Called about having a quote done for a water heater that went out they were very responsive and eager to help resolve my issues. Had a quote within 24 hours and must say was a very respectful one at that.

Juan and Kenny made quick work of our faucet repair issue. Replaced the plumbing in the wall very quickly, cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

I had a damaged refrigerant line. 24-7 employee Wes was prompt and discussed the issues and then the possible solutions with me. He discussed what the repair would entail and then visually identified several things with the system for me to consider. My system was 10 years old and after weighing the options presented, I decided to get a new system. 24-7 was able to work me into their schedule and Wes and CJ arrived the next day for the install. The install was completed that day. I received top quality work from two professional employees and am very happy with the completed installation!

24/7 is hands down the best hvac and plumbing place I've ever used. Every person, from the office to the repair person, is professional and friendly. Justin in particular goes above and beyond.

Actually they are the best home repair vendors I have ever worked with. I have never worked with a company that so promptly responded to a call. 24-7 inspected the system and attempted to repair the current system before ever mentioning a new system. They explained to me how the system operated, how the furnace and air unit work together, and what capacity my home required before presenting options (plural!) for replacement. Explanations were respectful and not pandering. The same gentlemen (and they were gentlemen) work with me through the entire process. They were prompt, tidy, polite, and went above and beyond to make the replacement as quick and convenient as possible. They worked well even with the pets in the home. I have no hesitation to HIGHLY recommending 24-7.

Incredible experience with Clint and 24-7 plumbing! On the first day we'd owned our new home we found a leak coming from the second floor. 24-7 was quick to dispatch even though it was late in the evening, and Clint was quick to find and fix our problem with faulty washing machine hookups. He recommended a long term fix and was able to come back out to make the final repair. They were very reasonable priced (even for an emergency after-hours visit) and the whole process was extremely professional. Highly recommend 24-7!

Called and left a non-emergency message on Sunday and was promptly responded to Monday morning. Already off to a great start, as I don't typically receive message returns from a Sunday first thing Monday morning. Once the plumber arrived, it was a quick assessment of the problem and we discussed several solutions, ultimately resulting in replacing the water heater due to what would likely result in future plumbing problems if not fixed promptly. I was expecting a few days to wait for installation, but the plumber had enough time between appointments to install that very moment. Called in a few other plumbers who came by and the work was done within a few hours. Everything looks great and the new unit is working wonderfully. Couldn't recommend this place enough based on the quick turnaround and excellent service.

I had an ongoing horror story with my existing furnace installed by a home warranty company and needed a real professional to come install a new furnace ASAP. It only took 24 hours from the time I called 24-7 to when I had my new furnace on and heating my house, and this was right before a major snowstorm! They were fast, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite folks. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for all my HVAC needs from now on!

We needed a water heater replacement and we were able to get someone from 24-7 Plumbing to our house the same day we called. There were some nuances to our installation, and the team at 24-7 Plumbing worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. They are professional, efficient, and willing to be flexible when requested. We will definitely call them again!

Called to get quote for installing dishwasher apparently they don't do that. Asked what the charge is for installing kitchen faucet, they don't have clue. Asked what the charge is for Outdoor Faucet Sillcock install they don't have a clue. Only answer gave me there is $79 diagnostics charge to come out and look at the faucet! Really? Plumbing company that don't know how much would it cost to install simple kitchen faucet?!

I highly recommend using 24-7!! My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. Brandon answered my call and came out right away to help drain the tank and sent someone out first thing in the morning to install a new one. They were very professional and did a great job. This company went out of there way to save me money! I had a leek in the ceiling of my garage that was discovered at 9PM. After calling 3 other companies that were not available I found them. They answered my call and had a service person call me with 20 min. He discussed my problem and talk about what he would need to do to fix it. He was going to be another hour before he finished another job so we agreed with the water off I could wait until morning and save $150. They called at 8AM the next day to come out to fix the leak. They arrived in 20min and the they went out of their way to avoid cutting the drywall in the ceiling. Amazing job and they ate my new go to plumber for all my needs. Oh and the repair was only $209.

Discovered my water heater was leaking at 7:30am. Called 24-7 and asked how soon someone can come out. They said between 9:00-11:00am. To my delight, they arrived at 9:00. They assessed the situation and determined the water heater needed to be replaced since the leak was internal. They were able to replace the water heater before noon! Kudos to CJ, Austin, Ken and Wes who were professional and performed the job in a timely manner. And for Charlene at the office who was involved in coordinating the workers and procuring a replacement water heater. I was very pleased with the turnaround time on such short notice. Thanks again. This business is amazing! I needed a gas line hookup to a stove.
They came the same day I called and the professionals that arrived were very pleasant and gave me a good estimate on the spot. It was really nice to talk with people who wanted me to have the service I needed at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

My experience started with the easy going conversation that I had with their sales gal Taylor. She got me a quote and definitely made the process easy. Clint was the plumber that responded to our home and since it was daytime, they didn’t even charge a fee to come look at the problem. Long and short our water heater needed replaced b/c age and corrosion. They pushed another job back, got the new water heater, and had the installation done same day. Full explanation of the workings of the new water heater and expansion tank that was installed. Certainly happy with the work, professionalism, and price. Quote was $300 cheaper than a couple of other places that had provided quote. These guys were also recommended to me by my neighbor.

Hot water went out. Called at 4 pm on a Friday and was told someone would be there by 6. Juan arrived 30 minutes early after calling to confirm he was on his way. He assessed the situation and gave me two costs to repair vs. replace. Then 2 replacement options. Decided to have a new tankless system installed with a new water softener as well. He installed it all the next day. Soft spoken, explained things well, didn't try to sell me other than detail my options, fast, timely, efficient and well done.

I needed a new valve installed in my shower. Another company came out and gave me a quote. I found 24-7 Plumbing through porch.com. Justin Braunager came out within 2 days, gave me a great quote ($129 lower) and explained exactly what I needed. They got me scheduled 2 days later for the repair. He did a great job and was polite and courteous to me, wore a mask and was respectful to my home (wore shoe covers). Absolutely terrific service!

Juan Morales is an excellent, knowledgeable plumber. He found our piping issues underneath the kitchen sink were not line up because the original plan had a disposal installed. The pipes leaked when the dishwasher ran. Juan discovered that the piping wouldn't realign because the original design included a disposal which was not in plave when we bought the house. So, he installed a brand new disposal, all pipes aligned, no more leaks. Very reasonably priced! Very happy with the overall results.

Our toilet has been running for a while. I found 24/7 Plumbing though Angie’s List - now Angi. I received a call from 24/7 Plumbing giving me an ETA of the technician. Juan arrived on time, looked at the problem and immediately knew how to resolve the issue. He gave me a quote for work, asked if he could complete the job and then solved the issue. He was very nice and informative. So much, that they’ll be coming back again for maintenance work.

I had a great experience with a very professional technician who was able to replace a frozen pipe that had caused a leak in my house. Thank you for great, prompt and friendly service!

I called 24-7 plumbing today because my sump pump was running continuously. This company did previous work for me and I was very satisfied. They sent Justin Braunagel who was very respectful, he entered with a mask. I was on the phone when he arrived and he went to the basement where the sump pump was located. About 2 mins latter he was telling me that the current sump pump was fine and did not need to be replaced. He said the float was stuck and he released it and everything was working properly. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn’t. This is way when I have a plumbing issue I will always call 24-7 plumbing. Thank you Justin for the person you are.

CJ was sent out today to help locate and repair a water leak that was coming from our upstairs and leaking into a downstairs room through a light fixture. He was very professional, knowledge and trustworthy. I would 100% recommend CJ and this company.

The are communicative and professional. The office called to let me know that my tech was en route and will be at my place in about an hour. He showed up in 50 minutes. My service tech was friendly, upfront, honest and knowledgeable. Did a nice job and I will use them again.

We have used 24/7 three times now. All same day service. My mother also called and was very happy with her water leak repair. They saved her 700bucks by calling the city to fix part of the problem. We had them install a water softener and serviced our heat pump. Very satisfied with their work and prompt service.

We had a late night sewage sump pump problem. Sewage was backed up in the basement bathroom and leaking from the tank cover. Needless to say I was in a panic. 24-7 Plumbing was very responsive and sent a plumber to us within the hour. The plumber, Clint, was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined the pump was burnt up and he replaced it. I was impressed with Clint’s workmanship and asked him to return the next day to examine the water sump pump for any problems. Turns out one of the two pumps was also burnt up. Clint explained my options and I chose to have both pumps replaced as a precautionary measure since they were 10 years old. I would highly recommend this company and will call on them for my future plumbing needs.

I had a pipe in my basement that burst. They came very soon after I called (after hours). Juan was the technician and he was very thorough and did a great job fixing the broken pipe and saving my basement from flooding. I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend 24-7. Will definitely use them for any future services. Staff was very communicative, including Taylor in the office. We had a pretty big project and Clint was our Plumber. We can not say enough about him. He was extremely professional , always willing to answer any questions, and just an all around nice guy. This was not an easy job at all and very exhausting, and he never let it show. You could truly tell he loves his job. Our plumbing issue required some man power, so Kammeron assisted Clint, and he was great as well. Clint was aware we had issues with previous plumbing companies and instead of sub contracting the concrete work, he took the job on himself so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. 24-7 Is definitely the company you want for your plumbing needs.

We had a problem with our toilet last night late. We called 24-7 plumbing and Justin Braunagel called me within 5 minutes of me calling then was here in 20 minutes. He was great!! We just moved into a new house and had some questions about being on a well. Clint was able to answer all of our questions, explain the well system to us, and let us know of a few things we may want to begin thinking about replacing/updating. Our water heater blew two days before Christmas and Rich was on it within an hour. We decided to upgrade to tankless, and he stayed until midnight working on it. He came back the next morning only because it had gotten too late to drill the exhaust hole in the foundation (due to noise ordinances). Very reasonable price for the amount of time they were here. I would highly recommend this company! I called them for a water heater issue that caused water damage to my home. I explained to the receptionist that it was an emergency and that I needed them immediately! There was someone at my door in less than an hour. The technician they sent out was very professional and friendly. He made a very stressful situation better. He was even able to recommend a restoration company to help with the water damage. I plan on changing out all my faucets this spring and I will definitely be calling this company to do it. Also great to know that they do HVAC as well. After a full night of rain, I awoke to the alarm in my basement going off as water had come up over the pit drain lip. After realizing both my primary and battery backup sump pumps failed I called 24-7. Within a couple hours Zach was at my door and got to work. He explained how everything works while installing my new sump pump. Job was done within about an hour with excellent quality. Obviously you never want to have to call a plumber, but if you do I've got a go-to now.

Had our sump pump stop working during a very rainy period and needed an emergency replacement. Called 24-7 and within a short period of time Allen called and showed up at the time he promised. Gave us three recommendations for replacements sumps and within the hour he had a new pump installed which included a new check valve and an electronic monitor for the system.
Allen was very professional and clean (wore his mask and shore covers the whole time).

OMG! This is an honest company! I had two different companies come out yesterday and tell me I needed a new air compressor for my air conditioner. Two! This is a four-year old AC that shouldn’t need one yet. I already had an appointment set up at noon today to spend a fortune to get it fixed. But just in case, I called these guys for a third opinion. They fixed my air in 10 minutes!!! Need I say more? I am their customer for life!!

My 2 pump “alternating” sump pump system was not operating correctly. The battery operated backup (3rd pump) had to engage multiple times to empty the sump in my finished basement. Clint Ritchie and his co-worker Justin Braunagel came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, and provided 3 options to fix my problem. I opted to replace my old pumps with a new PHCC Pro Series PS-C33 primary and backup pump system. They removed my old system, cleaned out the sump, plumbed and installed the new system within a few hours, all at a reasonable price. I found Clint and Justin to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. They very clearly explained the benefits of all 3 options which definitely helped me decide which one would work best for my home. After installation, they tested the system and explained in detail how it works normally and in case of a power outage. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and took away the old plumbing parts and pumps. Both Clint and Justin are very conscientious, take pride in their work, answer all questions, and strive to please the customer. I highly recommend 24-7!

These guys did a great job for me and I wanted to share it with everyone. I woke up to water all over my floor and once I got my water shut off I called 24/7 Plumbing. It was a Saturday morning and I was hoping they could get jere quick and they were there within an hour and a half.They found a broken pipe in one of my walls.They responded to my emergency fast,did great work at a reasonable price just wanted to thank 24/7 Plumbing again and share my experience.

I was having a problem with some of the air vents in the upstairs of my house. I initially called another company to come out and take a look and their technician looked around, tried to convince me that there was nothing he could do, then charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing and left.

Then, after filling out a form on HomeAdvisor, their sales rep Taylor called me and patiently listened to me rant about my situation. She was so kind and understanding and really made me feel like she wanted to help me fix my problem.She told me that they could come out for free to take a look at what was going on and if no repairs were done, that I would not get charged. She sent out one of her service technicians, Aaron K, who happened to just be finishing up a job around the area. Aaron arrived in less than an hour and the first thing he did was investigate exactly what was going on. I could tell he was determined to solve the problem and in less than an hour, he discovered the problem, explained to me what was happening, and fixed my problem. Seeing Aaron work was an absolute delight because I could tell he wanted to solve my problem and he did everything in his power to do so. He even crawled through my spider web-infested crawl space and got dirt all over his clothes to help me reconnect my vent, all during a late Saturday evening when he was really supposed to be going home for the weekend. I am so grateful for Aaron and Taylor's work and I will be calling 24-7 back for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. I can't recommend them enough!

This is a good company. We needed a plumber, they sent someone out in a timely fashion. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He made sure I saw the problem and knew exactly what he was doing to resolve it. It is easy for me to highly recommend 24-7 Plumbing.

Juan was very professional and took the time to explain what the issue was with our garbage disposal. He was able to find that the problem was actually one that an electrician would need to help with and instead of forging ahead with replacing the garbage disposal recommended that we do that first in the event that replacing the garbage disposal may be rendered useless. We appreciated his professionalism as well as his honesty and would highly recommend this company and Juan!

Wes was fantastic. I called with non emergency at 7pm Thursday and it was fixed by 9:30am Friday (next day). They charged significantly less than I expected to pay. The cost was less than the supplies would have cost me if I attempted to fix myself. These are my guys from now on!

Had a pipe burst in the middle of the night that was spraying water so loud it woke us. We called 24 7 plumbing. They came right out and took control of the situation getting the water stopped and made the necessary repairs immediately. So thankful for the knowledgeable, friendly staff for helping us when we needed it the most. Will definitely be my go to plumbers for any repairs or upgrades to the plumbing in my home. As the water in our basement continued to rise, 24-7 Plumbing was able to replace our sump pump quickly and prevent further damage.
They also set us up with a battery backup pump that we can now monitor remotely via an app! Very pleased and will definitely use 24-7 again.

After searching for a plumber in my Westfield area, 24-7 plumbing were the only ones willing to come out at10:30 at night and rooter out my main drain. The late night plumbing call is never a welcoming experience but after being reassured over the phone Aubrey came by made it to my home within 45 minutes my drain was cleaned and the cost was lower than quoted!!!!! OMG! will definitely keep 24-7 Plumbing in my saved contacts!

They were extremely timely in helping me with the issue I was having. I received a call 30-45 minutes before when the service techs were en-route, which I appreciated. Employees are knowledgeable and the price is fair for the service. Definitely recommend giving 24/7 a call. Great company!

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

I had no water. I called 24-7 plumbing. Ken Hodgin took my phone call & was at my house within an hour. He found that my well pressure switch was bad. He was kind, curtious, & very knowledgeable. Had it replaced within a half hour. I will definitely use 24-7 plumbing in the future.

I am very happy and the plumbing technician was very helpful, clean and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Just moved into house and had backup sump pump and water softener put in. Did not try to up sale me like others did. Will keep their number for future plumbing needs!

Great local plumbing and heating company serving the Fishers area. We live in Geist and heard they do a great job. Had Brandon replace our HVAC units and they did it for the best price. It wasn't the cheapest but it was the most accurate I feel. This is why it was the best. They were the most honest about what it would cost.

I was very pleased with their service on my ac unit. I thought I was needing to replace the whole unit before Aaron came in and repaired very quickly with just a part fix. We discovered a leak late on a Friday night and they were super quick to respond and fix the problem. We then had them out several days later to replace our main water shut off valve to the house and we couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable.
