Service 1 Plumbing is the best. They installed a new kitchen sink and replaced my shower fixtures. They're very flexible to work with. They are my only choice for plumbing work.

We have had a fantastic experience with Service 1 Plumbing every time we've called! They get back to you quickly, schedule you in quickly, and arrive promptly (usually a little early, actually!). They are polite, kind, professional, great at explaining what they are doing, and work SO quickly. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us no charge as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!

Mike at Service 1 Plumbing did a great job of replacing our broken water heater. He responded to my call quickly, made it happen same day and was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future!

Excellent! I can't say enough positive things about Michael and his team. They were kind, explained everything to me, service was quicker than expected and I'll sleep much easier knowing our main and back-up sump pump will be reliable for years to come. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

Mike with Service 1 Plumbing is the most honest non-salesy plumber I have met in a long time. I was having an issue with water in my basement. I had self diagnosed the problem as an issue with my sump pump. When I called and explained I had water in my basement the office fit me into the schedule that day (I was shocked!) When Mike arrived he was not only punctual he was professional in the way that he spoke with me, appeared and the cared enough to cover his boots (shocked again!) As he began to look into the problem he noticed that water in my basement wasn't coming from an issue with my sump pump but a busted outside spigot. I was shocked but thankful. I have had many plumbers out to my house over the years that would have just come in sold me a sump pump and never looked far enough to find the true cause. Although I know the pump replacement would have been a better sale for Mike that day, he took pride in his work and reputation and did the right thing for me, the customer. I appreciate that honesty and will continue to use Mike for anything in the future.

Mike was doing work for a neighbor, and I asked for a quote when he was done. Not only was it a fair estimate, he did the work right then. Professional, quick, and cleaned up very nicely! Thanks for the great job! I appreciate LOCALLY OWNED and INDEPENDENT companies over the expensive corporate plumbers.

Mike at Service1Plumbing is awesome! He came out to replace my old water heater with a new tankless one and water softener. I was really happy he was ON TIME, fast and efficient. I couldn't ask for better service or a nicer guy.

I called Service 1 after I had already called two other plumbers out to my house. The first plumber was useless, the second one was way over priced. But you know what they say, 3rd times a charm!! Service 1 came out to my house the same day. They easily diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes! They were professional and easy to talk to. Don't make the same mistake I did and call Service 1 first, you won't be disappointed!!

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) Mike called back within 10 minutes and came right out AFTER HOURS! Didn’t over complicate the situation and gave a super fair price. In and out in less than an hour and cleaned up when he was done. We have our plumber for all things moving forward.

Mike is very prompt with his response to service request. I had him to fix my water heater. Mike came within 30 minutes and he fixed it within an hour. Very pleased with the service and very reasonable pricing.

Mike has come out a few times now for a variety of projects. He's always prompt and responsive. I always feel like I'm getting quality work for a fair price.

Very high priced for the work he did .charged me 200.00 hundred dollars and it only took him 30 minutes to do the job very high priced for what he did. Would not recommend him to anyone for plumbing jobs.
