I called on the Saturday before Easter early afternoon. David came out in under 90 min and was able to repair my pilot light issue on my water heater. I was impressed on how fast he was able to come. He also felt this repair could give me a couple more years of use on this older Kenmore unit. A new one wasn’t advised at this time.

Eric and his assistant were just fabulous. We had a tricky lighting situation that needed to be addressed in our laundry room. We had another company look at the job without giving any clear direction as to how they would solve it. Eric came up with a solution and we are finally not doing laundry in the dark. He also expertly hung a difficult medicine cabinet and installed a light fixture in a bathroom that we were remodeling along with repairing some other switches and outlets. On time, on budget and professional. Would rehire for our next project. Thank you, thank you.

I have been using B&W exclusively for all plumbing issues for over 10 years. Spigot replacements, crawlspace drain repairs, sewer cleanout repairs .... anything and everything. I've requested Randy over and over again for different plumbing issues in two homes I've owned over that time. He is a diagnostic genius and always does top notch work. Could not recommend him and B&W more! 11/10.

I had B&W come in for a second opinion after getting a quote from another company for almost $2,000 in repairs. Tom Hicks came in and found all the repairs that I got quoted for didn’t need servicing. I was told I needed the Inducer Motor replaced. Blower wheel cleaned. A filter changed. And duct cleaning. He found the motor to be running great. The blower wheel was clean. And the filter the other company wanted to charge me $680 for didn’t even exist! Thank you B&W for your great service and thank you Tom for your honesty!
Randy and his partner were very helpful, courteous and timely. They solved the problem of the pilot light on our water heater going out and will prepare an estimate in the event we have to replace the water heater in the near future.

Service Tech Trent identify a blower motor going bad (bearings) during the Heater System maintenance service/inspection. He let me know the blower was in stock and could be installed on a follow up service visit. He just completed replacing the blower and now my heating system is much quieter AND I don’t have to worry about the blower going out on the coldest day of the year, which according to Murphy’s Law is when it would happen. Trent is an excellent tech and does a great job of explaining things clearly and providing all the options. Thanks Trent!

I called in this morning regarding an issue with my plumbing in the kitchen. Crystal answered the phone and was EXTREMELY polite and as far as customer service goes today, that’s hard to find. That first contact for a customer makes the biggest impression and whilst I haven’t had the work done yet I’m already very impressed with quality of service I received just over the phone. Hold onto her she’s a keeper.
Tom was very helpful. My thermostat was not working and even though he did not have one to replace it, he made sure there was a way I could still heat my condo until B&W orders a replacement thermostat. I really appreciate Tom going the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable in my condo!

We have had B&W out to our House several times. They replaced our water heater when we bought the house, they replaced our AC unit when it was going out a few years ago and they have helped us with a few plumbing issues along the way. The technicians are always friendly, professional and they know what they are doing. Recently Max came out and made some major repairs to our plumbing. He was fantastic. We also had D come out in the past and he was very friendly and helpful. Their prices might seem high but good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. We always call B&W for any HVAC or Plumbing needs we have; I recommend you do the same.

Amazing service above and beyond. Discovered furnace malfunction at 4:15 pm on Christmas Eve. 12 degrees and falling outside. Called B&W and Tom Hicks arrived at 7:30 pm. A switch had failed and no power was available to the unit. Tom fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes at nominal cost. We were thrilled. B&W has always done quality work but this was a true test. They were there in our time of need and we know we can count on them. We would give B&W and Tom 10 stars if we could.
Excellent service, our water heater leaked and shorted so a new one was needed. Eric was our tech/professional and was fantastic. We decidded to replace our 9 yr old sump pump with a new dual pump battery backup system. It was quick, efficient and painless. Eric answered each question that I had and I had a bunch.Highly recommended!!

Our gas stove was leaking and it took a few calls to have someone come out to look at the line. They were able to come out same day I called and Mitchell was very detailed and careful in his investigation into the issue we were having.

I have a leaky faucet. I knew there was a $146 fee for just coming over and diagnosing/trip fee that would be waved if they did the work. And I agreed to it on the phone but how it went down just did not seem right.DT came in, nice, masked, on time. He looked under the sink, gave me a brief description of what he saw as wrong and said we needed a new faucet because this one couldn't be fixed. I said we were thinking of upgrading to a stainless steel sink and faucet. He basically said, Yeah, I don't have what you want so I'm sorry but I can't help you. That will be $146. I asked him isn't there any way to fix it?? Like just make it not leak? He said something like I don't do know how to rig things, sir. I fix it all the way or not at all.I asked him a few more questions but then had me pay him and he was gone. Whole thing was like 15 minutes at most! I just did not feel like I got any value for the $146 that I paid. It was weird.
Trent did a good job. Answered my questions and was very professional. Service did not take very long either.
Had a plumber come to my condo due to a very large water bill. Citizens said I must have a leak. Upon inspection it was found I do not have a leak and everything was in good working order. He came in the time frame requested, performed his duties very well, very professional and kind. I will definitely recommend this company and use it again.

Discovered water leaking from the hot water tank Friday evening! Figured I would have to wait until Monday to get someone out to replace it. Called a couple pf places Saturday morning. B&W put me on their schedule for Saturday afternoon but was able to come sooner because of a cancellation. I was impressed with the technician who arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. While he was here discovered the sump pump also did not work! In about 2 1/2 hours both had been replaced. The cost seemed a little pricey but I was thrilled to have the work completed so soon. I would use this business again.
I needed my drains fixes and the plumber was very upfront about the maximum cost of the work if he couldn't get the drain out. Fortunately he was able to get one drain out, which saved us about $200 and a hole in the wall. He did have to open up one wall but he was able to locate it in a closet so repairs will be easier for us to do. He was very helpful and courteous- I was really please with his work and felt it was a really fair price given the amount of work he had to do. I'll be using them again for all my plumbing needs.
We have used B&W for other projects and know we can count on them. When our garbage disposal developed a crack in the bottom and needed replaced before Thanksgiving. it was very easy to schedule the appointment, they were here when they said they would be, put on shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. Always friendly and professional.

Crew of 2 took just 2 hrs installing new water heater. Got old unit up basement steps and its 2 turns without a problem.
My shut off valves under kitchen sink started leaking, and they were able to get here the next day and took care of everything. I felt confident the plumber knew what he was doing and gave a fair price. Highly recommend.
DT arrived exactly at the time he said he would; he evaluated the situation (pinhole in a copper pipe near an elbow), listened to my thoughts, and provided a solution similar (but better) that what I had suggested. DT was professional and did an excellent job (turned out better than I imagined) replacing the copper pipe with PEX pipe. He did a neat job and I am sure it will last longer than the house will. I was very impressed with his work and if I ever need to use B&W again (I've already used them way too many times on our Estridge home that used shoddy materials) I will definitely request that DT do the work.
B&W provided excellent plumbing service for us when our sump pump system and backup seized working correctly. The receptionist we spoke with early that morning was very helpful and was able to set up our appointment within the hour. Mitchell was the technician sent to our house to diagnose our problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and we were confident with his diagnosis. We hired B&W right away to do the job. Mitchell provided excellent CUSTOMER service and repair / installation. We will definately call B&W in the future for service.

Our experience with B&W and Plumber Dave was incredible! Plumber Dave is knowledgeable and explains things very well. His communication skills and ability to answer our questions was fantastic! He took the time to walk around the house (interior and exterior) to better understand how the plumbing worked and what pipes led to where. He even showed us a few things we were unaware of. We had our water heater replaced, sump pump replaced with a battery backup installed, and a water softener installed. Everything was done at a reasonable price too. I would highly recommend B&W and especially Plumber Dave!

I noticed water was leaking from the toilet on Sunday so since I’ve been a victim of water problems I called the plumber immediately yesterday and Michael who is a great plumber and has taken care of all my problems came out today and fixed the problem. B&W is a great plumbing company.
Tom is an excellent technician, extremely responsive and helpful. He came first thing to our house to look at our AC system after we called him at home before he went into work. We can always rely on B & W’s fine service, and Tom is who we ask for!

Very unprofessional and over priced.The company hired me in as an “apprentice”. I was eager to get started and learn the trade. Instead, I was lied to and thrown in the warehouse as a helper. It only took me a couple months to figure out the inconsistencies of the company. The other “apprentice” was hired to do hvac as well. However, they just strictly use him to drive one of their master plumbers around because he can’t stay awake at the wheel and is too much of a liability. They have a couple plumbers who are NOT fully licensed yet either, but have them out anyways individually working on jobs in your home! They’re not even qualified! The owner of the company is Beth, she is an extremely hateful and a rude person. I was also informed that her son who used to work for them at the time went to prison and once he gets out will look to carry out his legacy at B&W. BEWARE!!!
We called B&W late afternoon as I found my garbage disposal indisposed..talked to a lady who was very helpful and she made an appointment for next day. The technician arrived on time and with replacement disposal on the truck, he was fast and cleaned up in a timely manner..crisis averted! Thank you B&W!

Update: we had Dave back out to complete the repairs he quoted earlier. The quote was a couple dollars higher than the cost came out to be! Another great experience with B&W and Dave!Dave got here at the beginning of the time frame I was given and was fantastic! Repair done at a reasonable price and quote for future repairs. B&W is fantastic! I had a problem with my water heater, and they came out right away. Everyone from the receptionist to the service tech was very friendly and helpful. Dave, the plumber who actually completed the repairs was very knowledgeable, and only replaced the part which actually needed to be replaced instead of trying to pressure me into buying whole new water heater. The price they charged was very reasonable for the work done. I'm very impressed and will definitely be calling them the next time something goes wrong with my house.
Our plumber called and was able to make his appointment almost two hours earlier than scheduled. That worked for us. And his quick repair of our garbage disposal made our day even better. Thanks!

They were able to come next day from calling about a leaking water heater. Water heater was 8+ years old and had begun rusting inside the outer shield resulting in the leak. B&W was able to get a replacement heater installed same day and also addressed water main line valve that began to leak after work always completed (replaced valve).
B & W has consistently provided with very strong and reliable service. That’s why we have had a service contract with for years.
We have used B&W for our annual maintenance for years and I believe it has saved us hundreds of dollars over the years. They are always on top of making sure they get out to the house twice a year. The experience is always good and the service guys are always helpful. This year we had Michael, this is at least his second season of inspecting our equipment, it is always nice to see a familiar face. I had questions and he had good answers. Thanks Michael!
Our Central Air replacement was quoted by Dan. He was very thorough, taking into account all of our concerns and coming up with solutions for everything we wanted. The bid was competitive. The installers Patrick P, Kyle, and David S. were very courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They were careful with our house and left us with a superior A/C system. Brad supervised the project, stopping by three times over the two days installation. He was friendly and informative.We could not be more happy with B&W!

I’ve used B&W for plumbing repairs, plumbing equipment installation, and HVAC repairs and maintenance. Each time, they’ve been pleasant to deal with, quick, priced well, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business. You might find a cheaper place to work with (although, they’re not at all overly expensive), but you’re not likely to find a team as responsive, quick-working, and willing to share their vast knowledge. I’ll use them any time for their host of services.

I called because I suspected our main drain line was clogged and they were able to work me in the same day. The technician was very nice and explained what they were doing and what caused the problem.

By&W replaced the sewer lines in my house. My home was built in 1933 and still had the old cast iron sewer lines. I was fairly anxious about the work because it was a pretty large project. Called in the morning and 1.5 hours later the plumber was on site. He quickly addressed the issue and the shower temp handle was fixed. He even checked all of the other shower handles and we were done. Excellent service, professsional and friendly. I highly recommend!

Greatful they could come diagnose the issue with my tankless water heater the day before Easter. They didn’t have the part but came and installed it on Monday. Unfortunately when it was installed an o-ring had not been installed and a large amount of water leaked in our basement. They tried to clean it up but in the end I was left with hours of major clean up to do on my own. Would have appreciated more effort to clean it up or at least a reduced price as this was considerable time and effort on my part not due to the actual plumbing issue.
Patrick was prompt and arrived within the time B&W stated he would. He answered all technical questions i had and resolved our furnace issue quickly. After installing one part he found there was a further issue. He talked me through the options and gave a breakdown of all costs. Overall very happy with the quality of service.Prior to Patrick coming out another member of the B&W team spoke to me over the phone during out of office hours to understand what was wrong with the furnace. Prior to someone from B&W being able to come out, they gave advice on how to protect the house from freezing pipes and further damage. This was very useful and above expectations! Thanks!
Replaced pressure reducer valve and pressure gauge. Plumber provided excellent service. However, 2 things to note. Two appointments required as part not on truck first time. Cost estimate revised upwards on second appointment.

Randy was prompt and courteous. Had a leaky water heater that was still under warranty. They drained the heater, disconnected our water softener, hauled off the old heater, installed the new one and reinstalled the water softener. This was all done the same day I made the service call. Mike came out extremely quickly to help us with our sump pump. We had 2” of standing water and couldn’t wait till tomorrow like another service quoted. In 2018 I got a quote for a gas 199,000 btu Navien tankless water heater from B&W as well as some other plumbing companies offering different brands. We didn't act upon our plan until 2021. The new price estimate made sense with the passage of time annd inflation when compared to the original. Quick scheduling and motivated installation plumbers made this experience feel like Christmas morning as a young child. The two man crew arrived on time and energized to provide great service and technical details of the process. Will I be using them for a scheduled maintenance plan and future service? You bet I will.
Dontril was great. He was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood what the problem was and what to look for in the future if I had difficulties with the sewage ejector pump. B&W was able to provide same day service. Would definitely use them again.
D.T. was on time to remove old kitchen faucet and install the new faucet. He loves his job and it was on full display. D.T. took time to explained how he would complete the work, which I appreciated. The new faucet looks great and D.T. work was outstanding!
We had a leak in the meter pit. The first technician made a good effort but was unable to make the repairs. He provided good referrals and a number to contact B & W for questions or other follow up.Later in the day I spoke with Tim (operations/management) who asked if he could send another crew to inspect and effect repairs. Eric and Robert were creative and together were able to make the repair.We appreciate the good work, tenacity and customer service from everyone at B & W and will call them for every future need.

I had another company come out and look at my system. They wanted me to buy a completely new system. Corey came out and looked at it and walked me through every step of the process. My blower needed cleaned up but there was NOTHING else wrong. They were prompt, honest, and fairly priced. Cannot recommend them enough.
Dave and Spencer were a great team.They kept at it until the drain was clear. They continually communicated with us to let us know what they were finding and they tolerated our dog being too lazy to move out of their way with good humor. They also entertained and explained things to our 2 year old grandson who was fascinated with their tools and machines including the big black truck. We are confident that our problem is now fixed.On October23, we had Max come for HVAC maintenance. He was very polite, very clean and wore appropriate PPE. He was diligent and did his work in a timely and professional manner. He gave us several opportunities for questions and cleaned up after his work was done. His arrival was prompt and he made the appropriate phone call to notify us he was on his way. We couldn't be happier with this service.

I was very happy with the technician Michael Bratton. He came out within an hour of my phone call to Crystal, who was very helpful and informative. I appreciated her knowing who would be best to send out for my plumbing issue. Michael diagnosed the issue quickly--it was a broken shower handle--but it broke on the inside. So water was flowing out but the knob would not turn the water off. Michael gave me the choice of his getting the shower handle from Lowe's and putting it on or my getting the shower handle and putting in the one screw to hold it on. He showed me which handle to get, including the aisle and bay. I chose to put it on myself, which kept the cost down. Michael also gave me the senior discount, which helped. I will definitely use B & W in the future! They truly are an honest and trustworthy family business!

I have used B & W several times over the years. Most recently I had a water heater problem at a rental property. It had a leak (second time this has happened) and they were able to fix it yet again. No pressure to replace it and they didn't even charge for a return visit when the tenant couldn't get the pilot light lit.I spent less than $300 to fix instead of $1200 to replace. That's why I give them 5 stars!

I had a problem with my electric water heater and also wanted to add a mixing valve to get more effective capacity from the 50-gal tank. Doug at the office was very clear about the options. We decided to replace the tank and add the mix valve rather than repairing the old unit. Dontril was punctual, friendly and competent. Those are things I value more than the lowest price. You can probably find a cheaper quote, but I think it was a fair price and I will not worry about the work.

The service provider phoned me before heading my way which enabled me to go about my day without having to remain at home all day waiting. When he arrived he immediately put on booties to keep from bringing the outdoors in. :) He told me what he was going to try to do first to alleviate my plumbing problem and as I watched him he nicely explained what he was doing. He was professional and let me know before proceeding how much it would cost me just to try this first solution. He was able to fix it. As he was preparing my bill I remembered something else my husband had mentioned that morning on his way out the door and asked if he would take a look at that, as well. He was kind enough to do so and lo and behold this plumbing issue was more extensive than the first. The service person attended to it without complaint and stuck with it until he was done. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to look at the second problem that I had not included in my original phone call to B&W. Both problems were fixed and I feel he did a solid job on both!
Its always the same consistent, qualified, expert service. I would not call anyone else. I always call the same company and have never had a problem... You just dont get any better than that. I called at 8am they were there at 1 and done by 5. New 75 gallon hot water heater installed. Stick with the best,.. Its always the same this time it was Mitchell. Still not calling anyone else.

We only have 1 bathroom in our house, so having a toilet down is a major inconvenience. They were able to come out within an hour or two of calling.....no more sleeping at my parents' house and no more rust periodically coming out of our faucets. Mr. Whittenberg showed up very promptly and was polite and courteous. My plumbing problem (in an older house) was not a routine situation, but he analyzed the problem and approached it in a very methodical way. Actually, the problem involved more of the plumbing than I had realized, and he was able to determine what other repairs needed to be made. It was good to find a technician who could thing outside the box to solve a problem. He took care of the immediate problem, made a temporary (but quite satisfactory) and will return soon to take care of the rest of the situation. I am a pleased customer.

I've used other HVAC/Plumbing companies in the past but after today I will only use B&W. They are professional and honest. They do not try to up sell you on things you don't need as well as make you believe the service is needed now, like dire. Not only that, they are on time and courteous. Oh, and did I mention it is a woman owned business who does things right the first time. Lastly, their warranty can't be beat!

Jasmine helped me on the phone and she was really amazing. I was hoping B&W would be better than my experience with A&E Factory Service and in all honesty there is just no compatison. New review for B&W: the work was completed professionally November 2019 as always, but we were told by Crystal she and Beth(the owner) would be working the numbers to drop our price of $969, since the job was not scheduled as promised. I had to call them after 2 weeks after never hearing from Doug to schedule the job. Crystal went above and beyond to get it scheduled, but we felt lied to when we were told the job was not going to be $969 & we were presented the invoice for that amount. I contacted the company with no answer back.B&W RESONDED 17 HRS AGO CLAIMING HOW THEY VALUE CUSTOMERS, AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE DISCONNECT AND IF I WANT TO CALL TO DISCUSS. Why didn't Beth, the owner, contact me when she saw this review herself? I'm the one contacting this company continually, and they are doing nothing to make this right because they have their money now. We should have never pd the $969 invoice and that was our biggest mistake. Lesson learned after being lied to. At least others will be careful by reading reviews. We learned the hard way. We are not saying B&W is a bad company, but be careful when they tell you verbally your price will be lower. Get the new quote in writing. Otherwise, you're stuck. It's a broken promise or whatever you want to call it; either way, a bad situation. Just get everything in writing. EVERYTHING.Michael just left our home, and I couldn't be happier. He was extremely respectful, friendly, called when there was a delay on the interstate to tell me he was going to be late. We were prepared for the worst. He explained what to use for future, what to watch for, and triple checked everything. This is why we only use this company for plumbing, heating/ac for years. The price was so reasonable. I called late in the evening for a leaking pipe and as always B&W arrived within an hour and stabilized the pipe leak before coming back the next morning and installing a new hot water heater (it had 14 years in it) and running new line while the weather was enormously cold and unpleasant. Randy was prompt and courteous and oversaw the installation of a garbage disposal at our home after giving us a few options from which to choose. When this was completed, he checked the work done mostly by his apprentice who was with him this day. B & W was able to send this very professional, qualified, and friendly person immediately. He had to go through the back wall which is in our living room. B&W was fantastic! Someone was able to come out not long after I called. Basement water problem had been going on for two months. Bobby was wonderful, very pleasant, and professional. It didn't take long to determine the problem and work to resolve it. B&W was a referral from a Citizens Energy employee. I'm glad that I called B&W.
The handle on our shower broke and after some research I learned it was not a simple fix. I called B&W on Friday to discuss the issue with a plumber and decided it was best to let the professionals handle it. I received a call the next morning a little after 8:00AM and Dontril Williams was at our house by 11:00AM. After discussing the issue with me he worked for 2 hours until he was able to extract the broken part and replace it. The piece that broke was the piece that was used to extract the part from the plumbing and Dontril was able to drill the item out and extract the part without doing more costly work like removing the shower panel. He tested the shower functioned after the repair and we settled up and he was on his way. Overall a great experience.
I have used B&W multiple times for plumbing and have been satisfied with the service and the tech in each instance. I feel like there is value (alhough they are certainly not a discount service). I intend to continue to use B&W in the future so long as they continue to provide service comparable to what they have provided in the past.
Was able to repair issue and I added another job onto the initial call. He checked and was able to accomplish that work as well. Very good job and explained what he was doing. Would recommend him and B&W.

Their people are professional, their product is first class, and their prices are extremely reasonable. You never feel like they are trying to make a sale. Rob came out for a spring check on our air conditioner and furnace. We have had B&W out multiple times since we moved into our house - for check ups and even after a couple unfortunate water damages. They are always very professional and friendly. He even put shoe covers on when coming into the house (which I really appreciated because I was in the middle of mopping our floors when he arrived). They are always amazed at our incredibly old furnace that is still kicking, they recommend we replace it with a more effecient one (which we agree) but they have never pressured us into buying. I would recommend B&W and we will continue to use them in the future.

I love this company. I have used them several times for both plumbing and HVAC issues and have never been disappointed. Employees are helpful, friendly and honest. On one occasion when I was out of town and called for a furnace repair, they could have taken me for $600 and I would have been none the wiser . . . but they didn't. I will never call anyone else.

Dontril was great and personable. Will certainly use him again when I need help in my properties. My concern is the pricing structure at B&W for the work done. It boiled down to $200 an hour for 3 hours of work. Very pricey considering I found my own parts and assisted in the completion of the work. It is a shame that Dontril's hands were tied and could not deviate from the companies pricing structure.
I am very disappointed in the service I was a provided. We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. Called this company and they sent out their technician whose name is Nick. He let us know our sink was clogged due to grease and he then ran a cable in the drain to try and declogg. After about 3.5 hours he could not get the water to drain so he decided he would come back when got back from our trip and finish the job since we were traveling out of town that day. I was a little disappointed because we would have to leave our kitchen sink and dishwasher with standing water. He then put drainage solution in the sink to sit hoping for the water to drain by the time we came back. When we got back from our trip we contacted the company to send Nick out, and the dispatcher or rep said they will call me right back. Well about 2 hours later no return call. I called B & W, to see find out what was going on. The rep apologized and then send another technician out for work. I expected the other technician to have all the details of prior work done and thought he might try something new. However he did the same work and repeated the same issue Nick mentioned and after 2 hours could not fix it. He wanted to bill me double the amounted Nick quoted even though the work was incomplete. I contested the charge and they decided to credit me back for work Nick had done but charged me a bit more for the he did even though he spent less hours and did not fix it. He then told me to call a jetting service as the next level to correct the issue. He mentioned they did not have a jetter available because theirs was not working. In a nutshell if they had the right and correct machine, 6 hours total should not have been spent ineffectively and inefficiently trying to correct a problem that could otherwise been fixed using another method. Anyways I found another company called Second Opinion on craigslist. Spoke to John one of the owners that patiently listened to me and decided to come late that same night. He assured me that he could first try to do the same cabling work and then also jet it if needed. I was a little reluctant bc the B&W had did the cabling job to try and release the clog from my drain for a long time. But John assured me they will do what is best and do what is fair. Also he assured me that they can solve what most other plumbing companies dont effectively solve and that they are passionate in and love what they do.He came in with his partner and started cabling and in less than 20 minutes they were able to release the drain. Additionally they fixed a rattling noise that my garbage disposal was making. Now that is efficiency and great work. The key is to love what you do and do it well. I was highly disappointed in B & W plumbing service. Long work but ineffective and not trying other solutions to remedy situation.

Called to get an estimate of removing/installing 3 toilets and a sink when I get my floors redone. The person I spoke to on the phone told me it’s $200/per toilet and $200-$300/ sink depending on the plumbing of the sink (~$800). We schedule an appointment for them to look at the sink. The technician drove by my house and stated he did not have to look at it anymore since I had a newer house and plumbing. He sent me a quote for $1200 which is a $400 dollar difference that what I was originally told. I took time out of my day to wait for them to come (never came) and received an estimated that was very different than what I was originally told.
The lady who set up my appointment was very nice and helpful. Randy came out to my home the same day and inspected my concerns. Unfortunately they couldn’t help me, but led me in the right direction of who I needed to cal to take care of my issues
Priced in the middle from our experience -not super high not cheap either. But work was scheduled and done efficiently and professionally and the person who came to the house was very personable and listened to our needs.

This is really a top-notch company, and they do excellent work. I had a outdoor spigot, that would simply not turn off (it was a cheap, old, mostly plastic faucet; I didn't even think they made them that low quality); anyway, contrary to its cheapness (& plastic-ness), it did work for a while, after I bought the house; but, recently, it simply would NOT shut off. They came out & fixed it, same-day, treating it like the near emergency it was (in retrospect). This makes the second exterior faucet they've replaced, at my house, each time they've done excellent work. I would definitely do business with B&W again; I now wish I had them install my shower, instead of the plumber I went with; I get a strong impression it would have been a significantly better job.

On a Saturday afternoon, B&W answered my emergency call about a clog in the main sewage drain. The person answering the phone was courteous, and contacted the technician. Randy, the plumber, showed up promptly and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate of the cost. Then, proceeded to clear the clog and recommend a more permanent resolution.

Been having them help us for many many years. Found and fixed radiant heat pipe in the floor concrete slab which is not an easy thing. Wouldn't consider using any other company. They are experts on radiant heat and other plumbing jobs we've used them for. Fast, considerate, helpful,sympathetic, and professional. They're the best in Indianapolis.
Family owned, honest, and experienced. You can not find a plumbing or heating/cooling problem they have not dealt with. We called B&W for a leak in our water heater. They came fast and located the source with ease. Randy was very professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. Our valve was a speciality piece, not typically stored in their truck, therefore another technician brought the part from the warehouse to save time. I would recommend to others and will call again.
I've got a house in Speedway and have used B&W a few times. Always did a good job for a fair price. But when I scheduled an appointment for a sump issue in the basement -- I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER! Highly recommend! Integrity and good work! (Thank you, Doug!)

Once again B&W came through with flying colors. I had to shut down my bathroom tile job because of a plumbing problem with the toilet. Randy and Mitchell came out the same day, at the end of the day, and went above and beyond to fix the problem so the tile contractor could resume work tomorrow. The problem could have resulted in having to tear up part of the concrete slab. Randy and Mitchell remedied the problem, with alot of effort, without tearing out any of the slab! I appreciate them and the honesty I've come to so much appreciate with B&W. I use them for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs and will continue. Highly recommend.

I diagnosed a bad A/C starter capacitor, and the guy came in and quickly agreed. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Rob A and the rest of B&W do a great job. I've written two large reviews in Angie's List about them and trust them for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.
They were wonderful. I needed same day service without having to be at the house that I am selling. They were fast, kept me informed and were fair with costs. Dave and Neisha saved me today! Thank you.
I had a leaky shower and two burst hose spigots replaced. They were able to fix both in one trip and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing needs.

I originally called for a drain to be looked at. Nick came and did what he could. I had a greater idea of what needed to happen. Nick inspected my crawl space and came up with a less expensive; while maintaining the proper way, fix. Professional, easy to understand, answered all my questuins so i understood. Nick had a helper with him on the repair dsy, a young courteous man. Properly cleaned up when i got home. Nick and his helper( sorry i dont remember his name)nailed it. During a home inspection I was told that we had a gas leak. I found B&W online and called them to fix the problem. 4 hours later there was little progress. When the plumber left he told me to search online for the product. I had no idea what I was really searching for. I was without hot water Friday-Monday. I received a call that they could try to fit me in Monday afternoon. I called Mr. Quik and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes, had diagnosed the problem and fixed all of my problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Dontril Williams. He was knowledgable and easy going. He solved our problem as well as he could and then directed us to the resources needed to complete the work.
Plumber Dave was timely and took time to explain the drain line issues and what course of action was needed to correct my concerns.
I needed to have the capacitor replaced on my outdoor unit. B&W’s price for this was reasonable, about $100 less than a company I had used in the past.

This is the second time they have been able to come on a Saturday and fix the issue I’ve had. Both times have been helpful in fixing and then what I can do moving forward. Clean, professional, and competitive prices.

Found the small leak in our emergency release valve. From called to fixed in 1 hour on a Sunday.
These guys always come through. I woke up to a furnace being out all night and they called me right away and helped. Got the house back to being warm.
Michael was very courteous, very thorough and I was more than pleased with the service.
Everyone there treated my neighbor and me with respect. IF ever my heating and cooling team retire I will use you. I will also tell people to use your company!

B&W implements the Citizens Gas hot water heater program. I was blessed beyond measure to qualify for a new hot water heater installed by B&W. DT (Plumber) and Evan (Apprentice) arrived on time. The work was performed quickly and with quality. They answered all my questions, which were many. So glad to see they are bringing up the next generation of plumbers by employing an apprentice. It was wonderful to learn the story of why DT is so loyal to the company who has been so good to him for 18 years. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs.
