Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

I called after hours, the call back time was prompt. Tech was inquisitive and instructive. Tech explained time table. Great communication, work, and professionalism. Thanks again.

Redid all my plumbing, added a garbage disposal, installed my water heater, and installed my new shower head. Very professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. Answered all of my questions respectfully. Prompt and finished jobs with in quoted deadlines. Price was great as was overall service and experience. Years later everything still works.

Two gentleman by the name of Jeff Meyers and Riley hood came to install my new water softener I was very impressed with both of them they were very well mannered they showed me things on there they answered all of my questions and it seemed like they were not annoyed by what I was asking. Aaron gave it a great effort, but they still couldn't clear the problem. I would have given him a 5 but i had set the appt for the day before and when i called that morning they had no record of me calling and finding that appt, even after i told them the exact time i called in. Planning a day off to fix a problem and then a no show would have been worse, but that was aggravating enough.

Ryan French came to install a panel on my furnace and found a major issue. He went above and beyond to ensure that my system was thoroughly checked and working so that I would have heat. He was polite and diligent and he did an amazing job. I would recommend him to anyone that wants quality work with a great professional attitude. Great job Ryan!
