I really appreciated the response time, the friendliness and professionalism of the technician. For a 30 minute inspection that cost almost $185, I had to leave a star off. He did nothing but read the water meter and ran the washing machine a full cycle to see if there were any leaks.Ive used S&D for larger jobs, but for small jobs I would seek a less pricey pkumber.

We had a hot water leak in our foundation slab. Curtis identified the problem, isolated the broken section of pipe, and ran a new PEX pipe through the ceiling to bypass the leak. At the same time, we took the opportunity to replace our ~15-y-o water heater with a new unit and bring everything up to current code. Curtis was great, and came back the next day to clear our our kitchen faucet which had become clogged with some debris that had been dislodged from the old system.

Juan Martinez was very personable and skilled and lives up to the company’s name. He was Superman!

Preston was patient, kind, communicative, and professional from our first interaction for a quote to replace our 15+ year old hot water tank with an outdoor-mounted tankless system with circulator. This job required updating some water lines, some gas lines, and installing new electrical to support the new system. He explained what we’d need to do when he walked us through all our options, made great suggestions, and had all the additional pieces (like getting an electrician) arranged on our behalf. He was able to complete the job in a day. His crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and we felt we were in very good hands throughout the entire process. We have been so impressed that we will have Radiant come for all our future plumbing and HVAC needs moving forward.

I had Blue Dragon (Gilbert) out to replace all 3 of my exterior hose bibb valves. He was on time, upfront about the supplies, labor and fees, and the job was completed to satisfaction! Happy to call them first next time I have any plumbing issues!!

I had to work with floor contractors who left very little notice for me to get plumber to pull my toilet and sink. I had to have faith in whom ever I could get due to the short time window I had. which meant they had to provide good communication and credibility. Daniel's Plumbing answered the phone (no vm). They said they would have someone call, and they followed up with time frame of call. Garrett scheduled with me and then he called to say he was on his way with an ETA. He did exactly what he said he would do BUT he did more. He had to deal with not breaking expensive backsplash or vanity. He handled everything with complete professionalism. Daniel's Plumbing will communicate with you when others let it go to vm. They won't just surprise show up, or maybe show up between 6 and 6. Nothing but excellent words to say about my experience with Garrett and Daniel's Plumbing.

Alex Castillo was prompt, informative, friendly, and he removed an obsolete heat recovery unit that had sprung a leak in the freezing temperatures. He clearly explained what he was doing, and volunteered this bit of extra work that he performed promptly.

The guys got hung up on a previous job, which I understand since my ex was a plumber his entire career. Despite the delay, the company was very communicative re: the lateness. And the quality and value of the service made up for it in spades :-) Friendly and knowledgeable techs went out of their way to ensure a job well done (and it was NOT a pleasant job!).

Lenny came by to replace our garbage disposal. He was very fast, efficient, and honest. I will definitely continue to use this company as I have several times before!

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

Outstanding repair work by Steven. My house had a leaking underslab hot water line going to the master bathroom shower. Steven did a thorough job of inspecting the layout of my homes plumbing. He inspected valves and measured pressure at various locations. he performed leak detection to determine the position of the underslab leak. he found the leak to be a long way under the slab. A bypass hot water line was created to make the repair. Steven was very professional in his manner. He answered all my questions regarding how he would proceed with the repair. Many thanks to Fastplumbing and to Steven for a job well done.
