So I was very pleased with the first service from Phillip at Lanier.There was more work to do and I scheduled them to come.Supposedly they called during the week and said it would be a month because they had gotten some big jobs and that the person who was scheduling did not know what they were doing. But I didn't get a call. They just didn't bother to say they were not coming and would not be coming for a month.You might as well be dead to wait a month to repair a plumbing leak.To be honest, I have never had a contractor call and say they can not come for month after I already have an appointment. Ever. And not care about it at all when they tell you. Or try and squeeze you in.And so I won't ever be calling this poorly managed company again for something as important as plumbing.

Chris is a wonderful plumber!! I have used him in the past several times and he has been extremely efficient and fair. Today, one of my rental units reported cold water throughout the house. Chris walked us through to check the water heater prior to him coming since there is a service fee. We were able to get it back on and we didn't have to spend a dime. In the past, he has done excellent work with my properties and met all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend his services and exceptional customer service, very honest. Thank you!

Elite installed and maintains the mini-split system in our home. The installation was done well, and the Elite team has been great with regard to maintenance and upkeep.

These guys are are awesome ?.They have installed a new water line from the outside water meter to my house as part of an upgrade.2 new bathrubs, faucets, and toilets from putting the pipe, to running the water lines for them, to putting the fixtures.They also have replaced my old tank waterheater with a gas tankless that is awesome!You can never run out of hot water with this thing.I've used others before but none of them have been as honest and upfront about costs than Legit Plumbing.The name says it all I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience with Starr Sewer and Drain. In the process of selling our home, the buyers inspection uncovered a 20 foot “belly” in our drain line under our foundation. We had to make repairs and close on the home in under 3 weeks (we had a closing on our new home purchase too). Extensive repairs had to be made in a condensed timeframe. Starr made it happen !!! Squeezing us in and working overtime, Starr completed the job 6 Days before closing, Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Andrew was a life saver today! I had an outside water line bust yesterday and run water all day while I was at work. My neighbor called Diamond plumbing thinking the issue was his water line. Turns out that Andrew found that it was my water line that was busted and went ahead and shut off my water. He left his card on my front door, and was able to make it out this morning to make the repair. The break was at the spot that one of the 'Large Plumbing Companies' had repaired less than 2 years ago.Instead of just replacing the busted elbow, Andrew actually routed the piping in a way to make the line much more reliable.Diamond Plumbing is a company that does a great job at a fair and honest price. These 'Big Companies' will take advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable situation. These guys just want to get you back to your normal day at a fair price. Will be using them from here on out!!

We called G&M out to help our elderly neighbor across the street (we've previously used them for our home) to help her find where this massive water leak had come from. We got caught with a burst pipe during the snowacalypse of 2021. The team at Plumb and Order saved with a timely fix to our pipes. We met them accidentally as they were in the neighborhood for a job, and they didn't hesitate to help us in our situation.The quality of the work has been great so far.

The service was fine. However, because they didn't have a correct email for us, we never received our bill - THE FIRST PHONE CALL, woman left a message threatening to 'put a lean on our home'....what?! I still have the voicemail for proof. I'm still shocked.

I'm still worried about my septic system because of the two paper towels that the plumber flushed. He assured me they would disintegrate, but the two paper towels I put in a bucket outside to see if they would disintegrate, are still in tact. They have NOT disintegrated.
