Wow, did I ever get a big bang for my buck!!!My two man professional team showed up on time and didn't leave until every duct and vent was thoroughly cleaned. I saw the amazing before and after photos as they went. They went over their estimated time because I had a bigger job than even I anticipated but they cheerfully worked on until the job was completed to my satisfaction and theirs. These young fellows were so polite, careful and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and answered every question. I was also very impressed with the way they appreciated and praised their own company because I have been a long time customer of Williams Comfort Air and I feel the same way. If you're seeing this, bosses, please give these guys a pat on the back and some extra words of congratulations for a job well done and expertly managed. I had two companies come out, both couldn’t get my plumbing unclogged. These guys came out and were able to do it with ease! They checked out the crawl space and sent a camera down to ensure none of the pipes had collapsed. All of this was included in their “$93 or it’s free” service, which is a great deal! These guys will 100% be my first call should anything go wrong in the future. Additionally the company sends out a text with photos of the servicemen prior to their arrival including their name and a bio! I had Randy and Seth, both of which were excellent.

Williams Comfort air was called out for AC not working. Was told we need to replace entire AC/Heating system for $20,000 with no option for repair. I called in and spoke to an employee who later said it could be repaired for $4,000. Got a second opinion for another company and they said all we needed was a $500 condenser fan motor which we did and now works perfectly. I will never call or recommend Williams Comfort air to anyone.

Prompt response and very professional! Within an hour of calling I was able to get a technician to my home, get approved for financing, and my system will be installed tomorrow! Daniel took the time to educate me on my current system and what would be best for my home replacement. Happy to support a local business!

Don came out to give us a quote on New Year’s Day after our furnace went out. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We made the phone call on New Year’s Eve and were shocked that someone could come out so quickly. After quoting, Don said someone could be out to install our new system in 2 days. We were very impressed and look forward to working with Williams Comfort Air!

Donny Brown provided an excellent quote and pointed out some things about my older system that the previous business quoted missed. My installer crew composed of Will, Daniel, and Josh showed up and installed my new system in a timely and professional manner. They were very attentive to any questions and made sure I was satisfied with my service.

Our heat pump went out sometime Thursday. Submitted a contact form Friday morning, and got an appointment for Friday afternoon for a technician to come take a look. Joe was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and honest. He gave his best recommendations for getting our current system fixed, but noted the age of the system (18 years, and used a refrigerant no longer produced). He worked with us to get a colleague out to quote a new system so we could do a price comparison, and provided recommendations in case we chose to get a new system, which is what we ultimately chose to do. Blaise came out to review our current system and quote us for a new one. He was also knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and honest. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We got a new heat pump put in 2 days later, by an efficient and nice 3-man team. We've had it for a week now and are glad we got a new system put in by a professional team.

Jon was a very pleasant tech that was very informative and explained everything so I could understand. He listened to my concerns and past experiences. He went the extra mile to take care of me as I have been along time Williams Comfort Air customer.Plumbing issue was resolved with an additional appointment to look to find the real problem as to why I keep getting clogged Plumbing.

First of all, I just want to say that my technician Devon Rodriguez was just excellent. The young man knew how to do his business, was personable as well as professional, and really and truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Seemingly what needed to be a simple thermostat wire fix was anything but. The job required getting under the 177-year-old house with crawl spaces in two different spots, and both were tight squeezes. One crawl space entry even required quite a bit of digging to access enough room to squeeze in, and Devon was Johnny-on-the-spot with helping to dig. Even when traditional solutions to the problem were unavailable, Devon was thinking outside the box to get the situation taken care of. Furthermore and most appreciated of all, Devon was upfront with me about future problems that may arise with my system, but he also offered some creative solutions to help think about how to tackle those problems in the future. Oftentimes, repair technicians and repair services can seem so formal and stand-offish (there to get the job done, straighforward black and white service, etc.) that the repair process can sometimes seem a little tense. With Williams Comfort Air and Devon, it almost seemed like working and talking with friends or family, while also being professional and courteous. I really appreciated that service most of all.Additionally, though, and most importantly, the air is back on in this heat wave, and I don't have to continue sleeping in the living room under the ceiling fans just to be well-rested for the next day. Indoor sleeping bag campouts lose their luster after about a day, so thank you for getting the job done and done well.

I purchased a new A/C system from Williams Comfort Air in June 2020. I was very satisfied with the install and knowing Williams would stand behind their work as they pitched their 12 year transferable warranty during the sales call. The A/C stopped working May 2023, I called Williams, they said the unit had no warranty coverage and I was charged $400 to replace a $15 capacitor. I literally looked up the part cost on Amazon while he was doing the paperwork. I gave 2 stars because I called at 4:30pm and the problem was fixed by 7:30pm so an excellent response time at least.

I had a clogged drain that was backing up to my tub. I was nervous that it was dirt and I had a bigger problem.! Jonathan and Zane Begley was professional and tag teamed educating me and answering all my questions.! I am happy I chose Mr Plumber and pleased with the service I received today. I would recommended this company.!

A technician was at my home in about an hour and a half quicker than I expected. He was courteous professional and knowledgeable he tested my toilet and gave me options to consider. I will definitely be using this company in the future .

Greg came out twice to help us with the furnace. He came in the middle of the night last night when gas was leaking and identified the issue. He remained extremely professional and kept his cool when I was getting very upset with the situation.He returned this morning with the parts and fixed the furnace. He worked efficiently and walked me through how he was addressing and fixing our systems.

Cory arrived on time, explained the seasonal service he would perform, and completed the work promptly. He briefed us on the recommendations and was thorough and professional.

Routine AC tune up, two technicians a trainer and trainee. Serious issue with leaving condensation drain disconnected. Minor issue of replacing brand new filter and using my own filters without asking. Another minor issue with leaving hose attachments by AC unit and not returned with hose.

Got a new furnace and AC unit new thermostat keeps saying system. Oolong issues thermostat set to cool but in the last 4 hrs the temp has increased 3.7 degrees. I get this once a week they come out say it’s another technician issue set another date etc. for my size of home is showing a much bigger unit then what was installed. I have said this every phone call and yet they keep delaying it and sending out someone else who doesn’t know. I showed them electric bill that has almost tripled from last year same month. They have all these commercials and billboards but I feel they don’t care about what they have done since they have already been paid!

Jacob was prompt, honest and communicated the issues well. He did not try to up sell at all which was much appreciated.

Micheal McCloskey was very professional and efficient. Nice young man with great manners and extremely knowledgeable. He did the maintenance on my furnace with ease and excellent communication of what he was doing. I believe Williams Comfort and Air did a great job when hiring this young man

Tldr: we had great people out.. They solved the problem.. They kept their appointment.. Showed up on time and seemed determined to help. They Jonathan and Jennifer Rock!After horrible experiences with other companies Mr Plumber was called to fix a main drain clog. Jonathan arrived with a a great attitude wanting to save the day. To get the larger machine into our basement he even took apart the machine to fit through the tight hallway. He cleaned out both of the clean out ports and got the water flowing again! My son was geeked saying I can flush the toilets again??? Jonathan seemed genuinely happy saving the week for us! He was friendly professional funny and enjoyed our involvement explaining what was going on. While he was out after hearing how we went days without water and missed appointments he called a supervisor (Jennifer) to run a camera. She was equally as awesome as Jonathan. They were out late and were intent on not leaving until the problem was solved and answers were found to prevent this from happening again. Jennifer was happy to have me watch the camera being ran down the drain explaining what we were seeing along the way.

Jonathan Roberts was my plumber. He went above and beyond to fix my nightmare of a problem (roots in my drain pipes, overflowing crawl space, etc. I could not have asked for a better plumber. He did not quit trying until he was sure I could use my showers that night. Then, he came the very next day to help further alleviate my plumbing issues permanently. Also, he loves dogs and is very friendly towards both dogs and people. He's the person I will call anytime I'm struggling with plumbing issues from now on.

My hose isn’t working so he wasn’t able to do my maintenance but i paid for future services and will be scheduling a new appointment when my hose is fixed

The technician augered our clogged toilet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and set us up with a membship for future jobs that we will need done. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future!

Great service. Technician arrived on time. The company sent a picture and bio ahead of time so I knew who to expect. The maintenance on my HVAC was very thorough. He pointed out several things my old service company missed or neglected to tell me. They also did a great job installing a new humidifier. I'm very glad I gave Williams a try. I'll definitely be using them for my regular maintenance from now on.

Called to ask 2 questions about my geothermal unit that they installed and was told a technician had to come out to the house to answer any questions at a cost of $98. I don’t have problems with anything but just some general questions about the unit. I told the customer service rep my questions and she twice asked her manager if the only option was to send a tech and he said it was the only way. The manager knows nothing about the unit and is not willing at all to help unless I am paying by the minute for some info. This company is overpriced and does not have the customer service you want after install. Use someone else. I will never use them again on any project.

John was sent by Jasrboes Plumbing Co. to check a clogged drain. It was working properly at the time, but he went outside and checked an outlet just to be sure everything was ok. He recommended a service agreement to help me with other problems with my plumbing.He was very professional and personable and it was a joy to work with him.

The installation was promptly scheduled for three days from now with quote accepted late Friday afternoon with install to begin first thing Monday morning. Since I’m currently without AC the quick turnaround is greatly appreciated. Williams Comfort Air quoted the best price, for Carrier product a great brand manufactured in Indiana, & by far the best warranty for parts & labor both! By far the best price, best of 5 quotes with a senior citizen discount, for a quality product by a highly rated business - almost 5 stars on the AES website. Their representative, Mike, was knowledgeable, efficient, & professional. I had to cancel my original appointment at the last minute which was no problem for Mike, he worked with me to reschedule the same day. Williams is highly rated with AES my electric company & elsewhere online. They are an established company that I’m confident will be around to stand behind their work in the future. I plan to post a follow up review when the installation is complete. So far I would definitely recommend.

I continued a service from previous home owner with Williams Comfort Air. Joe Ross was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained every step of the process, and suggested the best components for an efficient geothermal system. He was very professional and tidy. I signed up for another year of service maintenance, I and will be requesting Joe.

Edit: You are correct I had the wrong companySo I had my unit installed in 2020 all brand new right then from the jump I did not like the tech that came to my home Darnell he was rude and nasty and treated me like I was beneath him. I went ahead and allowed them to install because this is what the contractor I was dealing with wanted to use. Being a first time homebuyer I didn’t know what else to do. They put the wrong size filter in my unit I had to pry it out ?‍♀️ Fast forward to 4 days ago the AC is not working in my two year old unit I call the number on the thermostat low and behold Darnell answers the phone once again super rude and nasty. This person should not be in customer service at all. He says the unit and parts are covered not the service call of course that warranty is up. If you are in the market for new HVAC call someone else or at least don’t deal with the person I had. I’m am just going to call another company I don’t want him in my home at all

Bryant called to say he would be early, which was great. He was professional and clearly knew his stuff. I requested an inspection of a furnace, heat pump, and two ac units in a home we just moved into. He was able to inspect each quickly and schedule a duct cleaning for a dryer vent that was badly clogged. Great service and fair pricing. Very happy with this company.

Roger came out today to assess/evaluate problem with my humidifier on my hvac and do A/C routine maintenance. Roger found the problem was very knowlegeable and worked in a very efficient manner while also taking the time to make sure I understood everything. This is my 1st online review. My AC unit went out on the hottest day of the year. This was even more concerning as we had a family member who was recently released the hospital and high heat could impede their recovery. I called William comfort air at 7am to make an appt. Before noon, their technician Greg, had arrived and solved the issue. He was also able to make recommendations for filters and purifiers that would improve the air quality within the home. Greg’s professionalism, HVAC proficiency, and friendliness made what could have been a stressful situation, pain free. I am very pleased with their service.

Horrible customer service!! so your no longer allowed to purchase an already disgustingly over priced filter directly from the store they have worked it so not only are you paying almost $165 for the filter but they have to be delivered which means they charge for a service call another almost $100 this company had not one person offer one suggestion to help my friend in her situation (disabled vet) , the VA paid for the unit with a humidifier to help with some breathing problems that is why they way!! overcharge for the filter which we were willing and able to pay for at said price of $165 but no they sent a guy to tell us the unit needed work totalling $980 charged for the service call and didn't leave the filter bcuz he says they are now$212... Still no response from them in a wk thank God I was able to get a guy from the Church with his own company to fix it at a grand total of $25 for the part it's sad even though they were made aware of her situation and fixed income they offered no suggestions on how we could fix this so not to add to her suffering for the time we have left with her mind you I spoke to at least 5 people over the phone to explain how desperate we were with one lady telling me she suggests we go to a hardware store...or just pay the almost $300 and get it over with so I asked how she propose we get said money in which she responded well we are so behind you will have about 4 days or more to get the money, it's pitiful she was expected to suffocate for up to 4 days in what could be her last days. Shame on them.

The gentleman that came out to clean our dryer vent were professional and really easy to talk to. They covered everything to be done and did good work. While not the cheapest in town, they did not try to upsell which was very refreshing. Will use them again

Service was fine but they don't tell you everything on the phone. I was told certain things were covered in the service I requested and it's definitely not. BUT you can use the $99 towards that. Never would have had them come out if I knew that.

I was very happy with the service. I liked the way he went over everything with me when he was through. I like a company that doesn't try to sell me a new furnace just because mine is an older furnace, but in good condition. Williams Comfort Air understands that a new furnace is expensive. I will buy a new one when I have to, and probably from Williams Comfort Air.

This service tech John Wilbanks came out and did a good job, explain things I didn’t know about the heating system. I will be definitely using Williams Comfort Air/ Mr Plumber again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that I normally have a family friend that has comparable business. He suggested Mr. Plummer and I am glad I did. These guys are top notch at what they do. Professional, friendly and accommodating. The young gentleman Dayton Wells did the work was excellent and work completed in just a short time. With all the negativity in the world, when I see that someone does an outstanding job, they should be commended for people that they hire. My repair man Kyle Weaver did an amazing job, got my air conditioner up and running again in 95 degree heat I might add. he was here on time, wore a face mask and booties, for protection, was very thorough with what he was doing, gave me several options on what to look for and do next, with no pressure sales at all. Great job and you need more employees like him.

Called for a no heat issue-Chase was our tech-he arrive exactly at the promised time. He was personable, professional, and definitely knew his job. Our air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday evening. My wife called at 7:30 AM on Monday morning, and they were at our house before noon. Our blower motor had failed, and they were able to get a new motor and replace it by 1:30 PM that same day. The technician, Mirza, could not have been more professional and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism. We highly recommend Williams Comfort Air!

The technician was on time, courteous, and did a great job

Turns out the way my house is constructed I can't install a whole house humifier. But the technician took his time, checked out all the options, and even went up and through my attic to see if there was a way to run a line from water heater and furnace that way. He even told me that I might be able to find someone who would try to do that anyway but he wouldn't recommend it because of the strong chance that the line would freeze up in the winter. The two appliances are just too far apart. In summary he was right on time, called before he came, was masked and wore booties, looked everything over very carefully, and gave his honest professional opinion, even though it meant not getting business. I use this company for my heating and air conditioning and this visit from them is a perfect example of why I do.

Kyle located the corroded electronic connections immediately. replaced electric whip, cleaned the outside air unit, found that filter system was not previously installed correctly, recommended what future maintenance was needed. He was polite and finished the work as quickly as physically possible. Hopefully all of your service people are like Kyle.

Rob Reynolds tried to repair our heat pump. It is 14 years old. He tried replacing a module but there were other issues. There was a blockage in the coils. It would cost $3500 to repair. We decided to replace the system.

This company is a complete crook. I post this review in hopes of opening future customers eyes to how much this company rips you off. Examples they will charge you over $200 for a dual capacitor that costs anywhere between $5-20 and only takes 5 minutes to install. Second example they will charge you $55 and up for a furnace filter that will cost you a third of that, you can literally get a pack of filters from a hardware store or Amazon for the same price you are paying for one. And yes it takes maybe 2-3 minutes to replace. This company is nothing but crooks. Their main market or group of ppl they go for are the ppl in Carmel and Fishers if that tells you anything. They are only after your money and not your trust. They will recommend that you replace your entire system just to make the money off you. My father and I have been in this business for 20+ years and both our home systems are over 20yrs old. It's about taking care of your system. Good luck and don't fall for these crooks

DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL TO THESE PEOPLE. They will call 2 or 3 times a day. You think they would understand leaving one email and 1 voicemail is enough. Why leave multiple voicemails. IF NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK ITS SAFE TO ASSUME THEY DONT NEED YOUR SERVICES. Try a little common sense.

The Repairman, Tom, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Rob was cordial and professional. He did a good job of diagnosis and then repaired problem which was the cooling tubes in the furnace unit were covered with dirt.

Great experience, our unit stopped running and they came out within hours to get it back in service. It’s older, but they didn’t try to sell me anything new or unneeded. The technician had it fixed within 30 minutes and was out the door. The call center was excellent, too. He spent a few minutes with me on the phone to collect all of the details of what was going wrong. Had me turn off the unit so that damage didn’t occur before the technician arrived. Once the tech was here, he already knew the details and picked up where I left off on the phone. Really impressed with their flow.

I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the services I was provided. My AC went out and they were here and had it fixed within 48 hours. While repairing my AC unit, discovered a leak in my water heater (That would have flooded my basement) and had a plumber out within 30mins. The service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone who has been to my home has been so kind and professional. They have been above and beyond to meet our needs!

In the past they have been great, I got a new furnace and central air unit with some duct work added and it was all a great experience. That being said I got up this morning with no AC and was given a time to show and they have not showed up when 8 sch

I have been a client of Williams Comfort Air for over five years. They are always professional, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. They never disappoint me.

AC unit stopped blowing cool air overnight after A hot and humid day of storms, Williams Comfort Air was able to get me on the schedule the same day I called, were flexible on giving enough notice to get home from work and even sent a text with a photo and bio of my technician, Byron. He had it up and running within the hour and was very kind. Followed COVID protocols to the letter and explained all of the work he did. This is one of the rare times neighbors didn’t have someone they all use so I chose based on Google recommendations...I’m glad I did!

Our technician was wonderful. He was very honest and up front with everything and got out AC unit cleaned out. He found where we had a leak in the system causing the freon to leak. But we will have it checked again next year to see if we need to replace the whole system or if we can wait another year.

Travis perservered with finding the real cause of the AC problem with our Geothermal system & did a thorough maintenance of the system. He explained patiently how to keep the system from freezing up until the needed parts arrive. He was clear, friendly, and dedicated.

There was an extra fee for emergency service, but the technician came quickly. I felt he was honest in diagnosis and not pushy. Repair done and I'm satisfied with outcome.

Came home on a Sunday afternoon from visiting friends out of town to find our AC was not cooling. Called Williams Comfort Air and they had someone out to our house within two hours. Initially looked like really bad news - thought we might have to replace the AC as it was completely frozen over and initial thought was likely a refrigerant leak, but further investigation led our tech to provide some great advice. After letting the ice melt and restarting it started working again. Looks like it was just an airflow issue. Still need to keep an eye on it for a few days, but keeping our fingers crossed. We always appreciate the quality of work we get from Williams Comfort Air, and this time was no different.

Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, always our first choice

Our air conditioning stopped working on a hot summer day. I called Williams Comfort Air to get them to come out. There was no wY to work me in that day but the following day they said they would work me in though their schedule was completely full. I called in the early evening thinking it wasn’t going to happen but was told they were still coming. They did not arrive until 10:30PM. After a long exhausting day the technician was very kind and patient as if we were his first appointment of the day. And we were able to sleep that night without sweating.

The comps sent confirmation of my appointment and reminders afterwards. They also sent updates the day of along with a picture of the representative. The rep was very professional and answered my questions. In addition, I was given an appointment quickly after sending my request.

A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave. Understandably, I couldn’t get them in on the same day, but they came out the next day! They quickly identified the issue and had put A/C up and running!

This company gave me a third quote on replacing the air conditioner for my condo. They came in well under the other two quotes from two other companies. This comes with a good warranty as well.

The service man David. was irate that I called him back within two minutes of him calling and ewanted to schedule another time. Then when I got him to come anyway, he spent less than 30 min. to diagnose the problem and say that we needed a new compressor and a new heat pump ($3900). However, second opinion from Seth at CHAPMAN: COMPRESSOR RUNS JUST FINE. COOLING MY HOUSE AT THIS VERY MOMENT. Seth had to replace starter and capacitor...<$800 will two future maintenance apts in that total. WILLIAM obviously willing to replace before repair for their own convenience and profit. This is unethical and should be ( and probably is) illegal...Thank you Chapman. William's, happy to discuss refund only pre-paid maintenance with you...

I called for a quote on a new unit. The salesman was on time and pleasant, however he didn't explain a single detail of his quote. Gave me a price without telling me what it included or giving me any options.

We didn't need a new unit yet, but Joey was great at giving us numbers and helping us figure out what we will need. We'll definitely be going with Williams when we purchase a new system!
