The prices are a little high, but you pay good money for a good service, right? I was put off by the salesperson not knowing anything about the systems they install. I asked for manufacturer and model and he had no clue. He did call somebody and ask, which I appreciated, but that should have been my first hint. When my house started smelling funny after a new furnace install ($15k for the 3-star system) I became worried.Once my carbon monoxide detectors were going off I decided to check the work, and to my surprise the installer didn't connect the exhaust. When we called the morning after the install (5 minutes after seeing the exhaust) the lady on the phone didn't seem to see the problem. She did schedule an appointment for the next day, and I didn't run my heat for the night. The mistake alone was hard to excuse, but is that customer service?I've paid this company approximately $20k in the past year for various services and have always been disappointed. They have lost my business, although with their prices I can't imagine they'll notice.I'm leaving 2 stars because the guy who came the next day was really nice.

We subscribe to Service Plus' semi annual inspection/cleaning on our furnace and AC unit. Our service technician, Mario, was very punctual for our appointment. He was very kind and helped to explain each part of the process he was checking, why, etc. I can tell he is proud of his work and enjoys getting to build rapport with his customers! He genuinely cares for his customers and wants to make sure they get the most longevity out of their units. He does recommend when a new unit is needed - making sure the client's safety is number one. We appreciated his help and enthusiasm with his work! Thank you for all you do!

I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. My whole heating and cooling system was replaced less than 24 hours after my initial call to them.If you need work done, give this place a shot!

Sam did an awesome job! We had a new furnace installed a couple months ago and yesterday when I got up for work, I smelled gas coming from the furnace. I immediately called for a tech to come out. It was at the end of his day and he still came out with a great attitude! Sam was able to determine where the leak was coming from and shut the gas off. He came back out today and fixed the issue for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. While here, he also addressed other questions I had with no complaints! I will be requesting him for any future repairs we may need. Great job Sam!!

Christopher did an amazing job installing my new Rheem AC unit. He was professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. No mess was left behind. Christopher explained my new thermostat to me and made sure I could program it properly. This young man is a real asset to his company and is welcome in my home any time.

My main line was clogged and Conner had no problem getting it cleared quickly. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. This happened on a Saturday and he was able to get here less than an hour after I called. It was inexpensive with no extra charge for a weekend hours, which I really appreciateThey sent Kendall the next day to offer further analysis as to what was causing my main drain issues. He went over and above to help work towards a long term resolution. He and the crew he brought the following day were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

If anyone sees this, I do NOT recommend this business at all. They messed up my kitchen sink in my hot water heater. And they won’t come out and fix it unless we pay them. Do NOT use this company and the management there is very very nasty. Beware. My hot water heater, bumps and pops in my sink in my kitchen slowly runs, and it was working before they came.

Trace came out to perform seasonal maintenance and did an outstanding job. He took the time to thoroughly clean the outside condenser unit which made a huge difference in the system operations. We will definitely ask SP to send him if we need any service calls this season. Service Plus has always been responsive to us anytime we have needed service.

Kendall did a water heater flush & check for us. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very nice guy too…very personable. He took care of everything for us and let us know he could help us with some issues we were having with our water softener as well. I’d, definitely, recommend Kendall and the Service Plus company again!

Blake was the most helpful of any of the estimators we’ve worked with. He also presented his company’s reputation with pride, and we’re grateful for his service to the country and to us.We went with another offer for furnace replacement today out of loyalty to the relationship we’ve had with that company while in this home, but we’ll look again to Blake and to Service Plus when our air conditioner takes its last breath.

The team did an awesome job on my install. Had a new furnace and AC put in and they were able to install right away. The install was really quick and they did a clean job. They left the house and surrounding area cleaner than it was when they got there and the price was very fair. We were lucky to get the house cool again before Mother’s Day.

My service man Kendall C. arrived on time and with a very positive and engaging attitude. He performed my job efficiently and made sure to clean when he was done. Also took the time to educate me about the process. I will definitely use their services again and I will definitely request Kendall. Great Job!!

Alan came the morning I called and fixed the problem and explained everything while he did the repair! Was nice and professional and pricing was reasonable! 10/10 recommend! I was so pleased and happy to have Trace help us with the heating problem. He was genuinely determined to troubleshoot the furnace and he determined the blower wasn't working. He suggested that the furnace may still be under warranty from another company and to check with them. We subscribe to their monthly subscription in order to get priority service. After they told me they had the capability to locate drain lines using camera and locate equipment they then refused to come out and would not provide an explanation as to why. I understand it’s their right to refuse service to anyone but we were in need, they said they could do it, I offered to pay for it, and I asked the manager to call but he refused to talk to me. I highly recommend you do not pay for the monthly subscription. The staff we have had our have been great, but the company is poorly managed.

Shane and his co- worker (I apologize for not getting his name) were professional, friendly and thorough when they installed my tankless water heater and 2 new toilets. Randy is the 3rd employee who joined them. He was also professional, hardworking and knowledgeable.I’m so impressed and pleased with Service Plus!

We took a years worth of maintenance checks and tune ups with a new installation of HVAC - furnace and compressor with all house humidifier - and learn more about how good our system is (and our homes maintenance and repair condition and needs) each time a tech comes through. This tech communicated excellently and took his time to do a good job. Happy with our service! 5 stars for Alan - furnace and humidifier maintenance tech. (4 stars for overall experience including installation and all other maintenance techs over the last two years.)

Had a guy from service plus tell me that my house didn’t need winterized because “it’s got a basement”. Fast forward two months when I get the water turned back on and I’ve got two busted pipes. I called to complain and fell on deaf ears. Also the guy doesn’t even work there anymore so they can’t ask him. I wasn’t treated very well by the plumbing manager either. I’d think that they would go out and fix this to keep a customer happy. It’s literally only a couple hours of work I need done by a licensed house plumber. Don’t listen to their techs. Go find a small time real plumber who knows what he’s talking about. Not some huge company that can’t keep track of their techs. My $.02

My heat pump was covered in ice so I requested a service call. The help from the office staff was professional and kind. They kept me informed about the status of when the service tech would be arriving. I was very pleased with all the help Allan provided. Not only did he fix my problem but, he also educated me about several aspects of my HVAC system. Allan was also very professional. He was knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was glad to hear they have a maintenance service program that will come check everything three times per year and make sure everything is running well! The service call charge and cost for the maintenance program were both very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!!

Jeremy serviced our HVAC system today. He was on time, very professional , and polite. He did a thorough job and explained things thoroughly . He also was very educational in explaining different things regarding our system. The whole crew is good from scheduling on across. Will definitely ask for Jeremy again in the future.

Service Plus is always the first place I call when an issue pops up. Super responsive and generally have someone out the same day. Our tech on the last Job, Tyler, was great. Good communication and got the job done quickly!

I'm a Service Plus maintenance customer and Mario came out on their bi-annual service call. He was fantastic - friendly, conscientious of even small messes (excess calcium from replaced humidifier pad - which he vacuumed up), and was a pleasure to work with.The system is still pretty new so there's not a lot going on with it yet, but Mario did notice a possible issue with the venting of our water heater that I wasn't aware of and which I'll need to keep an eye on.Happy customer.

Dave was excellent! He was very informative and helpful in letting us know what the issues were and what the next steps would be. He was transparent and friendly. I would recommend working with Dave for any plumbing needs.

Had to have a significant portion of my ductwork replaced. Chris and Eddie were out to my home for 2 days. They did an outstanding job. Professional and courteous the entire time. Respectful to my property. Would trust them with any other repairs to my home. I would recommend this company.

Have used Service Plus for several different services. All techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job explaining the service as well as potential future issues without pressure to buy/upgrade. Great to have one number to call to solve so many problems.

My yearly water heater flush and faucet and plumbing inspection. Tim Bennington was my service provider and he was great! He was quick and efficient and very personable. He even checked my outside faucets for me. I would highly recommend this company!

Tremendous experience all around. Was not near the expense I thought it might be. He diagnosed and set about resolving the problem within a few hours. I am delighted and relieved with his approach, patience ability to solve the issues he found, and ability to explain all to me. What a huge relief!!

We used Service Plus to install a new Furnace and HVAC unit ($17,500 or so). After it was initially installed, my husband and I woke up with horrible headaches and realized we had a gas leak in the basement. We tried calling SP several times over the weekend and they informed us that they couldn't send anyone out - that no one was on call. After about 12 hours, we called the firestation and had them come out. Sure enough we had a leak and the whole system had to be turned off. We still couldn't get in touch with anyone at Service Plus over the weekend.Monday morning we talked to Margaret (lovely, by the way) and she told us they did in fact have a crew over the weekend, but they didn't send them out to us or acknowledge our issues. Margaret quickly acted and tried to make the situation better. The SP team came out on Monday and recognized the leak, but didn't take any responsibility for it, SP said it was a coincidence despite the first leak was a pipe connected to the new unit. We then had to come out of pocket an additional $2,500 to get lines replaced. We went a total of four full days without heat in January with two children under the age of four and our house temperature hovering in the 40s.Since then, we have had five more gas leaks where we've had to have the SP team come out and check / repair. We never had these issues before. We also have never received an apology. We requested that the owner call us several times, but we never received a phone call from the owner or management.In an industry that is so customer-facing, don't waste your time on these people. Management doesn't cascade information and customers are not a priority. We will never use this company again and highly encourage you to look at other service providers.

Orlando has been to my house a few times. He’s a very nice guy and very respectful. He explains things to me thoroughly to make sure I understand. He has provided very good service.

Aaron was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and let me hover behind him while he did his work while he taught me all about furnace maintenance - what looked good on my system, how to troubleshoot on my own, and what can be added to improve the system. Top notch service and a top notch professional. Won’t be calling anyone else for my home maintenance needs.

We had Service Plus come out to our home that we recently moved into and was having issues with our furnace. Our service tech, Collin Horton, was extremely thorough and explained everything very well. He addressed all of our concerns and made sure we didn’t have any questions before leaving.

I've worked with 2 technicians so far for quotes and some annual maintenance services. Ben and Mario were both excellent to work with! They both listened and addressed any concerns I had. They walked me through all of my options and the cost for each. And Mario was extremely thorough when completing the annual maintenance on my HVAC system. I will definitely be calling this company for any future HVAC or plumbing needs that I may have.

The service technician, Mario Wilson, is friendly and professional, and performed a thorough and detailed inspection work. He is very patient and explained to me all the potential issues of my HVAC system. I will definitely recommend Service Plus to my friends and relatives needing the home service.

Over the past week I have had Service Plus out to take a look at our HVAC, quote a new HVAC, replace our old HVAC and inspect all our water lines - everyone I have worked with directly and indirectly have been amazing! Orlando Cano was great, he explained very well what was wrong, going wrong and probably would go wrong with out 23+ year-old HVAC system. He gave me a great recommendation and setup our appointment with Thomas Herman. Thomas was equally as great, fellow dad and all around just good dude. He talked my wife and I through the various options we had available and gave us some great recommendations. Even though he's the sales guy, he was the farthest thing from the car salesman everyone is use to. Excellent support and really appreciated his insight. Tim Bennington came out to check all of our plumbing. His level of detail and skill showed - luckily everything looked good, and he left me a good recommendation on a Rheem tankless gas water heater if and when the time comes that our 2010 water heater decides to quit. As I type this book for you all (joking, kinda-sorta) I have Christopher Conejo and his crew out replacing our old AC and furnace. They are doing a great job from what I can tell as I check out the progress periodically. Very polite, professional and their skill is showing with what little space to work our home has to offer them. Very very pleased with my experience with Service Plus and I cant speak more highly of everyone I have encountered thus far. Thank you for everything.

We had a whole house re-pipe done two years ago and we were so satisfied with this company that we hired them to do our entire sewer line replacement. Our team was Dave, Donell and Shane. Chris England and Zach were the installers for the re-plumbing of our home. Both were excellent. They were always on time, courteous, respectful of our property and very efficient. I will give them 5 stars, but only giving the company 4 stars as there was some miscommunication with the sales guy Ron.

Heroes in Red Shoe CoversLike most people, I dread Monday morning and the start of the work week. Making it even worse, I noticed that the floor around my toilet was wet on Sunday. Ugh!So, in hopes to get it repaired quickly, I got on the website for Service Plus to see when they opened on Monday so I could give them a call. That's when I discovered you can book a repair completely online. Anytime. Halleluiah! So I described my problem in the space provided and received a text within minutes of submitting the form indicating that a technician would be at my home early the next morning.True to their word, Ben Johnson (and an apprentice - I did not catch his name) were at my door just after 8am, ready to tackle the problem. Ben was extremely pleasant and even chipper (chipper, happy morning people exist?!) about helping with my problem. Less than an hour later, I had a working toilet that no longer leaked - yay!With the option to schedule a repair through their online platform, setting things up is a breeze. The office was very prompt in confirming the appointment and as stated, Ben was there first thing in the morning to help. Indoor plumbing is again a luxury that I can enjoy. Thanks!

Mr. Kendall Carter, Line Specialist, was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would recommend him and Service Plus Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to anyone. He is an asset to his company and an outstanding representative. Kendall patiently with camera examined the situation with my main line plumbing, showed me results, made an assessment and throughly explained the situation and informed me of best options I can choose from to permanently resolve problem. Thank you ? ? now I can make an informed decision.

Our kitchen pipes had completely eroded underground and had to have new pipes installed. They were able to pipe right through the brick wall (our house is on a slab), down into the ground, and connected directly into the septic tank. The 2 techs worked 12 hours in 30 degree weather to get it all done in one day - did a wonderful job, thank you!!

Aaron came out for routine maintenance, and did a great job. Only issue with company is that I have asked them on multiple occasions to call my adult son, as I was unable to be there at scheduled time and he was the one present. I spoke with a representative after this visit, and she did put a note with his phone info on the file. Hopefully this won't be a problem in future. Otherwise, I am pleased with this company.

Unfortunately over the Mother's day weekend, my kitchen sink sprung a leak. Since it was a holiday and I wasn't gonna be home much, I decided to have a plumber come over today. Kendall was awesome!!! Very friendly and always smiling! He instantly brightened up my mood about the situation. We discussed some great payment options so I could get both drains of my sink fixed. The payments are affordable. Keep being awesome Kendall!

Dave Z. and Donell were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately a manager was also present, who said the job was impossible to do as originally planned, and that I would need to pay an extra $1600 above the estimate in order to have things done in a much more complicated way. But after a few frustrating hours he left, and then the job got done very quickly in the originally planned way, and at the estimated price. While I am pleased with the service Dave Z. and Donell provided, I withhold 1 star for all the frustration and time that the manager's actions cost me.

I called to get an estimate on a water heater I told the person exactly what I wanted all he did was push, push, push a tankless water heater with a water softner that would only cost me 13 thousand dollars. I never even asked for this estimate I only wanted estimates on a 50 gallon regular water heater. The one estimate that I was given for this was double the price of the highest of the 3 others. I also told the tech that I had had a medical procedure that morning and my husband and I would contact them when I was no longer under the medications he asked me do you have any left in regards to the medication. Very unprofessional even if it was a joke. Needless to say we did not decide to go with this company. I encourage you to shop around as well

Ben was great. Explained everything in easy to digest form. Work was performed fast and efficiently.Edit: I've also worked with Sam and Tim and they were just as professional and nice as Ben. Sam did a thorough inspection of my heating system and believe it or not, he found it working fine and did not try to upsell me anything.

They made sure to update me on any issues or additional changes that might be needed while repairing the damage.They cleaned up when repair was completed. I have a new born baby (7days old) and have been experiencing what can be referred to as bad luck (water heater went out, car repair...etc). This time the furnace was not turning on, it was 55 degress inside of my home. I called Service Plus and their entire staff was compassionate of my situation and assured me that they could help me in my time of need. They quickly sent out Collin Horton to look at our system and in less than an hour had our system running. Can't say enough good thing about Collin's experience and people skills.

Quoted me over $4,100 to fix an issue that doesn’t exit, or “preferably” get a new system from them for my 5 year old system. I gotten a 2nd opinion where the other honest company said the system is fine.Around 2016 they were reported on the news for conducting similar practices of recommending new systems for a well working fine systems, the owner at the time apologized and committed to “fixing” their practices, however, this shows they did not improve likely asking technicians to recommend more replacements of working fine unitsIt is disappointing to see a company prioritize their profit margins over their customers’ trust. It seems highly likely that they continue to instruct their technicians to recommend unnecessary replacements, even for units that are functioning without any issues. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable and harms customers who rely on their expertise.

My tankless water heater died on April 6th. Called Service Plus, they came out that day and evaluated the old one, told me it was not cost-effective to repair, and sold me a new one. So far so good, I knew the old one was not in great shape.The installer Donell came out that day and installed the new one. Told me he cut a gas pipe but fixed it. I saw the repair, all looked good and I had hot water. Went out to dinner and a movie and came home that night to a garage filled with natural gas. I could see it shimmering in the air. Strong odor as well. I called Service Plus immediately and talked to their scheduling team, they don’t do night calls! I have an emergency situation with explosive natural gas and they can’t help until tomorrow.I called the gas company and another company to that night to help me, and they both came out and made my house safe again. I called Service Plus to discuss what happened, but their manager was on vacation. I asked them to call me back but so far I have not received a call. I do not recommend their company at all.

Tracy Wisley was the best - he not only spent time explaining what the problem was , but also gave us options on fixing it per our needs . He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing aspects and fixed the problem in no time . He was extremely courteous and did an exceedingly awesome job . Will surely recommend him for any plumbing needs .

After having a decent experience in replacing our water heater, we were disappointed to receive such sneaky tactics from one of the technicians, Tim, to sell us on replacing our entire shower system over a broken screw in the valve stem.There was no troubleshooting nor education from their team and all around a thoroughly disappointing experience to immediately sell us on an expensive, unnecessary repair.

Listen, Gage was awesome! He answered all of my questions and really knew his stuff!Josh did the camera inspection and helped me with financing to finally solve our issue!

Kendall is THE BEST!!!! He was so amazing to talk to and gave me solid advice on how to care for my tankless water heater. He didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything (even though I did) but that non-pressure feeling goes a long way with me. He provided me education on why I needed to do something. Doug Riester and his partner were professional and efficient. We had a sewer line replaced. They had it done in a matter of hours. It was inspected early the next day by the city. Doug came and filled in the hole and put gravel down for the walk way. I am very pleased with Heating Plus service.

Always on time, upfront, and professional. Recommendations on repairs and upgrades are clearly explained. My most recent experience with Collin was thorough but efficient with only necessary disruptions while I worked from home. I appreciated his pleasant and candid demeanor.

We had a plumbing issue and were able to schedule a next day appointment. Tyler arrived and was professional and was able to fix the problem and also helped replace some galvanized pipes that were at risk of degrading.

Thang Thang was very helpful in getting our A/C up and running again. He replaced the blower motor and removed the outer shell to perform a cleaning on the exterior unit. He was also very helpful in explaining the options available for long term service as well. We signed up for continual visits 4 times per year based solely on the courteousness and knowledge of Thang. If we continue to receive quality service similar to today, you can count on us being long time customers of this company. I’m also a contractor with and will recommend my customers use this company as well. This service call by Thang brought the company not only residual business from me, but from my customers as well. Great job Thang! Great job service plus for hiring great people!

Thank you for coming out to fix my tub. He was on time , clean , friendly. They called the day before and the morning of to let me know someone is coming and before he came. Once here it didnt take long , before I know it was done.

Mr. Josh Elliott was amazing with me today. He uses this super duper camera that can see every crevice inside an HVAC unit. My furnace is rusting pretty bad and needs replaced but I’m still going to Disney World!

Jeremy and Denise were very kind and polite and explained everything they were doing in terms I could understand. They got answers very quickly and we were able to get heat back on same day and install for permanent fix scheduled for tomorrow.

I just bought an old house a few months ago that has a lot of quirks so I was happy to see that Service Plus provides a Get to know your furnace and plumbing service where they send a technician out to look your system over, who then describes how it all works, what you need to know about how things are setup, and what kinds of things you need to call a professional for.Robert, the technician who came, isn't just knowledgeable, he's a great teacher. It's scary buying a great big old house, so it's really nice to have somebody who has seen it all explain how everything is working sand how it's supposed to work. I happily signed up for their member program (it's super cheap + great benefits).

Trace was great! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was very personable. I appreciated his expertise today when doing our HVAC tune up.

Orlando was kind, innovative, and demonstrated a lot of expertise in trying to solve the problems we encountered with my heat pump. I had no intention of signing up for the regular maintenance plan, but I trust his judgement enough that I’ll be thrilled to have him back if there are issues in the future.

Connor came out on Friday for our clogged sewer line. He gave it his best effort but was unable to open it up. He arranged for a specialist to come on Monday. Harmon worked diligently and was finally successful for no additional charge. I am very happy with this company!

Our service provider Trace Tipton was awesome today. He diagnosed a gas valve leak and replaced the valve at no charge under our service agreement. Thanks for your help today!

Tim and Service Plus did an amazing job getting me scheduled for a sink leak as well as garbage disposal jam which turned into a replacement. Tim was polite, friendly and very helpful in explaining the new equipment. Thank you!

Our technician David, Tim, and Cody were each absolutely awesome. Although the news was not what we wanted to hear he was thorough and he explained all our different options. I highly recommend Service Plus as they have excellent customer service on the phone as well as in person.

Alan was thorough and professional in his approach to troubleshoot a problem I had with the thermostat not communicating with the furnace. Just outstanding work! He also noticed that the humidifier needed a new water collection pad and, even though that wasn’t why he was called this morning, he took the time to help me know what item I needed to order and how to replace it.

They communicated quickly and consistently. The tech was polite and professional. He spoke clearly and concisely. There was no high pressure sales at all. They came only for a quote but when we decided to move forward they were able to get it installed same day. The 2 additional techs were equally as professional. The follow up emails with information and pictures were great. We would highly recommend.

Hosey came out and fixed our water softener that was spraying water. This issues caused us to lose all water pressure in the house. He was super helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. Even the ones I had to reask due to my own confusion. He went above and beyond repairing the leak and making sure all faucets had their water pressure returned!

I joined their $100/year membership program. They came out and tuned up my furnace and water heater. They will come back out in the spring to tune up the AC unit too at no additional cost.So far the company is great. The technicians have been very nice and knowledgable. They’ve done great work so far and I am happy with their service.The only thing I don’t like is their scheduling process. It’s a rolling appointment so the tech could come at 8am or 4pm. You don’t know. The company does call and text you saying “we have you on schedule but a technician is not available at this time. We will update you in 2 hours, unless you hear from us directly.” So you spend your entire day waiting on them to call and tell you when they are on the way. Makes it hard to get anything else accomplished because there are no set appointment times. Want to schedule a hair appointment? No no. Can’t do that cus you don’t know when they are arriving until 30-60 minutes prior.

Today Colin came to our home for a check up on our HVAC. Not only did he find a problem but he helped us find a solution. He spent time making sure we understood the problem at hand, what solutions we had, and steps moving forward. Mario came out to do our heating preventative maintenance. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and was 1000% customer focused. I really enjoyed the conversation and getting to know more about Mario and our HVAC system. I’ve been incredibly impressed with Service Plus.Update: Orlando came for our spring preventative maintenance. He was professional and explained everything. We were in the basement and he asked if I had something he could sit on while he cleans the HVAC and I gave him a what I thought was a very “sturdy” styrofoam cooler. But, a few minutes into sitting on it, it exploded into pieces! He wasn’t hurt and we both laughed pretty hard. I mean, I’ve stepped on this cooler and used it to reach things high on a shelf. But alas, the cooler was no match for the brute strength of my new friend Orlando. I appreciate how much education I receive through these visits and he gave me great suggestions on how to keep one of our rooms upstairs from getting insanely hot this summer.

I signed up for their monthly plan. I think what they want is to get into your home so that they can find things wrong and sell you equipment. I found them to be pushy and condescending. Be prepared to put up with sales presentation. The service techs are descent, it is the people behind the scenes. They don't like to take NO for an answer. If they tell you they are doing a favor for you, but it still costs a lot, they expect an answer at that moment.

This was my second time using Service Plus Heating & I absolutely love them. I will recommend them to everyone that needs any plumbing work done.

Notes below are from that review.I have been a customer for over a decade. They had a five star review from me.A hotwater heater was installed and did damage to my home. Leaked from the top as well as the solder joint into the wall. Took 2 days for them to call in the remediation company to start drying it out. They left me with the clean up and my hot water is still barely above warm & my home was not and has not been fixed as they said it would be. Voicemails left for management are never returned.

Trace Lightfoot with Service Plus was phenomenal today! We called to get a second opinion on a quote we were given from another company. He was able to come same day, within less than hour of my call. When he got here Trace asked us to explain the problems we were having and quickly went to work assessing the situation. After doing a thorough inspection both inside and outside he gave us a detailed write up of the only issue he found (significantly different than the prior company) and even provided us with photos and a write up to submit to the warranty company as the fix should be covered. We will absolutely be switching our membership to Service Plus thanks to the great and HONEST help we received from Trace!

I had questions after the repairs and he returned to explain everything to me, and walked me back through all the repairs, for a second time. The work was extensive but done in a 2 day period which was much faster than I had been quoted by others. He did all the repairs needed, cleaned up the site and made sure we had all the cosmetic parts for the walls/interior that were needed for after we finish the rest of our renovation.

Today I had the pleasure of my membership visit. While David Zech was here he was also able to look into some situations with our toilets. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a rundown of all of the issues we were having. Not only was he professional he was easy to talk to and understand. He was able to setup me up for same day service and repairs and patient while we made our decision on what to do. Service Plus came out as part of service contract to do my annual plumbing inspection. In reality, Terry Spurling, the serviceman did very little. He spent 5 min to drain the hot water heaters vs a full drain (which is typically and takes more like 30 -40 minutes for my tanks), flushed a toliet, and timed how long it took for the water to get hot in the basement. He was very pushy about replacing my new hot water heaters with tankless and was very rude overall. They were in and out in about 20 minutes but sat in their vans on the street for another 40 minutes. Based on my conversations with Service Plus before the inspection, he did not perform the tasks intended. I called back and confirmed expectations again. Since he did not do what they outlined, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was out to lunch and never called back. I called again to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Trace T. was very professional and friendly. He came to do routine HVAC inspection. He offered to answer any questions I might have a few times. He offered his insight and suggestions and offered a couple of products that I might be interested in without being pushy or overselling. Their routine maintenance plan is the best deal I've seen and the cost for unclogging a drain is also the best I've seen. Hopefully my experiences with Service Plus will continue to be this positive in the future. So for now, I'm definitely giving them two thumbs up!

Called to jetted the kitchen drain, they said they do this job then technician come not even 3 minutes then he said they don’t do this kind of job and left. We still got charged for it. When i call make the appointment already specified this is commercial kitchen and we need the kitchen drain jetted clean, she said she do commercial now tech said they don’t and we still got charge for it. You cover your tech gas and paid them but we loss $79 and got nothing. Called them today spoke to two different persons, she said talk to manager then manager is off till next week.

The technician (Hosey) that came out was timely, professional and honest. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and gave a few options to fix the problem. It can be daunting when something doesn’t work and you don’t know the full effect of the issue but after Hosey left, i understand my homes plumbing better…and he fixed the issue.

James Helton was punctual and arrived on time. He checked my indoor and outdoor units to make sure that they were working as they should be. He gave me some suggestions about surge protection and information about filters that I need. He also answered some questions that I asked. He was friendly and helpful, and I was very satisfied with his service.

My service guy Robert was outstanding. He was right on time and very professional. He took time to explain everything that I need to do to fix my furnace problem. Hosey has come out to our house a few different times and I’ve appreciated his communication and professionalism in working through issues. He continually shows the customer that they have value and he demonstrates this through the work performed. I would recommend Hosey each time we have any plumbing needs.

The first day it snowed this season, we noticed our heat wasn't blowing very hard. We called Service Plus around 10am and by 1pm they had someone out to look at our unit. Unfortunately, our heater is 12 years old and needs to be replaced. After the maintenance man looked at the unit, Service Plus sent a salesman out right away to quote us on a replacement. Both guys were very nice and knowledgable. We plan to have Service Plus install our new unit next week because they gave us an awesome price!

Tim was great! Super helpful and professional. Service was also very quick. We've had Service Plus come through a few times for different things we've needed done and the work they've done is always top notch.

Was told several thing were wrong with my system. Paid $59.to have my system cleaned and checked out for problems. They do not accept home warrany so after they left I called my home warranty and they sent a different company out to fix the problems. There man was here 1 1/2 hours and found no problems!! Said I had no problems with my system except it was dusty. That cost me $65. So my system wasn't cleaned and I have no problems. That cost me a total of $124.00 and I still have a dusty system!!

I want to start by saying the technician was great. But, I also want to say that I am severely disappointed in Service Plus. Technician came out to do the complimentary preventative maintenance on our furnace. After doing the maintenance, the furnace stopped working. Up until the maintenance, it worked perfectly. Somehow the gas valve went out during the maintenance process. Instead of the the company taking it on the chin and making it right by fixing for free what wasn’t broken before preventative maintenance, I had to pay $350 for labor, miss a day of work (and pay), and have a night without heat. This shouldn’t happen. Please be cognizant that this may also happen to you.

Paul did a super job. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He was going to be checking my main line with a camera as routine maintenance. He asked if I was having any problems or issues, When he was complete he let me know and again asked if I had any questions. I love this company and would give them and Paul a 5 star rating...

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my service. Alex and crew worked all day and late into the night to remove our old AC system and install a new one. Very personable and friendly guys. I highly recommend them!!!

HVAC Update Spring 2023We did our first bi-annual tune up the year. Sam has also done our previous years as well. He is 100% fantastic to speak with and talk through the whole inspection including in questions a nosy home owner (like me!). He keeps it honest and does give you options to consider for the near future and ways I can help maintain the equipment in between check-ins. Interactions like these is what keeps us coming back.-----Our 14 year old water heater finally died. We had attempted a quick fix.Gave Service Plus a call and they managed to squeeze us in for the same day. Thanks to the incredibly kind customer eccentric Mike Anderson, we now have hot water and a new water heater.He went above and beyond to get this to happen. It was clearly quitting time but he put us first. For that we are super grateful! He also didn't get visibly or audibly annoyed when I would hover while watching and asking questions.100% would recommend to all my family and friends.

Came out to do hot water heater flush on one year old hot water heater. Ended up wanting to charge me for a new drain valve that was fine before tech arrived, but leaked after he arrived. Plastic valve so no residue or build up. I replaced for $5, removed original, washed it out and reinstalled. All good. He didn't even try to fix what he created. I'm not a tech and I fixed it in 5 min. Very disappointed, it was clearly the plan to take advantage of me.....some unknowing, blindly trusting fool. Integrity would have been nice.....at least try to fix what u created.....instead of immediately trying to charge me for something I didn't need.

Jeremy came by for a follow up to correct an issue that was discovered on a previous visit. He explained what he did and made sure it was done correctly. He was very professional.

Called yesterday to schedule a tub drain repair, Debbie scheduled me for the following day and Tim came out and did wonderful work. Mario came to our house for a complimentary HVAC system preventative maintenence. Mario was professional, respectful and friendly. He was thorough in his report and explanation of what he found during the inspection. He went through our options and immediately called to schedule us a follow up appointment to further discuss options with our furnace and AC unit.Furthermore,Mario was so kind and friendly to my 4 yr old son who was very interested in his work and Mario allowed him to stand a safe distance away and learn from him. If I could give negative stars I would! Stay AWAY from this business!We paid $20,000 for new HVAC and a mini split. First of all - appointments are not EVER kept! Technicians showed up at 3 p.m. when we had a 8 a.m. appointment. They stayed at my home until 9 p.m., work was not complete. It took a full week to get HVAC and mini split installed. Let me tell you...it did not take a week for them to get their money, they requested it from the bank before the work was complete.Technicians left a hole in our garage wall, quality control come out and fixed it. A month later we started to see water on our bedroom floor (upstairs) and down our kitchen wall (downstairs). The technicians did not install the drain plug correctly on our mini split. The water damage this created has left us with needing new floors, walls, outside wall, insulation, and paint on 2 floors of our home.Service Plus - mini split has had 3 technicians - still is not fixed - we have waited 2+ weeks to get someone to come make the correction - again we had a first appointment - text, no technician coming today, this is for an appointment made 10 days ago! Managers are supposed to call back, we never receive a call. We have tried to be kind and patient...our patience is running very short. We have not gotten any apology, no offer of some type of refund for $20,000 that is literally running down my walls. Here is a thought...the owner of this business should show up - see what customers have to deal with, and let us know our hard earned money spent was not a scam. Oh and when we get the copied response like all the other 1 stars...I am here to tell you, if you call that number, you will go on a return call list that never gets touched.

Both Big Tony And Little Tony, came out to replace our main sewer line. It was an old clay line that had collapsed and sagged in the wrong spot. Alex and his team absolutely nailed the install of our new whole home AC/Heat Pump system. Prompt, and got the job done with no hang-ups or issues. I love working with this company. For a small monthly fee I get responsive service and everyone that’s ever come to the house is polite, thorough and competent. I use them to avoid having things go wrong to keep all the systems maintained. But they also are competitive when a repair or new installation is necessary.

I left a 5 star review for my AC and furnace install from May and another for the plumbing inspection this morning. For some reason, Google will only let me update my review rather than leaving one per experience. So here is my latest:Ben and his installation team were magnificent. I had a lot going on at home, tons of virtual meetings, and they were very accommodating. Never too loud or disruptive. They went way above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't have to do anything. On top of installing a whole new water system, they prepped and cleaned up, leaving things better than when they found it. They made sure to explain everything thoroughly, and they were very friendly and respectful the entire time. Thanks, guys!

Miles came out today to do a water pipe systems check. He was very professional and personable. He made sure I knew where the emergency shutoff valves were located and raised my water temperature for me. Also suggested I invest in a water softner.

Tyler came out to do a routine inspection and help us identify dome areas that we may not have noticed. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his findings and communication. He was transparent to the reason he saw issues and didn't hide anything from us. He wasn't pushy or forced thi go down our throat, but also explained why he would suggest something. We were very happy and decided to do some repair work while he was on site. He had the right tools and parts for the job and has us inspect the work when he was done. I'd recommend using them and would request him again.

We had a cracked drain pipe in our laundry room, which is on a slab. James Vawter and his partner (whose name I can't remember - sorry!) showed up exactly on time. They did an awesome job. They had to disconnect and move the washer and dryer to get to the pipe, then use a jackhammer to drill the concrete out around the pipe. They replaced the the pipes, poured concrete around the repair and then hooked up our washer and dryer when they were done. It was a big mess and they cleaned it up so well that you can't tell anything was done. James and his partner were very professional and worked the entire 4 hours without once stopping for a break. I highly recommend Service Plus. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Since speaking to him I am considering getting a new one. Mario is low key and not pushy and I was happy about that. I would suggest asking for him for your technician. I am very pleased with Mario and also Service Plus.

Jeremy was very professional, polite, and courteous but, MOST importantly he was honest and shot it to me straight and explained things in layman terms which was a breath of fresh air.He even told me what to look out for future reference and showed me what to listen for and what it should sound like if it’s working properly. I'm terrible with names but the nickname of the team who installed a new heating and cooling system for us last week sticks with me: the Baby Face Team. You guys were awesome!!! They installed new heating and AC systems in our home. The techs were extremely professional and knowledgeable, have excellent people skills, and we couldn't be happier with the systems and service. I especially love that they tested the heating system before leaving despite being summertime. Most companies will not do this and make customers wait until they need to use the heat to discover that there is an issue. It only takes a couple minutes and it's not as if you will die of heatstroke, so it's wonderful having the confidence that when fall is upon us I know my new heating system will work. The company is fantastic and the 2 guys they sent to do the work are an asset they don't want to lose.

He and his trainee were polite, professional and went about their job and gave me options for 3 ways to improve my home. In the end, my home is more energy efficient and that allows for a better quality of life.

The install of a new HVAC system has just been completed. The salesman, Thomas was up front, informative and patient. Amazing! Donell assisted me with my plumbing needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Along with his apprentice, they quickly and professionally completed our much needed project. The project went on for about five days. He routinely checked in with us and provided us with updates. Service Plus technicians Trace and Griffen came out for my my Fall Service today. Trace did an excellent job explaining what he found with my system and answering my questions concerning recent elevated cooling bills and issues the system had in keeping my house comfortable. Griffen is a new trainee and got excellent training from Trace who explained what is happening with systems like mine. I very much appreciate them coming out and their excellent professionalism and attitude toward the work that was required.

As part of my annual membership, he came and inspected my 30 yr old furnace and determined that it’s still working fine.

Dave provided preventative maintenance on my water heater and conducted assessments of my water softener and all of the plumbing throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in everything he did. He also took a lot time to answer ALL of my questions and to educate me on the water heater and plumbing system. I also had Trace service my furnace. He provided the same level of exceptional customer service and workmanship. Most recently, Tyler performed a very thorough A/C maintenance inspection on my older unit. He too was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified a couple problems typical of an aging unit and presented me with a few possible plans of action. Grant R. came out and did an A/C tune up, first time using this company but prices were awesome. No hidden fees in the coupon. He was very professional and personable. He let me know everything that was done and sent pictures of every reading. He also gave good advice on the type of plant around my outside unit and why those are bad for my system. Will be using them from now on. Also they are family owned and operated which is a huge plus when the service is this good!

I appreciate Wayne's service and honesty. He recommended me a part that needed to be replaced, that would save me money in the long run. He also detected a gas leak and we immediately contacted the gas company. Had he not been so thorough, we may not have ever known about it.

I was very pleased. I had a deep clog in my pipes that was causing a very slow drain. I couldn't figure out where it was. When they arrived my drains behaved perfectly. But we went ahead with the cleaning anyway and found the clog. So happy to have clear pipes now. Very professional service with consistent updates about service time.

Brian and his Co-worker (sorry I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job and made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly. Brown had several issues with some of the piping but took as much time as necessary to make sure it was right. They also installed a couple vanities and did an excellent job on everything. Jimmy, had the awful task of replacing an old cast iron mainline & flange. It was corroding away causing back ups and leaks. He and his co-worker Shane were able to replace all items without incident. They also cleaned up (mopped the floor), even after offering to do it myself. Very pleased with the work and the small amount of time it took to get it done. Once again the employees at Service Plus have impressed me. Thanks guys!!

I contacted the company at my neighbors suggestion. The booking process was simple. Day of the appointment was a different story. I was told they'd arrive at 9am. After 9am I received a call saying they were running late and would arrive at 10am. I understand things happen and agreed to the new time. At 10:15am, they still weren't here. I contacted the company only to find out the tech didn't know he had a 10am appt and they wanted to reschedule me. I will not be using their services as I appreciate people who respect my time.

I had service plus come out to give me a second opinion on a sewer line replacement. Not only did they save me thousands and give an excellent warranty the dispatcher Jenn and the sewer inspector Kendall were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend service plus for all your hvac and plumbing needs!

Trace came to our house to do routine maintenance on our AC unit. Very professional & good at explaining parts/processes. In general, I'm pleased w/ Service Plus, but they do have communications issues. I was originally scheduled to have the AC maintenance last week, and was waiting all day only for me to finally be told at the end of the day that they wouldn't be able to get to me. This was only after I texted & called a few times for an update. Got on the schedule for first thing today & Trace did a great job.

Really liked Gregory, the technician. Quick and easy annual furnace check, free with their membership program. Service Plus has done a lot of work for us. The technicians are always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. When we had a problem in the past it was resolved quickly. Sometimes I feel like their repair charges are high, but I’m not sure they are higher than anyone else. I really like their ‘call when they are on the way’ policy and contact throughout the day giving us updates on expected arrival time.

We had a broken water heater and service plus was out later that day and I had a new one the next day. Fast and very professional.

Called them on the Saturday morning (on July 4th weekend) and Paul showed up less than 30 min. later. Paul was efficient, knowledgeable, cost-conscious, and taught me while he fixed our backed up pipe. Highly recommend these people.

I’m always weary of sales tactics but Greg told me to keep it simple, that I don’t need anything fancy. I appreciated that honesty! Looking forward to my estimate after the holiday.

I have done business with them on plumbing and heating for 20 years. I just bought a new central heating and ac system from them. There were some issues that arose after the install. I told them on friday and on monday they had a crew in to resolve the issues. The second crew did a fine job fixing the problems. Never a moments resistance from their management on fixing the problems. They do good work, are responsive to emergencies and are as reasonably priced as any one in this business is.

Devon Thomas went above and beyond - replaced the exact rug (by using a reverse google search) that had been soiled. Got me a different thermostat that is much simpler to use. I thanked him for all of his efforts and his reply Thank you for allowing us to make you happy. I thought that was incredible.Debbie - the CSR has been very understanding and flexible because I had to reschedule a few times. I appreciate her friendly attitude and understanding.The installers (sorry - I have forgotten their names) were very polite and considerate and did a great job.I highly recommend Service Plus - I was treated very well by everyone.

I had a major leak from my sink garbage disposal unit, and called three places before I found someone who could come out that day. Service Plus said they would let me know when someone was on the way, and within 10 minutes I got a phone call saying Tim would be there in 30 minutes.Tim was friendly, professional, and identified the problem right away. (He also wore shoe covers, which I always appreciate as we do not wear shoes in the home). I needed a new garbage disposal, and he said they always kept one in stock in the van. So, no waiting for a part to come in! Yay! About an hour later I had a new disposal installed and it is working perfectly.Tim also explained some things about my water cutoff and plumbing in the basement that I did not know, and that was also much appreciated.I would very much recommend calling Service Plus if you find yourself with a plumbing problem.

David of Service Plus was professional, quick, and thorough. This was a multi-step project for me...first Service Plus replaced a faucet, then repaired the pipes inside the wall, then came back to install a sink once I repaired the drywall. They were honest, reasonably priced, courteous, and clean. In fact, my bathroom was cleaner after David left than when he got here! Fantastic!

Service plus put a sewer pump in my yard and paid approximately $1300.00 for it and charged me $11,882.22

I had a main water line leak. They came out in 3 days to fix the leak. Anthony did a great job of digging the hole by the water meter so the directional drillers could do their job. He dug the hole and hooked up the new line after all the drilling was done. Then he filled the hole back in. He did a fantastic job!

Mike came to provide a quote for a new water heater, because our hard water means we have to replace appliances every few years. I asked on a whim how big a job it would be to someday install a water softener in our house that was not set-up for one. 20 minutes later he had checked out the pipes and split out quotes for both the heater and softener installation. Today I have a new heater, softener, and RO drinking water system installed and I couldn’t be happier. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, took his time to explain things to me, and gave me options for installation with pros/cons and his best opinion. I was very comfortable working with him and will not hesitate to use this service again.

Excellent experience! Greg added refrigerant and tidied our compressor filters today to get our house cooling properly again after a week of frozen pipes and a hot house. He offered to make it a learning experience so I trekked along and was kept informed and got lots of maintenance options and tips.I was also really pleased with the scheduling process and overall customer service. Everyone was really responsive, considerate, and professional. Would definitely use Service Plus again.

Grant was fantastic! He was on time (10 min early, actually) and was very thorough. He explained everything he did and told me things I can do to help my furnace last longer. I feel better informed about my home and my furnace because of his visit. GREAT value! I will be scheduling them again in the spring for my A/C and annually from now on. I hope Grant comes back to do those appointments too. I trust him in my home. (I would trust him in my mother's home, if she lived closer.) Highly recommend.

I called and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours and didn’t even charge any additional emergancy fees to clear my drain. I had been trying to clear my drain myself for about a week and could NOT get my auger past this 90 degree turn. Paul came out and he was SO professional and helpful. He tried for a solid hour and couldn’t get it clear and just when we were about to give up he stuck his hand in. What did he find? A TINY RUBBER DUCKY MY TODDLER SHOVED DOWN THE DRAIN. He was able to get it out and because of his dedication I didn’t have to get the whole cast iron pipe cut off and replaced. 12/10 would recommend every time.

Samuel was personable, cheerful, and seems quite competent. He spent time diagnosing the problems involved, took several photos, and explained the process involved in the repairs. Because he had responded to my request as an emergency, it meant that it was so late that he could not complete the repair this evening. He, or another technician will return tomorrow to finish. He presented a detailed written plan for service and the costs involved. I felt comfortable with him, and my dog liked him!

Tyler Kirkham was my technician for AC not cooling....he was very informative and polite during the entire process. Had our AC up and cooling again within 2 hours of arriving and that included having to go after parts. Very happy with every part of experience.

We have been using Service Plus for the entire year we’ve lived in our new-to-us home. We had to call them the night we moved in for a plumbing issue and they were out here first thing.Their monthly payment plan for service calls and preventative maintenance is unmatched in my research. Can’t find anything better.We’ve had nothing but polite technicians. We’ve had two issues where the newer electricians have messed up our thermostat, but I do recognize they’re human beings. The more experienced technician who came today walked us through the house and helped us learn all about our HVAC systems and was very pleasant and thorough. Everyone from the techs to dispatch to the supervisor corrected the problems immediately and reimbursed us for the issues we had. We feel respected; that they realize that it was an inconvenience and they made it their priority today to fix it which is really unparalleled these days. I’m very used to being dismissed by other companies, or having to fight for fair and competent communication with a supervisor. There was no fight needed today. It was handled swiftly and efficiently. We are looking forward to continuing to use their services, and recommend them to those in our community.

This is an update to a previous review.All of the technicians I’ve had visit my home have been punctual and, in all cases, have beat me to my home when I had to leave work to meet them. All of the technicians have been very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like they were lording their knowledge over me to get a better pay day.That being said, the services I’ve received have been varying in their quality. To be fair, the difference in quality that I am referring to, I believe, is due to levels of experience and inexperience. Our AC froze up on us and the first technician to arrive at our home wasn’t the most thorough but I chalked it up to me not knowing much about HVAC other than when I turn the temperature down it cools the house. When Wayne White showed up to perform our AC refrigerant recharge, he found several potential issues that the original tech had not found, and tried his best to fix them. Wayne was quick to share any and all of his knowledge when I had questions so that I could properly care for our system in between inspections.The ladies in their office/dispatch are also very kind and have been great about communicating and helping us find solutions for costs. Thank you!

Our gas water heater installation was the epitome of horrific customer service. It is 1 pm the day after our install and Mark has yet to return my phone call. 1)James' assistant broke a vase that was in my livingroom, no idea why he was even near the table it was sitting on. 2)a hanging basket of flowers was broken on my porch 3)Salesman, Terry was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever had to deal with. 4)Called office at 4:30 pm to speak with a manager or owner. No call back 5)6 pm we have no hot water!!!!! The pilot light was never lit 6)called and asked Answering Service to phone someone tonight as we were not waiting until the morning.A salesman is not going to bully me and yell at me due to their negligence and lack of composure and professionalism. I do believe that I should have been contacted before now by Mark or the owner concerning our experience with their company and service yesterday. It is especially concerning that no one has reached out. On a positive note-James gave me $20 out of his pocket to replace the hanging basket. Devon was awesome and had someone to our home in a few minutes to light the pilot light. The HVAC guy who came out was great!! I received a $200 discount for the irreplaceable vase that had more sentimental value to me than a $200 discount. I would not have even written this review if Mark or the owner would have just returned my phone call this morning. I could not imagine having a customer that had an extremely unsettling experience with my company and not reaching out to them to apologize and acknowledge the issues. Hopefully someone reading this will think twice about selecting this company. What my true intentions are is to hope this is used as a training exercise as how to not treat our customers.Update: Monday, July 11thStill no phone call..someone did reply to this review and ask me to call them. Brayden Was professional and courteous. He got my drain unclogged quickly and the price was as advertised. I will definitely use them again.

Called in about our toilets and showers being clogged, service for setting up the inspection was great. The employee showed up was friendly and to the point. Tim was pleasant to chat with a bit while he informed me of the issue we were having with the clog. We went through the obvious cheap options before we moved on to pulling the toilet. I appreciated the fact he was attempting to save me money and only do what was necessary. He had it fixed after a few attempts and everything was fine and back to normal. Seemed very knowledgeable and even taught me a bit about how the water lines in my house work and what to avoid in the future.Also got a follow up free inspection to make sure the problem was fixed. Overall fast great service and I felt like I payed a fair price for the issue instead of feeling ripped off and not knowing what I was paying for like some experience I had with other companies. I would recommend Service Plus if you are looking to be treated like saving you money matters.

They were professional, friendly and courteous, and were diligent about making sure nothing was damaged in the process of hauling everything up and down the stairs. They spent time to educate me throughout the process and asked to use my shop vac when they were done to clean up their work area. Would recommend.

The technicians we encountered were very professional and thorough. Took the time to explain what they were doing as well as findings. Shared options that would available in order to begin next steps if necessary.

Save yourself thousands of dollars and get yourself a second opinion after these people tell you your appliance is not under warranty or can't be fixed. Don't let them rush you into saving $600 if you have us replace it today. Our technician came out and told us our 2018 water heater was no longer under warranty and that it only had 3 year warranty. The suggested option was to replace it with a $5500 tankless. Instead, I checked out the warranty which was 9 years, and I got a free water heater exchange from Lowe's. We did not appreciate the lies or high pressure sales tactics.I gave 2 stars as they very quickly replaced our HVAC, though I've realized we overpaid greatly for that, they did a good job and were quick.

Robert Sheward was very knowledgeable & gave me options to consider without any pressure to buy immediately. He's friendly & felt there were no immediate issues to address. I will use Service Plus again.

Kendall was professional, courteous and served our home well. Even went above and beyond planned work order to inspect and adjust disposal that had gotten stuck. So glad we had Service Plus come out to the house today.

Jeremy was the second repairman I had to have out inside 24 hours for the same problem, thankfully Jeremy knew how to fix the problem correctly and was able to come out on Christmas Eve to help us get heat back in the house, and with the outside temps being 0 degrees overnight that was really important

Technician arrived on time, very courteous, wore a mask and shoe covers. Completed diagnosis of furnace that was not working, arriving mid afternoon within 1 hour of original call, located and obtained needed part, and completed repair next morning. Also was kind enough to help us light our gas log to provide heat during down time.

Furnace began intermittently failing in February, literally the day before a huge snowstorm was supposed to arrive. Service Plus was able to get a technician on site the same day to do initial troubleshooting. Unfortunately, it was working fine while the tech was here, making it impossible to pinpoint the issue. After a routine set of maintenance checks, he narrowed the likely issue to a couple of items. Rather than guess and throw parts at a solution, we both thought it best to let it go a few more days in hopes of narrowing down the failure point. A week later I called Gregory back in, and based on more specific descriptions of what we were experiencing, he was able to identify the source. He picked up parts and made the replacements the same day. Great job by Gregory, and the scheduling folks are always great at getting someone dispatched when needed. We will continue to use Service Plus.

James (and Shane) from Service Plus installed my new water heater. He was very personable and extremely thorough in his work. He went above & beyond to make sure there was no chance of damage to my floors by covering them & carefully removing the 14 yr OLD WATER HEATER. He even cleaned the area before installation. That was greatly appreciated. James explained in detail what was done during his instillation & showed me how things worked (as things had moved with the new heater). I was happy with his work and overall, I was pleased!

Update: This is an update to my original review from back in May. Wow, has it been quite the ride. After spending 30k with this company, it feels impossible to get any kind of response from them. As an update, I found out my AC unit isn't what I asked for. I asked for a two-stage unit and only the heating unit was two stage, not the AC unit. When I asked about them speaking with the original guy that sold me the unit, they stated he no longer works there. Of course he doesn't....We've been having issues with the upstairs staying cool. I had a team come out, and they confirmed there's barely any air coming through the vents upstairs. I've been working with the sales manager and I have to constantly ask for him to call me back. I get promised he will then he doesn't. It's now been two weeks since we'd discussed our options. I still have heard nothing. Now I am going to have to call them back and ask what's the status. It's a complete @#$@ show. I'm leaving two stars since the original install went fine and the techs have all been great. But their sales team and sales manager are horrible at communication.----------------------------------Installed a new HVAC system, tankless water heater, new battery back up dual sump pumps. Were able to get me the brands I wanted without up charging me an arm and a leg. Professional and prompt. Installed everything in a day.

Tech found leak near pressure tank switch and repaired. Had to turn off electricity to switch while repairing. When he was done we flipped breaker back on but breaker switch malfunctioned so with no electricity going to pressure tank he couldn't see if leak was fixed. I have to get an electrician out here to fix breaker box to be able to check if leak is fixed. Only charged me a service call fee since we can't check if leak is all fixed. He could've charged more. Very much appreciate him giving me a break on charging me. Have used you guys before and will continue. Service is always good. Your technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. For the reasons above, I will always refer people to your company.

Wayne and Patty did an incredible job helping me navigate an challenging situation. I've got a baby and really old dog at home, so not having A/C creates serious - potentially fatal issues. Wayne was able to diagnose my issue in about 5 minutes, told me how to fix it, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He was also incredibly friendly, and nice to the incredibly old dog I mentioned above.

I do not recommend Service Plus.Our AC went off, and after being told by Service Plus that it would be $1330 to fix (then another $3300 soon when another part goes out), we called Williams Comfort Air to evaluate and give us an estimate. They were friendly, responded very quickly, and provided outstanding service.There was nothing wrong with our system! It did not need refrigerant or a new capacitor, motor, or evaporator coils as Service Plus told us we needed. Service Plus responded quickly, and they were friendly. I’m not sure why they tried to sell us things we didn’t need - whether it was an intentional and poor business practice or whether the person did not know how to evaluate the issue.Service Plus also said we might consider a new system due to the amount of money it would take to fix/renovate our system that is only 9 years old. The person who came to sell that piece went to the tactic… “I can call my boss, he can change the price, he has some wiggle room, what number do you think would work better for you guys…” I said no need to call, I’ll be getting another opinion.Williams helped and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We’d had a new roof and a tarp near the outside unit probably decreased air flow and caused the issue.Working just fine now! Thanks to Williams Comfort Air. We will be working with Williams from now on.

Mario was friendly, efficient and professional. We've been leveraging Service Plus for years and they've always been honest and trustworthy, in addition to doing quality, efficient and friendly work. Highly recommend their maintenance service to ensure proper function of HVAC and plumbing.

We had a tech come to our home to unclog our drain. The tech did not fix the issue but yet still charged us the full price. Not only did the tech make the clogged drain worse but he also broke our crawl space cover. When I called to speak with the manager Mark, he was very rude and defensive and condescending. I guess their company motto is “if we can’t fix the issue, you will still get charged full price regardless”....we ended up using another company and they were able to fix it in 20 minutes same day. Do not use this company unless you are willing to gamble away your money! We are definitely passing the word on to everyone we know to not use this company!

Connor is very professional and friendly. He drained our clogged kitchen sink. He first tried with the small cable but it did not work. He then used the bigger machine and finally it worked. He patiently answered all out questions and provided the good tips.

David came out and inspected the new water heater install and water pressure reducer install. Adjustments were made. He also fixed a problem with one of our toilets. We are very happy with the results.

He was very polite and and friendly. He did the work requested. Took about 15 minutes and charged almost $400. He changed a valve and disconnected plumbing under the sink. That was all.I feel it was very high for the time it took to do the job.

The company was recommended by a neighbor. Sam came out and took a look at our system that wasn’t cooling properly. He walked me through every step of the check. He showed me the problem, took pictures of everything, gave me my options and then fixed the problem. The best experience I have ever had with an in home repair service. Purchased the maintenance plan and will continue to use them for years to come!

Have always had great service with Service Plus. They repaired my aging sewer line a few years ago and replaced my broken HVAC a month ago. They have always been friendly, on-time, knowledgeable, and upfront about the repairs and installation. Just had a technician out today, Mario did a great job, was knowledgeable and friendly, and got our heat up and running again after the Google Nest thermostat we bought on Amazon stopped working.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Service Plus. Mario came to my home, he was on time (early), wore a mask ( thanks) and listened to my concerns and issues. I appreciated the customer focus. He was able to determine what was wrong and fixed it so that my air flow wasn't restricted and I would get heat. He even spent the time to give me tips on how to better use my Eco friendly thermostat, this was greatly appreciated.

Ben also flushed my tankless water heater and did a complete home plumbing inspection. He made a few suggestions for making the 25 year old system more optimal, but wasn’t pushy. Friendly and professional.

I called this company at 830a and was told a technician would be assigned to me and would call when they're 30 minutes out. I called again at noon requesting an update and still hadn't been assigned a tech. At 130p they finally assigned me Connor and dispatch told me he was 45 minutes out and he would call me when he's nearby. I called after 45 minutes to tell them I hadn't received a call from him. They said they miscalculated traffic and that he would be here in 15-20 minutes. I then used Google maps to see of any traffic in the area - to get 63 miles from my house using the busiest sections of 465 would have taken 1 hour 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again that I had not heard from him. They said again that he was 15 minutes out and they'll have him call me. 15 minutes later I called and again was told he was 15 minutes out. At this point I asked for his number to talk to him directly as going through dispatch was clearly not working. I never did talk to Connor and I don't believe he was ever going to show up. A complete waste of my day that I could have spent working. Highly do not suggest this company if you value your time as they clearly do not.

We've had multiple good experiences with different technicians from this company. They always take time to explain what they're doing and suggest an appropriate fix, even if it's a product you don't buy through them. The owner even came out to our house on one service call. He's clearly involved and wants to deliver great service to his customers. We'll keep their number saved for any future plumbing, heating, or cooling needs.

The one guy told us what we needed and what it was. The repair guys came out and couldn't figureout the work order. Then it was something else for more$ Hmm. Getting another opinion. A friend used this company for their issue, and was told they needed a new system. The estimate guy came out, it's this$$ which he had to call to get the price, and then the price changed again. Another hmm. Friends got another opinion and better feeling from that othercompany and price.Makes one wonder who is honest these days.

I have used Service Plus often and am very happy with their work and maintenance follow ups needed. They have been reliable and stand behind their work. Employees are well trained and will ask questions if they are unsure. I trust them in my home and have found them to be better priced than big conglomerates run from out of state.

Plumber guy Dave, as our daughter calls him, is always professional and helpful with any plumbing needs at our house. He points out any possible issues and does not pressure you to fix them immediately if the repair is not a high priority. All of the Service Plus technicians hold themselves to a high standard and we appreciate that very much.

The service tech was very professional and addressed our issue quickly and effectively. They were able to diagnose the root cause and work on fixing the problem. When they couldn’t fix the problem immediately, they worked with their team to send out a follow up individual with more specific tools to finish the job.

On time, good communication system before the visit, quick installation and good information explaining about how the new parts works.

The problem may be in the ecobee products but since it is a noted problem and no resolution was found and no reason for the code until further research is done this cannot be resolved. I am happy with the company and tech was supportive but the problem is still there

I cannot say enough good things about Service Plus! My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home which came with a lot of undisclosed problems. After every problem we ran into, and after several service calls to the company, I’m sure everyone within the company knew our names, or at least our house. From start to finish, everyone at Service Plus was professional, educational, incredibly kind, and very efficient. At this point I can’t remember everyone we worked with considering we had to have a new water heater, new a/c unit, and new main drain line installed. But the names I do remember specifically are David, Ronnie, Josh, and Thomas. Everyone of them made this unfortunate and unanticipated expense a little easier on us. They truly made us feel cared for, and did such quality work on our home. I will be recommending Service Plus to everyone I know due to the exceptional service we received. My house is old and over the years I’ve ended up with a patchwork of plumbing with a mix of copper, steel and pvc. We’re fixing that and at at a reasonable prIce. He walked me through everything, presented different options and left the decision up to meSure I wasn't thrilled with the outcome of the diagnosis, but hey bad news is never fun. Alan and Service plus made me feel comfortable with the process for getting my new system, and their turn around time is amazing! Great company, great staff. Helped me with my issue, and didnt judge me for all the questions I asked.***01/21/2 . Additional follow up, my system was struggling with the cold weather to keep up the heat. I called in and the wonderful people in the office got me a next day appointment. Joshua Pierce came out, and did a very thorough diagnosis, and found the reason why my system was not keeping up. He explained the entire situation, made sure that I wasn't seeing red, and did an amazing job of making me feel like a valued customer. Within 5 minutes of them making phone calls they had a truck on the way with my new water heater. Tom did the install, super quick, very efficient, covered off an everything with me. As always, Service Plus did a great job at my house. Mike was courteous, fast and professional. He was able to make a quick assessment and educate me on how the problem happened. The company does a great job scheduling and keeping you posted real-time on their ETA.

Tyler (the technician doing the diagnosis) was excellent. He showed me the issues, what was causing them, and clearly explained my options for repairs on the current system. Seeing as the system is 30 years old, I am probably going to replace it). Still in process, so that is what I can post at present.

Disappointed with the plumbing team. I was told I needed over $7,000 worth of repairs and when we got 2 more opinions they told us the problems identified made by our tech were either not true or blown out of proportion. We were told we had a crack in our water heater but TWO other licensed & bonded plumbers told us no such crack existed. We were told we had leaking pipes in our crawl space due to build up and two other licensed & bonded plumbers told us it was insulation or dust and the pipes were not leaking. I know this is a business but they took advantage of first time homeowners through the use of scare tactics. I have NEVER had a bad experience before with Service Plus which is why this is so upsetting. Please be careful and do your research with their plumbing team, get a second opinion before they get you on the line for thousands of dollars in repair you may or may not actually need.

Jimmy and his partner did an awesome job today! They had to excavate in 90 degree blazing summer heat to repipe our sump pump drainage line. We are very happy with the quality repair.

The plumber and his assistant were very polite, listened to my concerns, and refurbished a water meter pit very well. There was a possibility that more work would be needed, but they tested the system and found that no extra repairs were needed. The area was cleaned up and left as it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with the result.

Brian was very professional in our dealings with him. He was efficient in responding to our call during a busy holiday period while we had our family gatherings in our home. We had problems with our water heater and, because of its age, made the decision to replace it. It was installed within just a few hours of our first call for help. This was much better than we expected! He's just a nice guy too!

We were comparing prices and ended up choosing anther company, but the choice had nothing to do with the quality and level of service we received from Service Plus.

Dave installed a new outside faucet that was leaking. He was very professional and did an awesome job. After he arrived he gave me an estimate and the price was what I expected. I got a coupon off their site which made it more affordable. After Dave was finished he explained all that he had done. I would highly recommend this company!

Kendall is the third guy from Service+ to be out to my house as we work through the sewer line issues. All of them have been awesome, and Kendall was no no exception to that. He was super helpful, kind, responsive, and clear in what was going on. I had to take a work call during his visit, and he hung around until after to make sure I was clear on my options and to scope out how to get the job done if I decided to move forward. From customer service calls to service visits, Service+ has hit it out of the park everytime. They employ folks that are easy to talk to and explain things well Highly recommend!

Wow. This place is awesome! Very professional, not commission based so techs actually talk You out of costly fixes and encourage the simplest/easiest fix, but they do fully explain all options available to you.Most importantly, they have an $8/month service option that gives you a main drain clean out each year, a furnace service each year, the a/c service each year, and a discount on any new plumbing work!! We signed up for the service plan and love it!Also, Tim was great working around our kids! Very respectful and helpful - thanks Tim and company! Terry and Derryck were also very helpful and were able to fix our drain issues between the 3 of them. Ended up and costing us $88 instead of $4000!!! Thank you all 3 of you for working so hard to clear out the bad blockage we had and avoid the costly replacement line!

The technician, Justin, who came out to do the maintenance on our A/C was great! He was professional, extremely nice, helpful and honest in answering questions and thorough on his inspection! And the ladies who answer the phones are always nice and very helpful! We use Service Plus for a lot of different things and have always had good results! Highly recommend!

Although we didn’t ultimately go with Service Plus Plumbing and Heating, we very pleased with Blake the service technician and all of the staff at Service Plus. Blake arrived the same day as my call and provided clear and helpful information. He even went back to the job site to gather more information in order to answer some specific questions. I would not hesitate to recommend service plus and appreciate their knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Service Plus was able to get Brian dispatched the same day that I called (within 4 hours). He was friendly and clearly very experienced. The fix ended up being pretty simple, but I have no doubt that Brian could have handled it!

Unfortunately we were unable to receive service from this company. We called ahead, spoke to someone and set up an appointment. The time for our appointment came, and went. Upon calling to find out where the technician was, the office representative was rude, short with her tone and repeatedly stated, “they said they had tried to call you and left a voicemail.”-this never happened. The office rep then stated that we requested not to have a technician until after 3pm. She then explained that it is a call ahead system with no time window. None of this was explained prior. Between the miscommunication and attitude from the office rep, we will not proceed with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is horrific and they’ve attempted to take advantage of our family.We had service plus out in early 2021 to replace a broken water heater. During this transaction all seemed to go fine and I signed up for an annual $9/month subscription that included maintenance on our furnace, AC, etc. They came out this fall to complete an annual checkup on these appliances. Upon completing the routine inspection, the Service Plus employee told me we had a broken component in our Furnace that put us at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. The fix was either a $3,000 repair or a similarly priced brand new furnace. At the time, i was 7 months pregnant so the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning was obviously a significant concern. While we decided what to do next, we spent $50 on carbon monoxide detectors for the house. Before spending the $3,000 on a fix, we got two second opinions on the state of our furnace. Neither knew what Service Plus had told us and both came back with a clean bill - absolutely nothing was wrong with our furnace, but now we’d spent another $200 on second opinions we did not need. I called Service Plus to share my story and ask for my monthly contract to be canceled. The gentleman I spoke only cared about defending his companies reputation and repeatedly told me both second opinions were incorrect. He’d never seen the furnace - he didn’t have a clue who was actually right. By the end of the call he’d agreed to cancel my monthly subscription and refund me the amount I’d paid so far this year for the subscription… Guess what hasn’t happened?? Two months later and I’m still paying for the subscription and no refund! Service Plus will never receive my business again nor will I recommend to family and friends.

Service plus installed new storm drain pipe from my driveway through back yard. It took 2 days, I expected longer, but with the tight area to work in my back yard I am currently pleased with the work. There was a lack of communication on the initial day scheduled for the work but that was the only issue. The guys that estimated the work and the guys that performed the work were all pros and easy to work with.

Greg and the young man that came with him were awesome. They were very professional and quick. We had them install a new air conditioning system and furnace. They both work great. They also cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything.With the new unit there was some noise so they came back out and found out what it was. The new motor was stronger than the last so it was making the intake suck in and making it make a loud popping noise when it shut off. They fixed the noise.They are the best ones to come to our house and I will only use them to service our ac and furnace just because of their great personalities and professionalism. Technician David arrived promptly and quickly remedied a water heater issue, likely caused by a vent pipe downdraft. Impeccable service as always. Highly recommend this family owned business.Update 1/30. Although I still highly recommend Service Plus I'm a bit disappointed that I was able thru Google search research to uncover a likely problem for my water heater issue that Service Plus didn't seem to know about. After Service Plus made their initial visit, the problem of the water heater pilot not staying lit occurred again. No hot water over the weekend. The search revealed that some Rheem gas water heaters manufactured in 2020 and 2021 had defective gas valves. An inline sensor to the thermocouple inside the gas valve was defective causing the pilot to not stay lit. Numerous BBB complaints were found about this issue. Rheem was reimbursing service companies to replace these defective valves. Service Plus is here again today to replace the gas valve. Shane was professional and completed repairs in a timely manner.

Called on a Saturday morning for a broken pipe underneath bathroom sink. Tech showed up about 2 hours later and gave me some options to repair. Tech came back on Monday after I found the drains I wanted to use and made the repair. Great service and good overall value.

I have always had a shaky experience with various house services as I often feel that I am about to be taken advantage of. However, Sevice Plus has done right. Their customer service is top notch, from their office staff to the folks coming out to do the work. Everyone is timely, communicative and not pushy. Plumbing Inspection and toilet repair. Technicians have been good.Regarding the business, Mr. Cunningham, I was very disappointed when I called after hours with a plumbing emergency. Water gushing and flooding my basement & no response til the next day. Fortunately I found another plumber, but premium service in emergency was totally lacking!

5/25/22 Mario came to look at our a/c rooftop unit. His complete evaluation found a short in the compressor, potential leak in coolant and a leak at the fan motor. estimate to repair $4911. Really pushed a new system and could not answer direct questions without going back to new system sales pitch. We had a 2nd opinion found no leaks and a capacitor needed replaced as well as a R22 added. Total cost $1700.00 System works wonderfully now and could not be more pleased with new company. So be very aware of Service Plus sales team posing as technicians.

Donnel came right on time and took care of the problem in 30 min. We had a lot of banging from the water pipes (water hammer) when washing machine or kitchen faucet shut off. He went in the crawlspace and found several pipes that were not secured and some were crossing over each other and touching. After he secured the pipes - no more hammering.

Called to get spring service for 2 AC units as mini-split was putting out non-cool air. Since I was overcharged for puron by 200% last year I purchased my own 410A , as listed in manual, from certified AC supplier for $24/lb sealed with federal license stamp. I informed the service scheduler that I had my own puron as I didn’t feel charging $60/lb for $24 was fair. She made the appointment for 2 weeks down the road. The day of the service call they call me and say they won’t use my certified, sealed 410A puron as they want to charge me $220 per lb for what they pay on $24/lb - a near 1000% mark up. I consider that price gouging. It takes less then 2 min to connect, open valves to charge 3 lbs of puron. For that they would give yo a bill for near $700 for less then 2 minutes of opening valves. This is how they make their money by saying they will come service your unit then overcharge for puron by 1000%. Chad, service manager, called & I said I would sign a waiver of liability to use my puron and hold them harmless. He hung up on me after I explained they made the appointment 2 weeks and waited until the day of to cancel.Update! Chad decided didn’t like my review so he call the EPA on me for a violation investigation. Long story short, EPA showed up, I refused to talk with him without my attorney, told him I signed puron provider with certification I’d use an EPA licensed person to install, had an invoice from licensed AC repair person who put in MY puron & charged me for service call. Before the day was out EPA called me to say I complied with the EPA rules and no violation. Saved myself over $600 from Service+ gouging public for their own puron. Don’t get ripped off there are good reputable AC repair person that will do the work for a fair price.

Had a issue getting out Furnace Filter. Was tightly stuck. The Service Mgr. went out of his way within 15 minutes and did this for me. Recommend Service Plus very highly. They greet one nice on phone. Very professional. Send a pic of service person via phone when they are on their way. Been with them for 3 years now, ever since they opened. Have service contract for Air conditioning, Furnace,and Water Heater, which is very reasonable per year. If having any type of issue, if unable to come same day,next day for sure.Along with contract one receives free water flush per year. Also free will check all underneath cabinets. I received a $ 25 check once for recommending a neighbor, who was having Air Conditioning problems while their Air went out during a very hot day,their House was having Open House/For Sale, they came within a hour. I love when I call, and they (Patti) say Good Morning how can I help brighten your Day).....Very professional Business! Highly recommended them. They get work done quickly, and very down to earth People.

Water softener install and pipe repair was done quickly and professionally! After they completed the work they stayed to make sure things were working correctly. They even took time to inform me about how to use and maintain the water softener. Ray even found a small issue with our sinks that he took extra time to fix with no extra cost! Great company!

Mario was very professional, curtious and a wealth of knowledge. While deep diving for hidden issue with hvac system he never stopped training his shadow employee Thang. I now know more about my HVAC because he knew more!

Josh was great and worked hard the whole time he was here. The only downside was office scheduling/communication. More than twice I had to call the office - after waiting until after 9:30 for them to call me, to see if/when they were coming that day. That doesn't make me feel valued, and makes it hard for us to schedule our day.

Knew exactly what he was doing. Was nice enough to hand down some tomato cages previous owner had left in the attic. Very informative about what he was doing.

We’ve been using Service Plus often as we signed up for their service plan. For a low price (less that $10 per month) we get annual maintenance checks on our furnaces, air conditioners and water heater. It is a great deal and definitely saves money on yearly maintenance costs and long term costs by keeping the units serviced. I highly recommend signing up for it. They also proactively reach out to schedule the service calls when it is the appropriate time of year.Things that I love about SP: they’ve always been able to make appointments within a day or two. They keep me informed with a mid morning call and lunchtime call updating me on where their tech is on time and also a 30-45 minute warning when he is on his way. All of the techs have been courteous, kind and make sure to thoroughly explain what they’ve done and any service they recommend. So far so good! Met with Derryck Taylor on re-piping our sewer line and adding an outside clean out.. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Need to discuss my options with my hubby and hopefully we will get something set up shortly.Service plus did our sewer repair and completed it today 5/6/21.. Cory and Jordan were a delight and knowledgeable on identifying the root problem and the correct sewer piping that was previously used (AC piping).

We are so happy with Service Plus! I called confused about loud noises from our furnace and they had someone out to me in less than 24 hours. We worked with Devon and Robert who were both patient, super knowledgeable, and just all around kind people! Robert knew what was wrong very quickly and explained everything in detail to us. Devon took the time to explain all of our options as we needed a full replacement and helped us through the financing options and deciding which furnace and AC system would be the best fit for our family.

We have used Service Plus several times for different issues, both at our house and a relative's home. Every experience has been excellent in every way!! John T. did a very thorough heating and A/C check at my mother in law's home and was very pleasant. Tony has now been to my home twice for our heating and A/C check and was very thorough, informative, and professional. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he is! and Erin is very delightful on the phone and is a great representative of the company over the phone! Excellent company!!

HVAC tech for my scheduled fall maintenance was excellent. On time, very professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail. Highly recommend him(Mario Wilson) and the company he works for (Service Plus).Drain repair guy was prompt, professional, and we talked like we were friends. He quickly took care of my issue and explained it when he started then filled me in afterwards on exactly what the problem was. Highly recommend this company and you would be lucky to get this guy, it’s pretty obvious he cares about his job.

We had both of our sump pumps go out at the same time. It is in the unfinished part of the basement, but the water that started at a 10 foot circle became a much larger issue very quickly. Thankfully, when I called Service Plus, they understood the issue and sent someone out right away, even though it was late afternoon. David assessed the issue right away and was able to get a pump in very quickly to start getting the water out of my basement. Afterwards, he took the time to discuss with me some ways to prevent this happening again. I am very grateful for the great service from th office to the technician.

My heater was coming on them immediately shutting off, thus my house was about 5 degrees colder than the thermostat setting. A tech came and inspected the furnace and quoted me $2100 to replace the computer and asked if a sales rep could come to quote me on a full replacement. I agreed to meet with a sales rep the following day. Before the sales rep visit I got a second opinion on the heater, the 2nd company said all my furnace needed was to clean the flame sensor, which after quick cleaning was good as new. Its now been a couple of weeks and the furnace is working perfectly. Very disappointed to receive a $2000 quote for something that just needed cleaned. Beware, they are dishonest.

This company provided a fair quote, made the payment plan process smooth, installed our AC quickly which I really appreciated since I work from home and am pregnant, and followed up with us afterwards on our installation and answered all our additional questions. I would recommend their services. Great company and easy to work with!

Service Plus did a preventive furnace service at my house. They communicated well ahead of the app and were on time. Mario, the tech was very friendly, polite and explained what he was doing.

Ronald was courteous, friendly, not pushy. Very helpful! He did yearly maintenance on my water heater and checked all toilets and faucets for leaks. Gave me some estimates on needed repairs.

The office staff were extremely responsive and professional and sent someone out as soon as they could. They gave me advance notice when sending someone out. Kendall was extremely helpful, friendly, got the job done and cleaned up after. I will definitely call Service Plus again if needed!

Service Plus techs worked hard to repair my old system, but at some point it makes more sense to move on to a new system. I was not charged for the nearly-entire-day the tech worked to repair the system as I ultimately decided to go with a new system. I quoted new systems through Service Plus and others. Service Plus was competitive on pricing and even offered to match another quote I had that was only slightly less. Install crew worked hard all day to install the new system. They had a few bumps along the way but there were some unique circumstances in my setup. They hadn't quite dialed everything in but it was the end of the day and they had the A/C working so our house was cool. They told me to try it out and they would return if needed. Turns out there were a few things I did have questions about so I scheduled to have them back to ask about some changes. It was a fairly expensive purchase after-all so I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and what I thought I paid for. After looking really closely at the sales quote, I thought one of my concerns about something I thought I was getting might be put back on me as a miscommunication between myself and the sales staff but when talking to the install crew it was really no questions asked, super easy conversation, and they made a few changes to the system to get it to exactly what I wanted. It is working awesomely now.

2022 - I have enjoyed relying on Service Plus repeatedly over the years. Thankful for their courteous technicians, the professional service, and the great value. Orlando did an awesome job replacing my furnace filter. He was on time, polite and very mannerable. He took his time installing the filter properly. Additionally, he spoke to me about the importance of changing the filter often. Job well done, Orlando!!

Today was drain line clean out. Was kept informed of arrival time , activities, updates and progress and final results and any other follow-up necessary. Very satisfied with Steve today.Replacement of hot water heater. Derek was great. He kept us informed all the time. When issues happened he let us know. A faulty replacement hot water heater happened and he kept at it to get us up and going ASAP rather than follow up the next day. Very much appreciated him and the company. Customer service is obviously of very high importance.

2nd year getting service from Serviceplus. Great experience so far. Today they sent Kyler Kirkham for A/C Servicing. I found him very professional, thorough and responsive. He explains everything clearly. 5 star to Tyler as well for his service.

What I liked is the honesty Tim displayed. He explained the service required after making an inspection. His follow up with past repairs were spot on. Tim told us he would plan an appointment for a future inspection to make sure there was no further significant damage. Tim was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He’s welcome in our home anytime.

They quoted me a ridiculous price for services. They were trying to charge me 4 times what other contractors wanted. This company just wants to take your money. Be wary!

Derrick came out and found that both my water heater and softener needed to be replaced. He explained the issues thoroughly, tested the water, and displayed a solid command of professional knowledge. Installers are coming out tomorrow. I'm very pleased with Service Plus!

Received a water tank maintenance inspection with a full house sinks/faucet and toilets inspection too - Tim Bennington did a thorough job, was very professional, knowledgable, timely and great guy to communicate with, highly recommend.

Service Plus is who I would recommend to family and friends. Kendall was professional and on time. I appreciated him being quick and thorough. I didn’t have much time but I Had to get the plumbing fixed. I am so thankful for service plus. It is a one stop service and repair business. I won’t use anyone else!

Update: 3/10/22: Welp, I bought a new water heater now too. I'm officially broke! Lol. Anywho, at least this price wasn't as bad as the HVAC unit I got put in. Terry was very helpful, polite, nice and efficient. Here's to hoping installation goes just as smoothly! It's scheduled for next week. Fingers Crossed!Update on 2/7/22: We finally have heat! The tech Colin came back this morning and him and another tech (sorry, couldn't remember name) worked until they figured out what was wrong. They both were really nice and Colin was kind enough to answer my questions & explain what was wrong with the unit. I'm happy to say my new system is finally producing the heat it should! It cost a pretty penny too!Update on 2/4/22: I had to take this review down a star. My full installation has not been complete. On some of the coldest days so far, we don't have full heat. They started on 2/3/22 and they ran into some complications but was supposed to come back out today (2/4/22) to finish but they didn't. Said they will be back Monday due to the parts business only being open M-F.Samuel was very thorough, nice and knowledgeable on everything. I truly appreciated his down to earth demeanor and truthfulness. It made this experience better than I thought it would be. I'm a happy customer.
