Well I had my review on here once before but apparently it's been removed because it's had over 18,000 views of how poor this company handles their issues Shane their excavation leader is absolutely disrespectful does not have his Cruise clean up after themselves. Destroyed my roofing material and then tried to say that their company never touched it pictures don't lie I have plenty. They refuse to do any type of safety precautions around an 8-ft hole on a property with three different families, as well as no communication with the people on the property whatsoever. Called the company with my concerns due to my popped tires because of the company leaving 3-in screws in the parking lot as well as the fact that Shane and his crew damaged my brand new roofing material and was basically told to get over it they're not going to help me.
They ROBBED ME!!! Mr. Quik are crooks. Cost $3,555.95 just to install two 100amp main breakers and install 4 copper grounding rods. THEY DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM!!!! Outside power line was broke and was sending in 240volts in the house!!! Mr. Quik Damaged the wall in installation. Left ground wires above ground. Did a sloppy job like an amateur. Wanted $10,000 to rewire the whole place with new breaker boxes. Duke energy fixed my problem for FREE!!!!!NOT worth any where near $3000!!!
In July of 2019 I had a new sump pump system installed in my home by Copper Ridge Services for $2,100. Since then Copper Ridge was purchased by Mr. Quick so when my sump pump system failed in April of 2022 I called Mr. Quick and they sent a plumber that same day. Great!I said to myself. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty primary pump and controller. The solution proposed was a total replacement. Still, no cause for alarm. The surprising part came when he told me the price. $5,761, which was $3,661 or 174% more than I had paid less than 3 years ago for the very same system.Was it supply chain issues? Inflation? I wasn't sure, but I was decided to find out. So, I politely declined the quote and paid the whopping charge of $373.95 for about 1hr and 20 minutes for the service call. Suspecting price gouging I went to a local plumbing supply store which offered me the same equipment (same brand, same model, same everything) for only $926.56 ($991.40 after tax)and I figured I could get a local plumber to install it thinking it would require a little luck and massive plumbing super-prowess. When I unboxed the system I was shocked to see that the sump pump unit consisting of a primary and backup pumps with a controller system comes already pre-assembled so installation consisted of only attaching the 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe to the check valve in my basement and just connecting the wiring as laid out in the instructions. So I did it myself in about 1 hr and another $30 in pipe primer / glue and supplies. I am scratching my head wondering how Mr. Quick would justify charging $4,739.60 to drive a couple of miles, collect the part from the supply store and spend 1 hr replacing a sump pump system.I totally get that Mr. Quick is a business for profit and has to make a buck, so I was not expecting them to do something for free or even next to nothing. As customer I expect them to make a reasonable profit. This markup is very far from being reasonable. In fact, it is flat out abusive. This experience sure taught me a lot.UPDATE: Mr. Quick told me the warranty was for 1 yr (I had purchased the original one from Copper Trace in July 2019) The supply company that sold me the replacement pump system was glad to take the old one back under the 3 yr mfg warranty and credit my purchase back to my card. So I basically fixed this issue for about $30 in supplies and 1 hr of my time. Grrrrr.
The service was great. I wanted to add a 240v outlet to charge my model y more quickly so I called in. The result is very good and my garage is clean after the work!The only draw back is I wasn't know the first attempt was only for estimation but hey, maybe I missed that part during the phone call with their dispatch, and I got the service done the next day!Overall, nice guys! Nice work done!
So had and HVAC unit installed paid for everything out of pocket. When all said and done, the guys finished up and left. Went back to look at the unit and sweep up. Noticed old filter was propped against the wall, went to throw it away and there was a huge hole in the wall where they didn’t seal the intake. After seeing that started to notice more how the flashing didn’t reach top of the ceiling. Mister quick after saying they would refund some of my money for the install sent a guy to fix those issues, and the new installer pointed out more problems. The manager I was talking to then stopped answering my calls, or getting back to me when he said he would personally come out and take a look at the unit and get me some of my money back. Never happened. Have to say not sure if I will ever go back to them, and I would suggest others to look elsewhere as well.
2 months after moving into my house, the pilot light would not stay lit. Not being familiar with water heaters, I called Mr quik. They came in and said it was my burner, so they replaced that. Then a few hours later, it was doing the same thing. They then called the company on the water heater to ask what it was and the company told them the gas valve. They then replaced the gas valve (totaling almost $2k) Well 3 months later (10/6/22) my water heater is broken again.Upon further investigation, the thermocouple was installed and placed right above the burner causing the fire to burn right through it. This time I will be replacing it myself.

Mr Quik team was great! from the first call made to them to the last. They called the day after fixing the burst pipe in my kitchen sink to check how everything went and if everything was good. The service technician who came to do the inspection and cost was very nice too, she explained the services they offer and best things to do for plan members. Unfortunately I couldn't make it home when the service was done but my son said it was quick and sounds it went smoothly. I don't really know how plumbing services prices are out there so I can't tell if it was high or pretty reasonable cost but the work got done and so far so good. I only wish the service was done the same day because we didn't have water for 2 days, it was rough but, I also understand there was a high demand for their services after the nasty weather. Over all Service was Great I'll be call them for future help ?

I had an emergency situation and needed my home looked at ASAP. I called Mister Quik and they were able to come faster than what I even thought. They scheduled an appointment and also called me to tell me they were on their way which was so helpful. There were two men who were super nice and explained everything in great detail. They took their time and offered different solutions. They listened to what I wanted and respected my budget. I highly recommend anyone use this company. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I ever do, I won’t hesitate to call.

This organization has always been very reliable. Truly the quickest organization to jump on a job. The workers who come to my home are always very professional, polite, & knowledgeable. They explain everything in simple terms. Most recently, Casey came to do a routine check on my AC/heat unit that comes with my membership, realized there was an issue, & make a recommendation for a replacement to fix what Summer's had messed up. I explained I wasn't able to afford it & at 8pm, both Casey & his supervisor worked tirelessly to make sure they got me an amazing deal so they could replace my AC/heat unit the next day. I can't oversell them or this company. It's simply not possible.
Any service I receive from Mr. Quick employees is always thorough and completed by a kind, caring and thoughtful person. It was no different with my most recent air conditioner maintenance completed by Brent. I trusted his professional review and appreciated the feedback for improvements. Job well done.

Came out to our house and did some work cleaning out air vents out. My vintage mustang in the garage magically the next day had a new scratch on the fender. Someone ran their hand over it to see the damage they did but didn’t say anything about it to me or my family. So if you own a classic, I’d suggest you move it out of the way before having these people walk through your garage.
Our A/C went out unexpectedly and we called late in the evening not expecting to get an appointment right away. Mr. Quik was here very first thing that next morning! Our technician, Richard, was on time and so helpful! He fixed the issue with no problems. Very affordable prices! We will definitely use them for any future needs!

I've just finished doing business with Mr. Quik for a completely new AC unit, thermostat, the works. The first technician, Brent, arrived very promptly after our call to the company that morning. Brent was kind, courteous and completely professional. He gave us many options for replacement on our system and thoroughly reviewed each system He recommended to us without trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Brent told us the installation team would be there the next day(memorial day) at 8:30 am. The team showed up around 8:10 and proceeded to put an entirely new system into my home in less than five hours. All the time being courteous, well spoken and very knowledgeable about their trade. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from anyone. Brent was great, and the installation team of Mikey and Marcus were incredible and deserve raises.True professionals through and through. I'll certainly be using and recommending this company for quite some time.

My current go to service provider for any HVAC, electric and plumbing issues. Haven't had any general contracting needs yet but would feel confident they would also provide good service. Had a few issues with work done in the past, but they were very responsive to resolving the issues and getting them corrected in a timely manner. They are proactive with scheduling service calls for their maintenance plan subscription which I very much appreciate. The techs are very professional and courteous.

I have had a couple of very unfortunate events happen in close succession but Mr Quick and their technicians were FANTASTIC. The first technicians Justin and Josh were relentless in making sure I was taken care of when the full sewer line needed replaced. Then there was David who paid me a late Sat night visit regarding my furnace. Even with the unfortunate news he had to deliver to me, he was gracious and did what he could to ensure I could get a replacement furnace taken care of. I feel very fortunate for having chosen Mr Quick to help me and can’t thank all of the employees and technicians enough for such fantastic service!!!!
Brent was our assigned technician. He responded quickly and on time. During his inspection he took the time to explain everything concern he found with are old furnace and AC unit.After deciding to replace both units, Brent went through serval options they would be perfect for my household. He explained in great detail the products, services, and warranties on all models, so we could make an informed decision.Brent was able to get us scheduled the follow day for installation. Isaiah was out to do our yearly tune up, and it could not have been a better experience. He is extremely personable, hard working, and kind. Takes the time to explain everything, and makes sure you understood exactly what was done.Not only a great technician, but a great person who anyone would be lucky to welcome into their home for a couple hours.

I was having a problem with a few rooms with no power. Steve and his apprentice ( Holden) came in and found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I also bout the plan deal and will definitely be calling if I need more repair. While they were here I had an inspection of my plumbing and Tim and his apprentice (Drew) found a clog in my washer drain and cleared it right up also in a timely manner. All the guys worked well and got the job done. Thank you so much !! Very happy customer here.
Needed a Sewer Line Camera Video of a sewer line repair made by the builder of the home as evidence and validation that the sewer line was indeed repaired properly and free of any obstruction to the main sewer. Josh of Mr. Quick was timely, professional and well versed in the process of providing the service that was requested by the homeowner. Price was below most competitors in the area and would use them again in the future. Josh performed above my expectations and Mr. Quick should feel very fortunate to have him employed as one of their service technicians.
Very quick to send someone out (less than 24 hours from my phone call). Isaac did an excellent job inspecting our electric after a power surge/lightning strike. He kept us informed on what he was doing the entire way. I also like the online/digital capabilities of this company. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.
Today was my first and only service. They were quick and the young man that came out did a wonderful gob and was polite and professional. They have a service where you pay a onetime fee for the year and get one inspection for plumbing, air heating and water heater.So far everyone was very nice to deal with.

Justin was courteous and professional. He solved our sewer issue and suggested the shade plan which was a life saver. Upon inspecting our furnace Austin uncovered major issues. I VERY HIGHLY recommend the wonderful people at Mr. Quik! My mother had just finished her radiation treatments for cancer and was still doing chemo when her hot water went out. Turns out she needed a new water heater. The professional and COMPASSIONATE people from Mr. Quik came out immediately and answered our prayers. Some companies just care about profits and charges, but not the people at Mr. Quik! They worked it all out with us and helped us when other companies probably would have walked away. All I can say is THANK YOU to the owner AND to the angel who came out to do the estimate AS WELL AS the installer. My mother was able to have a hot bath and peace of mind after all that radiation and pain. But it was the true compassion that really was the most impactful and astonishing thing, to see that there are good people and good companies still out there.

****WOULD NOT RECOMMEND****Damaged my perfectly fine compressor instead of cleaning my ducts, and tried to sell me hard on a $20k full system. When confronted they actually start threatening. ?They really should pick up the $15k bill for my new system - that I did not need before their visit! I had another great company fix it. As soon as I told them what happened, he goes was it Mister Quik? Go figure!

I’ve had Mr. Quik stop by twice, once for a garbage disposal installation, and the second for a furnace check up.Both employees that came out were incredibly personable and professional.Especially Bradley Rowe who came in to do the furnace check up. He walked me through all the small steps he was doing and what he was looking for at each step. Additionally he was extremely transparent with his knowledge about the system and it was extremely appreciated.I would definitely recommend using Mr. Quik.

Patrick was professional and friendly while taking our phone call. Lucas came out earlier than expected which was great because our internal House temperature had dropped to 34 degrees. Lucas was able to get the issue resolved and answered all our questions. I only wish there is more that could be done to resolve the issue of our external condensation pipe freezing in these temperatures, but everything was handled well. We thank you for your service!!

Had water coming up from basement drain when I ran kitchen sink. They ran the line and told me it was clear. He cam with an apprentice and I'm guessing the apprentice ran the line (it two show up don't let the new guy run your line). Not even 24 hours later I have water backing up in kitchen sink. But the floor drain runs fine. Called to have them come back out and fix and was told it will be another charge for visit. It is no longer coming into basement but will not drain from sink. They fixed one problem and caused another and refuse to fix without another charge. I have a 5 month old at home and am currently washing bottles in bathtub. This is my first and last time using this company.
Brent did a great job in explaining everything in a relatable manner. Very down to earth and not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with him and they got all the work done in a day so we had AC. Highly recommend.
We recently purchased a new HVAC system through Mr Quick. Since installation, we had issues w it not cooling properly. Tony and Isaiah eventually came and diagnosed the issue. Once they did their thing, the AC is working great. They were able to tell me what was going on and were able to resolve the issue for me. Mr Quicks technicians are very nice and professional.
Yesterday we had Bill Goul who came to check on the furnace gas valve. He was very professional, very experienced. Went above and beyond to thoroughly explain what is going on. By the time he was done we felt very confident in what he said, and in the work he has done. Mr. Quick is very lucky to have such an expert like Bill. He is very honest, trustworthy and pretty much saved the day. Because of Bill, Mr. Quick is going to be our to go to guy.

Awesome. Temperature dropped into the negatives and the furnace quit working. Mr. Quick was the only one out of 5 service techs in the area who could get someone out that day. The tech came within a couple of hours and got the issue fixed. Can’t recommend them enough.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone! We have to get an entire new A/C system which is NOT cheap. Brent did not rush or push us to make a decision but gave us every bit of information needed to make the decision. Every thing was talked through so we felt like we were in the know about everything. Years before the company has come and cleaned my sewage system with warranty included. But this year they did not give warranty and on top of that they've always given another service with unclogging but did not give it this time. It was a service required and they wanted to charge me extra for the service. The technician also came with a bad attitude, he also only reached around 7 feet and he was already getting even more a bad attitude. Based on a previous job a neighbor did he blameatagt being the reason for the problem. They didn't want to give warranty at all,not even for one single night. They also said they would only give warranty if the extra service was done

Brent with Quik was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to facilitate a conversation with our home warranty service to gain an approval for necessary repairs, and to clearly demonstrate his findings so that we as homeowners feel we understand the state of our system.The visit was overall a pleasant experience; we have yet to make a decision on how we will move forward, but left feeling informed and trust we were given a fair assessment of the facts as opposed to an appeal to a hard sell.

Rich came out to help with my burst pipes and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had issues with our kitchen sink doing a slow drain and altogether stopped draining, we tried clearing the clog ourselves but had no luck and finally called Mister Quik. We got a drain cleaning service appointment very quickly! Everyone from the first phone call all through the service appointment was so nice and helped answered our questions! It only took an hour and everything is back to normal with our kitchen drain and works great! We wished we would’ve called them much sooner and but so thankful for the quick quality of the service we got and for the price as well!!!

Steve came in when my electrical panel decided to die. It was a very cold day and he stayed until I had power. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Small things but for what i paid I expected no mess at all. Piece of tubing left in my yard and tag. Water left on my floor too. Be sure you look at everything before they leave.EDIT...... Well if you use this company they have NO EMERGENCY SERVICES AT NIGHT even if they put in and get paid. There's a raw wire and the pan has water in it that my water heater sits in. BUT I can't get a Plummer until 8-10 a m in the morning. Now I can turn off my water heater was the suggestion I get from my phone call to them. I paid over 4,000 dollars and not happy with this. I will never use this company or suggest this company to anyone ever. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for services. I was told by the salesperson that We are expensive but we're worth it. What a joke.

The cold water on the bathroom faucet is a trickle. Plumber came out -- didn't do anything except turn the supply line on and off. Offered to rebuild the faucet for $500+. Didn't bring any parts. Said it is 85% of the time the cartridge. Then why not just replace the cartridge? Totally worthless $89 service call. Would not use them again.
Reggie showed up on time and was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Mister Qwik is lucky to have him as an employee. I am a 30 y/o female that hardly ever writes reviews, but wanted to post this so others are aware: I had used Mr Quik previously with a water heater issue and signed up for their annual program which offers a discount on services + annual tune ups on HVAC, Furnace, Water Heater, etc. They came out to do my furnace tune up and I was told that I needed to completed replace my entire furnace and hvac system though both were running fine. I specifically asked the sales tech that came out if there was a cheaper solution to keep both running for the time being. He specifically said no and that it was not safe to run my furnace and that I had to get a whole new system for $16,000. I scheduled the appointment for replacement and my furnace was left disconnected for the time being, and the tune up i paid for within my annual membership was not completed.I called a different service provider who was able to come out the next morning and give me a second opinion. He found nothing wrong outside of normal wear & tear on a 10 year old unit. He completed the furnace tune up for me at that time.I called Mr Quik to cancel my install appointment. The sales tech that originally came out called me to discuss. He proceeded to lie and say that he never told me I needed to immediately replace my furnace.Mr Quik did refund me $50 for the amount i paid the other service provider for the tune up since they did not complete that service.Home owners: Be wary of anything the sales technicians tell you needs to be done. They will lie to you to make the sale. Always get a second opinion.

The technician, Josiah ( I apologize if I misspell it) was fantastic. Arrive on time, professional, and solve my problem quickly. He came to check the cold water for my washer, but he also asked me if there was anything else he could help with, so I told him about the standing water in my brine tank for water softener. He added salt and regenerated it. Highly recommend!
The technician that serviced my air conditioner brought things to my attention that could decrease the life of the air conditioner. I was extremely pleased he shared this information to allow me to get if fixed to increase the life of the air conditioner.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and as a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't want to touch anything so we figured we would call a professional. I was told there was a hole in my hose and would need a new sink along with a new garbage disposal. For an uglier faucet I was quoted $2500. For my faucet I was quoted $3700 (found it on amazon for $100). After he left my partner started playing around with it and tightened a screw. Our sink is working. I paid $89 for him to come out and quote me an outrageous amount and not even fix the problem. Will never be using their services again. Also they were supposed to be here between 8-10 and he arrived at 10:30.Adding a star because they called me to apologize and are refunding my money. Which feels like the right thing to do.
I like how informed I was through out the process.. the issue I had were that they didn’t finish installing everything. They left some old pipes under the house, and in the garage, didn’t hook up my kitchen sink, the washer box was reverse(“hot water” was cold and “cold water” was hot), they didn’t run a new line for my ice maker either. Just mixed feelings about this whole thing. After they finished I texted to see if they would come back and finish and I got no response. I had to call the office to see if they could come out and fix the issues

We've been using Mr Kwik for 9.years, and they have consistently sent quality techs to help us. Today was no different. Reggie was very considerate and thorough, and my dog liked him, which is always a good sign. My only complaint is not with the techs, but with the company's new push to sell me more every time they send anyone. If you actually read these, Mr Kwik, please know that if I want duct cleaning or more insulation, I'll call you.

Set aside being quick, and heavy advertising. 2000$ for a simple repair on a shower head is insane. I get cost of living has gone up but this is no way to fight it back. Sad and pathetic the guy turned around to think he was getting the job. Then tells us the pricing. The problem is the 100$ call cost is to assess I get that. It's the total afterwards. Love to know good honest company not robbery ? Sam does that enough. We said no.

Alex Kolb came out to perform maintenance on my furnace/HVAC system. He was on time, friendly and super informative. Answered questions and also explained how the system works in each season without talking down to me OR getting overly technical. Very knowledgeable, no pressure. Just the exact balance of service and info I want. This company installed my HVAC 11 yrs ago - no issues and always speedy, courteous and practical.

They went over and above to make sure they got my AC working knowing it is 90 degree weather. I am very appreciative of how they cared enough to get me taken care of.
David Johnson serviced my A/C today, he provided a wealth of information and answered all my questions. I would recommend David and was totally satisfied.
Expensive. I received 4 quotes for a job, and Mister Quik was one of them. All three other quotes came in vastly lower (two of them were HALF the cost of Mister Quik's quote). Good for on-call services like cleaning and small repairs, but go somewhere else for large jobs.
The guy was extremely friendly. Made sure he figured out where the leak came from and going above and beyond to assure that the repair guy would come out today to fix the issue!
I called these guys out for an emergency. They sent a guy to just look at at and he tried to sell me a bunch of other services I didn't need and then quoted me these astronomical prices. I told him I wasn't going to go with him so he then charged me 89 dollars just to come out. Ridiculous I just want my problem fixed.

I spoke with Abby over the phone who was extremely quick and informative. She helped get me scheduled for an appointment to take care of tenants who needed a toilet unclogged. Drew the technician who came out was on time, communicative, and overall great! He was quick and informed the tenants of the issues that resulted in this clog. We hired Mr. Quick to clean out our dryer vent (which had been done 2 years prior) when our brand new dryer started giving air flow errors. I was very unimpressed by the very immature reps who came out to do the job. The entire time I was thinking to myself they were going to break something or damage something and sure enough they stepped through my drywall and put a whole in the ceiling. (Which they did Repair when I pressed them) We continued to have the error code so I assumed at that point there had to be an issue with the dryer. We replaced a less than 1 year dryer and still were getting the error code on the brand new unit. I assumed Mr. Quick did their job correctly so we began to go down the path of installing a dryer fan booster. After many calls to get a contractor to come out and do that the contractor said that should Not be necessary and said it was probably clogged at the point of exit on our steep roof. (Which Mr. Quick employees did not want to climb on to properly do the job and instead just opened up the middle of our ductwork in the attic) Sure enough it was clogged at the top. So I spent 6 months with a barely functioning dryer, fire hazard, spent money and time getting another brand new dryer installed, the time and money to hire another contractor all because Mr. Quick didn’t want to do their job properly. I could scream!!Pictured- all the lint clogged at the vent cap.Update: after posting this review I did get a phone call from mgmt who gave me a full refund for my original bill. So now I am just out the $159 from the second contractor. $100 delivery fee for my unnecessary new dryer and my pain and suffering ha

Our water heater was out on a Friday and we didn’t want to go a weekend without warm water for two small kids. Mister Quik was able to be at our house in an hour! That was so great. The man who came was polite and knowledgeable and knew what needed replaced. We chose not to go with their service because the price was $1,400 higher (not kidding) than other places for a part that was under warranty.

I own a salon in Broad Ripple. Mister Quick sent a plumber out to fix our toilet. $1,000 to replace the mechanicals in the tank or $1,300 to replace toilet. Ridiculous! Another plumber fixed it for $170. Beware!
Sam flushed the water heater and checked for leaks in pipes.She was very thorough and professional. She gave helpful advice regarding adjusting the water flow in the toilet.

Mister Quick did our main line replacement for about $8000. We chose them due to their seemingly stellar reputation. While everyone we’ve worked with was friendly and helpful, the good bits end about there.When digging into our yard, our front flower bed was plowed over, and dirt was placed on both our driveway and rest of the entire yard. After being filled in, this left things in a rough state. Our clean out pipe wasn’t even cut down, sticking 4 ft directly up in the air same time.We were told the ground would have to settle.Then told it was too cold.Then told it was too wet.Then that they forgot the gravel for the drive.Now months later, my driveway is still like driving on the moon from the mess. Our front yard is dry as a bone, and yet we still sit here with zero follow-up from the company, two random attempts of people stopping by but “finding out” they can’t do it or don’t have the right things.We’ve called twice for follow-ups, lost response from our main contact John, and are struggling to figure out how this is the level of work to expect.Photos below are how things were left, and haven’t been touched since FEBRUARY 22.Edit// Mr Quik came through not long after posting this review to finish the job. It's a pretty big letdown to have had to call upwards of 10 times to try to get this finished. I was told that after digging things up that we'd have a grade, seed, top soil laid down, and great seed. While I can admit the seed did grow, no top soil was laid down and our yard is currently covered in rocks.Advice to Mr Quik - don't dig holes faster than you can fill them back in.

We've used Mr. Quik for years. Now that they have other repair options, we definitely only will use Mr. Quik. Every repair we've had a good warranty, which might cost more, but has been worth it. We've had every major item in the house worked on by them and love the work of all their repair techs. All these years, warranties have helped throughout the life of the repair or install.

Mister Quik was so responsive when my AC quit working. They were able to troubleshoot and get it repaired within the day. What I really liked is that they went through the process to find out what the cause was and provided options to repair versus purchasing a new A/C unit. There was no high pressure sales and allowed me to make the best/affordable decision for my own budget. I really appreciated that. The employees are some of the nicest individuals I have ever worked with. Glad I also renewed my service plan.

We have used Mr. Quik for a few miscellaneous things with good to mixed results. December 2021: They came out for a furnace tune up. The tech broke the whole house humidifier because he didn’t understand it was wired to our smart thermostat. They then gave us an estimate to replace the humidifier for around $1,200. The next day the broken humidifier flooded part of our basement before the leak was discovered. Mr. Quik took no responsibility even after it was escalated to a “project manager” and multiple calls.I fixed the humidifier myself.

However, I talked to a contractor friend after their visit and he was a little surprised on how much they charged for what they did. The technician that came out was nice but not very personal. Arrived mostly within the window they gave us. The technician who came out to snake our kitchen drain was able to solve the problem. He made sure to call a coworker when he encountered a problem stemming from the old construction of our house. Also threw in a 30 guarantee on the drain working so we'd feel confident we wouldn't have to call them right back out. Much better experience than other plumbers we've tried.

BEWARE: In my opinion, Mister Quik services are EXCESSIVELY OVERPRICED!!! I needed my main water shut off valve replaced in the garage (easy access). The technicians were very nice and knowledgeable, however, after only 20 minutes to complete job, I was charged $700. When I goggled national averages, I should have paid no more than $300/$400. I am satisfied with the services, but feel I was taken advantage of!!

Bradley Roe is very competent; the man knows his HVAC! I highly recommend Mr. Quik to anyone with any and all home system (HVAC & electrical) repair issues. I've been using this company for years and they have ALWAYS and consistently had my back.
Water softener repair, he said he had 30yrs experience in plumbing but needed instructions to test my WS. (Normal for water to be above salt??)The WS and Water Heater were installed for just $6000. Their sales persons are trained to offer 3 choices: too high, still to high, and no warranty. I wish I had gotten up and escorted them to the door.
I had mr quik replace my furnace and air conditioner with a high efficiency unit after my old one died, they also cleaned my HVAC vents. Joe and Jeremy did a fantastic job and kept me up to date and educated on what they were doing. There was a small issue with the AC unit out of the box, but Mr Quik had an upgraded replacement to the house immediately and the guys never stopped working. The job was co played quicker than I expected as well. Fantastic job! The vent cleaners were quick and got right to work and even showed me before and after pictures. 10/10 would reccomend.

The whole company was wonderful to work with. The guys were nice and professional and the work got done fast and efficiently. Caleb finished our electrical panel repair fast and it looks beautiful inside. It did not even have all the labels before and he took time to label all of them for us figuring out what each switch did. JR was super knowledgeable on fan installation and made it to where we did not have to do drywall repair with his amazing and well thought out method of new fan installation. David the handyman was also very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Super recommend working with them as they hire really great employees that get the job done right.

I called two other companies before calling Mr. Quik. Both companies had me on hold for such a long time that I hung up. When I called Mr. quick, a real person answered my call. She was very polite, and got me scheduled for a free estimate the very same day. She gave me a timeframe that a technician would arrive, and then an hour before, I was given another call to let me know he was on his way. Mark from Mr. Quik showed up at my house on time, and was very polite, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that Mark was so honest with his assessment. I think many companies would have tried to take advantage and insisted that I needed a costly repair. Because The personable service I received on the phone, and the honesty of the technician who came to my home, I will absolutely call on Mr. Quik in the future. I found them to be a very trustworthy company.

I used them for both a plumbing repair, which turned into updating the entire home to PEX. I thought they did a decent job and everything works fine/doesn't leak. Response time was great, I called them in a pinch and they delivered. $8k for PEX lines and water heater seemed reasonable. They then did a routine check on HVAC and they found cracks in the heat exchanger and the quote was higher than anything I had seen being reasonable for a small house. The sales techs were pushy to a point it got awkward. I called another service I trust and he found the cracks were really scratches and no real service was needed until a problem arose. I'm going to assume rookie error, however potentially putting me out of more than $10k right before Christmas is a big error to make.
He went above and beyond for me and my family. He explained everything in good detail making sure we understood everything and went beyond his job discretion to let me know what was going on with another part of my home. Definitely recommend!

Called them out because my heat wasn’t working. They thought the gas valve was bad, also said the blower needed cleaned and suggested an air purifier. Turned out to be the gas got shut off. I still had them clean my blower and installed an air purifier. Great service.
Services they performed were a free installation consulton a new hvac. The team that showed up here were family focused, professional and very caring guys! Mark and Brian's professionalism was above my expectations. I rate both gentlemen a 10/10.
Samantha came out to look at our water heater. We also had no power because of the water heater malfunction. She couldn't fix the electrical issue, but she went above and beyond and called a friend who walked her through the process. We have power and soon a new water heater. Will use again!

I have used Mister Quik for over 8 years (I was a SHAPE member) and I am finally fed up with their constant upselling and more importantly their lack of knowledge on projects/details.Most recently, I had a technician come through my house and told me that I need to replace the system for $30K because the heat exchanger was failing. I replaced the heat exchanger with Mister Quik in 2018 and at the time told me that it was under 5 year warranty. When I reminded the technician of the warranty he said it wouldn't be covered because of water damage. Concerned about my system failing, I received a 2nd opinion and found out my system is too large for my space (a concern Mister Quik never mentioned) and that a new system replacement would actually only cost $12K (vs. Mister Quik $30K quoted). The 2nd opinion also mentioned that fixing the heat exchanger could give me a couple more years out of the system, so I called Mister Quik back out to see if they could look at the heat exchanger that should be covered under warranty. Turns out it was covered under warranty despite what the first Mister Quik tech told me. The new Mister Quik techs were at out house for over 7 hours and cleaned the heat exchanger. They left the house saying that everything looked great and we should be good to go.The next morning my system was locked out and another Mister Quik tech came out to figure out what went wrong. His estimation is that the blower was improperly put back when the heat exchanger was cleaned and that the blower needed to be replaced and that was caused by the 2 Mister Quik service techs who were there for 7 hours the previous day. I received a called from a manager on the following day saying that Mister Quik was not at fault and if I wanted to replace the blower he would get me a quote.From a recommendation, I had Mowery HVAC out to look at the system and they told me that my unit was under recall and they would swap it for just the cost of labor. Mister Quik didn't mention this once during the process. I will never use or recommend Mister Quik again. If you are using Mister Quik, know their their service call techs are on commission and will always try to upsell you. Also always get a second opinion and run far far far away from any of their recommendations. In this case it is going to save me well over $25K!

They can't even make it to the appointment. Do not recommend. I scheduled the appointment 5 days before and they cancelled 5 minutes before the time scheduled. I went out of my way to be there losing time at work and was basically told other customers took priority over my SCHEDULED appointment. So glad I didn't waste money with this company. Terrible customer service too. The lady that called was rude about rescheduling.

We moved into our brand new house and found two leaking toilets,and possibly a third. We called Mister Quik at 11pm, and they sent out Sam the next morning. She walked us through our repair options , and had guys out fixing our problem the same day. The plumbing crew not only replaced all three of our toilets, but also installed a water softener. They were not only fast, but nice and professional. I would highly recommend!

A little over a month ago, our AC went out. I called at 6:45 and a tech arrived a few hours later and gave me the bad news that the outside unit was gone and needed to be replaced. Since it was the original unit from 20 years ago, we were going to need a new full system. We had another individual that came out the next day to go over options and eventually we ended up with a new system. It was installed roughly a week later and the install was done pretty quickly and the two guys were super nice and answered all of our questions. I can't say enough how professional and caring everyone was that we worked with. I would also personally like to thank the owner as he helped us out tremendously and let him know how enjoyable it was to work with his staff during this process. We are definitely Mr. Quik customers for life and will recommend them to anyone that has HVAC issues.

Isaiah was incredibly professional as well as easy to talk with. He did a thorough inspection of the furnace and took a very good video which explained for my husband to use better filters!! LOL! Because of the care he too took in explaining why we need Breyer filters along with how knowledgeable he was regarding our furnace the tube up made me feel relieved that it is in good working order. The folks at Mr. Quik we’re great! They showed up on time, checked everything top to bottom, and gave us choices as to fixing our problems. The technicians were knowledgeable and neat, very respectful of our home, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. General A/C service. Technician was very professional and thorough. Excellent service.
Service was not complete in a serious manner. Tape was left over the blower. This caused zero heat to pass through to air ducts. A whole days work with zero results for us. We spent one night with zero heat. I hope you understand I fell the service was okay but the little thing can be disappointing and turn a good job into frustrating results. In conclusion Christian did an excellent job making thing right. Would I recommend Mister Quik? Yes 100% yes . Things happen.

Also electrical modifications, & plumbing system inspection to head-off any unexpected incident. Always quite pleased with services - 5 stars in every area. Every technician was punctual, professional, & personable. John enrolled us in the Mr Quik Shape Plan this time since we plan to stick with them. An even better value for their already best prices (I’ve found). Office staff is 5 Stars too!Google has me edit my post to update - no option for separate update post. Still happy with Mr Quik but in the interest of sharing info from my more recent experiences this is an updated post. Note: after writing this I realize I need to back down to 4-Stars for honest evaluation & fair comparison.My AC went out Summer 2022. Mr Q thankfully moved up my maint appt due to problems. They made a temporary fix that held for almost 2 days & quoted a new AC install at $8,000 which stunned me in spite of high inflation & supply chain issues this last year. One reason I changed to Mr Q was reasonable prices - the prior co. was bought out & stuck with the new one. Mr Q quoted price was so far over budget even if financed, as a widowed sr citizen, fixed income. In retrospect I realize the quote must’ve been for a high-end system compared to the std Carrier i purchased @ $4,000 from a 5-Star co. from the AES (IPL) recommended vendor list. Likely comparing apples to oranges but the std Carrier has 10 year parts & labor warranty, affordable & so far electrical usage is comparable to prior year. Very busy time, still I would’ve appreciated being educated a bit RE what to look for, the differences & how to compare. Also any other option, maybe not quite as high end at double the price.Why can’t I post a separate upMaintenance service varies some by the tech dispatched. In 2021 a filter was provided with maintenance at n/c. I change filters often & have extras so no matter. 2022 tech agreed filter was clean but advised there’s a charge for replacement filter @ double the store cost.The techs are all nice with professional demeanor but knowledge varies, co. policy differs, some are more thorough, others really push sales, it’s unsettling. 2021 water heater maint. it was flushed, refilled & drained 2x so virtually 0 heat-up noise afterwards. 2022 drained once, hopefully fully drained . . . insistent I should buy a new unit, talking to someone on the phone about its age & sale potential though functioning perfectly. Installed a part, to prevent drain spout dripping. Pushed purchase of a new unit, required waiversig based on age alone - currently problem free. It is working great & it’s my ltd experience they last very long with maintenance. Again the (verbal) quote was a shocker, when one reason I chose Mr Q was maybe not the lowest but very reasonable rates.Then the furnace also 9 years old still fine but started short, rapid repeat cycling immediately after maintenance. Well I didn’t call & report it right away - my fault but I have extenuating circumstances & also didn’t realize maint is only warrantied for 30 days. Most likely coincidence but honestly this noticeable issue began immediately after maint. Mostly annoying so tolerated it. Figured settings were changed & thought maybe I should call Mr Q but naturally not problematic until it got colder before sub zero weather - 1 week past the 30 day call in window. My fault, reasonable evaluation fee. Great tech, cited the blower motor as the likely problem with recent wty replacement listed on the label history for Summer 2021 in connection with the AC - since then newly replaced (not the furnace). Logically the tech recommended I check wty coverage so he changed settings as temp fix & referred me back to 1st vendor. I’m confused, was the blower replaced again w/new AC? Instead of changing to Mr Q for all, I now have 3 different vendors & guess I’ll have to switch maint? Mr Q equipment price delta is too high to work with. Out of text room . . .
When we turned on our AC yesterday, we discovered we were getting no cool air. I called Mr. Quik, talked to an upbeat and very helpful person, and scheduled a warranty service visit for late this afternoon. Fortunately, the AC teach was able to get here much earlier. In less than 5 minutes, he identified and rectified the problem. Our house is already cooling down.Mr. Quik never disappoints. We are genuinely grateful for their prompt and professional service.
Tim and Mark were great. They helped get my A/C tuned up and provided some great recommendations. They took the time to explain what issues they saw and how they can be avoided. And they were pretty quick. One arrived one day and the other came the next day. I would definitely call them again because they're Quik and on time :-)

furnace tuneup---mr quik set a next day appointment between 1-3 pm---i received a call at 2:30 advising they had to either delay for an hour or could reset for another day. i opted to delay until later the same day and they called and reset for 3:30 to 4pm and called later and advised it may still be later and finally arrived a half hour later. they were polite and handled this tune up quickly once arrived. I was satisfied overall but a discount would have been nice but was not guaranteed like some other companies may have given

Mr. Quik responded extremely quick. There entire staff including receptionist, salesperson and installers did a very professional job and we are highly satisfied with all the work. We initially called for an inspection and estimate which we got same day. They provided us pictures, video and data to help us make decisions. They were able to install a new water heater, a/c unit, furnace and duct work all the next day. DEFINITELY would recommend their SHAPE program.

There are plumbers and then there are plumbers Mister Quicks are the ones you want to use for your plumbing needs It was our first time we used them and I just have to say we put them through the test and they past with flying colors we had 3 drains clogged and a broken clean out pipe separated do to tree roots They were prompt friendly courteous and knowledgeable we had tried over 100 dollars worth of Liquid Plumber and could not handle the clog ourselves .Do yourself a favor and save your time call them and you will be very happy you did Thank you guys From my Uncle and meKelly

First, the lady that came was very pleasant but I did not realize she was there just for the estimate. Someone would need to come later if we decided to have the work performed. However, the reason we chose Mister Quik is when our kitchen sink drain was clogged, you came, fixed our issue right then and the cost was more than fair.This time however, a lot of time was wasted with the lady taking pictures and then going to the truck to prepare the estimate AND create a video showing our issue and adding voice to it describing all. Not sure that was necessary and really whether we do the work or not, that video may appear as though you did and free advertising that we didn't even agree to give.Lastly, the pricing was ridiculous. $1023 to repair a flange or $1389 to replace a flange is not a fair price at all. The lady mentioned that you do have tiered pricing. Does not matter what you call it, its still ridiculous and way over priced. We could have paid $199 for the maintenance plan, save 10% put still spend $200 to do it. And not sure we would need the maintenance when we already have maintenance on part of what is offered. We ended up calling another plumber who came, in less than 5 minutes gave us pricing and the job was complete within the hour for $375. Far better in cost as well as efficiency! I will plan on calling that plumber in the future and lose Mister Quiks number for anything more than a clogged kitchen sink.

They were nice people, however Way over priced. In addition they told me they needed a engineer to come out and decide where the meter box and weather head needs to go. Two others I had give estimates, said that's not necessary, you just need to follow code, and the code is plain and simple. I watch and learn too much to be over charged their estimate was $3K higher than the first one and $6K higher than the smaller company I have hired by several people's recommendations. I wasn't born yesterday.

We called on a Saturday because our AC wasn't cooling. We had to have a different tech come out on Sunday based upon the problem (everything was frozen). Although the punctuality wasn't great the service provided by both techs was outstanding. The woman who I talked to for scheduling, updates, etc was also very nice and informative. In the end, I am so thankful my AC was fixed so quickly and efficiently. Worth the wait

On November 01, 2022 my spouse called Mr. Quick (Plumbing) to repair a line from our well that was split by our fence installer. When we called, they were the only ones that could guarantee service that day. (We knew we would pay for that timely service). Once the estimator left, about 2 hours later the 2 plumbers arrived. We showed them the issue and they said they would get to work. Firstly, older well water supply lines are black plastic. We knew that, but they tried to first repair with copper. I know from owning many apartments in a former life, copper to plastic is not a good repair and almost impossible to do. First repair failed. Then the two plumbers just disappeared. No one communicated to us if they were done unsuccessfully, gone to get parts, etc. We had to call Mr. Quick again to see what was going on. They were going after parts. Upon their return they had 3/4 inch pex plastic pipe. Now, the well supply line was 1 inch in diameter. They cut the 3/4 pex and placed copper burrs on the ends and tried to place two clamps on each side of the new pipe. Once they figured out this didn't work either, they communicated to us that this was a temporary fix and they would be back tomorrow sometime to finish the repair. (Couldn't give us a time or window of time) We questioned them that are quote was for a repair today. They stated by the time they returned to office, gathered all the correct parts and returned it would be past their time and would be getting dark. (SO, not same day service for $780.00???). At this point we were just a little upset. Got our tools out, our pipe cutters, our plumbing box (used to own apartments in a former life). After undoing the temporary fix which was still water coming out due to water pressure blowing clamps off, we saw what we needed and off to the big box store we went. After purchasing exactly $17.98 worth of parts we returned to the busted pipe. Had to bail out the hole in the yard again and began our repair process. The only reason we didn't do this to start with is our age and health of our knees. However, since we really hired and they failed to do a same day service, we repaired it ourselves. In a 20-minute trip to the big box store, and 20 minutes taking apart their repair and repairing it correctly with 1-inch parts for a 1-inch hose that was damaged (Not a 3/4-inch piece of pex on a 1-inch supply line) we repaired it ourselves. So, for $17.98 in parts, and the balance of the quote from Mr. Quick being $780.00 we thought how ludicrous. After talking to their resolutions department, we did not owe anything, but what if that had been a retired man or lady on a fixed income. That $780.00 would have been paid, and not fixed properly and would have cost them half of their income for the month. Resolution Department Personnel was fabulous. However, the younger repair men didn't know or understand what they were fixing. Perhaps they do new plumbing most of their career? Maybe they have never worked on a well supply line? Either way, $17.98 worth of parts and basically $760.00 for labor is just really uncalled for. I get the repair TODAY, that didn't happen the same day, etc. But this is price gauging at its best folks. If you can't hire another plumber today, please wait a day and go to the next plumber available. At this point in time, we would never recommend Mr. Quick for anything.
Great experience with Brent had a lot of knowledge on what to do and how to fix things help me out a great deal.

Truly appreciated!!The house and garage was my childhood home which my wife and I inherited. The garage itself was in great disrepair and needed to be updated. A few days later two workers, Caleb and Brandon, arrived for the installation of a new electrical panel and outlets. They arrived on time, which was good because I work nights. They're early morning arrival time worked out great for my schedule. The quality of work was amazing! The old panel was 50 years old and needed to be replaced. The new panel is completely up to code and looks great. New outlets were installed throughout the garage. I could not be happier and dad would be very proud! I had a small electrical outlet fire a couple days prior that knocked out most of the power in my home including my refrigerator. I have an older home that is wired wrong even with having a new electrical box. I only had the service call and he went over the estimated cost for what needs repaired. Prices are always fair, techs and customer service is always respectful and understanding they come out “Quick” hints the name and also provide advice on any other issues unseen by customers.
Recently moved from out of state to a new home. A few weeks after moving in, we noticed our AC was no longer cooling our home. We had Mr. Quick come out, and the technician told us we just needed a new filter and would be ok. The technician then left. We immediately went and got a new filter, but noticed the house still was not cooling. We called back and they sent a different technician the next day, who said there was actually a broken piece in our AC unit. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem and get it corrected.Fast forward to this fall, we went to turn our furnace on and noticed it would not turn on. Mr. Quik was able to get a technician out very quickly to take a look at our furnace. After spending some time looking at our furnace, the technician listed a few issues with our it, which would cost us a few thousand dollars in repairs, but told us our furnace probably wouldn’t function for much longer anyways, so suggested getting a totally new HVAC system. He made us feel very pressured to get a new system. We decided to wait and get a few more opinions and quotes. We had another company come out within the week and take a look. The other company was actually unable to find anything wrong with the furnace. We showed him the list of problems from Mr. Quik, which he said none of which were wrong. We currently have a perfectly functioning furnace without spending the thousands to replacing our whole system. I am happy we explored other options, otherwise I am afraid we would have unnecessarily replaced our HVAC.

Overall an informative and professional experience. There was a lot I didn’t know about and was given a lot of insight. There were NO high pressure sales pitches, which added to the experience.

On November 28, 2022 at 0754 hours, a marked Mister Quik service van bearing Indiana In God We Trust plate AYL193 and vehicle numbers H0020150, P0010187, & E0002595, was driving northbound on Delaware Street just north of South Street in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. Despite a long line of traffic and a blatantly visible arrow board directing traffic to move to the right, the driver instead of waiting patiently like all the other motorists, drove around the long line of cars. This operator then, with no turn signal, forced his way halfway into my lane of travel. Had I not honked to stop him, moved to the right and driven around his vehicle which was now 50% in my lane of travel, there would have been a crash. Indiana law is clear; movement without reasonable safety is an infraction. His unsafe lane change was not only rude and inconsiderate, it was illegal. But he was not done. He then passed my vehicle on the right, and pulled up next to me, rolled down his window, and proceeded to chastize me for not letting him in to the traffic pattern. I called the company and asked to speak with the Safety Director but they never bothered to call me back. So if you are on the fence about using Mister Quik, know that they might be quick, but they drive dangerously and treat other motorists rudely while they are on the way. Choose wisely.

Josh was exceptional. After an exhaustive and complete repair effort that was very professional, I requested a 2nd electrician to follow-up in the remote chance that maybe Josh missed something. Without hesitation, he agreed, and scheduled another Mister Quick electrician, Brandon, to come on a Sunday morning to provide a 2nd opinion. Brandon was also very professional and confirmed Josh's original effort. I am very impressed with the courteous and professional manner, which they both displayed. If every Mister Quick service tech is like Josh and Brandon, we will be Mister Quick clients forever. Great company, great responsiveness and Shape Program has already saved us a significant amount of $$$, never mind, the peace of mind we are receiving from having high confidence in the work being done. Kudos to the Mister Quick company and please keep your standards high at the Josh/ Brandon exceptional level. Wow.

After two local people didn't show up when scheduled, I sent a message to Mr Quick. Someone contacted me almost immediately, the work was scheduled for the next day and the person showed up on time, explained everything and took the time to figure out what was wrong and fix it then cleaned up thoroughly after finishing.

Service rep was very professional and nice, very thorough. Was happy to pay for the inspection, but the prices quoted to actually get furnace, AC, and water heater replaced were way too high, so had to go in a different direction for those.

We called Mister Quik for removal of broken faucet and installation of new kitchen faucet. Our initial contact with Abby was pleasant, setting up a same day appointment. Joe was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained Mister Quik' procedure and set an installation for next day AM. Mister Quik team members convey a trustworthiness and professionalism upon which you can rely.Wednesday, 9/21, we had Mister Quik clean our Master Bath sink drains. Again, the entire process was efficient. The technician, Paul, cleaned the two drains in 30 minutes providing us again with quality service.

The 4 gentlemen came out to my home and fixed a 4yr old plumbing problem. They were very professional, courteous, and kind and we even had a few laughs, they repaired my plumbing from the top floor to the basement being very courteous of the fact I had a newborn granddaughter in the house and two little dogs. they cleaned up the areas they use and they kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the process, really appreciate the service.. would definitely recommend them.

Did great job. Also installed dishwasher in kitchen where there was no dishwasher previously. We had them do plumbing electrical and HVAC repairs and updates. I only had one issue with a vent pipe that needed insulation and they came back and did it and covered it under our warranty with them. Very happy with the work they did for us. I used them because they had all the services I needed. They coordinated the different trades to fix and Update everything we needed done.Very happy with Mr Quick and I would use them again. We started using Mr. Quik when our galvanized pipes needed to be replaced. They did an amazing job. As our house is very old, things are breaking down more and more, and Mr. Quik has been there every time. They come out the very next day to assess the situation and then they are able to complete the repair the following day. Today, Bradley came out to help with our furnace and he was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We are very happy with all of the repairs and installs that we have needed over these past few months. The employees are great and friendly and if there is ever an issue, they do what it takes to make it right.
We purchased a hot tub and needed electric ran to the back of the house. I had multiple electricians come and quote the job. I had never used Mr. Quik before but they were very responsive about getting a quote and I had a good feeling about giving them a chance.This is a multi-phase project as well as adding other items such as installing some can lights and electrical outlets inside the house.Scott was the main electrician who pulled the power to the back of the house and did the other electrical work in the house. He did a great job and was very professional.Henry is our salesman and he even delivered supplies needed late into the evening knowing that we were going to need a few of those supplies the next morning for the construction of the patio (conduit and boxes). He went out of his way to get me what we needed. I appreciated that!It came time for phase two, extending the power from the disconnect switch to the hot tub and the electrical outlets in the stone patio we were building. I expected arrival between eight and 10 and I called at 11. There was a mixup in the communication, but they said they would scramble to get somebody out there knowing this would hold up the construction on the patio if the electrician did not do his part that day. Within 45 minutes they had a professional electrician on site named Shelby. This was not on his schedule, but he showed up with a great attitude and jumped right in and ran all the conduit underground and connected back to the power source that was there. It was not an easy job and he stayed until 7 PM to get it done to keep the other contractors on schedule. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his Quality of work.I understand sometimes things get mixed up in communication but they rose to the occasion and got me what I needed the same day.Phase 3 will come next week when the hot tub is delivered for them to connect it and fire up all the outlets on the walls.I signed up for their home service with HVAC plumbing and electrical. I’m impressed and expect to have Great service in the future two.

Great organization with wonderful technicians and office staff! Their business model is to preview/quote the work with a second visit to do the actual work (unless it’s specific emergency service). That model works great for HVAC where the salesperson knows the task such that their idea equals the technician’s task. Where I struggle with this business model (and thus the 3 star rating) is on more subjective projects like electrical and remodeling, where the vision of the person quoting you the job doesn’t always get captured by the person doing the work. I’ve had amazing experiences with Mr Quick and I’ve been frustrated with them. It depends on the service.

Do Not Use Mrquik! I am a 77 year old woman that called Mrquik for my annual heating check up. Since I received a post card offering this service for $89, i thought I would use Mrquik. My furnace is 2 years old! The man showed me all that was wrong with my furnace such as gas leak and things that didn’t fit right. I agreed to have these things fixed as he said the company that installed my furnace did a bad job. I signed a paper for what I thought was $1500. It was for a New Air Conditioner! It was $15,000! The air conditioner is out side and was not mentioned. After all was said and done, he took off some kind of bug killer that took it down to $13,000! I had no choice but to pay him.

We had a great experience with Mister Quik. Kyle came out to our house late at night, spent time really digging into why our heater wasn’t working. We went from thinking we were going to spend thousands to Kyle getting to the root of the problem for a fraction of the cost. He was super personable, kind, thorough, and hard working! We are very happy with the results!
We got a new furnace and a/c put in at our home, through Mister Quik, less than a year ago. Since the install we have had to call multiple times for different issues. The first being, just days after install our furnace had condensation build up covering the entire unit. After that was fixed, and winter came through which was just a few months after install, the furnace went out. We woke up to 45 degrees in our house and dropping, in the middle of winter. The were quick to send someone out to fix the issue, which the furnace some how kicked the breaker switch off. Which should not be happening with a new furnace. Now that spring/summer time is upon us, we decided to turn our a/c on, it was 85 out, and it does not work! They can not get someone out to look at it until tomorrow. My issue at this point isn’t even about how quickly they can come out to fix it but why are all these issues happening with brand new units! Would I recommend this company based solely off the quickness that they are able to come out and repair, maybe? Would I recommend this company based off high quality products and know how on proper install, absolutely not. We certainly wish we would have gone with a different company.

The ONLY reason Mr Quik was @ my house again is because I have a warranty. If not for that, they would NEVER set foot on my properties again. My service call was for a follow up on the installation of a hot water heater, and air in the lines. The technicians seem straight out of YouTube University as they recite definition after definition and get frustrated & disrespectful when asked questions. One tech, Gordon, didn’t know what my iron filter or softener was, nor the difference. He than informed me that the city could be creating my issues, until I explained that I’m not on city water… The supervisor came out the next day, hearing but not listening to me explain the situation. Even though he’s NEVER been to the site, began troubleshooting and ‘tinkering’ with everything (my well, well pump, water softener/iron filter, check valve and other stuff), BUT what was originally installed, a Hot Water Heater. I asked about ‘purging’ the system to release the trapped air and about checking the hoses, but he refused. I had a 25 yr experienced person here when he explained the cause that may cost me more money. Instead of just going back to the beginning of installation and seeing if they can find the problem like that, since that’s where it began. When I asked questions that he could not answer, the SUPERVISOR, became disrespectful and rude in MY house and had to be put out.Previously the supervisor asked can he turn the thermostat down so he can hear the well. I tested his knowledge by asking him to do it. He called it fancy and had trouble, but it’s really a basic thermostat. He never put it back to its original temperature when he was done, he left it @ 83 degrees and I’m asthmatic. I found out the hard way, which prompted me to see what else they forgot to do. They also left my electrical panel open, which they found closed as well. Yes he was put out, but that was AFTER he said he was done anyway, therefore he was already going to leave my things like that. He exited the basement where the panel is…

Tech came out - immediately snapped the snake off in the drain - recommended I spend 5-10k to now fix the problem they caused.Sent an actual plumber out 3 days later who said they couldn’t help me - I should call a different type of plumber from mr. Quick.Called a different plumber who fixed their mess within 4 hours…. Won’t be using them again - they send inexperienced techs out. The tech asked me if the concrete basement floor had a crawl space under it.
I recently had a tankless water heater and water softener installed by them and was very pleased. They were able to quickly source the parts and get me scheduled and completed in less than 24 hours. The work was great, and they were professional. It was more expensive than some local competitors, but their service was better than some others. You get what you pay for.
We were experiencing drain and toilet backups at 8pm. We called and were able to set up an appointment for early morning the next day. The staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Brett was the tech that came out and he did a fantastic job.

Explained issue before plumber was sent out. Over two days two different plumbers sent out who were both not able to assist with mainline cleaning, then scheduled for a third plumber two days out. Decided to call another plumber who got the issue resloved within 2 hrs of Mr. Quik leaving. Quick to respond but not to make repairs ??♀️

Had been having ongoing issues with my furnace for a good week and half. Company we usually use was not diagnosing the issue. Mr.Quik was very responsive, courteous, professional and transparent and direct with the issue (they found the issue unlike prior company). Wound up being more economical to replace the furnace than the cracked heat exchanger. Many thanks to Isiah and Bill! They were awesome.

According to another electrician, I needed to have something done in my attic for my light switch to work again. The guy told my husband and I that he’d be back that Friday, then changed the appointment to the following Wednesday, but he never showed. So, I contacted MR Quik, and they sent an electrician out this past Monday. The electrician was very nice, professional, and most of all, he was HONEST. He explained to us that nothing was wrong with the switch, and even showed me that his little gadget read 120 volts coming through the ceiling where my light fixture goes. Surely, I could not allow him to leave and give someone else the job of installing my light fixture to the ceiling, even though the labor was more than I wanted to spend. I had to give him the job, because of his professionalism, and honesty. I welcome honesty more than anything, because he really didn’t have to be, he could have been like everyone else whom I’ve dealt with, but he wasn’t. And he also got it done quickly, all while holding a conversation with my husband, and I. Thanks a million MR Quik, for hiring the best, of the best. I will call you again if ever I need anything done in my home.

I was very impressed with their service. Big shout out to Mike Kennedy (or Kenney) and Bill Goul for their kindness and quick service. I cannot recall the name of the other man who helped install my a.c. and furnace, nor the three who assessed and installed my water heater, but everyone I have encountered in their business is always so helpful and professional. On both occasions I did not realize how bad off and old my furnace, AC, and water heater were until I had someone out to inspect the units. I knew they needed replaced but not how badly until my water heater started leaking. I will say they live up to the name, they were the first to be able to come out and had reasonable pricing considering how expensive the units are across the board. On both occasions they were able to perform the service on the same day, and I cannot say how helpful that is when you find out your basement is filling with water, or you may have carbon monoxide exposure from out dated equipment. Their quotes are accurate and did not change during or after the process. They came out and had a friendly attitude and were very knowledgeable. Will use them again if I need future service and highly recommend! Thanks to all involved!

I think they tried to rip me off?? The service was timely and great quality, but they charged me over $700 for an A/C repair part that costs $25 on Amazon. I called the service later that next day and ask if they charged me correctly and wanted money back. They returned my call the next day, and said, “Sorry, that part was under ‘warranty’ so we should have only charged you $200.” ? I am not sure if it was a scam to try and get more, but won’t recommend to friends or family.

Much like others have detailed, we had Mister Quik come out for an AC repair. The technician looked at the compressor and told me it was seized and couldn’t be fixed in about 10 minutes. He didn’t even look at the capacitor. Gave us a quote of $4,300 to repair it and $8,100 to replace the whole unit. We had a competitor come out and told us it was the capacitor. Replaced it in about 20 minutes for $200. He told me that, even if the compressor was bad, the unit was under warranty and the compressor should’ve only been about $1,000. I will never use Mister Quik again and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. It was a blatant misleading on their part to up sale parts. Terrible service.

I’ve had Mister Quick for 19 years as a preferred customer and their service has been exemplary! I don’t like that it’s so expensive but I love their maintenance contract and their guarantees; they do their work orders carefully so they don’t end-up eating expenses that are a surprise. I have a 95 yr., old Historic home and they have helped me keep it great and retain all the increase in value (appreciation) over the years. If you’re not overly frugal, they are top-notch.
The humidifier that they installed less than 2 yrs ago is no longer working. Requested they come out to repair. The technician said it was working fine however the power light doesn't even come on.I called to transfer services and warranty from the old homeowners (which spent 20K plus with Mr.Quick in the last 5 years) to myself and I was told they wouldn't cover any of the equipment or services. Told me to call Trane and stated that the manufacturer warranty had to be changed over within 60 days of closing. Went to the Trane website and clearly states all over the page that 90 days is the warranty transfer period.Literary made no effort to research the equipment or service history of the house or to gain a new customer.

The service man was very respectful and quick. Unfortunately the issue wasn't that my drain was clogged, it was that my septic was full. I didn't think to look as all other drains are working. He ended up charging me 90 dollars to tell me my septic tank was full. Again, seems like it was corporate policy instead. He said that the call center does a good job of booking appointments, but not a great job of troubleshooting before hand.
Mister Quick Home Services came to install a water softener. In all my years, I have never experienced such incredible service! The staff are attentive, courteous, punctual and considerate. Their installers were absolutely brilliant, professional, paid attention to detail and ensured things were working as described. They followed up with a phone call a few days later. This company truly deserves to win an award!

The Mr Quick representative/plumber went above and beyond to try to get my drain unclogged. He was a hard worker, professional, and courteous. I really appreciated the lengths he went through to get it working. Unfortunately, due to my plumbing situation, he was unable to rectify it. Because of that they didn't charge me at all! I am having them return to quote me on the bigger repair that is needed. So far, I definitely would use them again.

This is a sales company. NOT a plumbing service. Charging me $700 to replace a $15 part.... Because they don't charge by the hour, they charge on tiers..???.. whatever that means.The girl that initially came to the house.... Had little interest in anything other than selling us a water softener system... It took 5 minutes to diagnose the problem, but she doesn't to the repairs... Someone else comes out to do that...??? And he'll be here between 3 & 7:30pm. In the meantime -- we have no water.... While we wait to have this $15 part replaced for $700.Then I call and ask to speak with a manager about the ordeal.... Well that takes 24-48 hours.... What? Ya just told me the GM (Nicole) is available?? I can still transfer you....... We had an issue with our well pump and had previously spoken to a different plumber and were told it was a catastrophic failure and needed replaced. We called Mr Quik for a second opinion on price and they were able to determine we didn’t need a new well pump installed, but that a part had gone bad. Ended up paying 1/6 of the price we were originally expecting. Upon hearing we were without water, they made our case a priority came out same day when other places we called said they wouldn’t come until for at least 2 days. They were very professional, explained exactly what they were doing, what they thought was wrong and why, as well as what to look for in the event they were wrong. We’ve had no issues so far and are very happy with the results.
Reggie was very polite, on time, and knew what he was talking about. Very happy with his service.
My Home HVAC does not work and I called them to check what is the issue and fix the HVAC. The technician is really quick and get it checked after 2 hours. But basically I was told the AC is old and compressor is not working. They said it is too old and AC unit needs to be replaced. The cost is $9000 for 2.5 ton AC. We pointed out if it is possible the issue of the switch. We were told it is possible and it will cost us $1200 for that switch and it will not last long and it is not recommended. So they left the quote of $9000 for a new AC and charged $89 for the service fee. I called another technician that recommended by my friend and it cost $25 for the switch and $125 for the capacitor. Totally cost $150 and issue is resolved! I think Mister Quick is quick but is not quite helpful to diagnose the real issue. They are trying to sell more expensive service other than fixing your issue with cheaper solutions.Another thing, he left bolts and nuts without putting all of them back. Not professional!

I called this company for a no air conditioning call. When the technician arrived, I explained the problem and mentioned that used to do this for a living. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for several parts and services, for a total of $2636. I asked him if a dirty outdoor unit could possibly cause the problem with the parts he said were bad and he pretty much avoided the question. When I questioned him on the pricing, he said, We're a big company and I'm not cheap. When he left, I took my water hose and cleaned the outdoor unit. I am now sitting in my nice cool house, writing this review. I can't help but think if I had not been knowledgeable in this craft, or if I had been an elderly person, this technician and the company he works for (MR. QUIK) would have stolen almost $3000 from me, for something that was fixed with a little water and 30 minutes of work. This company and their tech should be ashamed for these kind of practices and I will NEVER call them for anything ever again and I advise everyone else out there to not do business with them either, they deserve to go out of business.

I had a very good experience with Mister Quik, they ran some data lines for me and fix a few of my faulty outlets. They stayed until the job was done, and didn't ghost me like some other electricians. The office staff was not responsive and at time even rude. I am still waiting on someone to come out and repair the deep ruts torn in the drive.

I highly recommend Mister Quik. We discovered that our new sump pump doesn't work, a new one need to be installed. Also, a new toilet because of a leak. Mister Quik scheduled us the next day.Last Wednesday. Nick came exactly on time. Did an excellent job, very professional and highly courteous. He installed the new toilet and the new sump pump. Mister Quik also sent a supervisor (Jason) to test and be sure that everything was done in a very professional and a comprehensive way.They treat their customers with respect. They take every job very seriously. I am very impressed. They are very thorough with a lot of attention to details. I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to based on the amount of work that was performed and my overall disappointment. I purchased their SHAPE program for 2 of my rentals and my personal residence. I used all of there services (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical).HVAC:The Good: Their Inspection/Sales techs were very thorough and did a good job of educating me of what I needed.The Bad: The prices quoted to replace all of my units were VERY EXPENSIVE. I replaced 3 HVAC units for the price they quoted for just my home from a competitor.Electrical:The Good: Their Inspection/Sales tech was great. We talked over a plan for what was needed to run a new electrical line from the house to detached garage. I felt good when we left.The Bad: The individuals that did the work left A LOT of open items. One of which was uncapped hot wires with no cover on he J-box. The wire in the panel that was being replaced was left in the panel. Not sure why a dead wire should be left in the panel? I met with the Sales Tech and he shared my disappointment with everything. I met with a different Technician the next day and it was eventually fixed. I also thought the price was a bit high, but felt it was probably in the ballpark.Plumbing:The Good: There really wasn't any. I had an Inspection Tech drain my water heater while telling me my unit was 7 years old and probably needed to be replaced. I asked, Why, it's still working. He told me well you never know with a unit this old. Out of curiosity, I asked for an informal quote. I was shown a quote on the Tech's phone of $4,300.00. My mouth about hit the floor! I then pushed more for him to schedule a drain tech and to leave the property. When the drain tech came the next day, I was quoted $512.00 to pull a toilet and snake the drain. Again, my mouth about hit the floor! I VERY RELUCTANTLY agreed because it was in one of my rentals. When I arrived to pay, I was told that they couldn't pull the toilet because the bolts were rusted. They are drain techs...I couldn't believe they didn't have a hack saw or a set of johnny bolts. I have both in my garage. Needless to say, I saved $512.00. I basically told them to clean up and leave.After all of these experiences, I decided to call Mr. Quik the next day and cancel everything. I apologize for the long review, and it actually doesn't include everything, but I wanted to share my experiences to hopefully save others time and money.

This was originally supposed to be a good review until I had another reputable company come out and confirm that I was scammed and nothing was really done as far ashvac maintenance.Nightmare all around:- Holes in the filter, improperly installed- Humidifier filter not replaced- Lied to me about not having something needed for code.- Not cleaned.I recorded in horror as the guy explained to me all that was not done. I'll add pictures.Beware, beware do not do it! The absolute headache. Do not do it.

New AC quote $14k.Decided to get a second opinion on it and second company found the same parts we’re going bad, repair quote was $800 for exact same parts. No recommendation for a new AC from second company.Repair tech was very nice but I’d recommend checking the pricing on their quotes, that’s a significant difference

They came out to unclog my pipes and didn't get the job done. I was still charged $99 after I was told if they didn't get the job done I wouldn't have to pay. My maintenance came out and did the job well done. These people don't try at all to fix the problem they just take your money.
I have continued to use Mr. Quick for years. As part of their preventive maintenance plan they keep my older house working and have helped with several upgrades. Always great craftsmanship and professionalism each and everytime they come for a tune up or installation.

12/20/2021 - It is sad to say but Mr. Quik is about how many times they get called out... Had a point leak on the pipe going to my water heater, the pipe is corroded. The technician did an amazing job, however about 9 inches long of 1/2 diameter copper pipe for $525.95. The remaining 6 inch long 1/2 diameter copper piping that is clearly corroded was not replaced and I was asked another $281+ to be replaced. If there is another leak, I will have to pay $600+ on that same piece of pipe. The pipe includes a T fitting and a reducer. I just hope the remaining pipe doesn't leak... If it does, I will be even more disappointed...Mr. Quik, If you see this, I was disappointed indeed. The Scope of work was not clear, and knowing that the pipe is corroded, it was expected to be replaced... I still have a 1 year warranty, and I would expect it to cover the remained of the pipe that was worked on.12/22/2021 - After 3 attempts, Mr. Quik finally came and replaced the whole pipe for free! I was thankful for that, hence changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars. Do not get a salesman come and look at your problem since they will try to charge you more. The Salesman has the same name as me (Terry), and was the one who tried to rip me off... Keep away!

The technician came in and informed us as to what he would need to do. He shared his findings. I am pleased with the service I received. I received next day service when other companies Sears third party and Ben Franklin were saying between 4 or 5 days to let water run down my wall .I appreciate good service which is hard to find in these days and times.
I had an A/C unit that is not very common. Two other HVAC providers told me that they don't make them anymore. A newer A/C unit would have caused so much additional cost as it would have to be relocated to the other side of the building.The Mr. Quik supervisor took one look at my A/C unit and said Oh yeah, I can get you one of those. And I can get it here by tomorrow.I was stunned. I guess they DO still make them and the other companies just didn't want to deal with it or are more limited with their equipment providers.They were here the very next morning with my new A/C unit, furnace, and water heater (my water heater was 20 years old and my furnace was 30+).Flash-forward to spring and THEY called me to schedule one of my included maintenance sessions on the A/C unit. Most companies wait for you to call them. It was a nice surprise.Way to go, Mr. Quick!

We have been using Mr Quik for nearly three years. Today, Aaron came out to do a tune-up on our new furnace. Everything went well - he was early, professional and polite, and was kind to our dogs! He also noticed that we have two portable humidifiers running in our house and let me know that Mr Quik sells and installs whole-house humidifiers. It was like he was reading our minds! He gave us some prices and I chose an option - they are coming to install it TOMORROW. I think Mr quick should be up front about estimates on putting in toilets. Customer should be told if they supply their own toilet it's going to be about $1,000 to put in the toilets. Then, I'm pretty sure a customer can decide whether or not they want to spend $89 for someone to tell them it's going to cost them $1,000 to put in two toilets. But I guess that's how you make your money.

The most important choice you can make when you want to hire a handy man is to hire literally anyone else.A few months ago Mr. Quik dug our driveway up in order to fix a plumbing issue with our sewer line.The crew left our yard and the neighbor's yard destroyed beyond what you would expect for this type of work. Worse, they completely demolished our concrete steps with their excavator (as in the stairs do not exist at all anymore), then literally buried the evidence under a large pile of dirt to hide the problem. They also bashed into the side of the house with their excavator, damaging the siding. The excavator itself was broken, the bucket was missing a bolt so the bucket kept falling off; the operator didn’t seem to care, he was more than happy to swing the loose bucket over his crew working in the hole. After they were finished packing up I went outside to ask if it was safe to turn the water on but they quickly slammed their truck door and drove away before I could walk up to talk to them. They knew they wrecked the property and didn’t want to deal with it – a lack of accountability is a theme across the whole company, as you will see.I had to call the office to figure out if it was safe to use the water. Their office refused to even tell me that I could use the water, explaining that they are absolutely not allowed to communicate with tenants and that I would have to call my landlord to find out. A simple “all done, it’s safe” would have prevented this but, you know, “it’s not their problem”. I had to call my landlord and bother him to start a giant, multi-day game of phone-tag just to learn if I could flush my toilet…Today, after many months, they returned to fix the damages. The single tech who came out was wonderful and polite, he fixed the driveway (as best as he could, he was very poorly equipped so the driveway is now a foot higher than the actual lawn and will probably need to be fixed AGAIN). After I pointed out some of the previous damage he explained that he would get his supervisor out to go over the work with me when all was finished. Kudos to him, at least he was professional even if he was unable to do the job properly because Mr. Quik will not supply their employees with functional equipment.The supervisor (Randy Witherite) told me the steps were not his problem (shocker). Every time I tried to ask any question he cut me off by saying it's not my problem. He got louder and louder each time until I finally gave up and went inside. Even as I was walking away he kept shouting “It’s not my problem”. I literally could not ask a single question without being cut off, talked down to, and eventually shouted at. I cannot believe how much of a hassle this has been for everyone involved and I'm incredibly disappointed with the outcome and the unashamed rudeness after doing such a poor job multiple times.I’m just a tenant so ignore the inevitable reply that says, “we cannot locate your account” (remember, it’s never their problem).

I did not rate it 5 Stars because during the install of the ductwork, one of the runs did not stay connected to the room vent and this went for 2 weeks until the duct sealant folks discovered it. There was wasted cooling that went directly into the crawlspace for that period of time. When the duct sealant was done, the entire house filled with a haze and that made a film onto the smoke detector that ruined it. It cost me nearly $100 to replace it. This cost has not been reimbursed to me yet, as Mister Quik said they would. Also, there was a call-back on the furnace due to a broken wire on the power switch that cause the unit to fail. And, the pilot light went out on the water heater so we did not have hot water for a day and a half.

The techs were very nice when they came to our home, but, when snaking our drain they broke the toilet in the other bathroom. Because you sign a waiver they don't replace, all fine right, so you have to replace the toilet. They come the next day and give me an estimate for my exact toilet of 1, 195.00 dollars, I of course said no. Went to Lowes yesterday to go get the toilet and my exact toilet they broke cost me 209.00 dollars before tax. Wow! What a mark-up Mr quick!
My grandfather hired them to install a bar for accessibility. They charged him $453.00 which I find to be completely ridiculous. I feel like they took advantage of an elderly man. Beware!
The 50+ year-old cast iron sewer/drain in my crawlspace had cracked and began leaking. I called Mr. Quik, they came out, gave me an estimate, and started and finished the project in less than 48 hours. They replaced all of the cast iron piping under the house in one day. I thought the price was reasonable and everyone I worked with was professional and helpful. This is the third time we've used Mr. Quik and we have recommended them to others. We've all had excellent experiences...I'll recommend and use Mr. Quik again!

Mr Quik came out to repair our AC, they charged us $1300 for a part that costs $25, and to clean the coils. After they left, our house never cooled down, the AC still did not work. We will be asking for a full refund of our money and will not be using them again!
Excellent work. The tech found the issue right away. He gave me the quote before starting any work. He was done very quickly and actually showed up much earlier than I was told originally. I’ve used them for other services and have never been disappointed. They do very good work.
My pipe going from my sump pump started leaking and spraying water. I was panicking it would floss my basement. I called them because my usual plumber was busy. They were so awesome. They sent the supervisor out within an hour and he put a minor fix on it until his guys could come and fix it. He provided me with options to fix and gave pros/cons for each. He was very informative and did not push for the most expensive as some do. When his guys came out, they switched out the sump pump and pipe within 30 minutes. They were very friendly and informative as well. I would highly recommend them for any situation, especially emergencies. They made me feel like a priority when I know they had a busy day!! Great service!!

Service guy came to do diagnosis on my water heater and said he couldn’t get it to turn on, I called my handyman and he got it going in less then 3 minutes with no problem.. I called for a not drafting problem and was told I needed to replace the whole water heater, then he said I had a leak in which I didn’t, my handyman and stoop by for almost a hour and didn’t find any leaks he also said I needed a gas valve in which that was operating just fine also, the water heater code reader said that the water heater was operating normally (1blink) I feel I was dooped out of 89.00 thanks for nothing. All he did was try to sell me stuff that I didn’t need.. 8000.00 to replace a water heater that’s insane !! 8000.00 for 900.00 parts and 2hrs of labor insane !!!

This is the second time they have saved me from a pipe clog/backup. Jake was a great rep from the company, was quick to assess the issue and resolve. They always are very clean and great about keeping things clean as well, and cleaning up after. Would 100% recommend.
I have so many good things to say about my HVAC service. My technician, Isaiah, was kind, respectful and did a great job communicating the process. He answered all of my questions and left me with a better understanding of my HVAC system. There was some mold in my duct work and he provided me an estimate to have the ducts sanitized and set up the return visit. Juan and Rafael came out to do the duct service. They were also communicated each step and were considerate of the spaces they were in. The personnel, on the phones, are always incredibly nice and accommodating too. I have had Mister Quik out for other services and they never disappoint.

Calling Mister Quik was great, this was my first time using their services and I got a same day day visit when I called. They were responsive and quick like their namesake states. Bill was great, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend their services.
Really good service, Bradley walked us through different options and helped us with financing. We ended up getting a whole new heater and air conditioning system. Quick response time. Courteous and polite.

Spent $5,000+ on water heater/softener replacement with this company in which I was told by the salesman and technicians that I was receiving their SHAPE PLAN as part of the discounted price I was offered. When I called to have my HVAC system serviced according to what I was told I was not a SHAPE PLAN member. The customer service rep indicated that the invoice did not tick the box that I was a member. Looking closely at the invoice, this is the case, but not representative of what our agreement was. Relying on a form invoice that a customer is not familiar with to deceive them is not a trustworthy business model. All for an $89 service call after spending $5k. Not a good way to earn customer's trust. I can't recommend Mister Quik if they are willing to engage in this type of behavior. Go with someone else.
Kwik is right! Only company to come out the same day after calling 5 others, then came out even sooner than scheduled. Very professional with fair pricing.
We called to get wiring done to install out hot tub. They wouldn't give us a round about price but also no other company would either so we decided to have them come out since it is a larger branded name. We wished we would have looked into the electric before buying the hot tub because it is a large additional expense. Ours was specifically because we needed a sub panel installed because our house doesn't have enough power available on our breaker which wasn't there fault. That being said after our bad news after bad news, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Mister Quik. From Connie answering the phone, asking how she could make my day better to Eric coming over and being a truly honest person. Josh had to come back out due to the placement we were needing for our hot tub aka needed longer wiring, and that also was an excellent experience. They are wonderful about calling, being on time, communicating, their customer service. Even though it was a cost we weren't hoping to spend they worked with us on the price and were just honest about it which is why we chose to work with them. We can't thank them enough for their quik (see what I did there) service and assistance with our job. Thank you all!

Pros:- Their work is above average quality- They offer unique hvac services such as aeroseal- They will clean up after themselves and try to protect your floors with paper and shoe nets.- They are nice and organized.Cons- They can price gouge.- You may see a visit fee pop out of nowhere before you even knew there would be one forcing you to pay on the spot.- They can try to upsell you on unnecessary items- Their discounts program is not very helpful- They can make mistakes and fail to fix.Because of the price gouging and hidden pricing structure, I do not recommend except for their unique hvac services which only a few other establishments offer.

Mister Quik was awesome! I scheduled a consultation and they made it out same day. We have a big remodeling project with invasive plumbing rough in and they offered to have it done the very next day. Josiah was professional and great to work with.

Do not use these people. Jeremy came out and tried to tell me I needed all new AC and Furnace, even though he hadn't been able to diagnose it. Then Bill Goul came out the next day, took everything apart, found the problem, quoted me the cost of a new AC unit. He literally quoted me $16-$18k JUST for a 3 ton 14 seer AC unit...where do they get these numbers?! The price of the unit he quoted me is actualy $1,600. Are you teing me labor alone is 12-14k? NOOOO. Get out of here. He also tried to say it would save money for me to buy a furnace along with some service program. How is this not theft?I had a small HVAC company come out and they said that Bill had literally left everything disconnected from my AC unit. They weren't even able to test it because he had taken it all apart and left it like that. Very unprofessional. The other guy quoted me the exact same AC unit and install for $4,800 total. That is $11,200 LESS. Screw you Mister Quik. Never trust any company who has a jingle.

Curtis came from the company, very professional, trustworthy and courteous. He did the right diagnosis. He discovered 2 major problems that I was not aware off. I would have discovered after a flood or serious damage. I really thank God that I called Mister Quick. I believe certain things at homes should be inspected regularly. The technician came in and looked at my water heater and instantly said I'm going back to my van and get cost for a new water heater....what?? He didn't even do any diagnostic test or anything just looked at the brand and said it was a common problem. Basically just a $89 scam. He was here for like 15 mins and I told him I wasn't going to spend over $4k for a new one when mine is under warranty. So nothing was done besides me spending $89 for nothing

These guys are the absolute best company out there. My AC went out yesterday night, 92 degrees outside. They came for a service call yesterday (same day) then came back today to do diagnostics, Brenton Taylor came back today for that, he was awesome. Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. These guys obviously care about their clients. Coming back tomorrow morning to completely install a new AC system.So I'm going from no AC in insane heat to a brand new system install in less than 72 hours cuz this company cares and is amazing. I had called to check on the faucet leakage and the guy kept selling me water softener and how BAD Indiana water is and upselling it so much that I felt like we’ll die in a month or two if we don’t change our water situation. Gave me a quote for “a package” (wink wink) and at my request provided quote just for the work I had originally requested. I was quoted a whopping $900 and offered to get “a membership” so that cost could come down. I applaud these guys coming up with such clever ways… at the same time feel bad for the people who get sucked into it.Called another service, the guy showed up and fixed it for less that 1/4th of the quote.

They were very quick to get us on the schedule, and were able to show up an hour early. The gentlemen that came out were very professional, considerate and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained all our options and did not try to sell us on things we did not need. They were quick and thorough with the repair and I am very please with the overall work done. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs, and we will use them again in the future.

I got a Quote for replacing a breaker and wiring to an induction cooktop. The cooktop is about ten of wire feet from the electrical panel. Scope would have included adding a junction box and some conduit. Over $1500.00 quote nearly as much as the cooktop itself. the quote didn’t detail out the labor or materials. I called other places willing to do it for time and materials at around 120/hr plus materials (box, breaker, wire). They estimated it be around three hours of work. Insane difference in pricing. Seems like Mr Quik is likely preying on people who might not any better. BEWARE if the quotes aren’t well documented.The technician was nice enough but definitely suspicious of their business practices.
We had a leak in the hose sprayer on our kitchen sink. We purchased all the parts and this could have been something we could do ourselves in 10 minutes but we couldn’t get the hose disconnected from the water source. So, we opted to have Mr. Quik come out. The technician was professional, on time, and helpful. He saw how simple the issue was and called his manager to get a price quote on the simple repair. We were quoted $330– for a ten minute fix with all parts already purchased. We declined to have the repair done. That is an outrageous price. The technician was apologetic but pricing is clearly out of his control.

We paid $11,000 for a brand new A/C unit a few months ago. We tried to turn on the air yesterday, and it didn't work. No one can help us today when the temp is expected to be in the 80's. They are going to come two days later when the temp is in the 50's. They were quick getting here to install and take my money, and slow to repair.
I want to recognize Brady for his work ethic and thoughtfulness. My furnace had some repair issues and he was sympathetic and thorough in explaining pricing and what was most important as far as needing to be fixed as soon as possible. I have also used Mr. Quick for plumbing and electrical issues and am always pleased! It is nice to have a trusted provider as a one stop resource for various household issues.
I needed to have a dryer electrical plug replaced. I called Wednesday and Zach Burpo, the technician, showed up Thursday morning to do the work. The turnaround for scheduling the work was absolutely the best! It took Zach a few minutes to make the repair and confirm everything was in working order. He was knowledgeable and professional but also personable and friendly. I will definitely use this company again when I need help with an issue! Highly recommend this company!

Called & made appointment only for very simple replacement of outdoor spigot and interior unit of toilet tank. Mr QUIK person who arrived in byMr QUIK looked at outdoor spigot and toilet tank interior for $89” and then presented a detailed sales presentation on a laptop and an estimate for more than $1,200 Plus the $89 - Only Then did I learn that person had no tools or parts on the. MR Quik van - was not a plumber and could not do ANY plumbing Totally wasted my time and the sales persons trip? Deceptive business practice ?

I have used mister quick 2 times . The first was when my furnace went out and they replaced it with a new one . While replacing my furnace the tech took the time to also solve another I was having unrelated to his responsibilities. After this first already good experience they wanted to come back out to do a post install check up . When they did I explained a problem I had with my ac wondering if it could be related to the install . It wasnt but since it took no material and was on a courtesy check I was not charged. Excellent service from start to finish with their hvac devision
Great experience, highly recommend! Not only were they able to schedule an AC Tech same day during 90° heat, and on Father's day, but Isaiah was able to show up well before the appointment window. Isaiah was incredibly personable and knowledgeable of the situation with my AC unit, and he was able to recommend the needed repair shortly after arriving. I will definitely be a return customer for Mister Quik Home Services, and would highly recommend to anybody else in need of home service repair to use them.

The appointment had already been rescheduled once. They were late showing up for the new appointment. They didn’t tell me they were going to be late until the 2 hour window was nearly closed and blamed it on the “rain”. As usual they tried to sell me duct cleanings and air purification systems I don’t want using dubious “measurements”. I understand they want to make a buck but they need to show up and do the required service and that’s it. If they waste time like this it’s no wonder they are behind and late.
I had a gas leak in 2020 where citizens gas wouldn't turn the gas back on because the leak was so bad. I had a different plumber come out multiple times claiming it was fixed, but each time citizens came out, their meter said it was still leaking.I switched to Mister Quik and paid the $90 charge plus the repair cost. When citizens came out to check the leak was coming out at the same rate as before. Of course I'm angry because I've spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to fix this issue, but I calmly call Mister Quik to come back. The same technician returns and then states there was an open valve in the crawlspace and it should be closed now. Then proceeds to charge me another $90. I don't yell or raise my voice but I let him know that's ridiculous since I already paid $90 for them to come out and a repair fee from earlier that day. I talked to the manager and I was basically told sorry not sorry we charge $90 per visit.Well this week I got a coupon for a handyman service from Mister Quik. I had an old oven hood and ceiling fan that I needed replaced. I call Mister Quik to get a quote on this service......they want to charge $90 to give me a quote. Your company can go bite rocks, there are too many companies out here that give free quotes. I commend you on a great business plan to not make free house calls, but that's not going to keep customers long term.I went with Ace Handyman that gave me a FREE quote over the phone, which ended up being cheaper since he got the work done in 2 hours. He was much more professional than the Mister Quik employee that came out to fix my gas leak. And before the Ace worker started he repeated the quote that I was given over the phone to make sure it was alright before he got to work.I'm leaving this review so that people know to search around before committing to a company. And Mister Quik, a little too late, sent me a free handyman quote in my email yesterday. Better luck next time, but I won't be using this company anymore.

Technician told a part needed to be replaced and it would cost 750 dollars. But he said if we signed a yearly contract it would only be 200 dollars now and another 200 when they come back out to do maintenance. We wanted a second opinion. We still had to pay the Mister Quick technician 80 dollars. The new technician found the source of the problem which was a much cheaper part. Their work was only 230 dollars in comparison. I don’t appreciate the technician not diagnosing the problem correctly and trying to have us pay hundreds more.***UPDATE- they called me and refunded me the service charge. I thought that was really nice and I will reconsider using them again!!

Had Mister Quik out to give me a quote for a new HVAC system. The individual was professional but the price was outrageous. I had 7 other companies come out to quote me and they were all $9k to $14k. Mister Quik quoted me over $23,000.00 Not even in the same ballpark. Its a shame because I did not even want to talk about negotiating a price because I would just think every service they offer from there out they are trying to rip me off.
I purchased a water softener from another vendor, but requested Mr. Quick install it. They sent an estimator out and she quoted $735+, which I thought was a bit steep, but had no choice, needed it installed before I left to go back to my home in Texas. The installation was not what I expected. They cut a huge hole in my wall, which I understand they needed to do to get access to the pipes, but when asked if they were going to repair the hole, was told not the plumbers job. Will need to call the handyman to come and repair the wall at an additional charge. I was furious, called the office to file a complaint and was told they would have someone call me back with 24 hours. It has now been 6 days, and still no phone call!!! I would not recommend this company, and if your like me and have no choice, make sure any quotes include repairing the damage done for the install.

I love this company. When I called for service, I knew my system was old and would likely need replaced. Lorne was very thorough with his inspection of my system, took pictures, and explained what he saw in detail. He never pushed a new system and I was able to come to that conclusion while discussing with him. There was zero pressure, even when we were looking at my options for replacement. The installers were out the next day and were neat, friendly, and professional. They were sure to explain the new system and our new thermostat before they left. Two days later they came out to install attic insulation and clean the ducts and again, the same friendly and professional service. It was a one-stop shop to get our home to be heating and cooling efficient. I really can't sing their praises enough and definitely recommend if you need a service they provide. They are always on time and call ahead. When it's time to replace our water heater, they will be my first call.

I requested service on Christmas Eve around midday to repair a leak required a $199 extra charge, and with a house full of kids for the holiday, I was happy to pay. The service man was in fact prompt, but did not have the supplies on his truck to fix the leak, therefore unresponsive. He said he’d have to come back on the Dec 27, “you’ve got a bucket under the leak, so you should be good.” By this point it was late afternoon and finding another solution was impossible. We had to drain the bucket every hour for approximately 66 hours. The technician returned mid morning on the 27th and completed the repair. I asked to have the $199 credited to the bill, the tech said he’d call his manager. The response was that $199 couldn’t be credited to the service cost (which was an exorbitant $530) because it was the “incentive for him to work last Friday.” The office called to follow up on the service, I shared my displeasure but received nothing but an “I’m sorry.” I most certainly will not recommend Mister Quik to my friends and neighbors, nor will I ever use this outfit again.
I’m not really sure where to begin…I have used this company for years and have always been satisfied with the service. They have friendly technicians who seem to genuinely care and I was always a fan of their SHAPE Plan.Recently, my furnace stopped working. The first technician said it was a blown fuse, switched it to emergency heat to get me through the night and stated another tech would be back tomorrow to locate the short that caused the blown fuse. I was expecting a relatively simple and not too costly fix.Upon further examination the following day by a different tech, I was told there were burn marks, cracks in heat duct exchange and I needed a whole new system. I was told it wasn’t even safe to turn it back on. With temps in the single digits coming that night, I was now in a pressure situation that I wasn’t expecting, nor prepared for. As I was presented my options, I also tried to do research on the fly as fast as I could. Ultimately, I was given prices that seemed crazy high to me, but I didn’t really have the time to do the research I wanted to do given the situation I thought I was in (single digit temps, heat unsafe to turn on, single parent with 2 kids, not really time to dealwith this newfound crisis ). I talked through things with the technician and rep as best I could. While I felt like I was about to pay a ton of money, I was making the best decision with the info I had.I really liked the representative from Mr. Quik and hope that everything was being presented honestly and scare tactics weren’t being used; nor was I being recommended something I didn’t need. But after now having more time to process things and talk to multiple other companies and even HVAC company owners, the consensus is that I paid way more than I should have, the unit isn’t that great and this might be something that occurs frequently with this company and within the industry. It honestly pains me to believe any of this is true. But I have to wonder why would any of these people with whom I have mutual connections with, have been proven to be trustworthy and aren’t getting any money from me (and know that) be telling me a lie?It really is hard to write this review because the entire staff at Mr. Quik is kind and professional. It just leaves such a bad taste in my mouth to hear that I paid upwards of double for a product that might not even be that good or that I didn’t even really need.What’s done is done and maybe this is a life lesson. I really just want to have what I feel like is a good unit at a fair price from a company that I’ve been a client of for a long time. I don’t feel like that’s asking anything unreasonable.

I called them on Friday they came straight out and got started on seeing what the problem was. It ended up being my main sewer line collapsed on the outside of my house. The repairman was punctual and very professional. Detected the problem right away. He wasn’t able to glue and fix the pipe under the house due to not having glue needed he said but did place it back in the elbow joint explaining to us that it still needed to be glued.
HVAC blower cleaning. Tim did a great job, very professional & nice. Sadly it costs $550.00 for less than an hour of time, & it was something they were adamant about needing done. Very expensive.

My furnace went out. The technician was professional and educated me about the needs for my furnance and home.
I don’t know much about furnaces, but I do know when I’m being taken advantage of. The guy they sent out told me the lowest possible rate was $7,000 to replace a furnace for a 1000 square foot home at 70k btu. He listed things that were ‘included’, but I think we all know what that really means. It’s included because they add it in without asking you. I went ahead and checked financing because I have an 8 month old infant and needed heat ASAP. He said I couldn’t take a picture of it or have a copy because it could ‘change anytime’. The $7000 suddenly turned to $122 a month for 10 years. I said I needed to think about it to which he told me I would have to repay the $89 fee if they sent someone else out. These are not people that care about you and your family. I’m assuming they are commissioned or required to hit a quota, so you are just a sales metric. These are salespeople. I just wish I could get my money back for the estimate. I went somewhere else for literally half the price and way better service, you should to.
My husband and I woke up to a very cold house on a Saturday morning. This is our first home and we’ve only lived here for six months, so we were pretty overwhelmed when we couldn’t troubleshoot the furnace. After searching online for a company that was open on the weekend, I called Mister Quik. Zoe answered and showed genuine concern for our situation, and assured me a technician would be sent our way that day. In just a few hours, the tech was there.Austin was just phenomenal. He really took his time in diagnosing the issues with our furnace and was so friendly and personable. He showed us each thing that was wrong and walked us through our options. He also answered the dozens of questions I had throughout the process, so I felt like I could make an informed decision about what to do.For a myriad of reasons I won’t bore you with here, we opted to get a new HVAC system and AC unit, and we have been so impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise from every Mister Quik employee who entered our home. They always arrived exactly when they said they would, and kept our home clean by laying down drop cloths, wearing shoe coverings, disposing of all trash, and vacuuming up debris. If it wasn’t for the new HVAC, you wouldn’t even know they’d been there.Jose and Mikel did the install of the HVAC, AC, and smart thermostat, and took their time in showing us how everything worked. They got it all done in just a few hours. The next day, Chaz came out to do a final quality inspection and really made sure we got any and all questions answered. Ramero and Jonathon cleaned the ducts to ensure the new system would work even better, and they did a fantastic job as well.Mister Quik took what was a stressful, unexpected expense for these first time homeowners and turned it into such a positive experience. It’s a huge load off my mind knowing that we have reliable heat and air for many years to come, and a great company to call should anything go wrong. We couldn’t be happier with the way it all turned out!

I always appreciate the professional approach they take and the thorough comprehensive review within their services.
I called Mr QUIK to clear my kitchen and bathroom drains. The technician was polite, professional, and informative...he even found a way for us to save some money, too! He cleaned as he worked, and even spritzed some air freshener in the bathroom! Wonderful job, Joshua! We will definitely recommend you to family and friends! Thank you!
We had a sump pump failure and the basement flooded. The plumber tech was very responsive in his diagnosis and quickly provided a quote, with suggestions. This was a little different, because all of the efforts were done while I was out of town, for my Anniversary, with the attendance and assistance of my neighbors. After setting up the technicians for an appointment, he also suggested a restoration company. He literally made this huge headache and worry be placed at ease. I would use Mister Quick again and recommend them to anyone.

I called Mr. Quick to get a quote on electrical and HVAC in our attic that we are converting into a 4th bedroom. I got on the phone and initially had a very pleasant experience with the person I was talking to. Then, I was notified of the $89 service fee for them to provide a quote, to which I responded I would need to talk to my partner because we are trying to compare prices from other contractors in the area as well, and other contractors have provided a quote free of charge (given this is easily a $7,500+ job). This is not to say we were not going to pay the service charge, my partner and I just keep an open line of communication when it comes to finances, and I did not want to make a decision without speaking with him.Once I stated I needed to speak with my partner first, the call immediately dropped... the representative clearly just hung up on me. They have all of my information on file, so if the call truly did drop, they could have easily called me back. This was a very disappointing experience; but at least it's an easy way to cross potential contractors off of our list!

They were on time I was a little confused that they had to send a second tech. Out to finish work, the only thing I did appreciate is that I have a whole house humidifier and needed a filter replacement and filter was present and they didn’t replace it, a furnace check and tune up should/would include that. Other than that their service was excellent.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING company! prompt courteous and while the news of having to very a new heater and ac suck the tech was understanding and provided us the best options and options that will best extend the life of our new unit! will definitely use them again!
Mr.Quik is expensive. I have no problem paying, but I had a few issues with the service. They installed a new water heater, but didn’t test it before leaving; so they had to come back the next day because it wasn’t working and then again later the same day because they moved the drain line to the washing machine and it flooded the laundry room.To their credit, they were fast and responsive about it. Their personnel is attentive. Good costumer service. I recommend them, but proceed with caution as these things happen.

Really great, friendly, professional service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I had a really sticky situation the day before a huge holiday dinner. Eric, Chris and Zach saved the day so my wife had her new faucet and her kitchen back. The guys were awesome.

Professional, friendly and courteous. You can find less expensive services out there, but this company is worth every penny. They gave us top-notch service with excellent explanations. Some companies act as if they are doing you a favor by showing up... not this company. They practice a customer first mentality with integrity being high on their list. USE THEM!
Great service overall, they were quick to come out the same day we realized our HVAC system failed during a cold spell and were able to install our new system the next day! They immediately noticed issues with the original builder's installation, as well as issues other local HVAC vendors overlooked who have serviced the unit over the years.
Technician came to clean my vents, which is a complimentary service as a Shape member. Could tell he didn’t know what he was doing because he was on the phone with someone walking him through everything step by step the whole time. About an hour after he left, I went out. When I returned 4 hours later, my AC wasn’t working because it says a power wire isn’t connected. Called and they said “we might be able to send someone out tonight or first thing in the morning.” This is not the first time I have had issues immediately following technician visits.

I would leave 5 star for the tech that came out. He was on time, professional and explained what would be done. The poor review was on the price for service. When I got the quote for 3 lights to be replaced and have 2 ceiling fans wired and hung. The quote was for over 2,100 dollars. Only the fans needed wired with attic access and only 8 foot ceilings. 2100 dollars for that little bit of work. I got a quote from another licensed and insured and bonded electrician and he is going to do the same work for 875 dollars. I will go with a company that does not need price gouge their customers.

Austin should be on tv as the spokesperson for Mr Quik. I don’t even know where to start! He was polite, informative, honest, friendly and beyond competent. I told him to talk to me like he would his Mother! He is such an asset to the company. I felt very good about my new AC and furnace purchase. Austin is the real deal!! SO happy I called Mr Quik! Service was beyond my expectations’

Called during Holiday and weekend and they made it happen one flat charge. Dispatcher was very professional and caring and truly concerned about how to help me. The Technician was clean, caring and very professional. No mater how many questions I asked he was very patient and explained everything he was going to do and as he did it. We noticed water leaking through our laminate flooring in the downstairs bathroom so called Mister Quik for a consultation. Samantha came out within just a few hours and took a look at what was going on. She immediately got on her hands and knees to try and identify the situation! She was very knowledgeable and walked through exactly what she was doing (with the black light, the moisture detector, etc.) and explained things she was observing clearly so we could understand what was most likely causing the issue. She provided potential solutions and ideas for what we could do moving forward. We feel like we are in good hands with Sam! We also committed to the annual membership because we felt it was necessary to have access to Mister Quik’s routine services and perks for members throughout the year.
Had a wonderful experience with Mr Quik. Our heat had gone out and they were quick to be there. The technician, Blake, was very courteous and thorough - even to the point of spending several hours making sure he tracked down any remaining potential shorts that might cause future outages. Very grateful to him and the entire Mister Quik team. Highly recommended - and ask for Blake!Update: had another outage today. Ended up being a bad capacitor. Isaiah Smith was quick, thorough, and overall just wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with hiring an electrician. Our technicians name was Brandon and he was on time and professional. The pricing was reasonable and the work was done quickly. We were happy that he was quickly able to replace our light fixture and also added a surge protector to the house. Would recommend using them again.

After going through a nightmare with my Home Warranty not sending an efficient plumber to actually look into the problem, I reached out to Mr. Quik late last night and they immediately were able to dispatch a technician by the next morning. My technician, Edgar, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand each step of the process and cleared the issue within an hour. He was professional, efficient, and an overall great person. I would highly recommend them in the future.

The serviceman was professional got right to work and had great respect for property. Would not give up on stubborn clog in main sewer line. Took just under 45 minutes to get it done. Fee for service was very fair and reasonable. Also had a 1 year 1 visit warranty on work.

MQ charged me $257 to clear a drain that I was quoted at $99 on, I was told the $99 applied only if the tech had reasonable access to the drain, I'm not sure how much more reasonable the access could have been considering the toilet and restroom door were both removed prior to the techs arrival. Fast forward 30 days later, I try to cash in on my 1 year warranty and am informed that they will return for a one time ONLY revisit, any add'l visits would be an add'l chanrge. When asked where does it state on my written contract the one time revisit, no one could tell me where to find it. I'm eventually told the tech should have written it in when he completed/performed the initial service. Here we are 3 days later and I'm still waiting for my drain to be cleared due to poor communication on MQ part. They also tried to charge me $425.00 to remove a toilet for my rework based on IF they break it. When questioned if they don't break it, will my $425 be refunded, I was told no, which means essentially they would pocket the funds or replace my toilet with my own money. I also requested that they NOT send me the same service tech I had initially and they did so anyway. Guess it's a good thing I wasn't some deranged customer who was so irate and upset with their lack of service and took my frustration out on the tech physically. I'm not sure how it is they've stayed in business for as long as they have with the scam they pull on their customers.
Drainage issue was fixed quickly and professionally. Arrived ahead of my scheduled time.

We laughed a lot and he fixed things we didn't even know were a problem. A VERY HONEST PERSON!! Will request him everytime.
I’m a Realtor and property investor and property manager and have managed hundreds of properties in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. This is by far the worst mechanical company in the Indianapolis area that I’ve dealt with and I’ve dealt with them all. I feel like it’s my responsibility to save others from the experiences I’ve had with them. Here’s my latest experience with them: I had an hvac tech at one of rental properties yesterday for the condensate pump that was leaking. Just after the tech leaves the AC won’t turn on even though it’s been working perfectly all summer. So I call them back out today. Bill calls me and says he has to replace the entire system or nothing. I explain to him that I don’t want to do that and he hangs up on me in mid sentence of me explaining why I don’t want to replace the system as it was working fine and tells me to use a different company. My tenant then sees Bill put the wire back on the capacitor so it appears that the tech yesterday disconnected the capacitor so that’s why it wouldn’t work. Don’t waste your time calling them. They are quick but that is all they are. They will charge you at least double what any other company will charge (I know this by experience). They will tell you every time that your system needs replaced and won’t repair anything unless they replace it even when the system was working perfectly and just needed a condensate pump and then they will tell you that unless they replace the entire system they will leave and won’t help you. This just happened and this type of thing has happened every time I have used them. I only used them because they could get there quicker than the other guys but it’s not worth it. It doesn’t matter what the issue is you can guarantee that the entire system needs replaced according to them. They are dishonest, price gouging, and have terrible customer service. I’ve been a Realtor and property manager for 15 years in multiple big cities including Los Angeles and Indianapolis and this has to be the worst mechanical company I’ve ever dealt with. They use all your extra (price gouged) money on the catchy radio commercials but don’t be fooled by them. If you want honesty, integrity, and good customer service use someone else. Latest update:
