I had issue with low water pressure with guest shower and called S & D and explain the issue over the phone.1. It was explain the company does not charge any dispatch fee and if no work will be performed than there will be no fee dues. However after the technician arrived it was stated there is diagnose fee of ~$200 which is the cost for their time to come on site?. This is certainly not inline with the phone conversation.2. Technician diagnose by looking at the spout and estimate will cost ~$300 to replace the valve. Explain to technician valve has been check with no issue and technician agree to charge only diagnostic fee if they are not able increase the water pressure. Technician proceed to exchange the shower valve and results is exactly the same as before. Informed newer shower head has slower water flow and need to exchange the flow control which involve with opening the wall and tiles in order to increase the water pressure. Hence I was out with ~$200 and water flow still exactly the same as before. Would be have been better if this was informed at the beginning with no additional charge.

I called Gilbert because i was conerned about our bathroom sinks. Gilbert diagnosed the issue immediately and assured me that i did not need any extensive repair. Then he went on to give me some excellent advice about our shower. Very professional and educational, ill be calling him with any future plumbing issues.

He didn’t seem to know what he was doing and DEFINITELY felt that we were getting ripped off. He quoted us $450 and we got him down to $215 and he still didn’t do what we wanted him to do .After he left and several trips to Home Depot my husband fixed the problem all by himself!!!We want a refund !!!Do not use this company . Terrible Experience!!!

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. Due to COVID I’m still very pressed on money since I work in the service industry. Work isn’t full-time yet. Needed some toilet repair and these guys didn’t overcharge with petty fees other companies were pushing. Costs were in the hundreds of dollars for simple repairs, so no one wants to support those kids of platforms. I highly recommend this business for their affordable pricing and good craftsmanship.

When Called regarding my request- I was a little apprehensive due to it being a mobile home. They sent Victor and Alex out and they were awesome to work with.
