Both Chris and Paul were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I was impressed with how they took a complex job and made it look easy even our 60 year old house threw them several curveballs. They were also very polite and courteous. A job well done.

Set aside being quick, and heavy advertising. 2000$ for a simple repair on a shower head is insane. I get cost of living has gone up but this is no way to fight it back. Sad and pathetic the guy turned around to think he was getting the job. Then tells us the pricing. The problem is the 100$ call cost is to assess I get that. It's the total afterwards. Love to know good honest company not robbery ? Sam does that enough. We said no.

Greg came right on time and did a super job with AC maintenance. Just as before, he was personable and polite, explained everything and took care of a problem I had with the furnace fan. He obviously knows what he is doing.
It is reassuring to have a professional take care of things for me.

Do not use this company. There plumbers give recommendations and then don't stand by it. They recommended not changing a value then it leaked and refuse to fix for no-charge

We had an old water heater that caused some flooding in our basement. I ended up calling Armor Air, who sent Nick out to us. Nick gave us multiple options on how we can go about our system, offering new ideas such as a tankless heater, installing a new tank or removing a tank and re-distributing the piping so water flows to the one good tank we have. Since it was near Christmas time, we decided to have Nick re-pipe and remove the old heater. He did an amazing job, cleaned up after himself, and helped my mom with an odd random plumbing question regarding her bathroom faucets. I will definitely go back to Armor Air and hopefully request Nick for their services when we decide to go tankless! Very professional and patient. Just a great overall experience.

Every experience I have had with Williams Comfort Air has been nothing less than great. They always show up with they are suppose, heck they have even been here early (called and checked to make sure that is ok first). Everyone is super nice and personable. I can't recommend them enough.
