Gabriel and Dalton were both so helpful during my electrical inspection appointment, they were knowledgeable and thorough with their recommendations.

I've been trying to get them to solve an electrical issue at my location for over 6 months. They could not and they said they would send me the contact information for Eaton who could. Still have not heard back from them after several follow ups. Looking to cancel my HVAC PM agreement with them because the service is no good. Always nice people but they just can't get the job done correctly.

Master plumber Chris Thompson came out and did a terrific job. Prior to the installation, Chris noticed that the old hot water heater was not up to code. Chris pointed out the issues and assured me that the new hot water heater would be installed up to code. I highly recommend 1st Home & Commercial for all your plumbing and AC needs. Be sure to ask for master plumber Chris Thompson. Also since I recently moved, I couldn't find any of my tools. Chris was able to tighten up the hoses to my washing machine at no charge. Cannot recommend Fox Service Company enough, especially our technician Scott B. Not only was he prompt and professional, but thorough as well. Our AC unit quit working and Scott was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, explaining what needed to be done, and then promptly fixing it.For anyone who has had their AC unit quit during a Texas August, you know how thankful we are that he was able to get our unit fixed and cooling again.Definitely recommend Fox to anyone who asks and would certainly recommend requesting Scott as your technician because he is certainly knowledgeable and provides great service.We will be using them in the future for any of our HVAC needs.

We signed up through HomeDepot for a discounted a/c tune up. Erica called me the same day and set up appt for the following morning 8-12 and told me that someone would call in the morning and give me a 30min on-the-way call. Someone called at 8 and Robert the technician was here promptly at 8:30. Robert was wonderful! He explained everything he was doing in great detail and gave us some tips on what we could do to ensure our system continues to run well. The entire experience from start to finish exceded our expectations! We even had questions for Robert later in the day and he followed up and got us the information we needed quickly. Great service!
