me $2850 and denied the $2500 quote they said. Also, they refused to provide any warranty at the beginning. After our strong argument, they agreed with a conditional warranty.I don’t want to get my property into some legal issue, so I paid $2850 eventually. But would never come to this company again.

I had someone from blue Dragon to add an expansion tank on my water heater. Someone was not the owner was sent to my house. One year later the connection on the water outlet started leaking. It was then found that the connection was poorly done and the expansion tank was tilted that caused the leak. Also I asked them to lower the water pressure, and the gentlemen who came to do that did not connect the pipes correctly until I pointed out that the way he connected the pipes would only lower the pressure to the backyard and not the house. He then had to redo the wiring. If I had not noticed the mistake I would have spent all that money to only lower my backyard water pressure.I do not recommend..

Don't believe these fony star ratings. I've had first hand experience. These immigrants are LIARS. They quoted me $477 and to tear out my bathroom wall just to remove a tiny piece of broken off plastic pipe to replace a bathtub spout. When I refused, they changed the quote to $242. After service was done and I signed their ipad showing $242, I asked for a receipt he said I should get it with 10-15 min later via email. When I received it, the rate was changed from $242 to $342. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was recommended to contact the Attorney General. The guy quoted me $675 just to install a toilet I had purchased and over $1000 to install a bathtub. Believe these stars if you want to. If you pay people they will gladly rate you 5 stars, but I know better. These immigrant people are SCAMS... I believed in their stars and was SCAMMED. I know next time to do business with my own people, AMERICANS...

I had to get a backflow testing done per Round Rock Utilities. I reached out to them on a Sunday, and they contacted me first thing Monday morning and were out and done by lunch time! Everything was so seamless and easy. HIGHLY recommend.

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers. We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic. Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided. The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater. We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice. We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel. These guys are pros. They can solve problems. They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

So this is probably the best plumber I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of home ownership so far. First of all - this review is not only about Mr. Rooter in general, but specifically about the plumber I was lucky enough to use - Jason Henderson. The guy is a total BOSS!The work we had done was first of all to convert my electric cooktop to a gas top, and secondly, replace my water heater. Jason can out pretty quickly, got everything hooked up for the gas line and then when the inspector came out with his notes, Jason updated the little things here and there to keep it moving. The water heater was a whole other animal. The old water heater was 27 years old, so WAY out of code. Jason spent a full day removing the old one and getting everything up to snuff. He also went the extra mile of doing a final pressure test on the gas lines after everything to make sure that when the inspector came out we KNOW we will pass. There are so many other little things he kept doing throughout the ay that showed that he truly cares about his customers. It may not be much if I listed them, but to me and my family it was these extra little things that made a whole world of difference.I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone as their prices and timing was top notch, but, more specifically, if you can get Jason Henderson on your job - DO IT! You will NOT be let down!

L&P replaced 50 feet of sewer drain pipe, had to dig it up from below ground. They began first day I called for service. Their personnel were professional and friendly and allowed me to look over their shoulder every step of the way (very patient with me). Their price was very reasonable, much lower than other quotes that I received.

We had a situation where the water heater was leaking. It was after hours and several other plumbers, including the 24hour plumbers we contacted had no technician available or did not answer the phone. We needed to stop the leak quickly and figure out what was wrong with the water heater. We called Fast Plumbing and talked to Lee. Even though it was after hours, he walked us through turning off the water heater. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and his expertise was very evident. We were so grateful that he is the kind of person who likes to help. Not sure what we would've done without him that night. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing for caring, professional work.

My tech, Drew Ross, was very professional and personable. He explained what he diagnosed as the problem and explained my options. Best and worst case scenarios. Replaced my shut off valve to dishwasher (best case) and informed me of 12 month warranty. Will definitely call 1st Home for future repairs.

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. All work done at a very reasonable price with prompt, professional, and courteous customer service. Thanks, Dillon!
