The young man who came to my home was very polite. He took a look at the issue I was having with water backing up in the sink next to the washing machine. He explained what the problem was and gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and how quickly he fixed the issue after a neighbor who had the same issue not long ago was charged a lot more by another company.
I will definitely be recommending and contacting Drain Master for any future plumbing needs.

I have used DrainMasters for over 20 years. I had twenty-five rentals and my own home for them to take care of. They always show up on time and get the job done. The people are very friendly and let you know what they have done to correct the problems. I am very satisfied with DrainMasters and will continue to use this company.

Stella was amazing to work with while trying to figure out next steps with my plumbing issues. She always answered the phone quickly and with in-depth knowledge. Their plumber Shane was excellent when he came out to see what was going wrong with the plumbing in my home. He was honest, experienced, quick and efficient. We have been using drain master for years. I originally hear of them through word of mouth. I had had 4 different plumbers come out to my home in one weeks time and my issue still could not get resolved. I call drain master they come out once and it is diagnosed and fixed. I now know exactly what the issue is and it is something that has to be done u
Yearly. They have been coming out for at least 5 years now I do believe. I do not trust anyone else. They are the best!

I thought I left this review before but don’t see it. I paid $950 to have a hot water tank installed and a couple days later discovered my AC wasn’t working because the plumber had literally moved my furnace resulting in all the ducts coming loose. I then had to pay someone $350 to fix my furnace ducts. I called Drainmaster immediately and was told space too tight for installer so he had to move furnace although this is at least 3rd time I’ve replaced tank with no previous issues. I asked that they refund at least the $359extra that they cost me and was told they would present to office and get back to me. It’s been almost a year and I never got a call back. Will never use again and don’t recommend anyone else use then either….would rate 0 if I could

My wife lost he engagement ring in the toilet and Drain master scheduled us for the next day to try and retrieve it. I was able to remove the toilet and found it and ended up canceling on them. They were too nice and was extremely happy we found it, no charge.

Drainmaster, Inc. did a camera scope of our sanitary sewer drain. The service representative did a good job explaining what he saw while the camera went through the 100 feet of drain line. For some reason they were unable to send us the video of this service, and rescheduled the scope which I thought was highly professional and the right thing to do. The second representative did an equally excellent job explaining what he saw and noting what options to resolve pending issues, and this time we received the video! Yay! I would recommend this company, and we'll be keeping them on our list of plumbers should we need a them again.

Drain Master completed 3 projects for me in 2022--a complicated outdoor waterline repair, a water heater replacement, and a leaking pipe behind a closet ceiling. All repairs were done timely and to a high standard. Prices were fair, and the workspaces were nicely cleaned up on completion.

Terrible experience. Booked services to have a bathtub clog cleared and to put the tub hardware back on (i.e. the drain cover). The techs that showed up were told it was an issue in the kitchen, not the bathroom. They spent 15 minutes on the tub but did not put any of the hardware back on because they were not told that was needed and didn't have the tools and it wasn't included in the price despite the fact they would have had to remove the hardware to unclog the tub if I hadn't already done it prior to their arrival. I was finally able to find the time to put it back together and used the shower for the first time and it is now leaking into the floor below, which never happened prior to service, so I'm unclear if they caused more damage until I can pay to have another company provide an assessment and estimate for replacement.

They arrived on time, gave an estimate and were able to complete the work in the same day. I had 2 external faucets replaced with water shut off valves added, as well as a cap for the gas line.

Shane is simply the best.
True professional that exudes excellent communication throughout the entire process!

We’ve used DrainMaster for several plumbing jobs. Most recently, they replaced a shower valve. They are always on time and complete the work well at a fair price.

The technician originally quoted us for a 5-hour job, but ended up finding the main issue within the first 30 minutes. As a result, he had the problem fixed within 1 hour and ended up saving us $800 from the original estimate!

They are pretty fast and reliable. The plumber was able to get things fixed very well. The service is really good.

Pricing wise it is on much higher side. They charge based on the task. So in 2 hours 3-4 tasks and all charged individually. That makes the cost much higher.

I’ve used DrainMaster several times over the last 5 years and they’ve always been very responsive, professional, helpful, and fair. Never suggest ‘add on’ unneeded services.

The technician Shane was professional and fixed the toilet. He even took time to looked at a leak I had in my outdoor faucet and spent about five minutes fixing it. He did not add it to the bill.

I have hired this company twice through IGS Insurance.
They are very fast and reliable. The plumber was very good at fixing things. The service is really good.
The price not through the insurance company is a bit expensive, but compared to The Eco Plumbers, the hydro jet drain cleaning fee was 1/4 cheaper than Eco Plumbers.
I hired on May 17th for main sewer Drain cleaning from The Eco Plumbers, the problem was not solved and only money was wasted.
On May 18th DrainMaster came and solved the problem. Since then, no problems have occurred to this day.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a plumber, who came out on October 14th, not only spoke unkindly and bluntly, but also did not listen to explanations and made an incorrect diagnosis in the first place.
I met 4 plumbers from this company, all 3 were friendly and professional.

We had noticed a sewer smell for several days but had not pinpointed the source. When the dishwasher caused the drain to overflow in our back storage room, we called DrainMaster to address the problem. Even though this was a Saturday, the company sent someone out within a few hours. John was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all our questions. The drain is clear now and working fine. Very satisfied.

It was difficult to get a return phone call. The repair was completed yesterday. It was completed in a timely manner when the crew arrived

I have used Drain Master for several jobs like unclogging mainline drains and installing water service line. Each time I call them, they're always on time and perform an excellent job. I was not always present when I call them to perform certain jobs, because I trust them to do a good job. I will recommend their services to anyone including my best friends and families.

Had then hydro snake a gutter drain pipe for me today. The gentleman who provided the quote, and the gentleman who came to do the work was very friendly, and did the work in a timely manner. No hidden charges, and I felt they were honest. I will definitely call them again.

Tina came out on Monday, July 25 and examined my clogged sump pump line. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It seems that tree roots are the culprit and part of the city sidewalk as well. I received their estimate, but it did not reflect everything that Tina and I discussed. I called the office for clarification on Wednesday and have heard nothing back. I hate being blown off! The 2 stars are for Tina and Kaylee, the customer agent. Those ladies deserve 5 stars. Charlie never got back to me about my concerns, so I am looking elsewhere for help.

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead. Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get. He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are very happy. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend Drain Master.

John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

I was quoted $20k by a reputable company to handle the issue with my sewer and basement. I called Drainmaster, and not only was the repair a fraction of the price, it was handled within days of my initial call. 10/10 recommend!

When my water heater died, I called the plumbing company I've been using for 25 years at 8am on Friday morning. They were not going to be able to come out until at least the following Thursday! At the recommendation of a friend, I called DrainMaster. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous and professional, and he made a quick call then returned to let me know they could get me in that day. The guys arrived early that afternoon, and I think they were in and out in an hour! Again, they were very courteous and professional, went right to work, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Not a thing was left behind! In addition, they found another leak in the same area and took care of it without charging me an extra dime over what I was quoted. The cost seemed very reasonable and included not only the warranty on the tank, but also a one-year warranty on their labor. I'm so pleased with everything about this experience! DrainMaster has earned a loyal new customer!!

DrainMaster was one of the top rated Google companies. After calling my 'go-to' companies that were unavailable for days (and long conversations about the call center representative trying to understand the problem), I called DrainMaster and was greeted with an understanding of plumbing issues by the person who picked up the phone. They were fully booked, but understood the severity of the problem and were able to adjust some schedules to get Shane to the site immediately. Shane was professional and worked with us to understand the issue (shared condo pipe, which adds difficulty) and was able to assess and call in the right people and services from his team. The owner (Charlie) even got involved to make sure everything was going smoothly and I know that they had to change some people and their schedules around to solve our problem! (THANK YOU!) When I received the invoice, I was not shocked by any of the costs, as they were reasonable and explained to me proficiently. (The next day, I had a scheduled appointment at my house and one of the other major companies cost me the same amount for an appointment where they left without fixing anything.) I will be using DrainMaster in the future!

Drain Master was quick to respond to my slow draining kitchen sink, diagnosed my issue and was able to get drain working without requiring hydro jetting, which previous drain company did, and is much more costly. Very pleased to do business with this local company!

Basement floor drain was cleared. Quick. Professional. And affordable.

Had an issue with a clogged line from the sump and gutters to the street. The company was quick to respond and the service tech was very knowledgeable. The price was pretty high for a 20 minute job in my opinion. But the value may be good if I don't have to have the line cleared for another 5 years or so. There were a lot of tree root mats and I was surprised at the amount of shingle granules flushed out. To date, we haven't had enough rain to evaluate the work and I'll report back if there's a problem.

We had a main line issue pop up on a Sunday night and called them early Monday morning and they were able to quickly get us on the schedule and come out within a few hours. Both technicians who stopped out, one to snake our drain and another to send a camera through at our request, and both were amazing and left me feeling super comfortable and welcomed all my questions and gave honest advice. Even though I hope we don't have any plumbing issues soon, when we do I know who we will be calling!

We had a time sensitive issue with a gas leak and shut off from Columbia Gas doing work in the area. Drain master was able to arrive ahead of the promised time frame and fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and courteous. They were more than fair regarding the charges for this service. We will definitely use them for any future situations regarding gas or plumbing. Highly recommend!

I was a long-time Roto-Rooter customer, but had not been happy with their recent past service. Then, on my last emergency call, after waiting 4 hours and having to call to find out what was going on, only to be given excuses, I decided to call someone else. DrainMaster had good reviews, so I dialed them up. And I'm glad I did. They were very friendly, on the phone and in person. They were out at my place within 30 minutes of my call to tackle the problem, And this was a late-night emergency call. They are price competitive and their service was great. I highly recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Charlie and DrainMaster. I highly recommend this company. I needed my sewage line scoped urgently to sell my house. DrainMaster was able to scope the line and send the video over earlier than they typically do. The guy showed up looked at my toilet then went down stairs and checked the drain. Told it would cost $125. Then unclog the toilet and we talked for a bit then he left. He made sure not to make a mess and told me how to fix my problem so I don't run in to the same issue in the future

I had an emergency situation that needed done quickly. DrainMaster came out for the estimate and scheduled the work to be done a few days later. They showed up early in the morning and the job was done quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with their work, professionalism, and reasonable prices. This crew came out and looked over the issues with my plumbing. They quoted me a price that was very reasonable and were in the following week for two days to complete the work. I reached out for help on a broken spigot outside my house and was contacted the same day and provided service same day. I was quoted a 15 minute window of arrival and Rick was spot on. He was in and out in 10 minutes. No issues, no mess, functioning brand new spigot. Excellent service, excellent quality, I can’t recommend the company and Rick enough!

I hired them because of a recommendation. Somebody in my household put pasta and rice down the drain at the same time (obviously a massive no-no - hindsight 20/20) and it clogged our kitchen sink.

I called, and the person I spoke to on the phone gave me a bunch of things to do before setting an appointment so that I could try and avoid having to pay for a plumber, and I super appreciated that. I tried everything she suggested, and it didn’t work, hence why I’m reviewing.

The plumbers came the next day, and two people showed up at the exact time that they said they would. I explained the problem, and they quickly got to work.

I’m a strong believer in never giving a bad review, because I hired them to unclog the sink, and they did just that. However, they didn’t have any covers on their boots, so there was a lot of dirt tracked through the front door to the kitchen. They also stacked the few dishes I had set in the sink on top of candles and glassware that I had on the counter. Again, not a massive deal, but it was a little frustrating to have to clean out dirty dishwater and residue from my candles.

They shoved all of the rugs out of the way in the kitchen to avoid them from getting wet, which I appreciated, but then just used every towel available in the kitchen to mop up the water mess and then left. them there for me to clean up after they left. I don’t care because they were old towels and I’m not picky on cheap candles, but some other people might be a little more “Karen” about this.

They also absolutely smelled of cigarette smoke and the smell lingered for hours. Again, it went away, so we didn’t care that much, but someone else might complain.

Overall, they fixed my screw up. They fixed the sink fast and it cost $149. I’d hire them again the next time I do something dumb enough to need a plumber once more.

Had several drain places out before Drain Masters that said they could unclog my sewer line and didn't. Drain Masters came out the day after I called them and had it cleared within an hour! Great service and very nice and knowledgeable employees that actually filled me in on what was happening and how to prevent it again. Would recommend to anyone.

We used Drainmaster today (Charlie was who came out) and I have nothing but amazing things to say!!! Amazingly prompt service, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other local companies! We are buying an older house and we asked Drainmaster to run a sewer line video. The technicians showed up ON TIME and did a thorough job. About five days later (over a weekend) we received a written report, then the video a couple days later. I highly recommend this company for this service.

We had a slow drain in our tub and lots of gurgling in the sink next to it. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to get the drain line cleared before it turned into one. I decided to try DrainMaster based on the great reviews. Tina came out this morning and did a great job. Not only did she do a thorough job, she was good with explaining what she did and offered advice on how to help keep the drain clear. I would definitely call DrainMaster again.

Charlie and Dylan were great! We needed emergency service on a Saturday evening and they were at our house within 90 minutes, and worked for over 2 hours to fix the issue. Both guys were professional and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend DrainMaster! I initially spoke with Charlie who arrived at my home within 30 minutes after I contacted him and addressed an emergency plumbing situation that I had. He rushed out to get the part needed to do the repair after a quick evaluation of the situation. He had Russell and Ridge come back out with the part to perform the work. They were very courteous, professional, and did an EXCELLENT job on the repair. The entire process took less than 2 hours from the initial call that I made, to them going out to get the part and getting back to complete the job. They are the only ones that I will trust to come in to do high quality work at a reasonable price from now on!

Unfortunately, our office had a clog after hours. We originally contacted another plumber to snake the drain, but they recommended the drain be jetted. They gave us a quote which we felt was pretty high and were only able to schedule someone in the morning. We decided to call around and found DrainMaster. They were able to send someone out within the hour and jet our pipes for a fraction of the cost.

I have had issues with the pipes in my house in the past and have always had plumbers come, take their sweet time, and end up charging an arm and a leg for the work. Needless to say I was not thrilled to have someone come out to clear the sewer drain in my basement.

However, the technicians from Drain Masters restored my faith in humanity. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to business. Their pricing was well within my budget and I would definitely have them come back if and when anything else were to happen.

Drainmaster gets 5 stars for their prompt service, attention to detail and knowledge. We own an old home (1950's) with an equally old septic/drainage system. We were having back-up issues in the kitchen sink and toilets. We had two plumbers out who looked at the problem and didn't even put their tools down. They didn't know what to do. Absolutely Amazing Friendly and Professional Service. I had a big name company come out and want to replace the main Sewer line for over $3,500. They said the line was broken and there was no other options. Drain Master came out same day and was able to snake the drain using the same equipment as the other company and remove all the tree roots and the plumbing is working perfectly.

Drain Master saved me over $3000 and were friendly, knowledgeable and on time.

Professional Dependable Reasonable price.

This was one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had with a home professional. I called and got an appointment the next day. I’ve had issues with water not properly draining to the sewer. I wasn’t sure if it was clogged, broken or what but it was a concern. Dalton showed up and let me tell him my concerns. Walked with me around the home and decided it needed camera work to see the issue. We found that the pipe was severely destroyed. Upon inspection, the camera got stuck and Dalton helped me remove a piece of lawn, fix the pipe, and helped me apply dirt to fill a sinkhole that was developing.
Top notch service and went above and beyond! Kudos!

Water Main broke and they fixed it. The price was reasonable, they came when they said they would come and they cleaned up afterwards. They will be my plumbers from now on. I can not recommend them enough!

I used these guys for the first time this week. The job was done well, fast and reasonably priced. They actually came out within 24 hours. I had a previous appointment with Eco Plumbers, it took them three days to make it to my house, and the initial estimate came in THREE times higher. Kind of insulting that Eco Plumbers would take advantage like that. That being said, we were happy Drain Master showed up, did the work, and charged a fair price. Highly recommended!

We had a block in our main sewer line and it was backed up into our basement. We called a different company first. They spent 6 hours trying to unclog it, and then left because the root was too big to cut. Drainmaster came out and after a couple minutes, they knew the line was broken and that a Columbia Gas contractor had damaged our line. They quickly and correctly identified the problem. We are now getting it fixed. Next time I need a plumber, I will be quick to call them. I would recommend you do the same.

I appreciate your helping me clear my drains. I liked that you gave me a set price for the job. You all did a good job and worked very hard to clean out the corrosion. Other companies wanted to charge additional money after the first he of work.

We had a hydro jet done and the workers at DrainMaster took their time to thoroughly clean out our sanitary line. They also identified issues with recent drain repairs that were completed with another company. We were then able to go back to the other company to have them remedy the situation. We will use DrainMaster again in the future.

Shane did a great job with an emergency repair we needed for a move. He was polite and efficient. We appreciated his promptness and energy.

Called on a Sunday to inquire about two busted or corroded pipes in bathroom that needed to be replaced. Was able to get Drain Master out to the house on Monday morning and the repair/replacement completed after a quick run to the plumbing supply store. I felt the price was fair and tech took time to explain why it happened and what we could to prevent another occurrence in the future. I highly recommend them for your needs.

I was so appreciative of the professionalism, they couldn’t help with the problem, but were still very helpful in figuring out the source. The technician went above and beyond, finding standing water in the crawl space, that was the source of the sewer-like smell. (They were there because the smell was presumed to be a sump pump/sewer line issue). I’m very thankful for the level of service and would recommend this company to anyone.

I called to have them assess an issue with the drains underground to the curb from downspouts. I asked them to assess 2-3 specific downspouts. They came out quickly the first visit, however it was obvious they did not even look at the specific drains I wanted them to check because the next day it rained and the issue was still there. They came out a second time quickly and low and behold the drains I wanted check were indeed clogged. No camera was used either visit, just cables. They wanted to collect an additional payment for the second visit, however I disputed them because they had not even addressed the original issue the first visit. I asked for an estimate for repairing and the tech that had come out was not qualified to provide one. I called a few days later to ask for the estimate but was told it would be another 1-2 days. That was a week ago. I have not heard from them again. I called another reputable company and they came out same day, cameras down all the drains, and gave an estimate for repairs; and it was a fraction of the cost of Drainmasters. I will not be calling them again.

So quick and extremely helpful AND came out on a Saturday. Gave us helpful information about what to look for in our home warranty and was very professional. No one else could come until Monday but they made it out the same day without exorbitant fees!

Just used them to fix a broken shower handle. They were here within 2 hours of my initial call late in the day (was a quasi emergency since we had to shut off water to the house so very thankful for that). Called DrainMaster when a waterline burst due to freezing. Within 2 hours they had a crew there fixed the problem and made some helpful suggestions, and the price was very reasonable. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Drainmaster! After a sewage line backup, another company told me they inspected our line and tried to but we’re unable to clean out the line and that the root damage was so extensive that they’d need to dig up our yard and potentially cut down our tree to replace the whole line and that it would cost $6,000! I’m so glad I got a second opinion, Drainmaster came out and was able to completely clear the line and run a camera through in less than an hour. And now we won’t be needing to dig up our yard! The technician was wonderful and they saved us a ton of money, I cannot recommend their services enough.

2nd time we have used them and we could not ask for better service!! We had our drains plugged late at night and we have 8 kids to shower the next morning. Called and they came right out and fixed the problem and got the drain running, most people including myself, at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night would have said well its running, I'm outta here! Worst company I’ve dealt with in a very long time. probably the most unprofessional and incompetent people I’ve worked with. Literally didn’t show up on The day of first appointment. Called next day to make another appointment for next week. Didn’t show up on time so I called again. Showed up an hour later for an estimate. Gave me an estimate and told me the office would call me to make an appointment with me to actually get my drain fixed. No one ever called me. I called two days later and the lady at the office told me the job was marked as “complete” when it literally wasn’t even started. So I made an appointment for the next week for my drain to actually be fixed. Guy was 45 mins late again and was rude. Didn’t fix the drain. Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. I’ll make sure that every home owner I know and that moves to Columbus never uses drainmaster. They clearly don’t care about how they treat people or care about other people’s time, which in 2019 is the worst thing you could do.

I called DrainMaster due to my tub draining very very slow. Previously I used another
company who I won't name that worked on it a month ago. I called that company first but they would not honor their 30 day guarantee because I was 2 days past because the guarantee date simply because I was out of state for a funeral and was not aware of the problem I was having at home. I have used Charlie at Drainmaster for the past 15 years when I need drain help with both residential and commercial properties.

Drainmaster routinely addresses the everyday problems, but they also have come to the rescue for larger and more complicated issues on many occasions(water line installations, gas leak repairs and sewer replacement). Managing buildings that are sometimes over a hundred years old, I have come across some tricky problems, but Charlie always figures it out.

I am writing this review after a particularly difficult issue was addressed after hours almost immediately after my call.

I would highly recommend Drainmaster for quality, timely work at reasonable prices.

I called this company because I needed a faucet replaced, they were quick in getting the quote, they also were late both the times they showed up to my house and they didn't bother to inform you that they were running late. Then when the faucet was replaced in the bathtub, I noticed that the caulking was already cracking so I called them, and they have been ignoring my calls and not showing up twice as they promised. They charged my a $195 for this and I am getting frustrated because I can't even get a hold of anyone.

My experience with drainmasters was exceeded all expectations. Russel and Ridge came to my house on a holiday weekend and snaked my clogged pipes. The price was good and the service was fast. They also took care of another issue and gave excellent advice for future projects. It's nice to have people with experience that are available around the clock. I very much recommend the drainmasters!!

We have been longtime Waterworks customers. They couldn't come until tomorrow, and I couldn't go to work without showering. From the person who answered the phone through the end of the service call (same day, within 4 hours of my call) everyone was polite, gave me tips and the price was $50 cheaper than Waterworks. DrainMaster in one word. Phenomenal! We had a clogged sewer line that flooded a basement in our rental property. We had 2 different plumbing companies come and check the issue. Both recommend excavation in order to clear or replace the line. Their estimates were extremely high ($6,000 - $16,000). We couldn't afford those prices.

So, I went online to look for different methods to fix this issue with mininal cost. One of the first companies to show up in the search results was DrainMaster. I decided to give them a call. Spoke with Charles and explained my situation. He immediately provide excellent advice. He was straight forward, and professional. He gave us a date and price which was very reasonable.

They arrive at the property, assessed the problem and began work immediately. At one piont it seem like they hit a wall and couldn't push through the clog. Charles got on the phone called for the drill snake and got back to working the problem. After about 10 mins, breakthrough!! The clogged sewer line was cleared. The crew stayed to make sure the water was flowing freely. Needless to say, we were very happy with their persistence and professional work.

As a property manager, with our office combined handling 1,000 units, you can image our constant need for drain snaking, leaking pipes... you name it! Drainmaster was the third company that was contacted to fix a clogged line. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Roto-Rooter said that they would need to dig up my front yard for them to access the clogged line which would cost $5000, Master Mechanicals had no clue how to fix it because they couldn’t locate my cleanout, but drainmaster immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it.They took the time to call the city to figure out where the cleanout was. Once they located it, it took them less than an hour to clean the clogged line. They were very professional and the price of $300 was much more reasonable than $5000. I also like the fact that the service includes a 90 day warranty.... it’s been 3 weeks and I have had no other issues. Drainmaster has my vote and I will highly recommend to others.

I contacted DrainMaster with a big problem. I have been getting clogs from roots in my sewer main for years and have rented machines and dealt with it on my own. This time the cable broke and I was left with a sewer snake stuck in my main. After calling around to various businesses, Charlie answered my call and was immediately helpful but not pushy at all. The team came out and ran the camera down to the snag and tried to free it with various methods for a couple hours. They gave me a very fair price for this and gave me a quote for the only solution, digging down and replacing pipe.The fact that they tried so hard to free the cable says a lot about them. Several of the businesses I called said they could do nothing but dig and replace the pipe. I hired them and they were on time, efficient, and professional. If I have issues in the future they will be the first call.

DrainMaster has done repair work on a couple of my rentals. They are knowledgeable, customer oriented and have fair pricing. I will continue to call them for my rental needs.

I called today for a semi-emergency situation at my home in Upper Arlington. They were able to get someone out within a few hours and give me a very reasonable and comprehensive opinion on a basement sump pump/water situation.
