Best in Austin TX

Having been a loyal customer of Fox service I find my latest experience to be indigestible. I replaced HVAC unit a few years back and have been a yearly contract customer ever since. Upon my inspection they found a warranty part had failed. I was told the part was covered but the labor was not covered! This was fine. But the bill definitely wasn’t.$96 to fetch a warranty part$60.75 for warranty administration paperwork to mail the part back. The box was 4“ x 6“ oh and wait… The tech left it in the backyard (Yep we’re going to mail it back) oh and wait still had to pay another $60.75 for labor that’s $217.50 to replace a part still under warranty on the unit they installed and maintained so for me these numbers just don’t add up to good loyal customer service

I requested the services of a nearby plumber to build a new water tank at my residence. He finished the task quickly and without incident. He was able to complete the work for cheaper than any of the other men, out of the about five quotations I received.

We had two leaks after the February 2021 winter storms. Both were over a weekend. I texted 4 Paws and each time received an immediate response.They came when they said they would. They resolved the immediate issue allowing us to rein the water on. They are very professional.Perhaps most important, they are really nice people. They donate a % of earnings to Austin Pets Alive so I made a contribution as well.This company is now my go to plumbing resource.

Great company. Start to finish. I could tell that they know their stuff and were clean, polite and friendly. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing project, which will be a recirculating pump so I don't have to wait several minutes for the hot water to get all the way to the other end of the house to take a shower.

Fixed all my issues in hardly any time at all. I didn’t think the price was too high and they arrived on time. I would call them again. Oh, and the people on the phone did a nice job too.

This was a proactive inspection of toilets, faucets, heater vent pipe, and low water flow issues. Andy explained toilet “guts” need replacing due to wear and tear as well as pressure reducing valve which is the most pressing issue as I have been dealing w low water pressure for a while. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable and I will be implementing repairs.

Our 17 year old kitchen faucet started leaking. I shut off the water and realized water was also leaking from the shutoff valve. I bought a new faucet and ARS was recommended for the install. The plumber was efficient, knowledgeable, did a great job with the install, checked all of the other faucets in the house and changed out a hose bib. I will call ARS from now on for our plumbing needs.
