Tony (2770) is the best. He’s been at my house for several different issues and he’s always fixed the problem.

I called DrainMaster due to my tub draining very very slow. Previously I used another
company who I won't name that worked on it a month ago. I called that company first but they would not honor their 30 day guarantee because I was 2 days past because the guarantee date simply because I was out of state for a funeral and was not aware of the problem I was having at home. I got on line and decided to use DrainMaster since they were getting good reviews. I am so glad that I did! Tina and Eric were professionals and explained everything to me on what they were doing. They were very neat and clean up was exceptional. From here on out they will be the only company I will call for my plumbing and drain problems !! Thank you Tina and Eric !!

Horrible customer service. Called to get an estimate for a job. Joe Muetzel stopped out to my business and said he'd send me the estimate in a day or two. I've called and left messages. Never heard a thing back. It's been three weeks. If I ran my business like this, it wouldn't last long. Extremely disappointed.

When I called to make an appt.. they scheduled it for the very next day. Prior to the set appt., they notified me that Aaron would be there within the hour and sent a photo and name of the technician...Aaron H whom by the way arrived promptly, identifying himself and covering his shoes before entering my home. He immediately identified the problem, gave a price, and proceeded to repair the issue. I was very satisfied with the work. He was very professional. I would highly recommend this company MR. They definitely knew what they were doing and were able to correct the plumbing of my home that the previous owner had installed. I trusted them the entire time and I'm happy with the job they have done.

Chris was easy to communicate with, arrived when he said he would and was honest in his assessment of our situation. He provided multiple suggestions for repair and was able to solve the problem in one visit. I would highly recommend and will use his services in the future.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Horrible service, don't use them. They removed my battery back-up sump pump and installed a water powered back-up system which was supposed to run indefinitely if the main pump failed. It didn't work. I called them out to check it within a few months and the guy came out and messed with the float for about 15 minutes and got it to work. We tested it several times and it did not work every time. The worker insisted it would work if flooding were imminent due to the extra pressure. Later in the year my sump pump burned out and the basement flooded. I contacted Bozman Plumbing and spoke to the owner. He stated they had similar issues in the past with the float not working. Really?? That might be something you want to mention before install? He said he would contact the property manager to check the system even though he wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Two weeks later and I haven't heard anything.

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

Ben Franklin was a little steep on comparison to other estimates I got for installation of our water heater. But, they were the fastest to respond and did so in a professional manner.

I thought our water heater was leaking, and the owner of the company called me and a technician was out within an hour. Turns out it was condensation from our furnace. The technician cut new piping and kindly created a way for the condensation to get out of the home instead of pooling in the basement.

This was not his responsibility yet, he helped and insisted I not pay him.

I would recommend this business.
