Employee was good but the prices are outrageous replaced 2 washing machine valves charged over $400 for 30 minutes work. That was with a discount for being on their service contract. I was contacted to call about the pricing. The person I talked to was supposedly the plumbing manager… This person was the most degrading and most unfriendly person I have ever talked to…

This was originally supposed to be a good review until I had another reputable company come out and confirm that I was scammed and nothing was really done as far ashvac maintenance.Nightmare all around:- Holes in the filter, improperly installed- Humidifier filter not replaced- Lied to me about not having something needed for code.- Not cleaned.I recorded in horror as the guy explained to me all that was not done. I'll add pictures.Beware, beware do not do it! The absolute headache. Do not do it.

Had an outdoor faucet break under my house and Howald responded quickly (same day). The plumber, Austin, explained the repair needed, was professional and knowledgeable.

AVOID! HORROR AWAITS! Charged 6 hrs./$688 labor to install a simple 50-gallon gas water heater! How it went? “G” appeared with wrong type heater (electric), charged to go back and get a gas water heater; installed lower grade gas model than requested; new unit has horrible noise when faucet was turned off (video); twisted off inlet to water heater…did not replace…did makeshift repair and charged me; ripped entire water circulation unit & home phone lines of the wall & and simply left them dangling (photo); unbraced circulation unit sags and sways which stresses inlet (video – I think it would have fractured in week!); heavy metallic waste discarded in damp laundry pile (ended up in our washer and dryer); each stair step (light color carpet) stained with rusty sediment; warranty and manual left drenched in water; rusty metal screw dropped on carpet - family member stepped on it; reinstalled urethane insulation on cold water inlet; “G” said I required a thermal expansion tank installation (false: we have an open system – no backflow valve); hot water circulation pump valve left in off position (two bathrooms did not have hot water); did not wear Covid mask during entire installation. And there were issues from McNeely’s office: nothing in writing; no written estimates; no diagnosis of leak/problem; errors in transcribing almost all details of request (example: lost our address after request was placed); appointment cancelled/scheduled for Christmas eve; promised but failed to help process valid Rheem warranty (McNeely is a Rheem ProPartner); not truthful in BBB affidavits concerning this affair. I could add much more! But, be warned, this is what you will get if you hire McNeely!

Hot water re-pipe.

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!

Technician Blaine did an awesome job explaining everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

They all did a great job. John (sales), Adam and Brian (HVAC replacement), and Mitchell (water softener install) were courteous and professional, and so far everything is working well.
Edit: Chuck did seasonal maintenance on the furnace. Also great! It’s been a very positive experience dealing with this company.

Michael serviced my furnace on 12/9/19. Michael is always detailed in his service that he provides. He explains everything before hand and then after everything is done he explains what was or was not found. I like that he enjoys his work. Michael goes the extra step when he does not have to. He even labeled all my Valves for the main water, water heater and gas so that in an emergency situation when I might not be thinking straight, I can find the correct valve quickly. It is nice to know that your services are quality and dependable. Keep up the good work!

Honestly the techs who came out were courteous and Joy at the call center was great. Other than that, I am regretting everything. Earlier this year my hot water heater needed replaced and was under warranty. I still spent $1300 for labor and had previously bought the service contract. New water heater. No hot water. Someone came out. Didn’t get fixed. We canceled plans for my mother to come in town and I didn’t have hot water for a week. I had to make alternate care arrangements for my kids with family because I didn’t want them to go without. I spent a ton of money for a less than experience. Williams Comfort Air was not good on their word. I called to speak to a supervisor per the technicians recommendation and was repeatedly offered a discount on a new water softener that would cost me thousands of dollars. I am already not confident in the product or service- why would I invest more? I was never offered a refund or concession due to the strain it caused to wait due to a technicians error.
