Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

The technician Dominic was awesome. Took time to listen to my issues, answered my numerous questions without attitude or rushing me. Cleaned area after job completed. The company kept jn contact with until the technician arrived. Great job, great company.

Responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to details. A great example of you get what you pay for. They will make sure the job is done correctly and ensuring all the little details are done as well. They also teach you about your system as well to ensure you know what to look for in the future.

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Awesome job. Can’t be any happier. Gave me options that saved me hundreds of dollars on refrigerant. Showed up on time, very professional crew. My husband and I worked with Kyle. He was great to work with. Arrived promptly, provided great service and answered about ten thousand of my questions with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. I called about fixture installation in our shower bathtub combo and sink. They came out the same day and had it done in a few hours. Great service! Very polite and personable with quality work. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted them and they were able to come out next day for an estimate. Kyle, the tech that came out, was very polite and knowledgeable. I got my estimate for gas line valves and he was able to complete the job same day. Very satisfied with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

Found my old water heater leaking onto the garage floor around 9am, they had a new one fully installed by the time I finished lunch. David and Jerel were very professional and efficient. Very much appreciated, highly recommend!

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Spoke with a WONDERFUL woman soft spoken I told her my dilemma, she replied Oh my goodness, we can have someone come out today! I said yes please! This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too!
