Dan came out yesterday and did a consultation and diagnosed the problem right away. I ordered the part under warranty and and he was here today fixing the pilot and valve on our gas water heater. He did quick professional work and everything works as expected. If you want quick, hassle free, and fair priced service this is the way to go! Thanks Dan!

I've worked in Trade and Crafts most of my life and the work Kevin did was professional grade. The Quality was a work of art. I've raised my family with them knowing that the job isn't done until you clean up mess. It took Kevin and a three ton jack to put my old water softener in his truck. I couldn't be more impressed

Had a new central air unit installed. Improved our flow and made unit more efficient. Very professional work and tech explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. He also shared the best place to purchase furnace filters. They are A+ in my book!

My furnace stopped working at 1am, submitted a claim at 1:30am, and Chad was out at my house by 10:30am the same day. He was very communicative, upfront with pricing, and how I can be proactive with any future repairs! Chad was also very respectful, professional, quick, and clean! Would definitely recommend these guys!

I've used them now three times on two properties and have been very pleased.

They answer the phone. They provide a precise two hour window they will be there. They always have quick availability. They always call at least 30 minute in advance of being there. Their people are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The billing is very reasonable. They do not try to upsale or mislead me.

In other words, they are the complete opposite and superior to peterman brothers who I quit using last year.

They were GREAT! Very informative, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing step-by-step, and were patient with my lack of knowledge. They clearly explained all charges, and parts. Once the work was completed, you could not tell they were there! Absolutely would recommend any time!

I called at 8:30am. The receptionist said they would be able to come between 1 and 5 the same day! She called back about a hour later and said there was a cancellation and I would be moved forward. The plumber, Travis, was very knowledgeable and found the leak quickly. He was able to find the leak, replace faulty part, and clean up in less than a hour and half. Reasonably priced.

I am incredibly pleased with the service provided by Plumbing Doctors. We had a leak in the wall behind our water heater in a hard-to-reach spot. I called three other local plumbing companies for help, and was told it would be 1-3 days before they could send someone out.
I found an ad for Plumbing Doctors, and they sent a plumber out within the hour. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Pricing was upfront, no surprises, and reasonable. This was the Friday night after Thanksgiving, and Travis worked past 10:30 to fix the leak.
I can see why this company has a five star rating. They are fantastic. Look no further than Plumbing Doctors. Travis took good care of us, has a great work ethic, and fixed the problem with professionalism.
Update: we had Travis out today to replace some corroded spigots in our laundry area. Again, excellent work, explained everything thoroughly. This young man is the best!

Communication and customer service is great! Chad was my technician. My air unit was filthy! My air vent in my heating unit was nasty. Chad made sure to take before and after pics to show me. I felt that he cared to provide excellent service. Made sure all my questions were answered and gave me some tips when buying air filters in the future. Thanks Chad and thanks Plumbing Doctors!

Our fridge was leaking water from the wall. They were able to come out and tell me exactly what was needed. I also asked if they would be able to replace a toilet for me that I had already purchased. All of the services I needed were done same day. The technician that came to my house worked so quickly and was clean and polite. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Our water heater went out and they had a new one installed the day after we called. Travis was super friendly and explained everything. Very professional and did a great clean up job as well.

This company has AMAZING customer service!! The sweet receptionist worked hard to get us a last minute appointment, to make sure our leak didn't get worse over the holiday! We lost our heating on the coldest night of the winter in December! We woke up on Friday morning 12/23 to minus 10 temperatures and no heat in the house! We called several companies and this company was the one who was able to respond that afternoon. Chad managed to get our furnace restarted but he believed it was running on borrowed time at 20 years old. It failed again the next day. On Christmas eve Chad made another call and brought numerous electric space heaters for us to use until we could get the furnace replaced on Wednesday of the following week. Both Chad and his assistant were very professional, friendly and considerate. Considering how busy they were due to the extreme whether and the timing of the holiday, this company went above and beyond to help us out! Looking at the whole experience including the cost, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Kevin was the service tech on site. He did a great job! Kevin was professional, courteous, and personable. He was very conscious and thorough in diagnosing the potential issues, explaining what they were, and presenting the solutions and associated costs.

These gentlemen were very polite and honest with what needed to be done to fix my leaks. Other company wanted to tell me they couldn't do anything unless they replumbed the whole area. They did give me a quote on replumbing to use for a future time. I'm so thankful I have hot water again after two wks without.

Dan did amazing work on our house!!!! We had all new water lines and all new drain lines installed and some of our pipping was original to the house that was built in 1956. We needed this job done in a hurry as we had our crawl spaces encapsulated which is how we noticed some of our lines were leaking. He came out the next day and then Dan and his crew started to work in two days. They got the whole job done in a day and it’s very nice, detailed work. Before we even accepted his offer he took the time to answer multiple calls about questions we had after his inspection. Amazing job over all. They were not the cheapest bid for the job we received but Dans knowledge is why we ended up going with him and we are glad we did as we wanted this job done correctly. His crew worked super hard in our crawl space for 8+ hours on a 90 degree day with no complaints. If I ever need any other plumbing done I would go with this company and ask for Dan!!!!

It was very easy to get an appointment. Dan arrived on time and repaired the broken pipe in my yard. He explained what had caused the issue and showed me pictures of the original issue and the repair. I will definitely use Plumbing Doctors for any future plumbing issues!

Highly recommend Plumbing Doctors. They did not charge for an estimate of the job, but allowed me to say yes or no and then they stuck with the (very reasonable) price regardless of how long it was going to take. And it was a lengthy job due to old corroded bolts that needed to be sawed off, but Travis was thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. He was prompt and there was excellent communication before his arrival. Their primary location is in Anderson, so we think this is quite a find and will definitely call them again.
Update: Kevin came and installed a new toilet for us. He was quick and thorough and we were not charged for this service! (Just had to supply our own toilet.) We are pleased to now have no problems.

Woke up to a leaking garbage disposal. It was a slow one but had already created some damage. I also saw our other sinks seal was leaking. I Called Plumbing Doctors and we had someone at the house in 30 minutes. Dan was great to work with and did an awesome job. He was friendly and gave me a lot of great tips! The price was very fair! We will definitely use them again!!!

FAR too expensive!. I'm going to have to go back to DIY, or find a less expensive company. The service personnel, Travis and Kyle were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. The cost of first job they did for me was very reasonable. However, they certainly made up for that on the second call.

Today was a little different need with our heat in our home. As our temperature in our house dropped during a crazy winter storm, Chad was quick to respond to our HEATING HVAC needs!

I called this place on a Wednesday evening for a slight emergency. We shut the water off to replace a hose spigot and ended up with a broken pipe. Since we couldn’t turn the water back on until getting that fixed it turned into a bit of an emergency. They told me they’d be there between 10-12pm the next day. The plumber arrived before 11am and was done before noon. The entire process was seamless, very knowledgeable and professional and even reasonably priced in my opinion. I even learned new things in the process. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

My techs showed up on time (a couple minutes early actually, but they called ahead to ask if that was okay) and evaluated the job, gave me the pricing, explained payment options, and after my approval knocked out the job and were done before I knew it. Professional and friendly. No way I'll call anyone else next time I have a plumbing need.

Jared came promptly as promised. He was very professional wearing a mask and protective covering on his shoes. Everything looks very good as he replaced the garbage disposal and fixed a leak under the sink. I would have given this business 5 stars, but I have never run into a situation where I did not receive an itemized bill on the spot. Called the business and requested one and they called to let us know it would be sent out. It came today but it was not itemized. No idea what the sink repair cost or what the garbage disposal cost. Just one amount on the bill.

Called Plumbing Doctors in an emergency with, basically, a flood flowing from under my kitchen sink into my living room and through the floor into my basement. Dan fixed the problem quickly and only charged me the standard service fee.
A few days later someone pointed out to me a leak in my water heater. I didn’t hesitate to call Plumbing Doctors. They again sent Dan to my house who worked quickly and professionally to replace my old water heater.
I have tried several plumbing companies. I’ve finally found a company I intend to continue using as my “go to” plumbing company.

Arrived ahead of schedule... which was great for emergency service. Thoroughly assessed our issue and was knowledgable about solution. I called for service but none was available immediately & that’s what I needed. However, the girl said she would put me on a cancellation list. Well it wasn’t very long before I received a call from that very girl telling me a lady just canceled & they could be to my house in 40 minutes!! Well I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call.
Sure enough, within 40 minutes Jared arrived. He found the problem & quoted me a price before he started the work,. Jared was friendly & professional. He wore a mask & put on booties while in my house. I was having a radon test done on my house so I was not able to have any door open longer than 60 seconds. Jared understood & made sure he did not have a door open longer than that.

I wanted to share a great experience that I had with Dan at Plumbing Drs. We had issues with getting our shower shipped in from the facility and rescheduled with these guys twice. After it did finally arrive, one piece was cracked and Dan had to return. He was so understanding. Dan did awesome work and was reasonably priced. Today we had him replace an outdoor faucet. Excellent work, very friendly, reasonably priced, and very prompt and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

We had our hot water heater go out on a Friday night. Plumbing Doctors answered an after hours call on Saturday and got me scheduled immediately to get it replaced. They were quick, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. Very pleased!

Dan came out and installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. Of all the companies we called for an estimate, they were the only ones able to give us a quote over the phone. The quote was extremely reasonably priced and we were able to schedule for someone to come out the next week. Dan arrived on time and was very nice. My 4 year old son was very interested in all he was doing and Dan was very nice and answered all his questions. He even gave my son a “job” of holding on to some pipes, which made his day. Kevin and Travis were very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our sump pump. They arrived on time ( actually early! ) and had the issue resolved within an hour at a very reasonable price. I will be using them again as my go-to plumbing service.

Water heater broke and I called on a Sunday afternoon and ACTUALLY SPOKE TO REAL PERSON! Dan came out at 10 am on Monday and was done by noon. Prompt, experienced, pleasant, tidy. A pleasure to deal with. I only wish all service providers were this attentive and efficient.

I thought I had a clog which I did but the problem was from tree roots getting in to my drain lines. Loved Travis the tech. Not happy with the pricing though. Didn’t have the faucet fixed just had a shutoff put in. Wasn’t quoted that you do not fix the faucet but only replace. Mine was in the absolute most accessible location it could be. Also the ad said free quotes. Mine was 71.00 service call no matter what. Was supposed to be called ahead. The tech didn’t have the correct phone numbers. I showed the one I sent in the message.

Basement sump pumps developed a leak in the piping. Dan repaired the outlet with no issues and prevented water from damaging the other fixtures in my basement. Office staff was friendly, service was prompt and flexible, and the price was fair and reasonable. They will be my go-to providers going forward.

Had to call because they didn't show up in the time-frame I was originally quoted. Was advised that they couldn't get here til after 8pm originaltime was between 1 and 5. I think they should have reached out to me knowing that they was that far behind. Rescheduled for the following day. They was done within 15 minutes for a service I have done every 6 months that usually takes hours. I asked if they could garenteed that it was done properly. Rep said no can't really determine if clog is gone. Cost $297. Should have went with company I usually use they only charge $100 and can ensure that it's done and honors clear drains for a week. Not happy at all with the service and feel like I got the run around just to get robbed. On another note, Brenda the phone rep is nice. Only pleasant part of the experience was her.

We have a great experience with plumbing doctors every time! They replaced our hot water heater and were able to discern why we were having to replace it more often than the typical lifespan. We corrected the problem and things have been working perfectly the last couple of years. They are reasonable with pricing and friendly. Highly recommend!

We called Plumbing Doctors to have them look at a couple of potential issues on our new house. When the technician arrived (which ended up being much earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise), he went through our potential problems, educating me during the process, and when all was said and done, he ended up disregarding the service fee! When Plumbing Doctors came they assessed my repairs and gave me an estimate that was excessive. I told them it was too high so they charged me 69.00 and left. That afternoon another plumber came .He did the repairs very efficiently and left me with a good warranty. Best thing was he saved me over 1000.00. I doubt I call you again.

Unlike some experiences I have had in the past with some businesses, when I needed to do follow up calling, I did not get a voice recording, I spoke directly to a person. This is a great testimony to customer care of the company, i think.

Called them first thing Monday morning with a leaking water heater. They were able to come that day and get us a new water heater installed. Did a great job and was able to arrive early for the repair.

Plumbing Doctors was professional, prompt and reasonably priced for our tank-less water heater/ water softener installation. Our water heater went out on a Tuesday afternoon and after calling several companies for quotes and suggestions, Plumbing Doctors had the quickest response time as well as the most competitive price. The arrived at 8:00am the next morning and assessed the situation. Once we were given a couple of different options, we decided to go the tank-less route. The technician, Dan, was very informative and customer service oriented. We are very happy with our experience, and would feel comfortable recommending them to our family and friends.

We had extensive tree roots in our plumbing so we dealt with many different plumbers before resolving our issue. Plumbing Doctors were the friendliest, most helpful gentlemen to deal with. Their prices decimated the competition. They were quick to give us a quote and were able to come back the next day to complete the repairs we needed. They showed up exactly on time and the level of work was phenomenal. I would recommend Plumbing Doctors over any other plumber.

We needed some plumbing relocated for a shower. Vince came out the next day, called ahead, showed up on time, understood what we were asking for, provided a quote, knocked out the work, and thoroughly explained what he did and why. It was a great experience and we’ll request Vince for our vanity installs.

My plumber, Dan, was running early and wanted to know if it was okay if he came. He was kind, polite, explained what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. Once the toilet was off he came and discussed an additional issue that contributed to the problem. Before he started I knew what the cost was and that since I was using my debit card there was a slight service charge. He left my bathroom just as he found it, clean and dry. I would definitely request him again should I need plumbing assistance.

Repaired shutoff valves and replaced hose bib. Kevin was honest, explained issues in detail, and checked water pressure to see if we needed a regulator. This is after a different company said we needed one without checking anything and trying to up sale “fixes” we didn’t need. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

They were excellent all the way around. I found them on HomeAdvisor when i had a leaking 2nd floor bathroom that was starting to come through the 1st floor ceiling. They came out the next morning, found the leak, stopped the leak and we set up a time for them to come out and repair the leaking faucet. Great and fast communication all the way through the process.....UPDATE- had to have them come back out this week to fix the faucet they replaced. It was a defect in the faucet handle that caused it to pull off- they came out the next day and had it repaired in about 30 minutes, all under their warrantee

Kevin Jr saved us. We was without water on a weekend no less and he came out and found the problem and him and another tech fixed the problem that day and made sure we was up and working before they left.
