Called because our AC stopped working. Nick was super friendly and great. He lined out a few options for us. We ended up deciding that it would be better to just replace everything and they were able to come out and install it the next day which was absolutely wonderful! Stevens R and Rick Z really put in the extra work since our unit was so old (had to adjust the space it was in as our original was smaller), and they did an amazing job, I almost can't even tell! :) So glad to get air conditioning back before summer heat kicks in full time. Really appreciate everybody who came out!

AC went out on 7/10/2022 and had a whole new unit installed on 7/19/2022. Peterman Bothers was the fastest to get in and install!! We had two great installers that explained what was going on, they was early to the appointment which was wonderful. Hands down the best service we have had for HVAC..Thank you Peterman Brothers

Brandon came out today to replace a bathroom vent/light fixture, and was extremely friendly and fast with his work. He went above and beyond with cleaning up after himself and making sure I was satisfied with entire process!
Big plus is he had my 9 month old daughter just dying of laughter!!

I called for the 1st time today as a new customer wanting to take advantage of the low cost furnace maintenance for $59. The representative set it off by being very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She suggested I take advantage of the membership, and informed me of what it would all include. I was hesitant. The rep then informed someone would be out today to perform the task I was inquiring of. Shortly after Xavier arrived which was convenient for me. He was personable at first and thorough with his work. What I like most is that he took the time to answer all the questions that I had, and he did it in such a way that I could really understand. Xavier further explained what I would be receiving becoming a member and I was sold. I am not only satisfied that I called Peterman, but really believe I got a great deal for the services received!

Everything went great. Technicians were very personable, professional, thorough and clean. They went through my unit with a fine tooth comb. They cleaned up after themselves and my unit looked better when they were done than it did when they started. I would probably use Peterman Brothers again and would recommend them. My only complaint is the appointment window they give you is all day. It really kinda ties you up for the whole day. If they come out before noon that’s great but if you are the last appointment, there goes your whole day.

Peterman was hired to provide Bi-Annual service checks on our HVAC system. On Oct. 11th, Peterman technician Patrick Vance came out to cleaning and service our HVAC. Shortly after his arrival, he noted that the thermostat was hooked up incorrectly. This was done by the previous owners, so I was not aware of any issues... He changed the wiring and informed be that he should be charging me a couple hundred dollars to fix it but decided to help me out instead. Not long after, he came back to me to let me know that the heat exchange was cracked. He showed me a picture that he took with his phone and a scope, I did not witness him take the picture and this picture was not included in the HVAC check notes sent to me by the company. Patrick informed me that the furnace was no longer safe to use and put a sticker on it indicating the dangers... (this furnace was also inspected in the spring after winter was over - no indication of any issues... it has not been used since) In the process of putting the furnace back together Patrick let me know that something happened to the electrical board while he was at my house and it was no longer functioning properly. He called his service manager and they determined that they were not going to be liable for the board stating the age of the unit... they decided to use a relay to bypass the board to get the furnace functioning. Patrick also took the panel off of my air conditioning unit and failed to put it back together... left it in my yard to be discovered a week later (after it rained etc... no idea if any damage was done... good thing my kids weren't out back playing). The very next day Peterman came back out to give me a $23k quote for replacement of the HVAC. Since, I have had 4 - second opinions and no other technician has found a crack. It was also noted that the service and cleaning was not performed by Peterman and the bypass that was done is creating more damage to the unit. Peterman will not respond to my calls. Peterman should be liable for unethical business practices.; Peterman should be responsible for repair/replacement of furnace and AC unit. ; Peterman should refund the cost of my service agreement as the service was not completed though the system check document states that it was.

Had new heating and air conditioning systems installed a few months back. Heater was on its last legs and the air conditioner was out completely. They gave me a real good monthly price for both. Just had my first maintenance visit today everything was in order. The tech Brock was very thorough and extremely polite.

Had a great experience all around. Jonah is a heck of a plumber and an even better person. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with options that I found easy to choose from. Young guy but has been doing it since he was 14 and I was truly impressed. I highly recommend using Peterman Brothers. It’s not usual to have great service like this anymore and it was appreciated!

Seriously- talk about worth the money!! I have a maintenance contract with Peterman Bros and wasn’t sure it was going to be worth it. Well today proved it was. Our heating had stopped working yesterday and it was also time for our maintenance visit (our first one). My repair was simple ($97) and no truck charge due to our maintenance contract. In the maintenance part of the visit Carson did an amazing job fixing settings that the builder set and which would have drastically shortened the life of our system. Carson was so professional and kind, and easy to talk to. I hope his bosses at Peterman see this - Carson is a credit to your organization!

Two gentleman by the name of Jeff Meyers and Riley hood came to install my new water softener I was very impressed with both of them they were very well mannered they showed me things on there they answered all of my questions and it seemed like they were not annoyed by what I was asking. I Will continue using Peterman Brothers I think everyone that I have been in contact with is so professional so nice and seems to really care for their customers

My mother is 90 years old, and she called to have her electrical connection fixed on the overhead fan in her living room. Ryan Harrison was the representative that came out from the company. Ryan was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and solve it for us. He was very personable, and made my mother feel at ease. He provided a great service at a great price. We will definitely be calling and asking for Ryan again, should my Mother have any future home owner needs. Thanks so much for 5 star service!

I'm a young female first-time homeowner who, after trying to learn and DIY a plumbing leak realized I was way over my head and finally had to concede to calling a professional. My home is older and was recently flipped, and discovered some of the cut corners with my shower/tub installation job causing leaks behind my wall; my shower valve had not been installed properly to the studs, and the fittings had a leak somewhere. I had called another company and got a quote that was -way- out of my means ($2k) and was desperate for an alternative. I had a possibility to opt out of half the work quoted, but that still landed me at $1k. (Even with them waiving the dispatch fee for me, there was just no way I'd be able to afford that).After a bit of googling I found Peterman Brothers, called them, and they were able to get me a plumbing diagnostic Same-Day. Codi came out later in the afternoon and was very kind and friendly while he checked out my situation. He was open with me about what was going on, explained the issue, and gave me multiple tiers of service from making it usable to fixing the bad installation. Even the top tier fix was half the cost of the other company, but I was able to settle on the mid-tier. Codi also let me know about the membership that got me an instant discount, and I was able to get my shower valve replaced and dry for a quarter of the first company's estimate. Codi was also very patient and friendly with my little fur babies who are very curious :)Codi and the Peterman Brothers made a very stressful situation into a manageable inconvenience, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of being a young woman in my thirties who is very new to homeowner ship. Honest and solid work, good prices, and flexible staff. It's been a few weeks since the repair and it's still solid, no leaks, no issues. Codi was very thorough and I appreciate his understanding with my financial situation. He went above and beyond and Peterman Brothers will always be my first call in the future!

Just had the best experience with Peterman Brothers, specifically electrician Ryan Harrison and trainee Eli. We were able to schedule an appointment easily, Ryan arrived on time and ready to listen to what we wanted done. He provided several options and then proceeded to get to work. He was able to complete the job in one day, he worked efficiently and thoughtfully, making sure my expectations of where I wanted outlets placed were met. They also fixed a few other items in addition to our original ask.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very friendly, professional and great work! Also, as a dog mom, as silly as it sounds, I greatly appreciated how they interacted with my dogs, I didn’t have to worry about my dogs “being in the way”, Ryan and Eli were just as friendly to my dogs as they were to me.

This is probably the best experience I’ve had with a service person ever. Marquis was so professional, showed me pictures of what had done. He educated me on my HVAC system providing the dates and age of the system. This is information that was never provided to me by other service people from different heating and air companies who have serviced it in the past. I so appreciate his transparency and kindness. Electrical maintenance. Jake replaced my hot water heater and he was professional and explained everything to me. He was very polite. Today coldToday Cole came and did a maintenance check on my electrical. He was very thorough he even helped me I had surgery on my hand couldn’t open this one thing he opened it for me replace it on something else he went the extra mile. Received a phone call that Peterman was about 30 minutes away- arrived promptly and both employees were very kind and professional. Had a full house duct cleaning (with plenum) and Peyton was very thorough and answered all of my questions. After all vents/returns were cleaned everything was put back into place (I just had foot surgery so I was no help moving couches, chairs, etc) and everything was vacuumed.Overall very happy with how everything went and the price point was reasonable.We’ve had our monthly membership now for over a year and a half and will continue to use Peterman for all of our HVAC/Plumbing needs as we always have a good experience with them.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to look over the whole house, tell us exactly what we needed, and what we didn’t. Gave us varying costs to match what is best for us. Their monthly protection plans seem to be a great value, and this company definitely seems to be one I plan to use in the future. Jason did amazing, definitely the best plumbing/HVAC technician I’ve ever had to work with.

We were on the cancellation list and originally scheduled for Monday service. We were notified a few short hours later that they had a technician available. The technician Josiah was professional, friendly, and great at communicating with me about concerns. Josiah explained about a service membership and recommendations for our units. At the end Josiah provided me with a detailed quote of recommended items or services. This quote ranged from least expensive to high end. I appreciated the honestly that Josiah had provided and encouraged honesty from the beginning. I respected his professionalism and his knowledge of the system we have. Will be using Peterman again and will be requesting Josiah as our service technician.

I called Peterman Brothers to have bathtub hardware installed after a remodel. Upon reviewing the hardware, Chad informed me that an important piece was missing which meant I had to order a new kit. He took the time to research and find the exact hardware online, explained all the parts and assisted me in ordering what I needed. I was so impressed with his efforts, professionalism and kindness. Excellent job Chad!

Jacob Bryant just left. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We are just overall thrilled with the entire experience. The young lady on the phone yesterday to the call we got this morning letting us know you were coming to Jacob showing up at the door, all was flawless. We had them install a new system about five months ago and it went smooth. Then something happened and heat stopped working. I called and they were here in less than 3 hours. That is what I call prompt service. Furnace just needed a small adjustment and heat is working again. The tech was very knowledgeable too. So far I've been happy with my furnace.

Derrick was professional, knowledgeable and came to my house to service my air conditioner. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I also was appreciated the customer service in coordinating my appointment for service.

Contacted Peterman Brothers to get an estimate regarding installation of new furnace and ac. Also, 1 week ago had to have my hot water heater replaced and again, Peterman Brothers sent Dave and Derek to my rescue. They are absolutely awesome technicians. For my possible furnace and ac replacement, I was able to schedule an appointment with Brandon on-line which was a huge convenience for me and showed how he and this company valued my time. Brandon was on-time and prepared to assess my system but also listened to my concerns, questions regarding a system for us. I couldn't believe how he arranged for our installation to take place the very next day. Kyle and Jakob installed our furnace and ac in lightning speed. They were both perfectionist in everything they did for me and our family. Both were polite, respectful of me and our property, knowledgeable, experienced, skilled and gave me 5 star service for sure. I have never received such service, attention, and good quality workmanship before meeting these technicians from this company. They should be teaching classes to other companies. Everyone I have come in contact with from Peterman Brothers from the attendants/assistants answering the phone to the technicians that install this quality equipment are absolutely wonderful. They informed me every step of the way my options and what they would recommend. They also offered me education regarding how to maintain my new equipment to keep it in tip-top condition. After calling the plumber that I'd used before and having my call disconnected twice while on hold, I decided to try a different company and called Peterman.Peterman answered the phone right away and was very friendly and helpful. They scheduled me for the very next morning. They called when they were on the way, as promised. The tech, Kyle, showed up with all of the tools he needed for the job and even had the sump pump I needed in his vehicle. He was professional in every way. He was able to quickly evaluate the situation and provide a quote within a few minutes of arrival. I gave him the thumbs-up to start work, and he had it done in a very efficient time frame.I was extremely pleased with every aspect of Peterman and Kyle. It's so rare to get great customer service these days, so I definitely wanted to give them credit for being amazing!

We have used Peterman Brothers for about 7 years in two residences for all HVAC and plumbing needs. All employees have been respectful and very competent. We especially enjoy the diversity of employees, all of them friendly. Several are excellent problem solvers! Prices are competitive. We recommend them often to neighbors and friends.

Plumbing inspection. Kyle was the service tech. He was on time! He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough and talked through everything that he did and politely answered my questions.IMHO I wish ALL of the service people were cut from the same cloth as Kyle. It doesn't cost any more to provide excellent service and the financial returns are MUCH higher!

They were great they came out got the job done fast and efficient. Aaron, Brandon, Austin and Riley were all wonderful did a super job and I’m really pleased with him. Plus, I think it was. Mark was wonderful also real personable, best plumbing people we had out forever on a scale of 1 to 100 they were a 200 every last one of them.

Rob, Ryan, and Chris did a great job with respecting my property and my neighbors property while doing such a messy job. They were very communicative and they were fun with my kiddos when they tried to interrupt their work.Although, I hope to never have to see them again for sewer issues, they were great company.The sales rep Zach was amazing as well, very understanding and compassionate with my situation, and was very good and explaining my options with care and respect. I had a complete HVAC installation. Avery and Phil were very professional and did a great job! They were very thorough when it came to explaining the work they performed and all of the new functions on my thermostat. I couldn't leave a better review if I tried. They came highly recommended and I was dreading a steep cost to get my furnace up and running again and it was honestly nothing huge and was a fraction of the cost that I was anticipating. I couldn't give enough praise and Adrian was 10/10. Had the issue remedied, new thermostat installed and in less than half an hour.

We have used other companies in the past. We switched to Peterman a few years ago after they saved us thousands of dollars on what would have been an unnecessary repair. Antonio was awesome! He came early this morning, took his time setting expectations and explaining the process for estimates, service and/or repairs. All of the information provided was accurate and given with care. Repairs are stressful and expensive but we were able to hear the cost and digest the information provided. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about maintaining the system. He was very informative about things he suggested to be addressed at this time. Great customer service!

Eric did a great job. Explained everything in detail, quickly repaired the sump pump pipe, and did a quality job. He also pointed out an issue with my water softener and corrected it as well. Highly recommend Peterman Bros.

The service tech was Shaq. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable about my AC system and the repair issue. He took care of the problem quickly and provided information about what he was doing. I did sign up for the company's service plan since the price was very reasonable with good cost savings. Based on my first encounter with Peterman Brothers I highly recommend their company.

Peterman Brothers is an absolutely wonderful company and I can’t recommend them enough. Our dryer ventilation was causing a leak in our ceiling and they diagnosed the problem immediately, while also finding out our furnace needing replacing and potentially saving us health problems from a natural gas leak. They replaced our furnace the next day, as well as cleaned our air vents and dryer ducts the same week. They were on time, always so friendly, answered all of our questions and accommodated us so well. Our first tech, Josiah, was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We will be using Peterman Brothers for all of our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

The Technicians (Derek Walden and Dave Talerico) let me know they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. Once they were here, they explained what they planned to do and kept me updated on their progress. When they were done, they went over the operation of the new sump pump and answered any questions I had. The work was professional and done in a timely manner. They were even able to reduce the original quote significantly because they were able to install using the existing drain line. Great experience with Peterman all around!

This was my semi-annual maintenance. Everything went very well. Kevin was the technician and was very professional and thorough. He changed settings to be more efficient with better production in heating, and he took the time and care to make sure everything was in excellent-working condition. Thank you and great work.

Very knowledgeable. Was able to quickly run down the maintenance list and isolate a potential problem. Explained the problem and offered multiple solutions in a non-intimidating, free to choose way. Once I made a choice, was extremely quick and clean in getting it completed. Very happy with the quality and flexibility of our scheduled service. 10/10 would recommend.

We l got our water heater and water softer replacement, as well as got platinum sevice contact for plumbing and heating. The personal were fast, professional, polite, and informative. As well as cleaned up everything once work was completed.

My service tech, Pat, was very personable and professional. He didn’t mind me watching and walked me through everything he was doing. He did a thorough system inspection while diagnosing my issue. He seemed very knowledgeable and I trusted what he told me. I have had terrible experiences with another company and he put me at ease. Definitely recommend.

Seth was able to articulate the different options I had when my water heater broke. He was extremely thorough and educated us about our water pressure and hardness, which we appreciated. At the end of the day he gave us a fair price on a new water heater and softener with a pressure regulating valve and installed the water heater 30 minutes after we signed, incredible service and great communication skills!

James did a phenomenal job of installing 2 outlets in my garage. He was professional and knowledgeable with the work he was performing. I have used this company before for a plumbing issue.I went ahead and signed up for their monthly membership because without a doubt, I will call them again for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.

They are the real deal. They told us all of the things they could fix and presented us with multiple quotes. Jason was our technician and while he explained which repairs should be our priority, he wasn't pushy with us - he wasn't trying to get us to do the most expensive option right away. Instead he did the work we wanted to do that day and gave us information on the other potential repairs. Definitely will be calling them again!

Long time Peterman customer, first time reviewer! We have used Peterman for HVAC, AC, and Plumbing and they are reliably amazing.Every time. The staff is kind, professional, informative, and timely. Jeff Meyers and Mike Z took on a ~50 ft pipe replacement for our 1950's slab built home. The process took about 3 days and they made it as painless as possible. When a 3rd party vendor (concrete cutters) delayed the replacement, they came back and covered the trench with plywood so our little human and pets would be safe! They then came back the next morning to replace the pipes and cleaned up the mess the 3rd party had left! They totally didn't need to do that, but we are so grateful. 10/10 will use them again.

Carson was most polite and very professional and friendly. He took extra time to teach this recently widowed mother of two learn some tips and things to watch out for. The $85 service fee and same day service was well worth it. Peterman Brothers has won my business and likely business from my church homegroup members who I told that night. Great job and marketing.

I had a great experience today with Dillon Nelson, the Peterman plumbing tech who visited me today. He inspected all my plumbing and quickly fixed a toilet that was constantly running. He answered questions I had about my systems, and pointed out features I didn't know that I had. As he was fixing things, he noticed that the inlet hose might be leaking a tiny bit, so he went ahead and replaced that too, without being prompted. He was very kind and courteous. Thank you!

I've used Peterman Brothers for many things. They've installed my new AC, furnace and done a few drain cleanings. They're very responsive and take the time to fully explain things to you. Kyle came and did a drain clean today and was very nice and made sure to show me the issue so I could see what was going on. Highly recommend using Peterman Brothers for your HVAC needs!

They were great! Both technicians were helpful and friendly and professional! They offered to bring in a case of soft drinks sitting on my porch. They brought my empty trash bin up to the garage, as it was trash pick up day here. They asked if they could help with anything else, after they performed maintenance on the HVAC. Excellent customer service! Talked with me about the furnace and air system. Excellent experience!

Austin and Chance were professional, thorough and kind. They were very clear when explaining the scope of work they were performing at arrival. They reported the final assessment of the unit in a way my elderly mother could understand. (I am writing this review on behalf of my mom.)

Josh Decker came out and unclogged my bathtub drain. I had tried to snake the drain myself but could not get it to clear. I called Peterman and Josh came out. He got it unclogged and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciated him coming out on a Sunday and Mother’s Day at that. Josh got to the house in a reasonable amount of time and was not there long. The cost was $83.00 which wasn’t bad at all. I had another company come out before and it was way more. Oscar from Peterman Brothers did an outstanding job with my A/C system. He was courteous and thorough, and took the time to explain everything. One of the best service experiences I have had in my 25+ years as a homeowner.

Dillon came to our house for our annual plumbing inspection and water heater flushing. He also cleaned out two sinks that were draining slowly. He was very professional and explained everything he would be doing ahead of time and shared the results with me at the end. I would not recommend them at all. A little over a year ago they installed a new well pump for me. The first time they came they signed me up for their membership to avoid paying the full service call, and instead just $12/month. After they installed the new pump I called 4 times because my pressure seemed low. They kept sending the same guy who kept telling my that his readings were that the pressure is fine. The pressure is so low that when I hook up a sprinkler to my outside hose the water shoots about 4 inches off the ground. Before the previous pump went bad the water shot 4 or 5 feet off the ground with the same sprinkler. They have a 5 year warranty on the pump, but only 30 days on the labor. Since they kept sending the same guy that is either incompetent or not honest enough to admit he screwed something up, I'm stuck with either paying their service fee and work they do to fix it, or call someone that knows what they're doing. I almost forgot that while I still had their membership, one of their heating/ac guys came out and did their preventative tune-up and mentioned that our water pressure seemed pretty low!

With years of homeownership under my belt, comes years of having people come out to service the things in my home. After a good 10 plus years this was the first time we've had not only a super responsive, super friendly, super professional tech, but was also the first time that we had a tech who turned off all the lights when he came back up out of the basement.Our tach Jon, explain what he was going to do and what he had done and what his recommendations were in a manner so simple even our cat could have understood it which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend Peterman brothers and specifically their Tech Jon to anyone that was looking for someone to come and help with their issues at their home.

Do not give this company your business. They tried to scam me out of $4600 for a burst water pipe. I fixed the issue myself for $35. Their technician knew I didn't want to have to squeeze in the crawl space and banked on me not doing so. He said we had 8 to 10 visible leaks and possibly more. Said we were better off redoing the entire house. I went down and found only one leak and repaired it in 30 mins. They also signed me up for some gold membership that I've never heard of. Complete con artists. Reminds me of the storm chasing roofers.

Jeremy was an excellent technician and was able to diagnose and resolve my HVAC issue quickly and expertly. I had a lot of questions, but Jeremy was able to answer each of them and put my fears to rest. Peterman came to do the Plumbing Maintenance check, included with our service plan. Technician was prompt, professional, thorough, and efficient. After discussing recommendations, he answered all questions, and I felt no pressure to do any additional, non-urgent, work. It truly feels like Peterman wants the best for me and my family, without an ulterior motive. Will use them always!

They wanted $1400 to replace a blower motor, I googled the part number and the highest I could find it for was maybe $600, the $1400 was after saving me $200 by selling me a monthly membership. I understand labor cost would have been at least a few hundred but $1400 after a discount is insane. The person that came out was professional and I have no complaints about that part of the interaction.Edit:I found a carrier replacement part for $450 after tax at Shorty's HVAC supply and it took all of 20 minutes to swap it out, $2,850 an hour for labor seems just a tad high.Edit 6/2/23 (post response):They responded to my review and stated that they offer pricing transparency, while their tech was here I asked what the cost of the part was and was told that the $1400 included the part and labor. I don't know what qualifies as transparency for them but considering how much the part actually cost I doubt they're in the habit of giving out itemized bills showing that you're paying $1,000 +in labor to install a $500 part which takes an hour tops if you're being extremely generous (on top of paying $90 to come out and diagnose it).

Came out for a minor issue and noticed a major issue with my sump pump. Steve took the time to fully inspect the system & determined it needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes the replacement team arrived and started the process. Saved me from a flooded finished basement for sure! Highly recommend!

Had my annual maintenance check of furnace & Tyler did the inspection. He showed up in a timely manner & was very knowledgeable & courteous. Explained everything he was going to be doing & even brought in treats for my dogs. Would definitely recommend this company & Tyler to anyone.

Patrick was great as usual , confirmed that we have had unusual issues since our install. That it was very rare to have exterior coil leak in new unit. Still disappointed with lack of response on initial visit ( waited 7 days ) then had to call. Installed new unit 3 years ago and have yet to have AC work properly to start summer.

James Padgett did an amazing job repairing our plumbing issues! He spent nearly all day installing a new garbage disposal after we broke the previous one and also replaced pipes to resolve an ongoing issue with our kitchen faucet. All of his work was high quality, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had fully-restored water pressure before he left! He was also extremely friendly and professional!

We had excellent service from peterman brothers! Our heat pump went completely out and they were able to install a new system the very next day! They were quick, professional, and did great work.

A year ago, I called them out to look at my furnace. They said it would be 80 dollars, I had $100 dollar bill or a check, they refused to take the check and took the $100 without offering change back. On top of that, they quoted 1.3k to replace a control board for my furnace, which a bit of research I replaced it myself for 40 dollars and <20 minutes of my time.They stated I also had mold in my furnace, I checked it and it looked like dust. I had it tested and it wasn't mold, wiped it off and nothing grew back to this day. They wanted to charge an additional 1.2k to handle my mold.I am all for paying for a service of professionals, but these are not professionals nor are they honest.I posted a review here before, looks like it was deleted at some point.

We had a total HVAC system (Heat Pump & Air Handler) installed at our home by Peterman Brothers and wanted to send a special thanks to Dustin, Travis, Kenny and Storm along with all the young men that assisted you on our job...They were awesome young men! Noah is very professional and friendly, he took the time to answer my questions and listen to what we were experiencing. Our experience of being without heat for 2 weeks previous to this incident due to Peterman Bros installing an hvac with a broken part and not hearing from them at all was so distressing, but Noah was very sympathetic and made us feel valued as customers.

Mark HankinsVery unsatisfying experience. Just had a service technician install a bottom heating element on a water heater. Before the work began, I was told that there would be sediment and that is why the element most likely went bad. In order to better clear this sediment, I would need a larger plug on the bottom. At this point I was show quotes. One for the element and one for the element with the new bottom plug. Also, both with the membership added. Agreeing to the bottom plug to help with the repair and not costing to much more we moved forward with the repair. While the water heater was draining, I was told that not much sediment was coming out of the line and the tech would not be able to warranty the element due to the amount of sediment that was in the tank. Once drained, I was shown how much sediment was in the bottom and told that I should just get a new water heater and givin over a $2,000 quote with payment plans. Not being able to warranty the element and feeling scammed at this point, I was told that the tech could put the old element back in that was bad and just pay for the plug. This would cost me $500 dollars though. 500 dollars for a drain plug. I can buy a 50 Gallon water heater for 500 dollars and do an install myself. The tech said he would also be able to clean some of the sediment out and put in a new element, but he wasn't going to spend all day on it. The tech cleaned the tank for no longer than 15 minutes. I just paid almost 700 dollars and had to become a member to get it down to that cost. If not then the price would have been almost 900 dollars.

Such an easy process! Scheduling is a breeze and communication day of is great. Antonio was super knowledgeable and even paid attention to my rambunctious 3 year old that was very interested in what he was doing. Here we are next day, getting a whole new HVAC system installed!

Peterman Brothers has done annual maintenance and inspections for my AC and heating systems for several years. The technicians have always been professional and thorough, and the price has been reasonable. We pay monthly and they call twice a year to set up the heating and AC appointments. Some of the post-inspection recommendations for additional service have been astronomically expensive and strike me as poorly justified. This seems to be part of their business model. I find this a bit irritating, but it is easy to decline the additional work and, so far, I have not had a problem between annual maintenance visits. For any major repairs I would definitely get a couple additional estimates from other HVAC firms.

Dillon was polite and very knowledgeable. He solved the clog in my drains very efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. He left the kitchen very neat and clean. I will definitely call Peterman Bros again.

The job was done very professionally because they explained how it would work. They made sure they knew where all the vents were. I was expecting the noise level would be more intense, yet it was no louder than when I run my own sweeper. The personnel were knowledgeable and answered the questions I had. They moved some boxes back in place which I was not expecting. I was pleased by being able to see the difference in pictures after they finished.

Steve was very professional, friendly and informative during our service call! We are unsure of the cause of some water damage in our home and he was able to confidently conclude that no plumbing leak is occurring. We will definitely continue to use Peterman in the future!

Is Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing A Scam?We have been a “member” Peterman Heating Cooling and Plumbing for about 2 years. During that time we have paid a monthly service fee of approximately $30. For that fee we are given priority scheduling, semi-annual inspections of our HVAc and plumbing systems as well as furnace filters.During this period of time, the service technicians have always been polite, chatty and we believe have always done very good technical work. That level of work continued through the day I fired them. Why would that be the case?Our latest engagements for some light electrical work that was recently added to the Peterman portfolio of services. Since I was in a hurry to get some work done before we had guest to the house, I agreed to the following repairs.* Installation of 6 dimmer switches in the house* Installation of a faulty GFI outlet in the garage* Installation of a box to in the garage to secure a loose wire left by the previous homeowner* In addition, some fixes were made to the main panel in the house. Some neutral wires were doubled up on a block and need to be moved to their own position on the block.The electrician who was terrific - very nice, friendly and efficient performed the work, including time spent at the electric supply house, in about 4 hours.The cost for the work was $1776.28. I checked the prices of the parts required to do the job at my neighborhood Lowes. The parts were under $200. Obviously, $1500+ for labor for about 4 hours of work equates to $350+ per hour for labor. Why would someone agree to that. Well the answer is simple, I was busy and I wanted to get the job done and because I was a “member” at Peterman, I was told I was receiving a discount of over $260.It’s quite obvious that Peterman is using deceptive tactics to its members. I think everyone should be aware that becoming a member is not the deal that you are hoping for.

Very please with my decision to go with Peterman Brothers. The technician (Carson) was very friendly and honest. Appreciated his transparency and hard work. Will certainly be using them again.

Rob, the technician was excellent. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He helped me with the digital thermostat app that no one else has ever been able to get to work including me. Rob is respectful and a very pleasant person.

Brock was on time, which I’d important to me as my son lives in the house and I live in Danville, but he works a lot and so I have to drive over to be there. He took time and looked like he cleaned and checked everything well. Very professional and respectful

System installed in June. I signed a contract with 2yr. service plan and 10 yrs. parts and labor agreement. In December I was notified they will no longer service mobile homes and tried to reimburse me only enough for 3 years worth of labor. This 10yr. service is why I had this system installed. I want system removed and with a total refund or pay for a 10yr plan with another company. This was not a typo error. Don't trust Peterman.

We had a serious leak that was coming from our master bathroom into our living room ceiling. We called first thing in the morning and they were here by 11am. Kyle found the leak quickly and fixed it quickly. Very pleasant and professional. By the way, if you don’t have the monthly service plan, you should! It paid for itself with this visit today. Dillon arrived and was very professional. I led him to the basement where my bathroom with issues is located and he instantly knew what the problem was. My sewer pump was plugged into an outlet that was not working. I was relieved it was not a major issue. He sold me on their member program and I am looking forward to its benefits.

Were first time homeowners and Shaq came out and took a look at our furnace. The furnace was shutting off and not kicking back on. The solution ended up being that our air filter was super dirty and needed replaced. He was very knowledgeable and even offered us advice on being first time homeowners regarding our HVAC system to prolong the life of the system. Gave a good explanation of the problematic parts and provided viable recommendations. Ultimately, we ended up needing a new furnace. It was 19 years old, so that was not a surprise.Ryan came out for the quote to replace the furnace the same day. Like Antonio, he was timely, professional and offered viable replacement furnaces.Installation was scheduled for two days later. The two techs that came out were quick and did their jobs.Would definitely recommend!

Drew called first thing in the morning to let me know he was on his way which was fantastic. I loved being able to get my system checked out right away so I could carry on with my day. He arrived quickly with his supervisor, Anthony, and explained what he was there to do in thorough detail. Both Drew and Anthony were extremely courteous to both me and my children (who loved having new “friends” around for the morning). Drew made sure to keep me updated on what he was looking at and any questions I had they both took their time in responding without being condescending or making me feel like I was wasting their time with my curiosity or concern. They were efficient, fixed an issue my AC unit had, and were both extremely professional but relatable in the way they talked to me and explained things to me. They didn’t pressure me to add onto my HVAC system but let me know I had options for down the road should I want to update it. I am very pleased with the service Drew provided today. He is an excellent guy and my kids were sad to see him and Anthony go! They made this routine maintenance, which can be a pain in the butt, painless and easy.

We have used Peterman Brothers for about a year now, for HVAC repairs. Originally had system installed by a different company. Had a leak in system that affected our heating. Also emergency heat sensor was burned out and needed replaced. Peterman came and fixed during Christmas week, otherwise we wouldn't have had heat on Christmas. Then in May, we turned on AC to test and system blew hot air. Peterman came out the next day after we called. Impressive.Because our unit has had a lot of problems, we opted for the $12 monthly membership plan. We had no charges for today's visit! Adrian, our tech, was fantastic. Called when he was on the way, very professional, wore booties in our home, ran through the problems with me, and set to work. Seemed to be a wiring issue, so he rewired things. Got AC up and running and checked to make sure heat still worked. I've had Peterman out about 5-6 times for this unit and I wouldn't use any other company. Real pros. Peterman's the way to go!

Our heat pump died (it was old & beyond worth repairing) and they were able to get a new system installed the next day for a very reasonable price. Install guys were professional, quick, & clean.

Service Tech Joziya was prompt and courteous, he identified that unit was low in refrigerant due to a leak in system, repaired leak and added required refrigerant. Tested system after and determined it was now performing correctly. He also cleaned outside unit which had become obstructed with pollen and cottonwood airborne seeds. ??????This is a six star rating. This young man from Peterman Brothers came to our house to valuated the pump grinder. This pump grinder was installed in 2021 and it has been running constantly ever since. Which caused to burn out the pump grinder. Upon inspection Jonas Jackson and crew?from Peterman Brothers told use that it was not installed properly. They were prompt and followed through to install grinder properly. I highly recommend Peterman Brothers.

After talking with people I thought for sure I was going to need a new septic system. I couldn’t run my washer or dishwasher without water coming up in my garage drain. Blake Edwards first tan the snake in the garage drain, it didn’t fix the problem so he went to the kitchen drain and ran the snake. It took 2 different snakes and problem was resolved. Thank goodness for his efforts! That man deserves a raise.

Highly recommend we used them for new heat and air in our home they were super helpful with everything from financing to what we should get to help even out the air temperatures in our house. They did not come in and try to upsell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need only what we in inquiring about we did do some add ons of our choice. The sales guy we had absolutely professional and helpful with my million questions lol and once it was all said and done and we figured out what we we’re going to get they were out the next day getting it installed the next day guarantee install is legit and they mean it once I gave the final ok they were out the next morning getting it installed. And 6 months later now they came out to check everything as part of the maintenance plan . So yes I would highly recommend peterman brothers to anyone they’ve been nothing but pleasant to work with .

Clay Sichting was professional and knowledgeable. He answered our questions, provided some DYI help and prepared and explained clear work estimates and options. The repairs he did were completed efficiently and when he was done, he cleaned up and you couldn't tell he had been here...well except that it was fixed!

This group is very straight forward and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have helped with HVAC and plumbing repairs for us on a few occasions now and they truly are great to work with.

James and Will did an excellent job replacing a leaking shower fixture and installing water shutoff valves. They also gave sound advise on a sump pump problem I recently experienced. James checked all sinks, toilets, washer, tubs and showers for any problems. Highly recommended!

Peterman Brothers is a company others should learn from. Their customer service is fantastic. They never disappoint and are extremely reliable. It’s hard to find a quality company as consistent as Peterman Brothers.

Nothing but bad service - and we even had a maintenance contract with them! Sewage pump alarmed leaving our elderly, handicapped parents without toilets. We were told it would be 4 days until someone could look at it. FOUR DAYS! Elderly people with limited mobility cannot wait 4 days for service. We called Carter's Plumbing and they came out immediately to help. We will be canceling our maintenance plan with Peterman Brothers.

We suspected we had a gas leak. We used the online scheduling tool on the website at 10pm. By 7:30 the next morning we got a call for someone to come out. Our technician was friendly, professional, on time, and took care of the problem the same day. Turns out we did have a gas leak and we very much appreciate the prompt service. We will definitely be using Peterman Brothers for future needs.

Peterman has always provided us with prompt and professional service for almost 5 years. They do the job right and provide feedback on what causes issues, how to provide proper maintenance, and next steps for fixes. I’ve never been pushed or pressured to do anything; they always give me the option to make the choice on my own.

I saw online a service we were recommended to get (from a different company - we were getting a 2nd opinion) and it was on sale for $85. First, when I contacted Peterman Bros to make the appointment, the woman told me she had no idea how much it was because they don't keep the price list in the office. ??? I figured I could just talk with the tech when he came out. He comes out and literally does not look at anything at all but quoted us $4000.00 which included digging up from near the house out 25 feet, etc etc.... So I had a friend come out, who does not even work in this field, and he easily located the tank! It was not in the direction Petermans was going to dig! They had already told me they would have to quote more if they didn't get to it! I'm SURE a professional should have a pretty good idea where a tank might be. It was easy to find, we dug down, got the lid off, and can now have a different company come take care of things! They know when they show up if someone has no clue and they take advantage of that. My friend found it and helped us dig and saved us so much! Don't trust these guys!

The guys that come out bi yearly are always so kind and courteous. They explain all that they are doing…even dumb it down so I can understand. Price is reasonable and services are provided in a timely manner.

Antonio Agresta came out to our home with less than 24 hours notice. He diagnosed and solved our issue with absolute ease and got our furnace up and running again. He was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC in general and was able to not only fix our problems but save us money. This was my first experience with Peterman Brothers but it will not be my last! So, I had Peterman brothers repair my sewer line they quoted me over 12,000 I thought that was very expensive but the appraiser told me since I had a large tree in my yard they would have to go around or cut the tree down and cut the bush down in front of my house So I said go-ahead. They came out a few days later did the job but never cut the tree down or they never went around the tree but still charged over 12,000 dollars and they said they would come back out for videos to give to the city so they can fix there part of the sewer they never came back out and they left a big pile of dirt in my yard So I called told them what was going on. The said they would call me back they never called back...very expensive and poor values

Our technician Jason was exceptional he went well out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied before he finished. The work was neat and professionally done. I would use this company again.

As far as the company goes with communication and actually scheduling customers, they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It took over a month of phone calls back and forth to get them to actually get me on the schedule and come out and repair my slab leak. So I went a month without water all because they wouldn’t put me on the schedule, or they would never call me back and I’d end up waiting days, inevitably calling them back myself. But the only reason I choose to give the company 3 stars is because of their service techs. Mike Z. and Sam C. Completely saved the companies reputation in my opinion. They were phenomenal. Extremely easy to work with, understanding, reliable, and professional. The company needs more men like them and then maybe they would be worth making a phone call to.

Overall we had a great experience with Peterman Brothers. They came out and provided a quote and followed up with a great discount.When we scheduled the insulation of the HVAC unit, they didn’t mention needing to walk our duct work. But they made it happen the night before so our scheduled date of installation could still happen. Really appreciated that!Rafael and Keavyn were great at the installation. They kept their area clean, respected our home and kept us in the loop. Very happy with the customer service, the professionalism, and of course our new HVAC. Thank you!

I had my A/C unit installed just barely a year ago and called to have it serviced today and was told they no longer work on mobile homes. I paid them for a service and they are no longer going to honor that. Now I have to pay someone to come look at it. I definitely will not be recommending them to anyone else ever again.

We had a leaky tub faucet, Steve Hoffman was the plumber that showed up. He was very personable and answered the many questions we had, even if they had nothing to do with the leaky faucet. We are very satisfied with the job he did.

Peterman Bros. did work at my neighbor’s house. They left an enormous pile of dirt in my yard and hit the road. The huge pile of dirt is covering a storm drain, so my property risks being flooded during the next heavy rain. I called Peterman Brothers about the issue, and was told someone would be in contact with me. That never happened. Really disrespectful. My advice is to skip Peterman Brothers and find an HVAC/plumbing company that actually respects property and understands basic concepts of irrigation, not Peterman Brothers. I’m also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau about this. EDIT: a week later and I’ve never heard a word from Peterman, though they’ve responded to (positive) reviews left in that time. Joke of a company, I truly question their professionalism, customer service, and know-how.

Gage was extremely attentive to my needs, very thorough, and patient in informing me about the services he was performing. With each critical juncture of my repair, Gage would break down the steps he was taking so I could better understand the process of the repair. Gage informed me about my current system as well as helpful future maintenance tips to keep my system running smoothly. Gage was straightforward, honest, charismatic, and extremely hardworking. I don’t think he took much of a break all day. This experience, although a potentially costly one, was fantastic. I had full trust in my HVAC representative and the repairs he was performing. I will continue to use Peterman for this specific reason. If you decide to use this company, request Gage Jones.

I complained about the amount I was charged for a simple job. Peterman replied that their pricing was transparent and provided an email to get their pricing breakdown. I asked for this. They never replied. Thus I was charged $1,493.15 for $100 parts and two and a half hours of labor!!!

Been calling for 3 week come and fix what u paid for, u hook water line into gardens hose, see pictures u hook new lines to old leaking copper line see pictures, u put in new electric box but don't label rooms see picture u cancel membership but don't refund u install water softener I didn't get to choose which one won't replace water shut off that's been for see pictures

Hello Peterman brothers came out to my house today. I had a very bad plumbing issue so bad that his tool got stuck in my pipe outside James Padgett was so amazing and so professional and then JOHN came over with his camera and him and JOHN work together to get the tool unstuck. They did come up and tell me it was gonna cost about $5000 to dig in my ground, but they went down there and tried again and they did not give up and they were able to get the tool out and unclog my mainline, James was absolutely amazing today he was very personable. He was on top of everything and he knew exactly what he was doing and what he was talking about and I also want to say John the guy that came out with the camera. He was also amazing. He jumped right on in and worked together as a team and made things happen. I think both of them very much I am so blessed that those two gentlemen came out to my house today and save the day. I became a member today only $12 a month and I get all kinds of benefits. I suggest everybody should jump on board with Peterman brothers and become a member and request James Padgett to come and do the work because he was amazing.

Payton Tarr was the employee sent to my home to conduct my HVAC maintenance. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain to me how a my heat pump was suppose to work and how to ck the thermostat to make sure I understood how it worked. She also did the normal ck of the furnace and outdoor unit to make sure it was working properly. During her inspection she suggested that I have a power surge connection to the motor to extend the life of the motor which made a lot of since, which she installed. I greatly appreciated her knowledge and personality.

78 year old mother had a leak. In her bedroom from the upstairs bathroom which had been completely remodeled a year ago. After hearing the Peterman brothers commercials I said why don't you give them a call and see what they say? They came out Gave her estimate for $6300 wanted to tear out the new bathroom that was the issue. Which it was not. Leak detectors They came out ran some equipment over the ceiling in her bedroom found the leak. Call the local respectable plumber cut a hole in the ceiling fix the leak total costs for leak detectors and the plumber $675. Called Peterman brothers to tell him of my concern? The lady on the other line said oh well is there anything I can do for you? So I imagine she probably works for free because her customer service skills sucked. But if that's what you're gonna do to a 78 year old lady God Help you. There was no concern at all about a jacked up estimate so here's a company I would never recommend.

I was given a very large window of when to expect my electrician like anywhere from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. After waiting all day and calling several times my electrician showed up at 9:20 pm. The electrician was unable to provide the service I wanted, an estimate to upgrade my panel and left after just taking some photos and hearing what I wanted. Complete waste of my day and no progress to show for it.

Had leaking furnace exhaust pipe replaced by Peterman. Today with the rain notice water leak from said pipe. Peterman got someone here within 2 hours. Oscar did a great job resolving the issue. Turns out wrong type of flashing was installed (not by Peterman, previous home owner).Oscar took pictures of the issue and spent great deal of time in the rain fixing the leak, no additional charge. Again the leak was caused by a preexisting condition. This is how build loyalty.

I called these yahoos on 2.8.23 to schedule service for 2.9.23. Told them the exact problem, kitchen sink is backed up and not draining and the disposal needs replaced. Yahoo #1 shows up today on 2.9.23 trying to up sell me in a new faucet, new sink basin, didn’t replace the garbage disposal and get this! The dummy didn’t even bring tools with him to unclog the sink. Took off about 10 minutes later and said someone will be out at 8 am on 2.10.23. Customer service was useless. $20 bucks says the job won’t be completed on 2.10.23

Service tech inspected our plumbing yesterday. He was very kind, respectful, informative and explained everything he found that needed attention in detail.

It's unfortunate to be writing this review. 2 techs came to my house to assess my furnace for a tune up. After being told to turn off my heat explaining that it is unsafe as the heat exchanger looked faulty I approved the repairs they recommended for a new heat exchanger and blower. They indicated these parts were on back order and would be ready for installation in mid December. I gave verbal approval for both and in good faith expected them to get the process rolling.4 weeks go by in the cold with a space heater in the house...I finally call for a status update and personally even texted one of the reps. No response... I was informed by the office my ticket was still open, no parts had been ordered, and no docusign was ever sent to me to approve the repairs via email.If I wouldn't have called I would have just been sitting through winter. I am not sure where the fall through in the process came, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for a good paying customer lead to exceptional unsatisfactory working with this company.

Brandon did a complete diagnostics on the electrical system. Discovered what was overheating, replaced the 3-way switch and did this on the same day that I called in.

I called to get my basement drain unclogged and the lady who was taking information was asking question has nothing to do with the job I was calling about. I gave her all the information she needed to get This job done such as my name, billing address, location of the issue where the service is needed and the problem that I was having then she was insisting on knowing How many rental we own? I kindly told her I am not comfortable on sharing that info which is unrelated but she was going back to that question relentlessly ignoring my request. What does it has to do with unclogging a basement drain? Very rude and unprofessional oh and Nosy. Will not recommend this company.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. These guys sent some young kid out here, my emergency heat worked when he got here, and when he left, I didn’t have any heat at whatsoever. And it was on a day just a few weeks ago early 2023 when the negative windchill was 25 below. I have 2 babies in my home and this tech didn’t even ask if we would be ok. I ended up having to call a local company to come that same day. I’m out an extra 600$ because of these guys.

Peterman prepared my A/C for the summer. A surge protector was also installed. The unit was throughly cleaned of leaves and debris. I am not one to complain but I had service today to replace a kitchen faucet. The work took 30 min and no supplies were needed as I had the faucet already purchased. I was charged $760. I understand the technician’s experience and tools have a value. My technician was great, I have no complaints there. But $1500/hr seems a little steep. I would have declined the service but had no working sink for a week awaiting my appointment. I just needed the work done at that point…. I could be wrong and maybe that’s the going rate right now, but I was a little astonished. If it is the going rate then I would recommend Petermans but if not, we’ll you know….

We have a service contract with Peterman Brothers for our air conditioner and furnace that they installed a couple of years ago. Twice now when they have come out to do a routine Spring or Fall inspection, they have broke them. The technician came out yesterday, did his inspection, said everything was great, and this morning we woke up to a 60° house with the furnace not working. I called them and they said they can’t come out until Wednesday, after speaking with the supervisor, she says Tuesday. Isn’t it a bit suspicious that not once but two times this has happened?

I have a 2-year-old furnace that still has a warranty with Peterman Brothers. It was -9 degrees outside without the wind chill. I called Peterman on 12-23-2022 and told them it was 50 degrees in my house with two small children. They told me that they could have someone out on 12/29/2022, almost a week later. I expected better service with their ‘24 hours guarantee’ and my warranty through them. My kids were freezing and shivering while we scrambled to get them warm.

Kari did a phenomenal job! She was on time, professional, diagnosed the issue immediately and made sure to explain all the steps needed to fix our issue. She was thorough and hardworking. Because of her, I joined their membership plan. Also, their customer service is top notch!

Water heater went out, they came out and looked at it and found out the Honeywell Thermostat wasn’t working. They said they would order the parts for it since it was under warranty and then would come out when it came it. A part came in, so they came out a day later then they said they would. When they got here, it wasn’t the correct part. So then we had to wait even more days without hot water….now we are 10 days without hot water. When they finally fixed it, the repair man dented our water heater. We complained about it and they said there was nothing they could do since it technically still worked, this was after waiting for two more weeks while they did research. So we paid them to take forever to replace the part and to dent our water heater. Don’t use this shady business!Update:The part they installed has went out again now. We called them and they don’t know when they can make it out, they said when they do it will be another $85 when it was the same problem they didn’t fix the first time. I have family coming from out of town that I will now have to cancel for Xmas. I emailed the “Owner” a week ago and never heard back. The customer experience person that handles complaints is on maternity leave and won’t be back until March. So now I sit with no hot water, $600 less money, and a dented water heater that doesn’t work. I don’t see how this company stay in business

Back in June of 22 we had our Heating and AC replaced, from the sales person to Oct of 22 when they cleaned our ducts, this company has been nothing but professional and completely customer service driven. They were upfront with all of their pricing and I never felt pressured to take a service and or a product. They gave me option and even after the Logan and David finished my duct cleaning they were just talking to me about some of the stuff they did and that's when I found out they offered duct cleaning on the dryer vent. They have already been here most of the day but said it would be no problem if I wanted them to clean that as well. I asked them if they were sure and they said no problem. It was a great experience with this company and look forward to having a long relationship with them. Thanks again for the great work!

I am fairly conflicted on how I feel about Peterman Heating and Cooling now Peterman Brothers.I have used them multiple times over the last few years. Initially I called them as my AC was out and they came out and found that it was the capacitor. They didn't have the correct one my unit needed in stock, so the tech offered that he could wire two together that would work. If I wanted the correct part, it would cost an additional $100 dollars just to order it, plus the cost of the part.The next time I had an AC problem, I called them again and the gentleman fixed the problem and offered me to join their membership program. The pricing is fair and it includes two check ups a year. He also told me that they do not charge a $100 fee to order in parts as the previous tech had told me.Yesterday was my first check up. The gentleman they sent was very nice and said my condenser might need more coolant, but he wasn't sure they would need to send out a repair technician, he was only a maintenance technician. So today another very nice employee came and checked my unit and said yes, in fact it could use additional coolant, and he gave me the price.I was quite shocked by the price, and looked up online the typical pricing for the type of coolant that I needed and it was a third of what I was being quoted. As I don't believe everything I read online, I called another HVAC company for a quote and they about a fourth of the price per pound.So there it is. Very nice service people, super duper over priced on coolant even if you are a member of their service plan and that was with my discount :(Update: the quote was not for any equipment it was how much the coolant was per pound only.

Had issue with my heater and had to schedule a diagnosis for my HVAC. Nicholas was the technician that came to my home to sort out the issue. He was professional and informative of what might have caused my heater issue. Highly recommended and will surely be a repeat customer.

I got a new ac and furnace on 10/21/22. I was sold on the topic of “they don’t install it within a couple of hours, they take a while to make sure everything is installed properly and working, they spent 6 months in school etc”. I spent $8,000 in cash on the new systems. They were in and out within 4 hours. I tried to turn the ac on a couple hours later and it absolutely didn’t work. I called into the office to see if someone could come out and fix it. I told them how I have children one being 4 months and another with a chronic health condition, how it was hot in the house etc. The lady I spoke with said she could get someone out in 2 days. So I’m supposed to sit in a hot house with 4 children until 2 more days. They were quick to come out and put in a whole new system but it doesn’t matter that it’s not working. To top it off, I called the Greenwood location and Ella told me to just open my windows to get air. I shouldn’t have to open my windows after spending $8,000 cash. If you pay attention they only respond back to the people that leave good reviews compared to the ones that leave the bad reviews. They don’t care about addressing consumers concerns and the wrong doings.In response to them below. I called the same day it was placed which was 10/21 a couple hours after the technicians left. I was told no one could come out until multiple days later. When someone did come out they said it was WIRED INCORRECTLY & that the wet switch was faulty so they had to come out again once the piece came in. So it sounds like the technicians that placed it was rushing. Once they came back to replace the wet switch we was then told we didn’t need it since the house is one story. When customer experience contacted me they had no clue what was going on and have no clue about when you do or don’t need a wet switch. I still have yet received any type of apology on how I was spoken to either during this whole process. The only reason as to why my issue was resolved is because I contacted the better business bureau and the attorney generals office.

Scheduled an appointment. NO time given for service. Waited ALL day. Text sent at 2. Flex appointment we will call you 30 minutes before we show. 5:30 still nothing so call. That person said the same thing as the text reply. 8 pm still nothing. This is unacceptable.

They came out within a couple hours of me calling, physically showed me the issues, explained how much things would cost and why, and had us up and running before the evening. Adrian was very professional and knowledgeable, and I feel like I didn’t get scammed.

I had my AC service check yesterday - yes in mid-October. The technician was professional and did a nice job. I have no issue with the work. He did a nice job. My issue is with the service contract and schedulers. I have tried to get my heating system serviced in the fall, and my AC in the spring. Unfortunately the technician did the work that was assigned to him, to service the AC unit. What I needed was to have my heating system checked out. The scheduler was so helpful to schedule the heating system service in April of 2023. I pleaded to get the service checks on a more reasonable schedule that matches the seasons, however it fell on deaf ears. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor, who also defended having my AC serviced in October. I'm not happy with the schedulers and have been told I will be contacted by a customer service representative. But so far that contact has not happened. At this point I'm inclined to cancel my service contract and see if that will allow me to get on a more reasonable schedule.

I had a great experience with Peterman Brothers. I had what felt like a million issues that needed addressed, and they were able to schedule everything in a timely manner. The professionals who came out were all very courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient (Joshua Clement, Charles Garrett, Daniel Cook, and Chuck Bodies). Will absolutely be using them again.

Our system was 21 years old and in need of replacement. On 11/16/22 Aaron the sales rep came to the house and was great to work work. Great information on the new furnace, new heat pump and new thermostat for our home. Install was scheduled for the next day. David and another gentleman showed up on time to remove all old equipment and install all new. Took around 6 hours and they were great to work with. Showed us out to set the thermostat and left. We have our heat set at 76 and the unit continually ran and would never reach 76 only got to 73. Had to shut system off and turn back on later in middle of night to get heat again but still would not hit 76. Contacted Peterman's on Friday 11/18/22 and they sent tech Doug out on Saturday 11/19/22. He found a heat kit strip not hooked up and said he got it working and checked heat at a vent and showed 121 degrees and that was around 9:30 am and he set thermostat again to 76. 5 hours later and it was still running and thermostat read 76 but would not shut down. I adjusted to 74 and it shut down but when temp dropped and it kicked on it kept running again after it hit 74 again. Got in contact with Peterman's once again and said they could get someone out here by Tuesday or Wednesday. I said not and asked if they was paying my electric bill so I called Aaron the sales rep and he got it set for someone to come out on Sunday 11/20/22. We will see if they get it working right this time. Hard to understand what the issue is since everything is brand new. My electric bill is going to be outrageous. This is a pain having to manually shut system down and turn back on. Got an error message last night said heat pump had been running more than 180 minutes at 3:30am.Update they came out did some calibration on the blower and thermostat and it cycled through 1 time. Temp dropped to 74 and now been running continuously again. Done called and left message for my comfort advisor again.

The service was great! Our heat wasn’t reaching the temperature on the thermostat and our tech was able to find the problem in minutes and repair it very quick! They were friendly and willing explain the process. I am very happy with the service and they will be my go to for maintenance and repairs! Thank you!

I am very disappointed with the Peterson Protection Club experience. They do not schedule and inspect the A/C and Furnace units timely. For example, they have tried to put me on a Sept/February rotation, with September for my A/C unit and February for my furnace; the end of the seasons rather than at the beginning of the seasons. I have complained about this twice now and have been reassured that I would be put back on a normal rotation. However, this has not happened. Every time they come for the annual inspection, they seem to find things wrong and give me estimates to repair that are double the going rate. Moreover, these repairs are typically unnecessary. I recently canceled my service and asked for a refund of the last 6 months of payments since they could not perform my Furnace inspection timely. I was told that the Customer Experience Team would get back to me but they never did. When I called to follow-up with the Customer Experience Team, the representative said it was Company Policy to not transfer calls to the Customer Experience Team. They clearly spend a lot of time and money training technicians on how to sell services and Customer service people how to stiff arm customers.

Over the last several years we have needed upgrades and repairs. Every person we have come across is knowledgeable, personable, and very welcoming of a 6 year old with more questions than the Dad. Peterman will always be my first call.

I wouldn't recommend this company for any work you need done.I could go on and on how badly this company is ran. But I'll keep it short.They are not a small family owned family first company.They are a large corporation that only cares about getting your $$$$ for their way over priced work.Don't get me wrong. There are some great techs that work for them. But watch out for their management. They will tell their techs to install items even if the existing surroundings are compromised.They brag on the same day install because they want to get the item in or fixed same day so you won't be as prone to shop around for a much better deal.They get you in and lock you in to their work.

After swapping out my old ‘smart’ thermostat for a Nest Learning Thermostat, it started to provide alerts that my furnace was short cycling. I have over 30 people coming over for Thanksgiving so the last thing I needed was a broken HVAC system or chilly house! I saw that the furnace had been serviced by Peterman in the past by the previous owners of my home so I called there first before searching for another business. I left a message in the evening and received a callback promptly the next morning by the most pleasant person. She asked me several questions about my issues and then found me an appt the following day! She thoroughly explained the process so that my expectations were set right away by letting me know I would received a 30 minute courtesy call before the technician headed my way but that there wouldn’t be a specific appt. window provided. I was working from home that day so that was acceptable. I received a call the following morning from the same person to confirm that I was on the schedule and a second call in the afternoon by the tech to let me know he would be there in 30 mins. The two technicians arrived on time, were friendly and covered their shoes while outside. They listened to me explain the issue and then after showing them the furnace room, they answered several questions I had about the unit and the attached humidifier. After that, I left them to it. They minimized interruptions, only stopping to ask me pertinent questions and finally, they came back up to tell me that they had identified 2-3 issues that we’re contributing to the heater short cycling and that they had fixed all of them. Peterman has a great monthly service plan you can sign up for, which I did when I made the appointment. I was delighted to learn after all of the work they did, my cost was $0.00! Top notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

They installed a cheap garbage disposal and when it broke and still under warranty when it broke under warranty they wanted to charge 300.00 to replace the cheap garbage disposal they installed so all the equipment they install with a warranty the warranty is garbage as they want to charge out a very high fee to replace it even though it's under warranty especially after a customer spent 13,000 with this company WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER THEY WILL DOLLAR AND DIME YOU TO DEATH FOR JUNK.

Let me start by saying the technicians have been very professional. That being said, at first Peterman came to fix a leak and quoted me a price for a maintenance plan, I informed the tech I had 2 HVAC units. He said no problem it was still residential. Upon arriving for AC maintenance they tech stated I didn't have the right plan for more than one unit. So, I upgraded. When the tech came for Heating maintenance, she cleaned both units and quoted me a price for duct cleaning. I thought it was hefty but I agreed and paid a non refundable deposit. Upon arriving today for duct cleaning, they asked why I was only doing 1 unit, I said I was quoted a price for the house and it wasn't per unit. Never did the tech say per unit, just getting the ducts cleaned. My house is only 2400 sq feet, it's not big, just has an addition. They wouldn't honor the quote I was given, still wanted me to sign stating they did some work (which they didn't) and I would pay. I wouldn't sign and they left. Seems the techs are not very informed of the policies and it's been an ongoing issue. They should have honored their quote since it was the techs misinformation.Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

For at least 2 days, the flatbed truck that carried a large piece of equipment just sits on the side street with his truck running and making the road a one-way street. Woke up to flooded basement from lots of rain and sump pump failure. Tech out same day and diagnosed a tripped breaker. Possibly debris in pump that cleared. Pump reset and working fine. Arranged for electrician to come out and check for issues.

Writing to inform local potential customers that are having heating and cooling issues that you may want to pass on Peterman Brothers altogether. In May 2020 our A/C-Heating unit stopped working. I called a few places and Peterman Brothers were able to get to me the following day versus the othercompanies I called which had a 2-3 day wait. They diagnosed and made the repair but stated the unit was on its way out so I scheduled an appointment to replace the entire unit. Within a couple of days they were able to replace the entire unit at a cost of $8,500. I wasn’t thrilled with paying that much but it was nice to have peace of mind I didn’t have to worry about heating or cooling my home. That was until a few days ago. Working from home, I noticed it getting warmer so I checked the thermostat. The unit was running and set to 71 but the inside temperature was 77 and rising. Not happy, I called Peterman Brothers to let them know my 2 year and 3 month old $8,500 system was not working. I was thinking a company that sold me a supposedly brand new unit for that price, knowing I was still paying$250 a month for the system, would race over to get it working. Well I was wrong. Fortunately, they could get to me the following day however informed me it was not in warranty and since I was no longer a member of their service plan, the Peterman Protection Club, I would also be charged a service fee. Ilocated my paperwork and yes the labor warranty is only one year, fine, service fee is on me. However the unit itself has a 10 year parts warranty so I thought I was in the clear. The technician, awesome person, very professional and courteous diagnosed it as a bad capacitor, which then I was told cost $300and was not covered by the parts warranty. Of course not, why would a warranty cover anything. All in all to get a system that Peterman Brothers sold me 2 years and 3 months ago, which I am still paying for monthly, cost me $400 to get it working again. Incredibly poor way to take care of your customers. I’m not a business owner and I understand you can’t give away things for free, however I would not give a customer of mine a chance to let future potential customers know, don’t use my services because Iwon’t take care of you. With the initial repair, the new unit, and now this repair I have paid them approximately $10,000. When this unit breaks again, and unfortunately it will, I will not be calling Peterman Brothers, which I recommend you not call either. They have taken enough of my money.

I tried to schedule an electrical appointment with a tech recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience. I called, set up the appointment and was told it would be that person. I showed my friend the picture of the individual the company sent and it wasn’t him. When I inquired they told me I could not request someone without a service contract- how absurd. So , they would rather loose the business which I canceled . Very customer centric. Peterman Brothers save your advertising money.

We had great experiences with Peterman Brothers. They successfully fixed a slab leak under the foundation of our home. When we found another slab leak that was near to the same spot, both they and we assessed it might be from the same spot- they upheld their warranty and came to fix it. It turned out to be in a different place but we were relieved that they were willing to uphold their word if it was a stemming from their repairs. That can be rare these days, so, thank you Peterman for keeping your word.

The two gentlemen that were sent out were very professional I'm not very good with names but I know one of them said the other was in training anyways they came in and checked out the water heater and said it needed replaced which I expected they told me my product options I went with I believe was the second best. I work nights and the water heater is upstairs by my bedroom they unistalled the old one made no mess and installed the new one I may have heard them twice but it wasn't very loud I was able to get my sleep and new water heater I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who ask Thank you

Water heater was replaced and we have hot water which was the end goal. However communication was lacking. Appt time was 11 and repairmen didn’t come until 130. Also they removed the doors to access the water heater and did not reinstall and also bent the track they go in to and now the don’t close all the way. Our furnace was also turned off during the repair which we were not aware of and woke up this morning freezing and thought the furnace was now broken.

Called Peterman Brothers to have some work done on my furnace. Was able to get an appointment next day and the tech arrived right on time. My tech, Patrick, did a great job talking me through everything he was doing and explaining what he was looking at and why it was important. Answered all my questions and gave me several options for repairs. Never once felt like I was being “sold” something. Just open, honest feedback of my situation. Very pleased with the service and the care that was brought to the issue. Will definitely be using them again for future maintenance.

Had a leaking water heater called and they were out the next day Joshua Brooks agree with us that we need a new water heater he also found some issues with our shut off valve which was plastic crazy right? and a issue with our gas line and then gave us 3 options , next day a team came out sorry only remember one name Josh Taeger and his helper and they got us hook up and I was soooo amazed how nice everything look , they did a amazing job and I feel safe with this system and will definitely use them on other jobs we have planned for this house . We had Peterman out for water heater check up and drain check up. Reid was very nice and respectful of the property.

I thought I had a clogged drain. I researched plumbing companies and found Peterman Brother's and a webpage coupon: $83.00 for same-day service to unclog a clogged drain, no service call fees and no dispatch fees, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I called and they couldn't do same day so they scheduled for next day. The tech came out, unscrewed the cap from my main drain, looked inside, screwed the cap back on and told me it wasn't clogged. The cap to the main drain happened to be next to a leaky plumbing joint. I was aware of the leak and I planned to fix it my self. The technician told me what Peterman would charge to make the repair and I laughed at the absurdly high price and I told him that's why I had planned to fix it myself. Then I receive the bill. Peterman charged me $85.00 for diagnostic fee. I called and told them I never asked for a diagnosis of a leak I was already aware of and planning to fix myself. I only wanted my drain unclogged. They said it didn't matter. The tech did a diagnosis and presented me with an option to correct the problem. Therefore I must pay the diagnostic fee. I argued I never asked for this service but it didn't matter. I decided this was not a battle I wanted to fight so I forgot about it and moved on. Then, yesterday I received a call from their Customer experience representative. I began to tell him about my experience and my feelings about being charged for a service I did not request and he began to argue with me and he would not allow me to speak. The conversation evolved into a shouting match until he finally said It doesn't matter, you're not getting your $85.00 back. I then said I never asked you to give it back to which he replied then what are we doing here? and I replied I don't know...you called me, I didn't call you. You asked about my experience then when I tell you, you argue with me .. He replied Oh, sorry. We hung up. As a result of this phone call I decided not to let this go. I contacted my credit card company and I contested the charges. Peterman Brothers charged me for a service I never requested. They did no work for me since the drain I called them to fix was not clogged. They advertise no service call fee and no dispatch fee. Therefore: no work performed + no service call fee + no dispatch fee = no charge. They simply cannot decide to charge a fee for something that was never requested. Do not use this company! You will be sorry if you do. The fact that their customer experience representative reached out to me to ask about my experience then yelled and argued with me, then told me I would not get my money back when I never even asked him for a refund, should be all you need to know about the caliber of employee they hire and the type of training they receive.Follow up: During the credit card dispute process, Peterman Brother's provided fabricated documentation to the CC company with a second page attached which included a signature. They said I signed the document. The CC company sent the document to me for review and response. I read the document, examined the signature (scribble) and replied back to the CC company stating I was never presented with the document nor signed the document and I accused the company of illegally creating false documentation and fraud. The Credit card company reviewed my response, completed their investigation and refunded my money. They said unfortunately there was nothing they could do regarding Peterman Brother's illegal activity and referred me to the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. The case is closed with the CC company and I received my refund. However, I intend to notify both agencies of Peterman Brother's fraudulent practices and pursue legal action if possible. No company should be allowed to create fraudulent documentation and expect to get away with it!

When Sean came and fixed our AC, he was very personable (we briefly talked BBQ) and got our cold air fixed right away. What a relief. Positive experience.

Jonah was nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. He only lied once and it was when he told me I had to sign once more and proceeded to show me another page I needed to sign. We had a laugh about it. He was very professional!

We had originally used Peterman for our installation of our new water heater, that experience was good and so when we needed a new AC unit we decided to go through them again. This experience has been far less than satisfactory and I am incredibly disappointed in the service we have received. The same day the unit was installed the unit was not cooling the home (this was hours after) and so we contacted them immediately. However, the customer service department would not send anyone out that day and said that we would have to wait until the next day. At this point it was 90 degrees in our home with a 9 month old baby and 3 dogs who were not doing well in the heat (even after buying our own portable AC units to try to keep main rooms cool). After begging for someone to please come out and help, they again stated they couldn't provide any assistance until the next day even though their website states 24/7 Emergency Service. The next day the tech came out named Dustin, he has been the only one from the company providing good service and genuinely wanted to help. There were issues with the water levels in the unit and so he did what he could to get the water out and the unit running. Again we still had no air hours later, and I called customer service again, they again said we'd have to wait until Sunday for assistance. At this point it was nearly 100 in the house and we were forced to leave as it was unsafe for my child and animals. Dustin was able to get someone out the next day after customer service was very unhelpful and not considerate to our situation at all. We are still without air and unable to be in our home while we are having to constantly adjust our work schedules and lose pay due to their inability to figure out the issue. Dustin has been the only good experience thus far but the rest of the experience has been terrible and I will not be using this company again nor recommending them. The stress, financial loss and difficulty in getting assistance is not what you would expect from a company that strives for customer satisfaction and for the cost for their services I'd expect more. Our home is no longer safe for us to be in due to the heat and the amount of humidity is causing moisture to build up around the home. I am to the point I would rather them take out the giant paper weight sitting in my back yard and go with someone else so I can be back in my home.

We purchased a new hvac unit in 2019 & we had a good experience. Last year 2021 we had a bidet toilet & a new garbage disposal installed. I could have had our handyman install the garbage disposal but I wanted a plumber, so there would be no issues. So... within 48 I was calling Peterman's because I had water everywhere under the sink & all over my kitchen floor, after attempting to use our new garbage disposal for the 1st. time. They did get someone out the same day but it should have never happend to begin with, very disappointing. Fast forward a year & I was wanting to cancel our protection club membership. I communicated with someone via text & she informed me that I had to cancel by email & she gave me the email address. I attempted to send the email twice, both times came back domain does not exist.So I called & I was informed that I had to cancel in writing.I really wish I had known that prior to signing up for the $16 a month membership. It's ridiculous that they make it this difficult to cancel. Save yourself the grieve and don't sign up for the membership. Now my only option is to send them a handwritten letter to their p.o. box. We've spent over 11 grand in the past 3 years with this company... too bad they don't care about their loyal customers.

We had an emergency with one of our toilets. (Clogged and would NOT plunge, then began overflowing - chaos ensued and our four children were running around screaming in panic.) Thankfully, Peterman Brothers had technicians available that could come out the same day. Eric and Noah were extremely professional and kind. They worked their way around our house to figure out where the clog was in the pipes. Eric explained everything in detail so we understood the process and the different steps they would be trying to get the pipe cleared. They ended up snaking a cable from the outside of our home through the pipe and that did it! All their hard work and time they spent here cost no more than the original price to have them come out and diagnose the issue. Hopefully we don't need to, but if we ever have a problem with plumbing again, we will definitely be calling Peterman! Thank you SO much Eric and Noah!!

Today a quote was received for close to 6000$ to replace less than 50ft of gas line on a basement (The home is on a slab) On top of feeling pressured into financing the project because of the amount. The second quote from another company included a brand new water heater and was still less. How do you sleep at night selling people things that are overpriced and inaccurate.

The guys who came were professional and didn’t pressure for any additional services. They discovered a second air filter that got stuck in the unit and had probably led to a few issues we had about a month ago with a capacitor going out and needing replaced. They did arrive later than we expected but we’re glad they came and would recommend the company to others.

Had a great experience with semiannual HVAC checkup, technician Max Denney wasn’t pushy with add-on services and gave thorough explanations for everything he was doing. Would recommend.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Chose Peterman to replace the old furnace and AC from the 1970s on the house we bought in April of 2021. Brand new, top of the line unit that cost us just shy of $22,000! The install took much longer than we were told, and the unit was freezing over and not working properly within a month of the install. From May of 2021 through January of 2022, the system broke and needed repairs literally once a month at least, sometimes more. Communication from them is always awful. The AC was never fixed before we needed to stop using it for the heat, and the heat didn’t work once switched over. The heat was “fixed” and worked kind of through the winter, but now is once again not working. It has been two weeks, and they still haven’t fixed it, even after telling us the problem is the exact same problem at last winter, and they messed up and only replaced one of the two parts that should’ve have been replaced back in October of 2021. They no-called, no-showed to an appointment this past Monday. I was told today that a manager would be getting with me and have heard nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of now, and hope they will finally take me seriously and do better. If I could go back in time, I’d give a better company my hard-earned 22 grand. STAY AWAY. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I had my furnace & AC system replaced by Peterman approximately 2 years ago. My home was no longer receiving cool air - so I called to have it inspected. The soonest availability they had was this Friday which isn't ideal and they also said they couldn't tell me if our system was covered under warranty until someone was here. We spent around $10k on this install originally. I had a local company come out and fix the issue immediately. He informed me that we were most likely put on the back burner by Peterman as this should have been covered under warranty since the system is only 2 years old but that they wouldn't make any money off of us due to the warranty. Either way - I will definitely be contacting the local business anytime I have HVAC related issues and am disappointed with Peterman.

Peterman offers a 'membership' in which you pay a monthly fee and get certain perks. This review is written because I told Peterman to cancel my membership in this 'club' and they never did. When I called to ask about this, I was transferred to a manager who asked me when I made the request. Amazingly, I did remember when: it was four months earlier. He said he would review the call and get back to me. He did. He said he listened to the tape and that I did, in fact, request cancelation. But since I never confirmed this in writing he could not refund my fees. Did he also need it notarized?Unrelatedly, one of their plumbers told my tenant that a clog was due to a feminine hygiene product being flushed down the toilet. Common enough. He then told the tenant not to flush used toilet paper down the toilet either! For God's sake, why would anyone, much less a plumber, recommend that? Maybe the tenant should save all the used toilet paper for Peterman to come pick up.

Jon was very punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with on having my HVAC inspected. Peterman Bros has also handled plumbing issues for us in the past. They are an excellent company and I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!

The heat at my house stopped working. I called for appointment with Peterman Heating & Cooling for service. They dispatched a tech, Tony, out to see what was going on. Tony, was very professional and friendly. He was very thorough, explaining what he was doing. When he found the problem, he explained it to me and what he would be doing to fix it. I am frustrated with Petermans. They do not give you a time window, then they call you and say they will be there in 15 minutes only to show up 45 minutes later. I had a leaking furnace after they serviced it. It took 3 visits for the tech to finally figure out it was something silly. I got an email, text and phone call wanting me to confirm my appointment 3 times...so irritating.

We had to get a pipe completely dug up and replaced, I'm really glad I contacted them because they were able to save us so much money while doing such a great and professional job. They kept me informed the entire time, what all the issues were. They were actually able to save all but 1 tile when they had to dig up my porch. The guys were great, would absolutely recommend.

This company said they could work with my schedule. They couldn’t finish the repair before I had to go to work because they had to pick up the part. The repair man said he would pick up the part and come back the next day to install it on my day off. I have been waiting all morning for them to show up but no show. I called them to see when he was going to get here but was told that another repair man took my part and they can’t do it today. It is Saturday and my next day off is Thursday so I have to go with out heat for the next 4 days because of their mistake this was very unprofessional and would not recommend them.

We had to have our water heater repaired. Josh was very professional and personable. Even great with my wild kids who took an interest in him. My son was his sidekick throughout. Even the dogs loved him!I also asked him about a rocking toilet and we added that onto the repairs. Josh was very thorough and knowledgeable with his work. For a very small repair, the electrician spent only 15 minutes to fix, they charged me $249. Too much money. I would not go back to them again.

I called several electricians in town, and only Peterman could send somebody out anytime soon. Corey Riemann came out in two days. He was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected all the outlets in the house, fixed some wiring problems, checked the lines in the attic, and did a detailed diagnostic. He also recommended a membership program that lowered the price for the service substantially. I was very satisfied with the service. Corey is the best electrician I have used. Peterman is not only the fastest but also the best.

Payton Tarr was very knowlegdable and explained thing in depth and Giving us advise on what needs to be done and how to make our furnace last.

First off I will say my tech was very nice professional and very respectful and got the job done he did a good job have no complaints with him. But I did have a problem with once he got her it was 83 dollars but the company had him come from bloomington which is far from where I live to unclog my kitchen sink but there was an after business hour fee which I had no problem paying because he drove all that way to fix an easy fix I probably could have done myself , but that was sprung on me before he got started it was total $208 to unclog a sink with my sink snake. They should make that clear on website that they make house calls after hours and show prices for that. But other than that he was awesome .

Max Denney did a great job with our HVAC inspection that is included with our membership. He was very professional and polite. He was very thorough and explained everything that he completed during the inspection. The membership program with Peterman is definitely worth the value. Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast with Blake! Blake is an awesome plumber, very knowledgeable, let's us watch what he is doing and explains very well. We had a leaky toilet, called Peterman Brothers and our first time requesting Blake, who had helped us before when our garden tub was an issue. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, gave us several options, his work was done in a very timely manner. A very likeable guy. Highly recommended.

We have used Peterman Services before and had a positive experience which is why we called them back. Did not even bother to call anyone else. Aaron, our tech was professional, kind, polite and had EXTRAORDINARY customer service. What a great ambassador of Peterman. He repaired out furnace and offered an affordable maintenance plan for our older furnace. We will absolutely recommend Aaron and Peterman and look forward to our Spring appointment.

Eric and Ted came to help us with a drain clog in our main line, when neither of our toilets would work. This was obviously distressing for us, but they talked us through each step of the process, explained what they were doing, why, and all of our options. It was the end of a long day for them and after the drain wouldn’t clear they kept trying different methods and tools, and kept working at it until it was fixed. After, they scheduled a drain specialist to come the next day (included in price of drain unclogging) and determine better the cause of the clog. They also gave me an estimate of what it would be to fix the poor piping job done by the home’s previous owners, and talked me through all of my options to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and they were both friendly, informative, and had a positive attitude that helped put us at ease during a stressful situation. I plan to use them again for future situations, and will recommend to others.

I've used Peterman Brothers several times over the past few months after learning I didn't have central heating! All the technicians who came were friendly and knowledgeable, but Cody (HVAC) and Eli (electrical) were especially helpful in explaining what the issues were, how things worked, and what options I had for fixing everything. They made sure I understood before going ahead with any work and charging anything. Really reasonable prices and I've never been disappointed! The membership option is also worth it.

It was my first time using Peterman Brothers but they came highly recommended. They came on time and were professional but personable. Having second thoughts looking for a second opinion!!! Had plumbers out to unclog drains and they had to come back the very next day. Had a heating and cooling guy out for separate issue which unfortunately occurred at the same time as my plumbing issue. I had to schedule heating and cooling tech to come back out because he did not resolve the issue.I believe Peterman Brothers trains there techs to be salesman and not servicemen. Decided to go ahead and cancel having the heating and cooling tech back out. Going to look elsewhere for more service experience versus sales!!!!Don't just read reviews on this company from their page make sure you check out reviews with the Better Business Bureau!!!You can see it in their eyes, they are trained to repeat the same sales pitch.

I’ve been using Peterman’s since my first home repair in 2014 and I keep coming back. They provide quality service, stand by their work and are very quick to respond and schedule. I’m a single mother also caring for an elderly parent and don’t have many handy resources available to help me out in with home repairs, so it’s important to have someone to call, even for a clogged drain. Couldn't be happier with our system and the service that we have received. Equipment: A+, Installation:A+, payment plan A+, Service and professionalism of the techs:A++. Scheduling D. There is an assumption that we are going to wait around all day for the techs to show. They won't give you a time frame of when the tech may show. Their line is just, flex scheduling. I understand that some jobs will take longer than other based on what is found. I was called three times to confirm my schedule. Each time I told them there was an hour and a half time frame I would not b at the house. The first two times, I was assured that they had blocked that time out so the dispatcher could make sure to avoid that time but make sure I was seen. The third call was from the dispatcher who had no idea about the blocked out time and had to reschedule me.....2 months in future because of how booked they are. Really frustrated with the lack of communication.

My 81 year old father had signed up for a plan for yearly maintenance on the HVAC system. In December, the house was sold. He has been diagnosed with dementia and as his daughter have taken over helping with their bills. My dad had a recurring charge on his credit card for Peterman. When I would call them I would be told there team was busy and that I would need to email. I sent the email and asked for a refund for 8 months of fees. The responded and told me they had cancelled the membership and but would not refund the fees. Again I called the office and would be told that no one was available. After making multiple calls and telling them my father has dementia they still refuse to refund fees for services they could never have provided because the property was no longer owned.

I had Peterman Brothers come out to look at my water softener that wasn’t working. I was quoted a new one and was able to have them come back the same to day to install it. Michael and Norman did an awesome job! They hauled away my old one as put in the new one. They were very professional and very friendly.

Grant was very professional and friendly and repaired our drain completely.

My shower needed the fixtures as well as the plumbing behind the wall replaced. David Takata and Joshua Brooks answered the service call and they were great!!! Both young men were smart, knowledgeable and professional. They are very good at explaining what needs to be accomplished and what the options are and leaving the decision up to me without any pressure. They answered questions quickly and proficiently. One young man had only been working for this company for a week and couldn't stop raving about how good a company it is to work for and how good they have been to him. Both men are competent, hard working, and knowledge and go about and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend both David and Joshua and Peterman!

Josiah was informative and polite, he answered all my questions and he checked everything out thoroughly.

I hired Peterman to replace 3 toilets and investigate an unknown water pressure issue. They discovered that my water softener was not functioning, passing hard water into my home plumbing from the city line, and that the water softener was the culprit of the pressure issues. They replaced it on the same day of service, along with all 3 toilets. They showed me an itemized cost breakdown about 10 times along the way since I wasn't expecting to have such an expensive repair day. They were very understanding of any and all questions. And they also were very respectful of our home -- they wore shoe protection while inside, replacing it if they ever went back outside, and also happily obliged to my mask requests while my pregnant wife is at home. I will definitely choose Peterman again.

These guys are amazing. Very professional, trustworthy and friendly. Our AC went out and they worked 4+ hours in 90+ degree heat installing a new one. The whole thing, from quote to install, happened fairly quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Dan was amazing! He was super thorough, took his time, and answered all my questions! He also went above and beyond and cleaned out my AC unit and addressed my concerns with our mini-splits.

I had a clogged drain. Peterman bros showed up when they said they and fixed it quick. I will definitely use them in the future.

I think they got it fixed it hasn't been warm enough to test it. We signed up for the yearly maintenance it hasn't been done yet. I was told it would be done after all was fixed. Now I'm told it won't be done till November. I signed up because it needed to be done now. You would think we paid for it it should be done now to get our rotation started. I've tried to be nice about it.

Darren did an excellent job with my HVAC maintenance checkup today. He was very friendly, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Great service and affordable pricing! Just had a quick plumbing inspection and water heater flush by signing up for their year long service agreement. The agreement is a good value coming from a reputable company. They were also able to answer my questions about future plumbing projects, which I will use their services when the time comes. Joe Barnhart and his trainee were excellent (sorry I forgot his name!).Update: Patrick Vance is our go-to technician at Peterman for our HVAC needs. He is thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He has been by far the best technician we have ever worked with. As long as he is at Peterman, we will continue to use their services!

The a/c started to go out. Called Peterman and they promptly came out. Told me I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. The guys called the office and had O'Neil Taylor come out to go over my options. O'Neil was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the option for me. I am very pleased with the work and glad that O'Neil was there to assist me in this endeavor. Thank you all!

Peterman Brothers do not treat their customers well. After having Peterman install a brand new AC Bryant around 2 years ago (under 10 year warranty), when the unit failed at the beginning of summer they gave an almost 2 month wait before being able to service. After repeatedly calling, I got that timeframe down to 2 weeks. Additionally I asked for a manager and/or technician to call me to discuss. No one ever bothered to call for the whole 2 week time period.I hired another company, who were there in 2 hours. The were shocked at the way we were being treated by Peterman Brothers. The other company's tech added, When we install a unit, that customer's issue is treated with priority until resolved.Maybe Peterman could adopt some of these business practices. At least, attempt to call your customers back.

Our AC went out Thursday morning and Peterman’s was able to make it out on Friday. The technician, Sean, knew what was wrong right away and even showed me the issue which I appreciated so that I have knowledge for the future. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Peterman’s!

We use Peterman Brothers for our HVAC maintenance- while I’m not a fan of their new scheduling system, their technicians are great! Max Denney was out today and was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

Waited 2 weeks to have an appointment. Was quoted $1,500 to connect soffit lights already installed. Paid the $89 service fee. Spend less money on your commercials and actually offer a decent quote for simple work.
