We chose Efficient Systems for electrical work based on the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Our technician, Adam V, was courteous, listened carefully, did his work carefully and thoroughly, and got everything back up and running for us. He was also honest-- instead of just giving a quote for one of the repairs, he told us about another option that would be cheaper for us and said we could even install it ourselves if we wanted. I really appreciate that kind of honesty, and will definitely continue using Efficient Systems in the future.

We had a pretty hefty workload for the company including water heater replacement and electrical work. There were a few miscommunications during the process, but Sean and Efficient Systems worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we were needing. The quality of work performed even on certain parts of the job needing revision was top notch. The techs were always on time and professional people to work with. At the end of the job you can trust that Efficient systems will make sure you are taken care of.

Dustin arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our furnace and heating system. He was friendly and efficient (thus the name of the company). I would happily recommend Efficient Systems to all in the future. They have provided service for our HVAC needs for the past few years. We are pleased with their attention to detail and professionalism.

I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them.

In addition the office staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure that anything I need was promptly taken care of.

I bought a house in January and wanted to have the HVAC system checked out more thoroughly than what my inspector did before I turn the AC on this year. Ryan came out and checked everything. There was one measurement that was a little below spec, and Ryan gave me all the pertinent info. I appreciate the help and will be glad to have them back in the fall to do the regular checkup on the furnace side of things.

Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner. It was wonderful dealing with such excellent service people. They were kind, onsiderate, clean, and efficient. Thank you gentlemen.

Efficient Systems' service was subpar! I had their technician, Rob, at my home for a regular service checkup where he discovered a crack in my heat exchange. He took the time to show it to me on a snake camera and pointed out where the seam was compared to the actual crack. That same day their sales rep, Jon, was able to come out and speak with me about my replacement options. I selected my new furnace and their installers, Brian and Andrew, arrived the next morning to install. They were very respectful and accommodating while working in my home, which I appreciated. I can't say enough about the expert knowledge they all displayed, their all around professionalism, or the comfort I felt with placing this decision in their hands. You can tell just by speaking with them that they are passionate about what they do and care about their customers. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Efficient, professional and on time. In fact, they had a cancellation two days before my scheduled appt and and called me to see if they could come early.

The service tech, Mark, was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the scope of the work. I believe he did the most comprehensive review and heating tuneup I've every experienced.

I thought I had an outlet problem, but Adam V. found a much larger problem after checking my home's electrical system. I really appreciate Adam's knowledge and thoroughness when he repaired my home. Efficient Systems, Inc. is an excellent service provider. I recommend them to everyone.

Adam originally came to provide me with a quote and then both Bryant and Adam came back to do the work shortly thereafter. They were accommodating when something came up and I had reschedule last minute. They spent the majority of the day at my house working on a variety of projects. They were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company and these two gentlemen.

I had a new air conditioning unit installed on May 19,2020. The installation went smoothly and the 2 technicians I interacted with were professional and friendly. It will be very nice to have a fully functioning unit with summer coming. Efficient systems also schedules a follow up visit after the installation to make sure that everything is working properly. I think that is great. Recommend them.

Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees. Because of his prompt professional service, I was able to stay safe, care for my family & go to work (from home) myself w/ no issue. I am grateful. And will consider this service for other home needs. I look forward to being able to use their plumbing service next.

Efficient Systems Inc. were very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to have contracting in my home. Sean came out to give me a quote and was very thorough and helped me better understand my needs, concerns, and options to address. They took photos and sent me pdf's of every fixture and switch I had requested be worked on. They marked on the photo what was to be done to that fixture and switch. That was super helpful for me to understand what was being done. It also serves as a great foundation for the electricians reference. Scheduling was easy and pretty straightforward. The job was quoted fairly accurately in comparison to the end price. Adam (the electrician) came out first thing in the morning 15 minutes early. I showed him around and he wasted no time getting right to it. He was very professional and friendly. He finished the job quicker than I had anticipated, which was awesome. He had me check all the work to insure it was to my satisfaction. Adam, even took away all of the old fixtures and boxes. in the end, all of the new lights and switched work great. I really appreciate Sean and Adams hard work. I will definitely be calling Efficient Systems Inc. with my future electrical needs.

My AC was no longer cooling as it should be.. after running through some of the common things to look at I decided to make a call. I looked online and found good google reviews about Efficient Systems, and decided to go with them. I filled out the Request-A-Call form on their website at 7am and about five minutes later I received a call back. Talk about good first impressions! Technician Ryan was onsite by 9am. He was very friendly, professional, and most of all, very knowledgeable and willing to share what he was doing the whole way. After telling him what I had done, he looked it all over, hooked up some nifty gauges and meters and determined I most likely have a leak in my line somewhere. He discussed options and pricing with me, explained everything thoroughly and recharged the system to get me back to COOL within an hour. I also like that Efficient Systems is a green/paperless company with great communications and a secure website. Ryan and Efficient Systems are absolutely AWESOME! I will be a return customer..

Two years ago, the first and, until now, only review I ever wrote was to give Efficient Systems a glowing five-star testimonial. Since then, the head manager, Rob, has left. With his departure most of the talent left as well. I found this all out on my last, and I do mean last, maintenance visit. As part of the service plan I paid for, they come out once a year to service my water heater and HVAC unit. Although several upsetting things happened on this routine visit (the water heater flush forced me to go get my water tested because they implied my water softer might have broken , and they actually installed an outside light upside down. Swear to God. Upside down!), I think the following example illustrates best what kind of company they are now.

The air conditioner was working as intended when the very affable technician came over to service it. When he was done, the air conditioner just wouldn't stop. It got down to 54° inside before I had to turn it off all together. Hey, accidents happen. I wasn't worried. When they came back out to fix it, I was charged over $1,000. The new manager explained that equipment breaks. He maintained vehemently that it was pure coincidence that everthing was fine before their visit and a freezing arctic afterwards.

Two years ago I wrote, I use Efficient Systems because I don't know anything about plumbing or electrical work. I do know about customer service, and theirs is outstanding. In addition to their reasonable pricing, you won't find a company that cares more about keeping their customers happy. Sadly, those days are gone.

We had a breaker melt down on a Saturday and they were able to get a technician (Adam) out to get us back up and running with heat/lights on Sunday morning. After investigating the depth of the damage we scheduled a panel upgrade that Adam also completed. Overall, very satisfied with pricing, work completed and cleanup after the job. We are thrilled to have the knowledge that we have a safe panel for years to come.

They all did a great job. John (sales), Adam and Brian (HVAC replacement), and Mitchell (water softener install) were courteous and professional, and so far everything is working well.
Edit: Chuck did seasonal maintenance on the furnace. Also great! It’s been a very positive experience dealing with this company.

The company technician Adam called a half hour before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. He appeared to know what he was doing and looked to do a great of A/C tune-up and a Water Heater Flush.
He was knowledgeable of the job and went through the paperwork with me to make sure I understood it. He was neat and I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing Heating/AC service.

Chuck was very professional and very insightful on how to maintain our heating and cooling system. I have allergies and he gave me some info on a system that attaches to our furnace and blows out clean air through all the vents in our house and also takes smelly odors out. Very happy with this company Reliable and very fair priced. When you own a home, it pays to have them come out 2 times a year to maintain and check your units. 5 STARS!

The Efficient Systems tech came to my home twice; the first time to fix a sticking toilet handle/flushing mechanism, and the second to do a couple of minor bathroom repairs that I don't have the tools to do. Both times he was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick to solve the issues. During the first visit he did a complete audit of my plumbing. I felt comfortable after the first visit that the company is fair and professional which is why I called them back for the minor repairs. I think their pricing is very reasonable. I will use them in the future for plumbing issues.

I had one gentleman who came to give me my quote, and then he and another employee came to do the work for me. I was so happy from beginning to end! The explanation that he gave me for all of the work being done was thorough, and presented in a way that was clear to me. They came back to do the work in a very specific time window that I requested and worked quickly until it was complete. They came upon a separate issue while working, and took care of that after asking me if it was ok. I was highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism shown by these two individuals. I would definitely use them again!

Bryant was great! He was very nice and did an amazing job. He explained everything to me and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. He's a great guy and will definitely recommend him to others.

Adam arrived early and was patiently waiting for me. He quickly diagnosed a sneaky plumbing problem which had plagued previous companies/ plumbers. It turned out to be a simple fix. Whew! Time will tell if there was something more major going on. But I will call Efficient Systems again regardless.

Mitchell is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His 18 years of experience working with furnaces showed regarding his recommendations to ensure the safe operation of our furnace. His response time was immediate and he provided pictures. I trust his recommendation and would employ him again.
I also worked with Kevin on light installs and a new showerhead! He helped me find the right showerhead as the one I bought did not work. He showed me exactly all the work he was going to do with the lights and he installed them to perfection. He even shot me pics of his work! Efficient Systems is awesome, and John the Manager and I believe Brittany that help coordinate, are friendly, professional, helpful and are the epitomy of customer service. They will get my new furnace business come Fall.

TL;DR Great value, providing relatively affordable access to superior solutions; courteous and knowledgeable technicians; peace of mind.

I recently noticed that my conventional gas water heater was leaking. The previous owner told me it was eight years old, and I confirmed it was the tank itself, so I needed a replacement. Since I had some time, I got a couple of quotes. Full disclosure, I have an annual maintenance contract with Efficient Systems; I like knowing I can rely on them. Nevertheless, it is always a good idea to get more than one quote. I contacted a competitor whose number was waaay more for the exact same services and products.

So I felt really good about going with Efficient Systems pricewise. I had gotten quotes from both parties for a straight replacement and a tankless option. Given the advantages and the fact that the total cost for the tankless wasn't crazy expensive, I opted for the tankless.

This was a very involved installation, but the technicians handled it was aplomb. They were very communicative with our household and each other. The end result is a super clean, space saving, and efficient solution. It just screams professionalism. The unit is performing really well, and I have to say I never thought I'd be delighted by a water heater.

So, yeah, I have zero regrets, and let me tell you that is a rare thing these days. I have had, I think, six or seven people from Efficient Systems at my house, and to a man they've been consummate professionals. If you have tried hiring skilled and semi-skilled people in the last few years, I think you will appreciate what I am saying.

I have never had a more positive experience with any professional working on my home. Joshua and Sean were consummate professionals, and I feel confident in recommending Efficient Systems to anyone. My needs were very particular, and together they designed and executed a great solution at a fair price.

Have an old house, portions of which go back to 1938 or earlier. Had a couple electrical problems with switches and possible shorts. Ryan came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. When I accepted it, he was back very soon and did solid, professional work. I'd recommend Efficient Systems and Ryan unreservedly!

My only complaint is that I can leave a review of only 5 stars! I left a message on Thursday night explaining that my central AC unit was failing to cool my house and would like to schedule an appointment for Friday. Friday morning I promptly received a call to schedule my appointment later that day.

Sure enough, I received a call just as promised prior to the technician stopping out. Once Dwight arrived, he thoroughly checked out my entire HVAC system to make sure the problem was properly identified.

Before I knew it, my system was back up & running. Dwight was polite, professional, courteous, and more importantly...he was very knowledgeable.

My experience was a very pleasant one! ...imagine that considering that I had my AC out and had a sweltering house! I never expected such a positive situation! I cannot recommend Efficient Systems (and Dwight in particular) highly enough!

They have reasonable prices and are trustworthy. They are certainly not the type of company to take advantage of customers. This is a company that wants to build up a loyal customer base by treating people fairly. And for me...it's worked! I will be calling them for all my HVAC services moving forward.

Mark C. was sent out today to perform a AC tune-up that was part of the service I purchased from Dwight's visit. It appears that Efficient Systems has the market cornered on professional and competent technicians! Mark was also very professional. He went through my system with a fine tooth comb...which honestly I did not expect...even from such a good company! It was only a few months back that Dwight had squared away my system and helped me through those sweltering months and things were still running fine. But Mark cam out and tuned my system and set it up exactly as I needed it making it so that there is a bit of a 'nip' in the air as well...just the way I wanted it!

It's weird to look forward to a visit from your HVAC service company...but I actually do. I am looking forward to Mark stopping out later this Fall to ensure my heat is dialed in right too! I only have two cards that I keep on my fridge...one for my plumber of choice (Estes) and one for my HVAC company! Efficient Systems has a loyal customer in me!

We called Efficient Systems to fix a problem in our house with some light switches and plugs. The appointment was to schedule an estimate on this problem
Unfortunately there was not a solution found and only estimate was that they needed about 4 hr.s (with their standard rate) to fix the problem.
Ryan was very friendly and seem very knowledgeable but unfortunately the was not a solution in plan.

I had a tree fall on my powerlines, it pulled the meter off the house, emailed them for a quote to fix (provided pics) they responded very quickly and quoted much lower than the others. They setup an appointment for the next day (Saturday) once work started, they were done in about 3 hours. They will now be my go to for any electrical issues. Adam was my service pro.

Adam upgraded our electrical service and installed two new breaker boxes last January. We requested a minor adjustment in May and Adam promptly came out to make it. The work was well done, neatly finished. High recommendation! D. Willems

Bret was helpful and super knowledgeable about our system, and he was polite and respectful of our interior spaces. I've used Efficient systems now for an entire year and their service and professionalism has been top-notch. Good people here.

We transitioned to Efficient Systems a year ago for servicing of our HVAC equipment and have been very pleased with the service - both from a preventative maintenance aspect and emergency response side.

The technicians take the time to explain what's happening and are up front and honest about their finding and recommendations.

Mitchell did a great job today at my house. I had multiple projects that had already been diagnosed on a previous visit few days prior. He was thorough and patient and spent time explaining everything he did so I would understand what was going on. Or at least try to! I appreciate his hard work.

Adam was on time, and fully equipped with professional knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AND HVAC. I didn’t have to call for three people! I signed up for maintenance annually on HVAC and know I’ll be in good care of smart, hard working, and honest people, which is very rare and valuable. Also, kind and sincerely helpful. My dog rarely takes right away to new people in the house and right away he knew Adam was a good person. Highly recommended.

Had these guys stop by to get a quote on updating electrical panel. Think the guys name was John. Quick write up on the spot... No running back to his vehicle to gather prices; had everything he needed to get stuff done. Price was very reasonable. I like these guys. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used Efficient Systems exclusively since we bought our house nearly six years ago because of their diversity of services, their great customer service and reliability. Mitchell helped us on our last job and was a great example of those atteibutes. I needed to have our thermostat relocated because it was originally installed in a terrible location that produced inaccurate readings. He completed that job in a shorter time than I was originally quoted, and when He was finished he asked about some crackling sounds coming from the water heater. Had I serviced it recently? It wasn’t just an up sell. It was waaaay overdue for service and I had been intending to do it. Mitchell told me he could do it right then and save me money because it wouldn’t have to be scheduled as a separate trip. And while he was at it, he pointed out an adjustment we could make to our dehumidifier, too. Great service that got e more than I’d originally asked for. I’ll always use this company with service like that.

Mark C arrived a bit early to assure on time install start time. He remained on site through the entire install cycle. Mark's efficiency was greatly increased with appropriately managing his broadly capable assistant, Jesus. Mark and Jesus removed the old malfunctioning systen and rebuilt (installed) the new system in one long day. They cleaned up after themselves. And most importantly, we had that precious cool air again. Thank you Mark and the entire team at Efficient Systems.

HOME OWNER BE WARE!!
We called this company out on Friday Jan. 31st to repair a broken furnace. Their resolve was to replace a motor or replace the furnace due to its age. We paid for the motor and was told this should resolve the problem until we can replace the furnace. The furnace went out again Feb 6th. Because they had fixed a problem last year for the furnace, I chose to get a second opinion. I was told in that review the actual problem was a leaking pipe that had leaked into the parts and that another part was also affected which Efficient System did not mention AT ALL. It was very apparent that this was the issue. There was rust everywhere. We trusted the Efficient System rep when he told us that the furnace was just old in fact his quote included the following note with NO mention of rust, water leak or the other faulty part which you could see just looking at it:

DRAFT INDUCER REPLACEMENT: Replace inducer assembly do to failure other issues may still exist after repair but unable to test until inducer is repaired

Efficient Systems NEVER mentioned any leaks or rust or that more than one part was affected. I called them back and requested that they remove the part and refund our money for a fix that did not solve the problem and would force us to spend an insanely unnecessary amount for several separate repairs. Rob and his assistant refused to provide a refund and argued that they fixed a part. Yeah a part that was not needed. Don't call this company. I'm filing with BBB.

Dwight was amazing. He was extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. He came to fix an electrical issue which then turned into an air conditioner/electrical problem. He went above and beyond by leaving to pick up a part and returning the same day (actually the same hour) to fix both problems. I would gladly call them again for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pretty much any problem.

This is my second time using Efficient Systems. They have a great team of people. Very friendly and punctual. Had Dwight out to service my AC and he was great. Would request him to come out again!

I called them to repair the AC for our carriage house rental apartment. They came that day (which was great!) and the initial agreement was $95 trip/diagnostic fee. He listened to my description and in about 2 minutes told me he needed to replace both the compressor and the fan motor. He then spent about 30 minutes explaining their annual maintenance fee I could purchase (almost $600/year for our full systems), taking pictures and sending those to his shop, talking to them on the phone from his van. He then returned and showed me on his tablet an initial quote of about $560 which included an itemized $75 fee for him to get the parts. I asked him if that included the service fee. He said, “parts, labor, everything.” I agreed. He clicked the accent button and the price jumped to ~$780. He explained the increase was because of the extended diagnostic time required, because he was here more than half an hour diagnosing the problem (even though that included a sales pitch for a maintenance agreement!) I asked why I was charged more after agreeing to a price, when he diagnosed the problem so quickly and spent most of his time in the van writing up the estimate and trying to sell a maintenance plan when he had been able to tell me in minutes which parts needed replacing. He said he doesn’t like the system either but that’s what they do. I said the price might be fair but it feels really shady to raise the price after I accept, right in front of my eyes. He called his manager then told me the best he can do is $600. He would not let me talk to any manager. I said ok, but it still feels shady to raise the price after an initial offer. He then clicked to accept that and the price went up to $698.46. He apologized, said it’s their system and he has no control over it. I went ahead and paid them that price. He did the repair. It didn’t work. He took it apart and said he’d crossed some wires. He attached them a different way and then it worked. He sprayed it down with my hose and said that was $130 service he was doing for free. It was a very odd way to price a job, and based on their increased fees I felt cheated, because they apparently charged me for time spent trying to sell a maintenance plan. They knew it was a hot day and I’d pay anything they asked. I don’t think Ryan cheated me, but I think their system is out of his control and not honest up front. If they wanted to charge almost $800 they should have just charged that up front. If my complex problem risked an extended diagnostic fee they should have told me that up front. I definitely don’t feel comfortable asking them to return for any other services.

Great company. I called to get a service call as my AC didn't work, of course on the first hot week of the year, they squeezed in a diagnostic call for the next day, basic 30 min appt. to figure out what was wrong and then were going to set up a service call when their busy schedule allowed. The Technician was polite and punctual and actually for the AC fixed in that 30 minute diagnostic call. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Adam came today and installed 2 new light fixtures. The cost was quite reasonable. I usually change my own light fixtures but we had a super old fixture with a pull chain over our bathroom vanity. Adam said it would be about $300 to get in the attic and run a wire for a new switch. I asked if he could just make the new light a pull chain instead and he was willing. He did a great job and did not harm the new fixture in any way. I couldn't be happier!

I had an excellent experience with Efficient Systems. Sean, Jeff, and Brian were all very kind, easy to work with, and worked quickly to get our furnace replaced. I really appreciate the great communication from everyone who was involved, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I will certainly use Efficient Systems in the future, and I recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs.

Water heater installed incorrectly and 2 other companies verified the job wasn't done to code. When confronted they refused to make the changes or respond to the Better Business Bureau. They also installed my heater and in less than 2 years it is already having issues. I just placed a service call, with a different company, because it isn't working properly. The furnace also was installed poorly and the filters get jammed and are difficult to remove and install. This company is the worst customer service I have dealt with and this is the first google review I've ever done because I read reviews and I wish I had read one like this before selecting them from Angie's List. I cancelled my Angie's List subscription because my experience with this company was so awful.

The reply that I declined any offer is inacurate. I have 2 company documents stating the improper installation and their quotes to correct it. You denied any responsibility. Angie's List also confirms you were unwilling to proceed and make things right. Angie's List recommended I submit to Better Business Bureau which I did and I have in writing that you declined to respond to them, as well. The furnace, which is less than 2 years old, has broken down and I am currently paying more to fix these faulty jobs than I paid for the water heater and furnace to begin with. The lack of customer service and overall treatment of your customers was enough for me to write my first Google review in hopes that other people won't pay $ down the road to correct bad installations or receive poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service! Outstanding workmanship! Ourstanding follow up! Can not say enough positive things about John New and the Efficient Systems Team came through like champs during a stressful holiday season. John and the ES Crew were immediately on top correcting a broken furnace which led to frozen pipes and faulty water lines soaking our downstairs. Our unit wasn’t working correctly. We had called several companies trying to find someone to come out the same day but had no luck. Finally called Efficient System. Not only did they come out on the same day but they came much earlier than we expected. The service technician was EXTREMELY patient and understanding as we had a family emergency during the same time frame our air went out. He waited at the door until my niece arrived to let him. He didn’t complain or get upset. Thank you Mark!!!!

Everything you would expect out of a real professional, Mark C. of Efficient Systems, Inc was it. And he is quite a jovial fellow at that. I am very satisfied with his work today, and more to follow. I totally trust him to do a fine job replacing my 34 year old bathroom fan next.

Our furnace was having multiple problems and it took Efficient Systems several times coming out and they also had to get the factory representative involved to finally solve the problems. They only charged me for part of the repairs and the biggest part they got covered by factory warranty. The owner of Efficient Systems also came out to be sure the job was completed right. I would highly recommend them for service. They stayed with the problem until it was resolved and made sure that we had heat.

Had water heater gas valve replaced,still under warranty, and two furnaces tuned up.Adam found both in good shape for now.He showed a few parts that were on low end of efficiency and should be replaced in near future at my convenience. Was kept informed of everything during the job.

Josh and Adam (in training) came to service furnace for winter checkup. They serviced and found a problem. Josh back in 2 days with new part. Josh was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend both Josh and Efficient Systems.

Ryan was here very quickly. He was polite when entering my house with his boot covers and was good with my dog. He inspected my home and found the issue in a timely manner and even educated me on how I could remedy the problem myself. I will use them in the future.

5 stars go to Adam. Great professional. I do have pause in paying $8-9000 for a HVAC system and then be charged $70 for a failing under warranty part that takes 2 mins to replace. I'm of the opinion if something is under warrenty that all cost associated with making the unit whole needs to be absorbed by manufacturer or manufacturer's representative. I already pay $175 plus a year for a person to come 2 times a year to charge even more to repair anything they my find. But then again, times have change haven't they.

They do quality work, but found the sales rep manipulative. I asked multiple times for them to remove our old furnace after replacing it and they never showed up at the scheduled time. They also quoted us for an unnecessary amount of work on the last two quotes we got.

Ps. I did the receive a phone call before buisness hours ? (over a year ago) and called back when I was awake with no one answering my call. I feel the issue is clearly mentioned above, and would still be an easy completion of the job by removing the 300+ lb. old furnace

My circuit to the barn suddenly tripped the breaker. They came out (actually earlier than expected) and tested the underground cable finding it OK. So Sean checked the switch and outlet boxes in the barn and found the short. He replaced one of the back boxes and rewired the incoming circuit to correct the problem. Everything works great now. Sean was very friendly and professional, and I would certainly do business with them again.

They showed up in less than an hour from being called. Adam had me fixed in less then 15 minutes. He did his tests & said what was needed. I was expecting to need a whole new system but only needed one affordable part.

I never like to give a negative review. We needed some electrical work done, just a couple of outdoor outlets. The price was 2x and almost 3x higher than my other quote. Additionally, with COVID-19 I'd expect a bit more sensitivity to social distancing and masks, the technician didn't offer to wear a mask, didn't seem to be interested in it, and wasn't veery aware of the 6 foot distance. He didn't seem to be to interested in the work so its not surprising of the the huge quote and the lack of enthusiasm. Really to bad.

Skilled Nest Thermostat technician. Recently had complete heat pump and air handling unit installed. I have a Nest thermostat and each technician I have seen is knowledgeable about it and were able to explain things to me.

This was a fantastic experience! The rep came out and talked with me about the problem. He was clean, well mannered and very polite. He didn't try to force me in to anything.infact he made a suggestion that I get IPL out to check the wires and connectors from the pole to the meter. He said that might be the problem and it was. IPL put on 2 new connections tors and now I have air conditioning again. I can't say enough good things about this company.

First let me say this, on New Year’s Eve during the wind storm we had a disaster in our backyard when a tree fell and pulled our powerline halfway out, half of the power was still on until morning when Indianapolis power and light finally made it out with what we thought was a re-connection of all power, but that was not the case, IPL had to shut everything down due to the possibility of a short which may have caused an electrical fire, at this point we were desperate to have our weatherhead repaired because it was completely destroyed, being that it was on New Year’s day no one out of the five people that I called would come out except for “Efficient Systems”!!
Adam of Efficient Systems was the first one on the scene and conducted his survey and gave us the estimate, because of the severe distruction of the weatherhead and circuit breaker box and with Christmas just passing we were not able to pay out of pocket.. Efficient Systems worked with us and gave us the ability to make payments on a payment plan!!
Adam was then accompanied by his team leader Sean, these guys are consummate professionals in every way!! They worked feverishly until the job was completed, the power was back on before the end of the night!! Keep in mind that all of this was done on a holiday!! I cannot tell you how thankful we are!
It was a five-star experience!

In addition Adam very professionally tightened up three long time sagging flexible 6 ducts (unrelated to the recent install) that hung lower than the ceiling joists. Now that they have been raised a good 8 to 10 inches we will be able to install the drop ceiling we have been postponing.
